Abstract

This research is motivated by the teaching materials chosen by teachers, one of them at SMAN 1 Painan indicate that teaching materials are contained in the RPP generally contains about facts, concepts and principles, but not complete, as the RPP class x SMAN 1 Painan no principle. So it is not balanced it between the material taught in SMAN 2 and SMAN 3 Painan.Based on these problems, the method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, which is to see and describe what it reveals anything, it is desirable from this study is deskiptif, description of materials and Verbs Oprasional (Marines) contained on learning objectives (RPP). To know the material and Operations Verbs (Marines) pembelajarn purposes only studied in the lesson plan.he results showed that the material contained on learning objectives, lesson plans teachers Painan in SMA 1, SMA Negeri 2 Painan and SMA Negeri 3 Painan. RPP SMAN 1 Painan teachers and teachers of SMAN 2 Painan more material about the concept of teacher lesson plans while SMA 3 Painan more about the facts. Verbs are There At RPP Learning Objectives 1 Painan State High School teacher, said operational work that is generally used to describe. Operational verb used means teachers want students to have the ability to understand the meaning, explaining, reiterating an idea urther analysis shows that the Operations Verbs (Marines) are used in SMAN 1 and SMAN 2 Painan Painan less relevant, while at SMAN 3 Painan been better. Based on the above findings it can be concluded that teachers of SMAN 1 and SMAN 2 Painan Painan lack of understanding about the type of material and Operations Verbs (Marines). While teachers of SMAN 3 Painan less meseimbangkan type of material. It is recommended that working with colleagues in the manufacture of the learning objectives.

Abstract

Lock of student’s fact interpretation understanding ability is caused by various of factors go such as history learning process which is still delivering of information that make student to be able to remind, the history learning aim is to practice students to think critical trough fact in history learning. One of effort to increase fact interpretation understanding in history learning is cooperative learning mode type STAD.the aim of the research is to know the effect of using cooperative learning model type STAD toward students history learning result at SMAN 5 Padang.the advantage of this research is to practice students to formulate fact to be concept and principle in order to increase student’s history study result in finding material matter by self and increase creativity, students’interest and also develop students’minf set toward history lesson material understanding. Kind of the research of quantitative research which data got trough direct eksperiment on XI IPS students of SMAN 5 Padang the research sample was got based on group random with arsumption that every group has same ability and habit in learning history. The sample was two classes that XI IPS 1 as experiment class and XI IPS 2 as control class. The research result shown the result study in interpretating achievement history fact experiment classhigher than control class. It’s seen from differences of posttest average score experiment class as big as 5,71 and counrol class 4,75.It means that history fact interpretation result study increasing of experiment class higher than control class. From analysis of research result and explanation can be concluded that application of cooperative learning model type STAD had significant effect toward students’ study result in interpretating history material fact of XI IPS SMAN 5 Padang

Abstract

 This research is motivated by the problem of classroom management implemented teacher has not gone well. On the basis of the problem of this research is focused on the constraints of teachers in implementing Classroom Management in Integrated Social learning in SMP Negeri 4 Tarusan Pesisir Selatan Region. This study aims to determine the constraints of teachers in implementing Classroom Management in Integrated Social learning in SMP Negeri 4 Tarusan Pesisir Selatan Region, views from the skills associated with the creation and maintenance of learning conditions, divide the attention of students, management teachers in focus groups or class, giving clear instructions to students, reprimand or termination and provide reinforcement to the students. Based on these problems, the method used in this study is the evaluation study. To test the validity of the data the authors used data triangulation. Then the techniques of data analysis in this study using the interactive analysis technique proposed by Huberman Milles, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results show the obstacles faced by teachers in classroom management are: students lack discipline, too many students, students who have a good personality and lack of discipline less, give clear instructions for materials that are difficult to understand by students, students who have personalities less good and less discipline and character of the students come from diverse backgrounds as different. It can be concluded that the Integrated Social Science teachers have the classroom management problems, especially problems related to students. This happens because of the diversity of characteristics possessed by students.

