Abstract

This study analyzes the role of store atmosphere in enhancing customer satisfaction at Fast Food Restaurant X and identifies the most influential atmospheric elements. Using a quantitative approach with Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), the study evaluates the gap between customer expectations and reality based on a sample of 50 respondents. The results indicate that environmental comfort, interior color, and lighting are highly important but underperforming. Meanwhile, cleanliness, signage clarity, and store layout meet customer expectations. This study highlights that restaurant atmosphere design is not merely an aesthetic factor but a strategic element that enhances customer satisfaction and business competitiveness. Managerial implications include improving interior design, optimizing lighting, and refining spatial layout to create a better customer experience. Additionally, the study opens opportunities for further research on the long-term impact of store atmosphere on brand loyalty.

Abstract

 Competitive advantageas TQM implementation measure, entrepreneur potential, business scale and business managementis constitutes company managerial. This research aims to determine the effects ofentrepreneur potential, business scale, business management on TQM, and TQM oncompetitive advantageat SMEs and Cooperatives in Bogor, Sukabumi. The research designs are verification; questionnaire distribution to 100 respondents. Research method is multiple regression. Data quality testing is validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test. Hypothesis testing used simultaneous significant test, partial significant test. Research resullts show that first regression equation showed entrepreneur potential, business scale and business management at SMEs and Cooperatives in Bogor, Sukabumi simultaneously affected TQM. Business scaledid notpartially affect TQM at SMEs in Bogor, whereas entrepreneur potentialand business scaledid not partially affectSMEs in Sukabumi. Second regression equation showed TQM simultaneously affected competitive advantageat SMEs and Cooperatives in Bogor, Sukabumi. Partial effect showed focused on customers did not affect competitive advantage in Bogor, Sukabumi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Aksesibilitas dan Customer Experience terhadap Revisit Intention melalui Kepuasan Pengunjung sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Nicole’s River Park Kabupaten Bogor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Nicole’s River Park Kabupaten Bogor. Pengambilan sampel berjumlah 100 responden dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aksesibilitas dan Customer Experience berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung, Aksesibilitas dan Customer Experience berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention, Kepuasan Pengunjung berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention, Aksesibilitas dan Customer Experience berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Revisit Intention melalui Kepuasan Pengunjung.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to analyze consumer satisfaction at Kopi Salacca Bogor, focusing on two primary variables: service quality and product quality. Consumer satisfaction is a crucial indicator for evaluating business performance, particularly in the increasingly competitive beverage industry.Methods: A descriptive quantitative approach was employed. A total of 100 respondents were selected using accidental sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale, comprising 24 items measuring both the importance and performance of service and product attributes. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method was used to evaluate overall consumer satisfaction. In contrast, the Potential Gain in Customer Value (PGCV) method was applied to identify which attributes offer the most tremendous potential for improvement. Validity and reliability tests were conducted using SPSS version 25.0.Results: The CSI scores for service quality (76.4%) and product quality (76.3%) fall into the “satisfied” category. PGCV analysis revealed that service reliability, particularly in terms of consistency and punctuality, as well as product durability, including packaging and material quality, showed the highest potential for improvement. These findings suggest that although consumers are generally satisfied, strategic efforts are necessary to bridge the gap between expectations and performance. The implication is that Kopi Salacca should focus on improving product quality by utilizing better raw materials and maintaining high presentation standards, and strengthen service delivery by training its staff and enforcing operational procedures. These steps are crucial for fostering customer loyalty and enhancing long-term business competitiveness. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand luxury dan brand experience terhadap customer loyalty pada pengguna iPhone di Kota Bogor. Di tengah dominasi merek premium seperti iPhone, aspek kemewahan dan pengalaman merek dianggap berperan penting dalam membentuk loyalitas pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan maupun parsial, brand luxury dan brand experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa persepsi kemewahan dan pengalaman positif terhadap merek mampu mendorong loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk premium seperti iPhone. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi strategis bagi perusahaan dalam membangun citra merek dan pengalaman pelanggan secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to ascertain how organizational commitment and entrepreneurial orientation directly and mediating affect the performance of snack food Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in South Bogor District.Methods: This study adopts a quantitative approach with a population consisting of all snack food MSME actors in the South Bogor area. The sample comprises 100 respondents, selected using a purposive sampling method within a non-probability sampling framework. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents. The data analysis method used in this study combines descriptive and verification analysis, with path analysis employed to examine the relationships between the research variables.Results: The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation (X) and organizational commitment (Z) had a positive and significant effect on business performance (Y). In addition, organizational commitment (Z) is proven to significantly mediate the effect of entrepreneurial orientation (X) on business performance (Y). Abstract

The development of the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry continues to increase. This increase is an opportunity for various business actors, one of which is Ramen Ramie Kemanggisan. However, consumer purchasing decisions for Ramen Ramie have decreased, allegedly due to the lack of utilization of marketing media. This study tested social media, eWOM, brand image, and purchase interest both simultaneously and partially on consumer purchasing decisions. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The research sample was 100 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. The data analysis technique used was descriptive verification analysis, validity and reliability tests, path analysis, and classical assumption tests. The results of the study showed that both simultaneously and partially there was a positive and significant influence of social media, electronic word of mouth (eWOM), and purchase intention on purchasing decisions. However, brand image did not have a simultaneous and partial effect on purchasing decisions. The implications of this study are to enrich empirical evidence related to the role of purchase intention in mediating social media, electronic word of mouth (eWOM), brand image on purchasing decisions of Ramen Ramie, and can be used as material for improvement for the company.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the drivers of a country’s economic engine. In this context, the empowerment of MSMEs is continuously pursued to optimize community production outcomes and improve community welfare. The purpose of this study is to empower MSMEs in managing their finances as well as to provide convenience in interacting with customers through digital media. The medium used is Geo-Biz. The method applied is community service conducted in Kampung Bharu, Malaysia. The results of the activity show that MSME development has become one of the government’s priorities, leading to two flagship programs: a promotion strategy using Geo-Biz and assistance in preparing income statements that the community can utilize to manage their businesses.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of brand equity on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable in Taro food MSMEs in Bogor City. The research highlights the significant role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia's economic development, particularly in enhancing consumer loyalty through effective branding strategies. The methodology employs a quantitative approach, utilizing surveys distributed to 172 respondents to gather data on brand equity, consumer satisfaction, and loyalty. The findings reveal that brand equity positively impacts consumer satisfaction, which in turn significantly influences consumer loyalty. This research provides insights for MSME actors to improve their branding strategies, enhancing consumer engagement and loyalty in a competitive market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja usaha melalui komitmen organisasi pada UMKM makanan ringan Desa Cileles. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh UMKM makanan ringan di Desa Cileles sebanyak 43 pelaku UMKM makanan ringan. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode analisis jalur (path analisys). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, (2) Motivasi berpengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, (3) Orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap kinerja usaha, (4) Motivasi berpengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap kinerja usaha, (5) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap kinerja usaha, (6) orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap kinerja melalui komitmen organisasi. (7) motivasi berpengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap kinerja usaha melalui komitmen organisasi.
