Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi digital dosen terhadap kualitas pembelajaran daring di perguruan tinggi. Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, pembelajaran daring menjadi alternatif utama dalam sistem pendidikan tinggi. Oleh karena itu, kompetensi digital dosen, yang mencakup keterampilan teknis dan pedagogis dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk pembelajaran, menjadi faktor penting dalam menentukan kualitas pembelajaran daring. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan mengkaji berbagai artikel, jurnal, dan sumber-sumber akademik relevan yang dipublikasikan dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital dosen yang baik, baik dari segi teknis (kemampuan menggunakan platform dan alat pembelajaran digital) maupun pedagogis (kemampuan mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam strategi pengajaran), memiliki dampak positif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran daring. Dosen yang memiliki kompetensi digital yang lebih tinggi mampu menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan mendalam, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa dan hasil pembelajaran. Sebaliknya, kurangnya kompetensi digital dapat menghambat kualitas pembelajaran daring dan menurunkan keterlibatan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pelatihan yang lebih terfokus, pengembangan infrastruktur yang memadai, dan dukungan berkelanjutan bagi dosen sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital dalam pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

The problem in this research is related to the low interest in becoming a teacher among FKIP students class of 2019 at Siliwangi University. This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of personality and self-efficacy on the intention to become a teacher. The method used is a quantitative survey with an explanatory research design. The research population is the 2019 FKIP class of 1240 students. The sampling technique used was proportionate random sampling with a total of 302 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression test showed Y=2.881+0.264X1+0.243X2. The results of the partial test stated that the personality variable tcount>ttable or 5.800>1.967 and a significance of 0.000<0.05, which means there is an influence on interest in becoming a teacher and self-efficacy tcount>ttable or 4.089> 1.967 and a significance of 0.000<0.05 which means there is influence on interest in becoming a teacher. Simultaneously the value of fcount>ftable or 155.535>3.025 with a significance of 0.000<0.05 means that there is a positive and significant influence between personality and Self Efficacy on the interest in becoming a teacher.

Abstract

The rapid development of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0 requires higher education institutions to produce graduates with strong digital competencies supported by internationally recognized professional certifications. One strategic effort to address this demand is the implementation of the MikroTik Academy program, which provides students with the MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) certification. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the MikroTik Academy program in strengthening students’ network competence using the CIRO (Context, Input, Reaction, and Outcome) evaluation model. A mixed descriptive approach was employed, involving questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative techniques and descriptive quantitative statistics. The results indicate that the program is highly relevant to student needs and industry demands (context), supported by qualified instructors, standardized training materials, and adequate facilities (input). Participants showed positive responses in terms of learning comfort, clarity of instruction, and increased self-confidence (reaction). In terms of outcomes, the program achieved a very high certification pass rate (96–100%), improved students’ professional readiness, and contributed significantly to institutional key performance indicators related to graduate employability and off-campus learning experiences. Overall, the findings demonstrate that the MTCNA certification program is effective, sustainable, and strategically valuable for enhancing graduate competitiveness and institutional quality.

Abstract

In the History subject for class x at SMAN 16 Padang, the use of available learning media is very limited during the learning process. Students' interest in what they are learning is low and this results in students becoming bored while studying and looking for other activities. Students are less involved in the teaching and learning process. Therefore, there is a need for interesting learning media, to make it easier for students in the learning process. One type of learning media that is considered to be able to overcome several obstacles in the learning process is documentary film learning media. The aim of this research is to develop documentary film learning media for Class X history subjects at SMAN 16 Padang that is valid and practical. This research uses the Research and Development (R & D) research and development method with the ADDIE development model which has 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Research subjects to measure the validity of test media with media validators. The media validators involved are 1 media expert and 1 material expert. The research subjects for testing the practicality of documentary film learning media in history subjects using the Inshot application were class X students at SMAN 16 Padang, totaling 35 student responses and 1 teacher response as a test subject. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation and questionnaires, while the data collection instrument is a validity questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses a Likert scale. The results of this research show that the validity value of the media is an average of 97.5 in the "Very Valid" category, while the validity of the material is an average of 87.5 in the "Very Valid" category and the teacher's practicality assessment is an average of 87.5 in the category "Very Practical" while the students' practicality assessment was an average of 82.28 in the "Very Practical" category.

