This study aimed to investigate the influence of customer satisfaction, service quality, and price on customer loyalty. This quantitative study surveyed one hundred people with a non-probability sample procedure grounded in purposive sampling. This study discovered a significant positive correlation between competitive price, high-quality service, and customer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. To optimize profit amidst competitive market dynamics, enhance customer loyalty, and successfully manage risk, firms must possess a comprehensive understanding of these three factors, as concluded. One of the productive economic efforts that can generate added value and economic value is MSMEs. The role of MSMEs has a significant positive value for the Indonesian economy. The significant growth of MSMEs has given rise to very tight competition. For this reason, there needs to be a commitment from every business actor in improving the right product strategy and innovation to survive in the market. The objectives of this community service are (1) to assist MSMEs in improving product innovation from product flavor and size variants; (2) to increase income and increase business productivity; (3) to create logos, packaging and give product names to MSMEs. Based on observations, it is known that MSMEs have difficulty in marketing their products due to (1) lack of product innovation from flavor and size variants; (2) understanding of calculating the cost of goods sold; (3) logos, packaging that are not attractive enough and giving product names to MSMEs. The results of community service for MSMEs are (1) technical guidance assistance in making product innovations from product flavor and size variants; (2) assistance in knowledge of calculating the cost of goods sold; (3) assistance in creating logos, packaging and giving product names to MSMEs. After this MSME mentoring is carried out, it is hoped that their products will be known to the public and can increase sales productivity and appropriate income.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah adalah pekerjaan yang lumrah dan ditekuni oleh masyrakat menengah dan kecil kebawah. 40% Masyarakat Desa Cibedug menggantungkan hidupnya dengan bekerja sebagai UMKM, akan tetapi dalam proses penyusunan dan pembukuan laporan keuangannya masih terdapat beberapa kesalahpahaman dalam pembukuannya. Penggunaan aset atau peralatan yang digunakan dalam proses operasionalnyapun tidak menghitung masa manfaat aset, sehingga sering kali terjadi kerusakan atau kecelakaan pada aset yang digunakan saat melakukan kegiatan operasional. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi langsung ke lapangan dan riset pustaka. Penelitian ini bertujuan agara UMKM di Desa Cibedug bisa memahami dan mengaplikasikan pembukuan akuntansi secara sederhana dan mengerti nilai masa manfaat aset yang dimilikinya. Pada penelitian ini UMKM di Desa Cibedug belum sepenuhnya melakukan pembukuan laporan keuangan sederhana secara baik, dengan dilakukannya pelatihan peningkatan dan pemahaman tersebut, masyarakat bisa lebih mengerti dalam proses pembukuan secara baik. Adapun para UMKM juga bisa mentaksir serta menghitung nilai masa manfaat aset yang dimilikinya, sehingga bisa mencegah kerusakan dan kecelakaan yang terjadi pada kegiatan operasional.

The research aims to analyze the level of saving intention at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Bogor Jalan Baru by examining the influence of knowledge and religiosity. The research utilizes a sample of 100 respondents and adopts a quantitative methodology, employing multiple linear regression analysis with the aid of IBM SPSS 25. The findings reveal that the combined effect of these two variables is also found to be significant in influencing saving intention; both knowledge and religiosity individually exert a positive and significant impact on saving intention at the selected branch. It is suggested that future research consider employing alternative methodologies, such as qualitative approaches, to gain deeper insight into the observed phenomena. Mengingat besarnya pengaruh lifestyle, bundling produk dan store atmosphere terhadap impulse buying konsumen, maka penyesuaian dengan lifestyle konsumen dan bundling produk yang menarik hingga store atmosphere yang nyaman sangat penting untuk diperhatikan oleh perusahaan agar mampu menarik konsumen untuk melakukan impulse buying. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui impulse buying konsumen dengan pendekatan lifestyle bundling produk dan store atmosphere. Menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Dengan sampel berjumlah 100 orang konsumen dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunkan adalah non probability sampling dengan metodenya adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan lifestyle bundling produk dan store atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying konsumen pada Café Kagumi Kopi Nusantara adapun secara parsial variabel lifestyle dan bundling produk tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying konsumen pada café kagumi kopi nusantara sedangkan variabel store atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying konsumen pada Café Kagumi Kopi Nusantara .

