Masalah utama dalam administrasi surat di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Kudus adalah ketergantungan pada sistem manual, yang menyebabkan proses pencatatan, pelacakan, dan pengarsipan menjadi lambat, tidak akurat, dan berisiko kehilangan dokumen. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut melalui implementasi sistem informasi administrasi surat masuk dan keluar berbasis web, didukung dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan komprehensif kepada 10 pegawai administrasi. Sistem yang dikembangkan menggunakan PHP Native, didesain dengan fitur krusial seperti multi-level user untuk disposisi, pelacakan histori, dan rekapitulasi laporan real-time guna menjamin akuntabilitas dan efisiensi. Metode evaluasi menggunakan perbandingan nilai rata-rata pre-test dan post-test dengan kuesioner skala Likert. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem digital ini sangat efektif, dibuktikan dengan peningkatan signifikan di semua aspek kinerja, terutama pada Kemudahan Penggunaan Sistem dan Kemudahan Pencarian Arsip, yang keduanya meningkat sebesar +2,0 poin. Tingkat penerimaan pengguna yang tinggi mengkonfirmasi keberhasilan transfer pengetahuan. Implementasi ini berhasil memodernisasi tata kelola surat, mendukung reformasi birokrasi, dan secara langsung meningkatkan produktivitas layanan internal Dinas Perhubungan Kudus.

The Maruni River in Manokwari Regency is one of the locations with sand and gravel resources, which are used as raw materials for infrastructure development. In the vicinity of the river, there is a slope with a steep inclination (>60°) and a height of approximately 8 m, which exhibits indications of minor landslides, suggesting potential instability. This condition necessitates a more comprehensive evaluation of slope stability. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate slope stability using a probabilistic approach to obtain a more representative assessment of failure risk. The analysis was conducted using the Bishop and Spencer methods, combined with Monte Carlo (MC) and Latin Hypercube Sampling (LHS) techniques. Distribution tests were conducted for the cohesion, internal friction angle, and bulk density parameters of the original soil using Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS), Akaike Information Criterion (AIC), and Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC). Based on the analysis, it is recommended to choose the Lognormal distribution for cohesion and internal friction angle, while the Normal distribution is more suitable for specific gravity. The findings indicate that the slope is marginally stable because its safety factor is approximately (close to) one, and the probability of failure does not decrease significantly. In stability assessment, the Spencer method provides a higher safety factor than the Bishop method; in addition, the LHS technique shows greater sensitivity than the MC method. Therefore, the application of probabilistic analysis with the integration of the Spencer method is considered more effective for evaluating slope stability.

Fluctuating demand for school accessories, such as caps and neckties, presents a significant challenge for the garment manufacturing industry in determining optimal production quantities. Inaccurate production planning can lead to overstocking or stock shortages, resulting in increased operational costs and reduced customer service quality. This study aims to implement a Linear Regression model to predict school accessory orders using historical sales data from 2021 to 2025. A quantitative research approach was adopted, consisting of data preprocessing, feature engineering, dataset partitioning into 80% training and 20% testing sets, and the development of a prediction model using Linear Regression. The input variables included year, month, education level, product type, time index, semester, and new academic year period. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model achieved a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 12.91% and a Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 149.61 units, indicating good predictive performance for forecasting school accessory orders. Furthermore, semester, product type, and the new academic year period were identified as key factors influencing demand fluctuations. The proposed model can serve as a decision-support tool for production planning and inventory management in the garment manufacturing industry, enabling more efficient resource allocation and demand-driven production planning.

