Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction of yogurt milk products. The unit of analysis is the students of Pacet 1 State Vocational School, Pacet District, Cianjur Regency. Respondent identification technique was carried out by simple random sampling and 115 respondents were identified. The analysis technique used is path analysis. With the results obtained Product Quality Performance which includes dimensions: product aesthetics; Product benefits (yogurt milk); Durability and price suitability reach good criteria in Cianjur City at 81.40%. Diversity of service quality, including dimensions / attributes of direct evidence and reliability; responsive; and Yoghurt Milk Guarantee in Cianjur City reached 79.33% good criterion. Customer satisfaction, which includes the following dimensions: product quality; price factor; The cost factor and the availability of yogurt milk in Cianjur City reached a good criterion of 77.44%. There is a positive relationship between product quality and service quality of yogurt milk as indicated by the correlation coefficient r = 0.937. That is, the better the quality of market products applied, the better the quality level. Product quality and service quality clearly have a positive effect on yogurt milk customer satisfaction. The proportion of the influence of product quality is 48.72%, which is greater than the effect of service quality, which is 31.24%. The remaining 20.04% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Avocados are plants that can grow well in tropical environments like Indonesia. People love this fruit because of its high antioxidant content and its delicious taste. The aim of this study was to measure the antioxidant activity of three extracts of ethyl acetate of avocado seeds (Percea americana Mill.) using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging method. The measurement was done using a quersetin as a reference standard with a maximum wavelength of 516 nm. The results of the study showed that the sample's half inhibitory concentration (IC50) value was 1,653.89 g/mL, 1,202.56 g/ mL, and 903.08 g/mL for two, four, and six hours, respectively.

Abstract

The banyan plant (Ficus benjamina Linn.) is one of the plants that has benefit as a traditional medicine. Almost all parts of the plant have efficacy as a source of medicine and furniture or decoration. However, banyan bark is often considered waste. Based on the results of phytochemical screening that has been carried out, banyan bark contains chemical compounds tannins, saponins, flavonoids, alkaloids and glycosides. Flavonoids are a group of flavanols derived from benzene compounds that can be used as basic compounds of natural dyes. Therefore, the aim of this research is to try to make herbal hair dye using banyan bark (Ficus benjamina Linn.) as a natural dyeing ingredient. The research method used is experimental with 80% ethanol solvent. The formulation of herbal hair dye consists of extract of banyan bark (Ficus benjamina Linn), Piragalol, Xanthan gum, Methyl parabens, and BHT with concentration of 4%, 6% and 8%, respectively. Tests on the preparations made include organoleptic tests, homogeneity tests, viscosity tests, pH tests, stability tests, irritation tests, color stability tests produced, color stability tests against washing, color stability tests against sunlight and preference tests. The formulation of herbal hair dyes uses ethanol extract of banyan bark which can give color to gray hair with concentrations of ethanol extract of banyan bark 4%, 6% and 8%, Pyroganol 1%, Xanthan gum 1%, Methyl paraben and BHT. Banyan bark ethanol extract (Ficus benjamina Linn.) can be used in herbal hair dye by producing a blonde to dark brown color in gray hair. The best dye is obtained from the formula with concentration of 8% which consists of ethanol extract of banyan bark (EKBB) which produces a dark brown color, the pH of the preparation in the range of 5.8 – 6.1, the viscosity in the range of 2800 – 4800 cps, and the preparation is stable in several washes and exposure to direct sunlight and does not cause irritation reactions to the skin.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of decorative drawing activities in the context of developing AUD creativity. Creativity is an important aspect of children's development, and visual arts, especially drawing, has been recognized as an effective means of stimulating their creativity. This study uses the literature study method to collect and analyze various sources of related information. The results of the analysis show that decorative drawing activities make a significant contribution in improving children's abilities in creative thinking, developing fine motor skills, increasing self-confidence, and expanding their social and emotional abilities through interaction in groups. Practical implications of this research include further integration of visual arts activities in AUD education curricula, adequate training for educators, collaboration with parents, and continued research to deepen understanding of the benefits of arts activities in child development. Thus, this research provides a strong foundation for improving AUD education through a holistic approach oriented towards developing children's creativity.

