Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the magnitude of the influence of the Continuous Professional Development Program (PKB) on the competence of elementary school teachers in Bengkulu City. (2) to analyze the magnitude of the influence of the Continuous Professional Development Program (PKB) on the Pedagogy of Elementary School Teachers in Bengkulu City. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research, the research instrument used is a questionnaire, the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, basic assumption tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression, t-test. Research Results: (1) There is an influence of the Continuous Professional Development Program (PKB) on the Professional Competence of Elementary School Teachers in Bengkulu City as shown in the calculated t (2.053) > t table (5% = 1.70) and the significance level is 0.046 < 0.05. So this test shows that Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of the Continuous Professional Development Program (PKB) on the Professional Competence of Bengkulu City. (2) There is an influence of the Continuous Professional Development Program (PKB) on the pedagogy of PAI teachers in Public Elementary Schools in Bengkulu City as shown in the calculated t (2.862) > t table (5% = 1.70) and a significance level of 0.007 < 0.05. So this test shows that Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of the continuous professional development program (PKB) on the pedagogy of PAI teachers in Public Elementary Schools in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are institutionally growing very fast. However, the roles of BUMDes as an agency of rural economy have not been optimal to provide solutions to the socio-economic problems of rural communities. This is due to the concept of BUMDes management that has not developed patterns to facilitate economic growth and to empower the existing micro-enterprises. Based on the problems, this article offers a sharia-based management concept of BUMDes as a solution to address socio-economic problems through empowering micro-business in rural communities. This article uses qualitative method with secondary data analyzed descriptively. This article concludes BUMDes management prioritizing benefits, partnerships and risk mitigations that accord with the rural context can be non-banked financial inclusion (IKNB) and can spur growth and capability of micro-enterprises in rural communities sustainably. By increasing the capability of micro enterprises, it can be a solution to the socio-economic problems of rural communities.[Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) secara kelembagaan mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat. Akan tetapi, hingga saat ini peran BUMDes sebagai badan ekonomi di perdesaan belum optimal dan mampu menjadi solusi terhadap permasalahan sosial ekonomi yang dihadapi masyarakat di beberapa desa. Hal ini dikarenakan konsep pengelolaan BUMDes belum mengarah kepada pola-pola yang bertujuan mendorong pertumbuhan dan melakukan usaha-usaha pemberdayaan usaha mikro masyarakat yang sudah ada. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka artikel ini menawarkan sebuah konsep pengelolaan BUMDes yang berbasis syariah sebagai solusi mengatasi permasalahan sosial ekonomi melalui pemberdayaan usaha mikro masyarakat perdesaan. Metode penulisan yang dignakan adalah kualitatif dengan data skunder yang dianalisis secara kualitatif-deskiptif. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa pola pengelolaan BUMDes yang berbasis pada pengutamaan kemaslahatan, kemitraan, dan mitigasi risiko yang sesuai dengan konteks pedesaan dapat menjadi inklusi keuangan non bank (IKNB) yang mampu memacu pertumbuhan dan meningkatkan kapabilitas usaha mikro masyarakat perdesaan secara sustainable. Dengan meningkatnya kapabilitas usaha mikro dapat menjadi solusi bagi permasalahan sosial ekonomi masyarakat perdesaan.]

Abstract

This research is motivated by the explosion of information obtained from current digital literacy such as: YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and other sources. YouTube is a very young platform that can be accessed as a media for preaching and learning media in schools. This research aims to: 1. To find out whether there is an influence of religious YouTube digital literacy on students' understanding of religion at SMPN 18 Bengkulu City. 2. Find out whether there is an influence of religious YouTube digital literacy on students' religious awareness at SMPN 18 Bengkulu City. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is hypothesis testing using simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination ((R2). Research results: (1) There is an influence of religious YouTube digital literacy on students' understanding of religion at SMPN 18 Bengkulu City as evidenced by the regression equation Y1 = 48.889 + 0.531 18 Bengkulu City as proven by the regression equation Y2 = 48.998+ 0.430