Customer satisfaction is a critical factor in the sustainability of internet service providers (ISP). This study aims to compare the performance of Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Random Forest algorithms in classifying customer satisfaction levels at ISP Eratel based on questionnaire survey data. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 301 respondents of Eratel customers with 10 question items on a Likert scale of 1–4 using convenience sampling technique. The research stages include data collection, preprocessing, labeling using the class interval method, stratified dataset splitting with an 80:20 ratio, classification model training, and web dashboard implementation. The labeling process produced three classes: Satisfied (54.82%), Fairly Satisfied (41.20%), and Dissatisfied (3.99%). Based on single split evaluation, the Naïve Bayes and SVM algorithms achieved the same accuracy of 90.16%, with Naïve Bayes showing slightly better performance in recognizing the minority class with a precision of 90.15%, recall of 90.16%, and f1-score of 90.05%, compared to SVM with precision of 87.29%, recall of 90.16%, and f1-score of 88.50%. Meanwhile, Random Forest achieved an accuracy of 86.89% with an f1-score of 86.25%, with a notable advantage in precision for the Dissatisfied class at 100% but a lower recall of 50%. Overall, Naïve Bayes emerged as the best-performing algorithm based on single split evaluation. The classification models were subsequently implemented into a Streamlit-based web dashboard that allows users to upload survey data in Excel (.xlsx) format, display interactive visualizations of customer satisfaction distribution, and spatially map classification results per sub-district in Kudus Regency in real-time. This study concludes that all three algorithms are capable of classifying customer satisfaction effectively, with Naïve Bayes demonstrating the best overall performance based on single split evaluation. One important aspect in improving public services and community welfare is village infrastructure development. However, in Desa Piji, the process of determining development priorities has still been conducted manually through village deliberation meetings, making it vulnerable to subjectivity. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) for determining village infrastructure development priorities using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Weighted Product (WP) methods. The AHP method was employed to determine the weight of each criterion through pairwise comparison matrices and consistency testing, while the WP method was used to calculate preference values and rank the development alternatives. The criteria used in this study include the level of infrastructure damage, the number of affected residents, development costs, and socio-economic impact. The consistency test results showed a Consistency Ratio (CR) value of 0.0389, which is less than 0.1, indicating that the criterion weights were consistent. The highest criterion weight was obtained for the level of infrastructure damage at 0.5117 (51.17%), followed by socio-economic impact at 0.2378, the number of affected residents at 0.1725, and development costs at 0.0780. From 21 processed development alternatives, alternative A019, namely the Construction of the KUD Block Drainage Channel, obtained the highest preference value of 0.056459244, making it the top priority. The developed system is capable of assisting the government of Desa Piji in determining infrastructure development priorities in a more objective, structured, and transparent manner.

The selection of eligible students for the National Selection Based on Achievement (SNBP) at SMA Muhammadiyah Kudus requires an objective, structured, and accountable decision-making process. Manual selection may cause delays in data processing, calculation errors, and subjectivity because it tends to focus mainly on the average report card score. This study aims to develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine eligible students for SNBP. The data used in this study consisted of 105 twelfth-grade students of SMA Muhammadiyah Kudus from classes XII F1, XII F2, XII F3, and XII F4. The assessment criteria include report card scores from semesters 1–5, score consistency, and class ranking. The AHP method is used to determine the priority weight of each criterion through a pairwise comparison matrix and consistency testing. The calculation results show that the report card score criterion obtains the highest weight of 0.6334, followed by score consistency with 0.2605, and class ranking with 0.1062. The Consistency Ratio (CR) value obtained is 0.033327, indicating that the pairwise comparison matrix is consistent because the CR value is less than 0.10. The system is developed using Laravel as the main application and Python as the calculation engine. The system provides features for student data management, CSV import, AHP matrix input, calculation details, ranking results, and report export. The results show that the system can assist guidance counselors and the principal in determining eligible students for SNBP more effectively, objectively, transparently, and measurably.

