Abstract

This study examines social media, electronic word of mouth (eWOM) and brand image both simultaneously and partially on consumer buying interest. The sampling technique used non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The research sample was 100 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses descriptive verification analysis, validity and reliability tests, multiple linear tests and classical assumption tests. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially there was a positive and significant effect of social media, electronic word of mouth (eWOM), and brand image on purchase intention.

This study employs quantitative and descriptive methods." Customers of Cafe Yuma Bandung make up the majority of the research sample. This survey comprises a sample of Cafe Yuma Bandung customers who are at least 18 years old, have social media profiles, and are familiar with the cafe. Yuma Bandung on social media Purposive sampling was utilised to acquire data, and 89 participants took the survey. This number exceeds the required value of 0.70, indicating that the research findings are trustworthy. The overall reliability test resulted in a score of 0.902 for each of the social media marketing variables (X1), 0.874 for brand awareness (X2), and 0.902 for purchasing decisions (X3). This study included a quantitative descriptive research design, descriptive statistics, and PLS analysis. According to the findings of the study, social media marketing has a favourable and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) di Provinsi Bali dan Sumatera Barat merupakan sarana bagi dosen dan mahasiswa yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan relevansi pendidikan dengan upaya pemberdayaan desa melalui kegiatan PkM agar memberikan kontribusi positif untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat di empat desa. Pengumpulan data pengabdian dilakukan dengan beberapa metode, yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan PkM terdiri dari: 1) bantuan pendidikan dengan melakukan pembelajaran dan peningkatan fasilitas pendidikan di beberapa sekolah yang berada di Desa Susut, Bali, dan Desa Panjang Ikua Koto, Sumatera Barat; 2) kontribusi sosial dengan memberikan santunan sosial kepada masyarakat yang mengalami stunting akibat gizi buruk di Desa Simabur, Sumatera Barat, dan; 3) kepedulian lingkungan melalui pengelolaan ekosistem mangrove di Desa Pasie Nan Tigo. Hasilnya, masyarakat desa mampu mengembangkan potensi dengan kelebihan yang dimiliki, menjaga kebersihan, dan memperbaiki fasilitas pendidikan. Kegiatan PkM diharapkan memberikan manfaat berkelanjutan dan memperkuat kerjasama antara Tim PkM dan masyarakat, serta menjadi wadah efektif untuk penerapan ilmu dalam pengabdian sosial.

Abstract

Gunung Endut Village in Kalapanunggal, Sukabumi, is known as a place that often produces cassava. Cassava which is rich in carbohydrates and nutrients has become an important basic ingredient for UMKM in this village, especially for the production of cassava chips. Taking action steps carried out by the Community Service (PkM) program team from the Faculty of Economics and Business after seeing the available potential, Team PkM Djuanda University Bogor created a new product called "Stik Si Endut" in the form of innovative frozen cheese cassava sticks. The purpose of this activity is to provide an explanation to UMKM actors regarding the production process of frozen cheese cassava sticks, improving branding, packaging, and distribution strategies through the consignment marketing system. Through preparation and survey stage, counseling, and evaluation methods, this activity is expected to improve skills, product innovation, and the local economy in Gunung Endut Village. This research shows that there is a great opportunity for the diversification of cassava products in the village, with a focus on increasing added value and economic development of the local community.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine consumer loyalty in the Bumi Kepanduan Unit Sentul Bogor which is influenced by consumer trust, emotions through consumer satisfaction, and 100 people were sampled. Meanwhile, the analytical method used is the quantitative descriptive method and path analysis. The results of the research show that consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction; emotionality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction; consumer trust has a direct positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty; emotional has a direct positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty; consumer satisfaction has a direct positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty; consumer trust has an indirect and positive effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction at the Sentu Bogor Scouting Unit; and emotion has an indirect and positive effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction at the Sentu Bogor Scouting Earth Unit. Abstract

CV Mega Motor adalah dealer motor yang berkomitmen menjaga kepercayaan konsumen melalui layanan yang prima. Namun, perusahaan menghadapi kendala terkait kepercayaan konsumen, seperti kurangnya pelayanan, profesionalisme mekanik, dan akurasi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya CV Mega Motor dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan rekomendasi yang sebaiknya diberikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel Non-probability sampling dengan Purpose sampling kepada 15 konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelian sepeda motor pada Dealer CV Mega Motor. Data akan dikumpulkan melalui beberapa metode: 1) wawancara mendalam 2) fokus Grup Diskusi (FGD), 3) dokumentasi Data yang diperoleh dari wawancara dan FGD akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CV Mega Motor telah menerapkan berbagai upaya seperti untuk indikator Kebajikan (Kebaikan) mereka melakukan pengarahan rutin untuk meningkatkan kerusakan dan responsivitas serta aktif menanggapi ulasan negatif. Pada indikator Kemampuan (Kompetensi) perusahaan memberikan insentif kepada konsumen yang kecewa dan melakukan evaluasi secara berkala terhadap kinerja mekanik. Sedangkan untuk indikator Integritas (Integritas) CV Mega Motor memastikan informasi yang disampaikan jelas dan akurat serta menerapkan kebijakan internal yang pengungkapan kejujuran dalam komunikasi. Rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen meliputi pelatihan karyawan, pelatihan teknis hingga mekanik, menyediakan peralatan yang memadai serta verifikasi dan melakukan tindak lanjut informasi kepada konsumen. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi peningkatan kepercayaan dan kepuasan konsumen di CV Mega Motor.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah PT XYZ Ciawi Bogor, tempat manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) sangat penting. Kualitas dan keterampilan karyawan sangat memengaruhi kinerja organisasi; pengembangan sumber daya manusia mencakup keterampilan, pengetahuan, perilaku, dan motivasi. Studi ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masalah K3 yang berdampak pada produktivitas perusahaan. Ini termasuk kecelakaan kerja dan kerusakan alat produksi yang disebabkan oleh tidak mematuhi standar K3. Data menunjukkan ketidaktercapaian target produksi dan jumlah barang yang ditolak dan dikembalikan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa karyawan kurang mendapatkan pelatihan K3 dan dukungan kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini menyarankan pelatihan K3 yang lebih baik, perbaikan lingkungan kerja, dan dukungan kesehatan mental untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman. PT XYZ diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan reputasi perusahaan dengan menerapkan saran ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and workload on employee performance at PT Reinco Strategi Asia. The sample size was 50 employees. The analysis method used in the study is descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, observations, interviews and literature studies. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis, F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of leadership style and workload simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The purpose of the study was to find and analyze the influence between leadership style, organizational commitment and performance that can be used as a reference in further research. The method chosen was multiple linear regression analysis. The total sample of all employees was 54 people. The results of the study simultaneously and partially all variables influenced employee performance. Abstract

The research has the aim of evaluating customer satisfaction with the aim of identifying service areas that must be improved and maintained. The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is applied to compare the level of importance (expectations) with the performance of services provided by Cafe XYZ to customers. The results of this study were analysed and visualised in a Cartesian diagram, where there are 9 customer service attributes that are considered important, spread across two quadrants: 5 attributes are in quadrant A and 4 attributes are in quadrant. Evaluation of customer satisfaction with Cafe XYZ services is measured by the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. The results showed that most consumers were satisfied with the services provided. Nevertheless, the company needs to continue to improve its service performance to achieve an optimal level of customer satisfaction.