Abstract

This research aims to develop historical map learning media for the History subject, specifically the topic "Islamic Kingdoms." This study used a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. However, this research only went to three stages: Analysis, Design, and Development. The research subjects were teachers and 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Hulu Kuantan. In the definition stage, a needs and materials analysis was conducted to design a documentary film that aligned with the analysis. The design stage involved selecting materials and media appropriate to the analysis. The development stage involved creating a historical map using ArcGIS, which was then validated by material and media experts. The validation results showed that the developed historical map fell into the very valid media validation category (100%), and the valid material and language validation category (57.14%). Next, the historical map was piloted on 24 10th-grade students. The trial results showed that historical maps were "very practical" for use in learning, with an average practicality score of 88.8% from teachers and 84.03% from students. Based on the research findings, ArcGIS-assisted Historical Map Learning Media for the Islamic Kingdoms in Sumatra topic using the ADDIE development model can be developed.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in History, particularly in the Ethical Politics material, which is caused by the lack of variety of learning models and interactive media that can stimulate in-depth understanding and active student involvement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the implementation of the AIR (Auditory, Intellectual, Repetition) learning model assisted by SPIN media on improving student learning outcomes. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a pretest-posttest design. The instruments used include multiple-choice objective questions. Data analysis includes validity, reliability, difficulty level, discrimination power, normality test, t-test, and N-Gain calculation. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the implementation of the AIR model assisted by SPIN media, with the improvement category being at a moderate to high level based on the N-Gain score. Student responses to learning also show a very positive category. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of the AIR model with IT-based SPIN media that is designed interactively, so that it can improve students'

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of the Talao Pauh marine tourism attraction in Pariaman City during the 2019–2024 period, identify factors influencing its development, and assess its impact on the economy of the surrounding community. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with local government officials, tourism attraction managers, and the local community, supplemented by field observations and documentation studies. The results indicate that the Talao Pauh tourist attraction has experienced significant development, particularly in aspects of accessibility, the provision of supporting tourism facilities, and increasing the number of tourist visits. The main factors driving this development include government policy support, attractive natural resource potential, and active community participation in tourism activities. However, this study also found several obstacles, such as suboptimal integrated management, limited supporting infrastructure, and the emergence of environmental impacts due to tourism activities. From an economic perspective, the development of Talao Pauh has had a positive impact on increasing community income through tourism services, culinary businesses, and souvenir sales. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the representation of Minangkabau women's position in the matrilineal customary system and the forms of resistance that emerge in the film Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck. This film shows how women are faced with the dilemma between customary traditions and personal desires, with a focus on the character Hayati. The study uses a qualitative approach with historical methods and critical discourse analysis. The theories used are postcolonial feminist theory and Stuart Hall's theory of representation. The results show that women in Minangkabau customs have a high symbolic position but are practically still controlled by patriarchal structures. The forms of resistance shown are passive and symbolic resistance, showing that women still have agency even within customary limitations. This film is a reflection of social criticism of customary norms that limit women's freedom.

Abstract

Pelatihan pembuatan materi ajar digital menggunakan Canva merupakan solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran daring di kalangan dosen. Permasalahan umum yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan kemampuan teknis dosen dalam mendesain materi yang menarik dan interaktif, yang berpengaruh pada keterlibatan mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 22 peserta dari berbagai institusi dan dilaksanakan secara daring melalui Zoom. Metode pelatihan mencakup demonstrasi, latihan mandiri, dan diskusi interaktif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan peserta, di mana mayoritas peserta berhasil membuat materi ajar digital yang relevan. Pelatihan ini juga meningkatkan kepercayaan diri peserta dalam memanfaatkan Canva untuk pembelajaran. Dengan hasil yang positif, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat diadaptasi secara lebih luas untuk mendukung transformasi digital dalam pendidikan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut guru sekolah dasar untuk mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam proses pembelajaran secara efektif. Namun, realitas di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa banyak guru masih mengalami keterbatasan dalam hal pemahaman, keterampilan, dan kepercayaan diri untuk memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan guru sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan pedagogical mentoring berbasis teknologi yang partisipatif dan kontekstual. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan melibatkan 20 guru dari dua sekolah dasar di Pekanbaru, Riau. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan, pendampingan praktik mengajar, dan forum refleksi kolaboratif. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman, keterampilan, dan inisiatif guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi pembelajaran. Analisis korelasi juga mengungkap hubungan yang kuat antara tingkat partisipasi dengan peningkatan kompetensi guru. Kesimpulannya, model mentoring berbasis teknologi yang bersifat reflektif dan kolaboratif efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas guru, serta membangun budaya belajar yang berkelanjutan di sekolah. Pengabdian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model pemberdayaan guru yang lebih humanis, kontekstual, dan adaptif terhadap tantangan pembelajaran abad 21.