Abstract

This study explores the innovation of local wisdom-based learning through Batik Ecoprint at TK Dharma Wanita Macanan 2. The purpose of the research is to investigate how Batik Ecoprint, utilizing natural materials such as leaves and flowers, can be integrated into early childhood education to promote creativity, environmental awareness, and the preservation of cultural heritage. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving participatory observation, interviews, and documentation analysis to collect data on the implementation of this learning method. The main findings indicate that Batik Ecoprint enhances children's fine motor skills, stimulates creativity, and strengthens their cultural identity while fostering environmental consciousness. This innovation proves to be an effective and engaging way to teach children about the significance of local culture and environmental preservation. The study suggests that learning methods based on local wisdom can provide holistic educational experiences that are both meaningful and relevant to young learners

Abstract

Pendidikan yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu kunci untuk menciptakan generasi penerus yang unggul. Dalam konteks ini, peran guru menjadi sangat penting. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana guru dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui berbagai pendekatan dan strategi. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi, menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif, serta mengembangkan hubungan positif dengan siswa dan orang tua, guru dapat berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Selain itu, tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam menjalankan perannya juga diidentifikasi, serta solusi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of teachers' social competence on students' learning interest in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) for 8th-grade students at SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Sidomulyo, Batubara Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach, with the entire population of 60 students serving as the sample (total sampling). Data collection instruments include observations and questionnaires, while the data analysis technique used is the t-test. The results indicate that the t-calculated value for teachers' social competence is 7.516, while the t-table value with 58 degrees of freedom (df) is 1.671. With a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05), these findings suggest that teachers' social competence has a significant and positive impact on students' learning interest in Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh variabel Opini Audit dan variabel Temuan Audit BPK terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah se-Provinsi Jawa Tengah berkonsep Value for Money (Rasio Ekonomi, Efisiensi, dan Efektivitas) saat COVID 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 35 sampel yang diperoleh dari Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder. Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of accounting knowledge, business experience, and work motivation on the perception of accounting information utilization, with a focus on MSME participants in Jepara. The study identifies accounting knowledge, business experience, and work motivation as the independent variables, while the dependent variable is the perception of accounting information usage. The data utilized in this research were obtained through primary sources by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The target population comprises MSME business owners in Jepara, with the sample selected through probability sampling using a random sampling approach. A total of 98 respondents were included as the study sample. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression techniques processed via SPSS software version 23. The findings reveal that accounting knowledge, business experience, and work motivation significantly and positively influence perceptions regarding the use of accounting information among MSME business owners in Jepara.

Abstract

Sampah di Desa Cengal tidak tertangani dengan baik, hal itu dapat mengganggu estetika lingkungan. Gangguan lingkungan ini dapat bersumber dari sampah itu sendiri, dimana masyarakat sebagai sumber sampah tidak melakukan pengelolaan dengan baik. Kesadaran masyarakat yang kurang terhadap sampah menjadi penyebab utama terjadinya timbunan sampah yang menumpuk, selain itu faktor yang menyebabkan hal ini terjadi adalah kurangnya tempat sampah yang tersedia, hal ini mengakibatkan sampah berserakan dimana-mana. Masyarakat memilih membakar sampah sebagai jalan akhir. Tujuan bank sampah ini berupaya untuk menarik perhatian masyarakat agar lebih peduli lagi dengan pengelolaan sampah, melalui program Forum Grup Diskusi terkait bank sampah ini berupa tabungan sampah, dan dapat meringankan perekonomian di masyrakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research.  Metode Participatory Action Research merupakan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan dengan menemukan masalah terlebih dahulu kemudian dicarikan solusi pemecahan masalahnya. Kegiatan ini berhasil menciptakan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap sampah serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat terkait pengelolaan sampah
