Abstract

Mass media is an important tool for society to communicate and convey information. Mass media influence human attitudes and behavior, and have educational, influential, informational, and entertainment functions. Drama is a form of mass media that can raise social issues, including gender equality. Feminism is a movement that fights for gender equality, and drama often reflects feminist views. Korean dramas, such as K-Dramas, are very popular and often raise the issue of bullying and domestic violence, especially against women. Some dramas portray women as figures who only focus on their appearance, while others feature strong and brave women like Moon Dong-eun's character in "The Glory Season 1." "The Glory Season 1" is a drama that raises important issues related to feminism and women's representation. The drama highlights the unfair treatment experienced by women and features Moon Dong-eun's character as the embodiment of strong and courageous women. In this study, using descriptive qualitative research methods with an ethnographic approach and semiotic analysis of John Fiske. The results showed that this film illustrates the importance of justice, courage, and the active role of women in achieving gender equality. In conclusion, the film "The Glory Season 1" shows an inspiring feminist narrative and emphasizes the important role of women in changing fate and getting equal treatment. Abstract

Pola asuh orang tua yang cenderung memaksa, menekan serta membatasi agar anak patuh dan tunduk terhadap semua aturan disebut dengan pola asuh otoriter. Orang tua yang memiliki serta menerapkan otoriter cenderung bersikap pemarah dan pemaksa dimana orang tua akan marah dan emosi jika anak melakukan sesuatu yang tidak sesuai dengan ke inginan orang tua. Pola asuh otoriter berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan anak termasuk moral dan perilaku. Beberapa penelitian mengatakan pola asuh otoriter memiliki dampak negative bagi perkembangan anak, tetapi ada juga penelitian yang mengatakan pola asuh otoriter akan berdampak positif, jika pola asuh tersebut dilakukan dengan baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak, misalnya mewajibkan sholat, rajin beribadah dan sopan serta taat terhadap orang tua. Diharapkan orang tua bisa memberikan pola asuh yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak, supaya perkembangan anak dapat berkembang dengan baik terutama perkembangan moral dan perilaku anak.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan guna mencari tahu serta menganalisis sejauh mana perencanaan distribusi logistik di KPU Kabupaten Karawang untuk menyambut pemilihan umum serentak tahun 2024. Faktor utama untuk menyukseskan Pemilihan Umum (PEMILU) adalah tersedianya hak masyarakat untuk memiliki dan/atau memperoleh hak suara. Perlunya menyediakan Peralatan dan perlengkapan pendukung pemungutan suara untuk pemilu/pemilihan di Tempat Pemungutan Suara adalah hal yang paling utama. Metode analisis yang dipakai ialah deskriptif kualitatif, dimana data didapat dari telaah dokumen, observasi, dan wawancara bersama Ketua KPU Kabupaten Karawang juga Kasubag Keuangan Umum dan Logistik. Hasilnya ialah perencanaan logistik di Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Karawang sudah sampai ditahap yang sudah cukup baik, ini terlihat KPU Kabupaten Karawang dalam Rapat Pleno Terbuka yang dilaksanakan pada Rabu, 21 Juni 2023 telah menetapkan Daftar Pemilih Tetap (DPT) sejumlah 1.779.207. Namun selain itu agar Pemilu Serentak 2024 dapat berjalan lancar dan sesuai jadwal, KPU Kabupaten Karawang memerlukan beberapa penguatan di bidang sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur pergudangan. Hal ini akan membantu kita mencapai tujuan bersama untuk mengadakan pemilu serentak 2024 yang sukses, baik dari segi pelaksanaan maupun keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) Forms and factors that cause student moral decadence at SMAN 1 Dempet. 2) PAI teacher's strategy in overcoming the moral decadence of students at SMAN 1 Dempet. 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for PAI teachers in overcoming moral decadence at SMAN 1 Dempet. This research includes field research using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques were obtained from nonparticipant observation, interviews, and documentation. While the analysis of this research data includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that 1) The forms of student moral decadence that occur at SMAN 1 Dempet are truancy, cheating, dating, coming late to school, not attending midday prayers in congregation, cell phone abuse, smoking, drinking and playing playing cards accompanied by gambling. While the factors that cause student moral decadence are caused by several factors, including factors from themselves, family factors, school environment factors, community factors and technological factors. 2) The PAI teacher's strategy in overcoming student moral decadence is carried out by working with school stakeholders, giving advice, home visits, imposing sanctions and taking preventive measures. 3) Supporting factors for PAI teachers in overcoming student moral decadence, namely the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure, then extracurriculars related to religion and good cooperation between fellow teachers. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of supervision and guidance from parents, the factor during the pandemic and the lack of understanding of Islam in students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe efforts to develop student creativity through creative learning in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences in elementary schools. The method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were fifth grade students of SDN 2 Gandasoli. The results of the study indicate that varied learning based on experiments, projects, and the use of interactive media has proven effective in developing student creativity in schools. The main factors in supporting student creativity are innovative learning methods, and a supportive learning environment, while the inhibiting factors include limited facilities and infrastructure, lack of teacher training, and an overly dense curriculum. It can be concluded that creative learning in Natural Sciences has an important role in encouraging the development of student creativity in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether self-efficacy and marketing strategy affect the performance of Islamic insurance agents PT. Sinarmas Kisaran partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive with self-efficacy and marketing strategy as independent variables and agent performance as the dependent variable. The sampling technique is a saturated sample, all agents are used as a sample totaling 48 people. The data used is primary data with a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques are Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicollinearity Test), Multiple Linear Test and Hypothesis Test (t test, F test, R2 test. Based on the statistical test results it can be concluded that partially Self Efficacy has an effect but not significant on the performance of the insurance agent PT Sinarmas Kisaran with a t-count value of 0.493 <t table (1.6772) and a significance of 0.624 > 0.05. Partially the Marketing Strategy has an effect on the performance of the insurance agent PT. Sinarmas Kisaran with a magnitude tcount value of 6.728> t table (1, 6772) and significance at 0.000 <0.05 Simultaneously Self Efficacy and Marketing Strategy affect the performance of insurance agents PT Sinarmas Kisaran with fcount value 44.760 > F table 2.81 or a significant value produced 0.000 <level of significant 0.05. R Square value of 0.665 this means that the influence of Self Efficacy (X1) and Government Strategy the target (X2) simultaneously affects performance (Y) is 66.50%. Abstract

