Abstract

This study examines QS Al-‘Alaq (1–5) and QS Luqmān (12–19) to formulate the objectives of Islamic education, reinforced by the perspectives of al-Ghazālī, Ibn Sīnā, Ibn Khaldūn, and Ibn Miskawaih. Using library research and thematic analysis of Qur’anic verses, classical works, and recent studies, it identifies epistemological and axiological foundations of Islamic education. QS Al-‘Alaq establishes an epistemological basis through the command iqra’, affirming Allah as the ultimate source of knowledge and encouraging intellectual and literacy development. QS Luqmān provides an axiological framework emphasizing wisdom, moral character, social responsibility, and ethical guidance. Classical scholars further strengthen this integration: al-Ghazālī stresses purification of the soul and unity of knowledge and action; Ibn Sīnā highlights holistic human development; Ibn Khaldūn underscores social formation; and Ibn Miskawaih focuses on moral training. The study concludes that Islamic education must adopt an integrative approach uniting spiritual, intellectual, moral, and social dimensions to form faithful, knowledgeable, and virtuous individuals.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the moral education values contained in Surah An-Nur verses 27-31 and their relevance within the context of contemporary Islamic education. The research adopts a qualitative approach through a library research design. The primary data sources consist of the Qur’an, specifically Surah An-Nur verses 27-31, as well as Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir and Tafsir Al-Misbah, while secondary data are obtained from Islamic education literature and related studies. Data were collected through documentation techniques and analysed using descriptive-analytical and comparative methods by examining the similarities and differences in the interpretations of the two exegetes. The findings indicate that Surah An-Nur verses 27-31 contain moral education values, including visiting etiquette, respect for privacy, control of the gaze (ghadd al-bashar), and the preservation of personal dignity (hifzh al-farj). The exegetical analysis shows that Ibn Kathir emphasises normative aspects and adherence to Islamic law, whereas Tafsir Al-Misbah presents a contextual and persuasive approach. The integration of these two perspectives affirms that Qur’anic moral education is comprehensive, dynamic, and relevant for character formation in the modern era.

Abstract

Pemotongan harga secara sepihak pada jual beli jagung dengan sistem tebasan sudah ditentukan secara sepihak oleh penebas. Dalam praktik tersebut petani telah setuju walaupun terdapat unsur keterpaksaan dan ketidakrelaan dalam jual beli. Maka secara hukum Islam jual beli tersebut mengandung unsur gharar (penipuan) karena tidak terpenuhinya prinsip dalam jual beli. Secara sosiologi hukum Islam terdapat beberapa faktor yang membuat masyarakat mempraktikkan jual beli tersebut yaitu faktor ekonomi, budaya, pendidikan dan sosial. Jika dilihat tingkat pengamalan hukum Islam masyarakat masih tergolong rendah karena hukum Islam belum mampu mempengaruhi pola perilaku masyarakat, sehingga perlunya tokoh keagamaan masyarakat yang hendaknya memberikan pemahaman serta edukasi kepada masyarakat untuk mempraktikkan jual beli yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Dampak yang dapat diberikan dari praktik pemotongan harga secara sepihak hanyalah dampak negatif karena jual beli yang dilakukan hanya berdampak negatif saja, karena dapat merugikan salah satu pihak dan melanggar ketentuan hukum Islam.

Abstract

Purpose of the study — This study aims to analyze the influence of Online Customer Review (X1), Online Customer Rating (X2), and Perceived Ease of Use (X3) on Purchasing Decisions (Y) among Henea.id. Research method—The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique on 100 respondents selected purposively. The data obtained were tested through normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, partial tests (t), and simultaneous tests (F). Result— The results of the study indicate that the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Online customer reviews have been shown to increase consumer trust in products. Online customer ratings play an important role in providing an overview of product quality and credibility. Meanwhile, Perceived Ease of Use is a dominant factor that encourages consumer comfort in making bold transactions. Simultaneously, these three variables have a strong contribution to influencing consumer purchasing decisions. Conclusion— This study emphasizes the importance of the role of consumer reviews, rating systems, and perceived ease of use in forming purchasing decisions in the digital era. The practical implications of this study can be a reference for business actors in designing more effective digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

Influence of audit tenure, profitability, company risk, and company complexity on audit fees with company quality as a mediator. The research subjects included banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2024 period. The analysis method used was panel data regression with the help of Eviews software version 12. Based on the test results, several findings were obtained, namely: (1) Audit tenure does not affect audit fees; (2) Profitability has a significant effect on audit fees; (3) Company risk does not affect audit fees; (4) Company complexity also does not affect audit fees. Furthermore, the results of the moderation test show that: (5) Company size is unable to moderate the relationship between audit tenure and audit fees; (6) Company size is able to moderate the relationship between profitability and audit fees; (7) Company size is unable to moderate the relationship between company risk and audit fees; (8) Company size is unable to moderate the relationship between company complexity and audit fees. In addition, the results of the mediation test show that: (9) Audit Quality cannot mediate the relationship between Audit Tenure and Audit Fee; (10) Audit Quality can mediate the effect of Profitability on Audit Fee; (11) Audit Quality cannot mediate the effect of Company Risk on Audit Fee; and (12) Audit Quality cannot mediate the effect of Company Complexity on Audit Fee.