Academic burnout is a condition of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion resulting from prolonged academic demands and may negatively affect students' learning and well-being. This study aimed to develop a web-based expert system to support the preliminary identification of academic burnout among university students using the Certainty Factor method. The system knowledge was constructed through a literature review and a structured knowledge acquisition process involving a psychology expert before being represented in the knowledge base. The system was developed using the Waterfall model with PHP, the CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL. Functional evaluation using black-box testing showed that all system features operated as expected. In addition, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 102 students of Universitas Muria Kudus achieved an overall acceptance score of 83.92%, indicating a Very Good level of user acceptance. The developed system was able to classify consultation results into mild, moderate, and severe academic burnout categories based on the implemented Certainty Factor inference process. Therefore, the proposed expert system may serve as a supporting tool for the preliminary identification of academic burnout. Further validation using standardised psychological instruments or professional psychological assessments is recommended in future studies.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi prediksi pendapatan penjualan di Indomaret menggunakan algoritma Random Forest Regressor. Data yang digunakan merupakan data historis penjualan yang mencakup atribut seperti tanggal transaksi, produk, lokasi toko, metode pembayaran, dan total pendapatan. Model dikembangkan melalui proses pra-pemrosesan data, pelatihan model, dan evaluasi menggunakan metrik Mean Absolute Error (MAE) dan RÂ² Score. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki akurasi tinggi dengan MAE sebesar 9.587,48 dan RÂ² sebesar 0,9998, yang menunjukkan kemampuan prediksi yang sangat baik. Visualisasi hasil prediksi juga menunjukkan kesesuaian antara data aktual dan prediksi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa algoritma Random Forest efektif digunakan untuk memprediksi pendapatan penjualan dan dapat dijadikan alat bantu dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis di bidang ritel, khususnya untuk manajemen stok dan perencanaan promosi.

Kegiatan simpan pinjam di Koperasi XYZ yang masih dilakukan secara manual menyebabkan rendahnya efisiensi operasional dan risiko kesalahan pencatatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi simpan pinjam berbasis mobile supaya pengelolaan data menjadi lebih cepat, akurat, dan efisien. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan metode waterfall, yang pada penelitian ini dilakukan tahapan requirements analysis hingga desain. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan sistem informasi simpan pinjam berbasis mobile. Untuk mengetahui penerimaan pengguna, dilakukan survei terhadap 25 anggota dan karyawan Koperasi XYZ.Sistem memperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 4.27 dari 5, dengan tingkat penerimaan pengguna mencapai 85%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa rancangan sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan ekspektasi pengguna. Sistem ini masih memiliki ruang pengembangan, khususnya pada integrasi pembayaran elektronik dan fitur analisis keuangan. Sistem ini diharapkan bisa menjadi langkah awal bagi koperasi dalam beralih ke sistem digital, sekaligus membantu pengelolaan koperasi jadi lebih terbuka dan efisien.

Edge detection is a crucial process in digital image processing, particularly in automated visual inspection systems for packaging quality control. Cardboard packaging used in traditional food products often experiences deformation due to mechanical stress or poor distribution, thus requiring a reliable damage detection method. This study aims to compare the performance of five classical edge detection algorithms, Canny, Sobel, Prewitt, Roberts, and Laplacian of Gaussian (LoG), in identifying contours and structural deformations in product packaging images. Data were obtained through the acquisition of five cardboard images using a high-resolution smartphone camera. The processing steps include image conversion to grayscale, application of the edge detection algorithm, and quantitative evaluation of the results. The evaluation was conducted using three main metrics: Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and processing time. The results show that the Sobel algorithm provides the best performance, with the highest PSNR and lowest MSE values consistently, despite having the longest processing time. In contrast, the Canny algorithm shows the highest efficiency in speed, but with low detection quality. Prewitt and LoG yielded relatively balanced intermediate results between accuracy and efficiency, while Roberts performed moderately across all aspects. These findings indicate that algorithm selection should be tailored to system requirements. Sobel is more appropriate for applications that prioritise accuracy, while Canny is recommended for real-time systems. This study provides an initial basis for the development of lightweight visual inspection systems in the traditional food industry and the MSME sector