DAGUSIBU (Dapatkan, Gunakan, Simpan, Buang) merupakan Gerakan Keluarga Sadar Obat yang diprakarsai Ikatan Apoteker Indonesia (IAI) dalam mencapai pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap penggunaan obat dengan benar. Gerakan ini merupakan suatu program edukasi kesehatan sebagai langkah kongkrit untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat sehingga mencapai derajat kesehatan yang paripurna sebagai komitmen dalam melaksanakan amanat Undang – Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 009 (PP IAI, 2014).

Abstract

This research explores the development of a motion graphics biography of a mathematics pioneer, using a collaborative approach between mathematicians and graphic designers. The research results highlight the successful integration of mathematical accuracy and creative visual elements, demonstrating interdisciplinary synergy. The development of a motion graphics prototype illustrates its potential to effectively convey complex mathematical concepts through dynamic visual narratives. Positive user experience feedback confirms the project's ability to maintain learner interest and engagement. Analysis of creative and technical challenges reveals the project's resilience in overcoming obstacles and adapting to complex technical constraints. Educational evaluations show a positive impact on students' mathematical understanding and interest. This research contributes not only to mathematical representation, but also to creative and educational approaches to mathematics. Recognition is given to collaborators, participants, and supporters who played a critical role in achieving these valuable results.

Abstract

Self-control possessed by adolescents will be influenced by many factors both internally and externally. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the intensity of playing online games with students' self-control. This research method uses a type of cross sectional research with quantitative research. The population in this study is students of SMK Ki Ageng Wringinjajar, Demak Regency in 2023. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used pearson correlation. The results showed that the intensity of playing online games has a significant relationship with self-control in students of SMK Ki Ageng Wringinjajar, Demak Regency in 2023. The test results found that the intensity of playing online games had a very high relationship with the level of self-control of students. The direction of the relationship between the two variables is in the opposite direction or not in the same direction. The conclusion in this study is that students' self-control can be explained through the level of intensity of playing online games in students of SMK Ki Ageng Wringinjajar, Demak Regency in 2023.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is intended to determine the effect of the marketing mix of products, prices, promotions and distribution of consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Branch, Antang Makassar. The study was conducted at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Branch, Antang Makassar. Data collection methods used in this study are primary data which is data that is directly taken from the object of research using observations and questionnaires filled out by respondents namely consumers of PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Branch, Antang Makassar. The analytical methods used to solve problems and prove hypotheses include index number analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing which include t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study concluded that the marketing mix of products, prices, promotions and distributions affected the consumer's purchasing decisions at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Branch, Antang Makassar. Based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination test (R2) it can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.446. This means that 44.60% of purchase decision variables can be explained by variations of product, price, promotion and distribution variables, while 55.40% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