Abstract

Low motivation of student to learn especially in studying the science of social subjectin Junior High School 25 Kabupaten Solok Selatan. History Education Program. STKIP PGRI West Sumatera. Padang 2014. The background of this research is low motivation of student to learn especially in studying the science of social subject. Based on that problem, this research focuses on reinforcement of teachers to motivate students especially in the science of social subject in Junior High School 25 Solok Selatan. The primary purpose of this research is to find relationship reinforcement of teachers to student’s motivation in the science of social course.Types of research that used in this research are descriptive correlation. The population of this study is all of students in Junior High School 25, Solok Selatan 2013/2014, and the sample of this research are 46 students which taking with Proportional stratified random sampling technique with Slovin formula. The result of this research describes reinforcement of teachers to students motivation in Junior high school 25 Solok Selatan in medium (39, 13%), meanwhile students motivation in Junior High School lower (46, 65%). The result of hypothesis evidence there are relationship between reinforcement of teachers to students motivation in Junior high School 25 Solok Selatan, the relationship of reinforcement of teachers to students motivation is lower with r count = 0,317 with r table 0,294, but the direction of relationship is positive because the value of r is positive. This study describes the results that reinforcement of teachers influence motivation in general, however discussed separately but was not correlated. This finding suggests that reinforcement essentially no impact in isolation, but overall influence student motivation. It means if the teacher give motivation, so that the student motivation will be arise.

Abstract

In the process of learning one component that greatly affect the success of educational textbooks . Textbooks Textbooks are books that are written to handle students in accordance with the main points of discussion in the outlines of instructional programs and regulations. This textbook is a major textbook in teaching and learning. Research methods used in the study is the Content Analisys which describes the relationship between the subject matter of history in high school history textbooks with Competency Standards ( SK ) and the Basic Competency ( KD ) which exist on the Content Standards book danYudisthira grants . The results showed that the standard analysis of high competence and basic competence consists of two materials . Two such materials are science concepts and historical events . Based on the analysis of both high school history textbooks which grants and Yudisthira if ditinjaua in terms of suitability and completeness of the materials with the target presentation materials on the basis of competence , it grants a book better than the book Yudisthira so there is still a text book that has not met the target to be achieved ie the process of change , but the reality of the books now do not correspond to the learning objectives of factors , Content Standards , Level of student progress and teacher conditions. The conclusion of this study is that high school history text books of class XI on the basis of competence that analyze the development of life negarakerajaan Hindu - Buddhist state in Indonesia is targeting panyajian completeness of the material on the Basic Competence . But there is still a matter of history textbooks that have not lengkap.oleh because it prior to using the textbook teachers should analyze first whether it has been worth the textbook used or there are still shortcomings that need to be completed is by making teaching materials

Abstract

In the learning process is more dominant sociological patterns of interactions using a one-way interaction centered on the teacher . This can be seen in the sociology of the learning process ongoing in the classroom during a lesson that teachers play an active role in the classroom, while the students just accept what is presented by the teacher . Conditions such as these have an impact on student behavior . Ideally, the learning pattern is an effective interaction that involves students actively as asked, an opinion, an idea / ideas and answer questions from the teacher. The purpose of this study was to describe patterns of interaction with student teachers on student behavior in the learning process sociology at SMA N 1 New Koto Dharmasraya. The theory used in this study is the theory of constructivism, where learning is a process to build knowledge through real experiences from the field. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive type. In this study, the determination of informants conducted by purposive sampling technique, while the informants in this study were, sociology subject teachers, and students. The data collected in this study is primary data and secondary data.The unit of analysis is the group with the analysis of the data comprising the steps of reduction, data presentation / analysis of data,andconclusions .The results of this study are :patterns of interaction that are used or applied in learning patterns of interaction is one-way, two-way interaction pattern and multidirectional interaction patterns. With a one -way interaction patterns of students are not motivated to learn and there is no response from the students. With two-way interaction pattern , obtained feedback from the students, such as asking and answering questions from the teacher. With multi-way interaction of students actively in the learning process as an opinion, idea.

Abstract

The background of this research background by the large number of students who take remedial learning implementation in sociology in high school subjects SMA N I Gumanti fistula, after execution of remedial learning there is also students who score below the KKM. Learning the remedial efforts of the teacher is to provide assistance to students who have difficulty learning, which is expected to improve constraints in the learning process therefore the purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of remedial teaching in accordance with the KTSP. This research is a qualitative descriptive approach. techniques used in data collection observation, interviews, document study, informant selection techniques are purposive sampling where the samples were intentionally set by the researchers, sample selection based on necessity and sufficiency of research data, the accuracy of the data was tested by using triangulation of data and theories used in this research is the theory of structural fungsianalisme known as AGIL. The results of this study indicate that teachers do not make lesson planning remedial programs and implementation of remedial learning The SMA N I Gumanti fistula has not been fully implemented accordance with the following steps KTSP: 1. The diagnosis of student difficulties, teachers do not perform diagnostic difficulties students but teachers only perform diagnostic tests ie analyzing student learning outcomes. 2. The teacher does not provide remedial learning measures such as; re learning provision, provide specific guidance, the provision of training tasks in particular, use of peer tutoring, 3) timing of remedial learning 4) Retest, 5) Values of remedial results. Remedial learning yet achieving the goal of improve the way of teaching, learning, adjustment of the material and curing learning barriers faced by students, The main goal is complete the teacher values students who scored below the KKM.