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada orangtua untuk memahami peran melalui implementasi parenting style melalui metode authorithative untuk mengatasi terjadinya trust issue pada anak usia dini korban perserian. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penilitian kualitatif. Jenis pendekatan yagn digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknis pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang dilakukan Penelitian, Lembar Observasi, dan Wawancara. Uji keabsahan data dengan uji Credibility, Uji Transferability, Kebergantungan dependability, dan Kepastian confirmability. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles Huberman yaitu data collection, data display, data reduction, dan consulion drawing. Hasil penelitian didapatkan dari penerapan parenting style dalam penanaman karakter mampu untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter nilai dan moral. Karakter yang muncul merupakan sebuah akumulasi dari metode authorithative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan media Liveworksheet dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP Islam Al Azhar 52 Kota Bengkulu, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendorong dan penghambatnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Liveworksheet membantu guru dalam menyajikan materi IPS secara interaktif dan menarik, sehingga meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Faktor pendorong pemanfaatan media ini meliputi ketersediaan perangkat teknologi, dukungan guru dan sekolah, serta keingintahuan siswa terhadap media baru. Faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan koneksi internet, kurangnya keterampilan teknis sebagian guru dan siswa, serta keterbatasan perangkat di rumah siswa. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Liveworksheet efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran IPS yang mampu meningkatkan interaksi dan partisipasi siswa, meskipun masih memerlukan dukungan infrastruktur dan pelatihan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Inclusive education requires teachers to possess specific competencies to support the learning of students with special needs; however, non-special education (non-PLB) teachers often face challenges in identifying student needs and providing effective guidance. This study aimed to enhance the competence of Special Guidance Teachers (GPK) non-PLB at SDN 4 Pancor and SDN 2 Labuhan Haji through inclusive education training. The training comprised workshops on the concept of inclusive education, student identification and assessment, preparation of individualized learning plans, and guidance strategies for students with special needs. Activities were conducted using lectures, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and practical demonstrations. The results of this community service program indicated that: 1) the workshop increased teachers’ knowledge of inclusive education; 2) teachers were able to develop learning plans for students with special needs; 3) teachers could create simple forms of identification and assessment; and 4) teachers learned various guidance strategies for students with special needs. The participants’ enthusiasm during the workshop demonstrated a positive response to the program. This training provided practical experience for non-PLB teachers in accommodating the needs of students with special needs and represents a strategic effort to strengthen the quality of inclusive education services at the primary school level.

Abstract

Wonoharjo Village is one of the villages in Kemusu sub-district, Boyolali district, Central Java province with a population of 3,208 people. The population data is currently only stored in the village computer folder which can be accessed by anyone and without any special security to secure the data. This is certainly very risky if there are irresponsible people accessing the computer and misusing population data for personal gain. To overcome these problems, a system was created that uses the Data Encryption Standard (DES) algorithm as a method to secure resident data. Data security is done through an encryption process using a symmetric key when resident data is added to the system. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the resident data is successfully encrypted properly in the database with a ciphertext form that is difficult to understand. So it can be concluded that the system created can secure resident data from data leakage and misuse compared to the previous system.

Abstract

Perbankan merupakan salah satu sektor vital dalam perekonomian Indonesia yang berfungsi untuk mendukung perkembangan ekonomi, menyediakan akses keuangan bagi masyarakat, serta menjaga stabilitas sistem keuangan secara keseluruhan. Bank syariah, yang beroperasi dengan dasar hukum syariah, telah berkembang pesat di Indonesia, menawarkan berbagai produk dan layanan keuangan yang mengutamakan keadilan dan keberlanjutan. Di antara perbankan syariah yang ada, Bank NTB Syariah merupakan salah satu institusi yang sangat berperan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Bank NTB Syariah, memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung inklusi keuangan dan pengembangan ekonomi berbasis syariah. Namun, untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan stabilitas operasional Bank NTB Syariah, diperlukan penguatan dalam dua aspek utama, yaitu kepatuhan terhadap peraturan yang berlaku dan manajemen risiko yang efektif. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menyusun strategi penguatan kepatuhan dan manajemen risiko di Bank NTB Syariah. Fokus utama dari strategi ini adalah untuk memastikan bahwa Bank NTB Syariah dapat memenuhi semua kewajiban regulasinya, baik yang ditetapkan oleh otoritas terkait maupun prinsip-prinsip syariah, serta dapat mengelola risiko secara efektif dan efisien dalam menghadapi perubahan ekonomi dan teknologi yang cepat.

Abstract

Sumber belajar yang dapat di pergunakan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik, berupa:pesan, manusia, material, peralatan, teknik, lingkungan, bahan, perstiwa untuk memfasilitasi proses pembelajaran dan dapat memberi masukan, informasi, pengertian serta kemudahan kepada peserta didik. Sumber belajar dapat memerikan pengalaman baru yang lebih kongkret dan langsung dalam menjelaskan hal-hal yang tidak mungkin diadakan, dan memperluas wawasan sehingga peserta didik dapat berfikir kritis dan positif serta dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat dan terbaru sehingga peserta didik termotivasi untuk belajar dengan menyenangkan. Sumber belajar dapat mengembangkan berbagai potensi yang beragam dan bervariasi, seperti: kemampuan, sikap dan minat yang sesuai dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhannya. Kata kunci: Sumber belajar, pemahaman dan peserta didik

Abstract

Background: Routine community religious gatherings like weekly recitations enhance spiritual knowledge and social bonds, yet their effectiveness is rarely evaluated systematically at the grassroots level. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the routine Friday night recitation activities to improve the religious knowledge of the community in Timur Indah V, Bengkulu City. Method: This study uses an evaluation approach with the Formative-Sumative Evaluation Model, which focuses on formative evaluation to measure the process and outcomes of the pengajian (Islamic study) activities. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis was conducted using triangulation techniques to ensure the validity of the findings. Result: The process of implementing the Friday night recitation routine has been running according to procedures, although there are still some aspects of the instrument that have not been applied optimally. Regarding activity results, the congregation felt that this recitation greatly increased their religious insight. Conclusion: The routine Friday night recitation in Timur Indah V has positively impacted the congregation's understanding and religious practices. Although this activity has been running according to procedures, some aspects still need to be improved to increase its effectiveness. Contribution: This study empirically evaluates the effectiveness of routine recitation as a medium for religious education in the community.