Sektor pariwisata Indonesia memiliki peranan penting dalam pembangunan perekonomian negara. Hal tersebut menjadikan tempat wisata diharapkan mampu untuk dapat mengoptimalkan potensi besarnya untuk membangun perekonomian, dengan terus meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisata dengan cara menciptakan rasa kepuasan pada pengunjung yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman masa lalu yang disandingkan dengan penetapan harga kunjungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari pengalaman pengunjung dan harga terhadap kepuasan pengunjung Taman Bunga Nusantara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner yang telah melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas dan asumsi klasik. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel pengalaman pengunjung dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

Village economic empowerment through the One Village One Product (OVOP) concept can improve community welfare. Tegal Village, Bogor Regency, has the potential of Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera), which are rich in nutrients and can be used as healthy food to help prevent stunting. This study aims to develop Moringa leaf-based cookies as an innovative OVOP product to improve the village economy and address stunting. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving PKK women in cookie-making training, and an experimental approach to find the best formulation. The results show that Moringa leaf cookies have high nutritional value, a crunchy texture, a pleasant taste, and good market potential. This activity also enhances women's skills in processing local ingredients into high-value products. With this innovation, the community gains both nutritional benefits and new business opportunities through MSME development. This product is expected to become a sustainable village flagship and support efforts to reduce stunting rates. The results demonstrate local resource-based innovation as an effective solution for improving community welfare and health.

According to data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs in 2024, Indonesia has more than 60 million SMEs, which are very important to its economy, contributing 60% to the national GDP. However, around 77.5% of SMEs do not keep financial records, while 22.5% have some form of financial reporting that is often inconsistent and poorly documented. Many entrepreneurs do not realize the importance of financial reports, instead focusing on business growth and sales. Lack of financial literacy leads to poor decision-making and operational transparency. Quality financial reports can facilitate access to capital and serve as an indicator of business success. Programs aimed at improving financial literacy and the importance of financial reporting have shown a positive impact on SME performance. The training program for Dapur Umi Ila SMEs in Bojongkerta aims to empower participants through education on financial management, emphasizing the importance of maintaining accurate financial records for proper decision-making and sustainable business growth. By creating financial reports, Dapur Umi Ila SMEs are expected to be more concerned about operational finances so that they can learn to make decisions based on relevant and reliable financial reports..

This service activity is motivated by the difficulties of primary school students in learning English. This activity aims to promote enthusiasm and motivation to learn English among primary school students in the light of Industrial Revolution 4.0 at Phatnawitya School Yala and Darul Muhmin School Satun, Southern Thailand. The learning media implemented is supported by the use of technology such as television, speakers, laptops, etc. The delivery method consists of preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation phases. The results of the classroom activities for the students supported by technological assistance result in the students being more enthusiastic, excited and motivated during the English learning process.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi digital marketing yang diterapkan oleh PT RBS sebuah perusahaan retail yang yang menghadapi kendala dalam mencapai target penjualanya serta mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen yang perlu dioptimalkan, metode yang digunakan penulis adalah observasi, wawancara, diskusi, dan analisis data terkait digital marketing. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi digital marketing pada PT RBS meskipun sudah menerapkan strategi digital marketing namun pelakasanaanya masih belum optimal seperti masih belum optimalnya media sosial marketing, tidak memanfaatkan email marketing, dan ketidak tercapaianya video marketing. penulis dalam penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengoptimalan strategi digital marketing kepada PT RBS dengan pengaktifan kembali akun facebook, peningkatan video marketing, dan pengembangan email marketing untuk memperluas jangkauan konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya optimalisasi digital marketing untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis di era digital.