Abstract

                                                         ABSTRACTThis thesis tells about the social-economic history with title “ Social-economic of coffee’s farmers in the District Lembah Masurai Kabupaten Merangin Provinsi Jambi (1999-2011)”. It is interesting to discuss because the presence of coffee cultivation in Kecamatan Lembah can give the impact for development of economy to be better. The research problem are: How does the emergence of the coffee crop in the district Lembah Masurai since (1999-2011), How the development of coffee’s farmers in the district Lembah Masurai since (1999-2011), How the coffee’s farmers influences social-economic in District Lembah Masurai since (1999-2011). Beside that the purpose of this study also discuss about social- economic life of coffee’s farmers in District Lembah Masurai Kabupaten Merangin Provinsi Jambi since 1999-2011. This research includes historical research , this study followed the methods of history : 1 ) Heuristics , 2 ) source criticism , 3 ) interpretation , and 4 ) the presentation of the results of a research thesis . Transition from peasant agriculture cinnamon to coffee farmers, income changes, in addition, reaches the high standart in the reality of human life. Changes occur anywhere; including in District Lembah Masurai Kabupaten Merangnin Jambi Province. Lembah Masurai districts have good potential of  agricultural. Over time, so many developments of human live in Lembah Masurai District. In 1999 the District of Okanagan Masurai more interested in planting coffee as compared to other crops. In 2001, standar live of society are more be better than before, we can see that by the education system, building system and economic system.

Abstract

ABSTRACTNatural disasters such as landslides have left deep wounds and traumatic for the people living around the landslide-prone zones, as well as in Korong Kolam Janiah Nagari Kudu Gantiang V Koto Timur District, Padang Pariaman regency. Nature disasters landslides that occurred on 8 January 2007 that has killed 13 people, 4 houses and 1 mosque. This paper examines the nature landslide disaster in 2007. Historical research methods : ( 1 ) Heuristics ( 2 ) Source Criticism ( 3 ) Interpretation ( 4 ) Historiography . Based on the results of the research showed that citizens affected by natural disasters landslides change. Social capital in building a house is affected by the birth of a sense of community, kinship, but there is also in the form of exchange of the good or service. While the economic impact of a society that is seen as the majority of farmers are now no longer just rely on one principal livelihood, but also take advantage of other employment opportunities in order to increase revenue and income to meet their daily living needs. The conclusion of this study is that public life after landslide occurrences has improved and has returned to usual activities. Keyword : socioeconomic communities after nature disasters landslide

Abstract

ABSTRACTIncreasingly volatile economic crisis in 1998 which lead to uncontrolled widespread panic to the people of Indonesia, is no exception Sawahlunto. With the coal mining company in Indonesia Ombilin oldest. Can directly improve the economy Sawahlunto. With the government regulations that allow the city / county on investments including mining permit. Thus emerged the CV or KP ( Mining ). So the impact of the presence of coal scavengers that create jobs and increase their incomes. With the goal is ( 1 ) knowing the background of Coal Scavengers Sawahlunto chose the profession, ( 2 ) determine the socio-economic life of Coal Scavengers. Based on the above research objective methods used in this study is the historical method. Producer encountered during this study were : ( 1 ) Heuristic , ( 2 ) Criticism Sources , ( 3 ) Interpretation, ( 4 ) Historiography ( presentation of research results in the form of a scientific paper or thesis. Research shows that the background is a scavenger chose the profession because of a desire to meet the necessities of life, the absence of other jobs, in addition to the economic life of coal scavengers depending on the circumstances when there is a CV that opening of new mines, they can still earn a living. Level of well-being can not be separated from scavengers salary or wages received. Based on the research it can be concluded, that the income derived by coal scavengers ranged from Rp 350.000, - to Rp 400,000. Coal scavengers social life is also good, both among fellow pickers, truckers up to the owner of the mine. Keywords : social , economic, coal scavengers
