Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi, perusahaan multinasional di Indonesia dihadapkan pada tantangan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang heterogen, terutama terkait perbedaan sistem kompensasi antara tenaga kerja ekspatriat dan lokal. Kompensasi ekspatriat umumnya lebih kompleks dan tinggi, mencakup berbagai tunjangan yang mendukung mobilitas dan kesejahteraan mereka selama penugasan di luar negeri. Sementara itu, tenaga kerja lokal biasanya menerima gaji berdasarkan standar nasional yang mengikuti regulasi ketenagakerjaan. Perbedaan sistem ini dapat menimbulkan persepsi ketidakadilan, ketidakpuasan, hingga konflik internal yang berpotensi merusak iklim organisasi dan produktivitas. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi perusahaan untuk mengembangkan kebijakan kompensasi yang adil, transparan, dan mengakomodasi aspek budaya serta regulasi lokal. Pendekatan glocalization, yaitu menggabungkan unsur global dan lokal dalam strategi remunerasi, dinilai efektif dalam menjaga keseimbangan dan harmonisasi hubungan industrial. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak perbedaan kompensasi terhadap motivasi, kinerja, dan hubungan kerja, dengan memberikan rekomendasi pengelolaan remunerasi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Globalisasi telah mendorong peningkatan mobilitas tenaga kerja lintas negara, termasuk pertumbuhan jumlah karyawan asing (expatriate) yang bekerja di berbagai perusahaan multinasional di Indonesia. Adaptasi budaya menjadi tantangan utama yang harus dihadapi oleh tenaga kerja asing dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan sosial, nilai-nilai organisasi, serta praktik kerja lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi Human Resource Development (HRD) yang efektif dalam mendukung proses adaptasi budaya karyawan asing. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka sistematis terhadap 20 artikel ilmiah terbitan tahun 2015–2025 yang relevan dengan topik HRD dan adaptasi lintas budaya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan lintas budaya, program mentoring, penguatan kecerdasan budaya (Cultural Intelligence), dan dukungan organisasi yang berkelanjutan merupakan elemen kunci dalam strategi HRD yang sukses. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran aktif divisi HR dalam merancang dan mengevaluasi program pengembangan yang mendukung integrasi budaya tenaga kerja asing di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap turnover intention karyawan di PT XYZ, dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi dari employee engagement, employer branding, dan psychological attachment. Tingginya tingkat turnover di PT XYZ selama periode 2022–2024 menjadi latar belakang penting penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei melalui kuesioner kepada seluruh populasi karyawan tetap (200 orang) menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Selain itu, employee engagement, employer branding, dan psychological attachment terbukti sebagai mediator yang signifikan dalam memperkuat hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan keinginan karyawan untuk keluar dari perusahaan. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya penerapan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional secara konsisten serta penguatan keterlibatan emosional dan psikologis karyawan untuk menekan turnover intention di lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat modal intelektual dan lingkungan kerja berkenaan dengan peningkatan kinerja puskesmas. Penelitian ini melibatkan tenaga kesehatan di 4 puskesmas di wilayah kerja puskesmas kecamatan kebayoran lama berjumlah 34 pegawai. Responden dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria tenaga kesehatan pemegang program. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan teknik Uji validitas dan reliabilitas digunakan untuk menguji data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sedangkan analisis jalur dan pengujian hipotesis digunakan untuk analisis data (Uji-t), dan analisis korelasi determinasi (R2), konvergen uji validitas, dan validitas diskriminan yang diproses menggunakan SmartPLS 3.2.9. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) modal intelektual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja puskesmas 2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja puskesmas.

Abstract

Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is a type of legal entity business that can be used as a form of effort to improve the village economy and increase Village Original Income (PADes). One of the villages that founded BUMDes is BUMDes Karya Mandiri in Cibodas Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency. This research aims to analyze how the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in helping to increase Village Original Income (PADes) in Cibodas Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency. Research methods use qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research show that the management of BUMDes Karya Mandiri is quite good and meets the 6 principles of BUMDes management. BUMDes Karya Mandiri has been able to increase the Village’s Original Income as evidenced in 2019, 2021, and 2022 BUMDes gave 42,000,000 IDR to PADes and in 2023 BUMDes gave IDR 15,300,000. Although the number of contributions is still relatively small compared to the income obtained by BUMDes, but with the existence of BUMDes it is able to increase PADes and help improve the community’s economy. BUMDes in improving PADes there are supporting and Inhibiting factors. The supporting factors of BUMDes are Central Government Support, Village Government Support, Potential Resources owned by the Village, Knowledge of Human Resources, and Business Capital or Budget. Meanwhile, the factors that hinder the role of BUMDes in increasing the Village’s Original Income are Financial Management, Human Resources (Society), Natural Factors, and Unutilized Potential.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Career Path on organizational sustainability mediated by innovative work behavior in heavy equipment companies in Indonesia.Methodology/approach: The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study are all employees who work in heavy equipment companies in Indonesia. With the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis model, 110 samples were taken. The analysis technique in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the smart PLS 3.0 program to test the hypothesis.Findings: The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of Career Path on innovative work behavior and organizational sustainability. There is an effect of innovative work behavior on organizational sustainability. Innovative Wok Behavior can mediate the effect between Career Path and organizational sustainability in heavy equipment companies in Indonesia.Novelty/value: Innovative Wok Behavior sangat penting untuk ditingkatkan agar organizational sustainability lebih meningkat melalui upaya penerapan Career Path. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the effect of capital structure, company growth, and inflation on firm value with profitability as intervening variable. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2018 totaling 174 companies. Determination of the sample is selected by purposive sampling. Out of 174 populations, only 27 samples were selected. The type of research data is panel data. Path analysis was chosen as the method of data analysis. The results shows that partially capital structure has a significant effect on firm value, company growth and inflation have no significant effect on firm value, capital structure has a significant effect on profitability, company growth and inflation have no significant effect on profitability, profitability has a significant effect on firm value. Profitability mediates the effect of capital structure on firm value, profitability does not mediate the effect of company growth and inflation on firm value.

Abstract

The present study aimed to analyze a macro economic effect - proxied by BI rate, exchange rate, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)- and financial performance - proxied by current ratio (CR), net profit margin (NPM), and debt to equity ratio (DER)- on stock price, using Earning per Share (EPS) as the intervening variable. The object of the study was retail company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2018. The study used data from financial statement, BI rate fluctuation, rupiah exchange rate, FDI volume, and stock price in 2011-2018. In this study, path analysis and linear regression analysis were done using SPSS 21. The result of the study showed that, partially, BI rate and EPS positively and significantly affected stock price. While exchange rate, FDI, NPM, and DER positively, yet not significantly. Whereas Current ratio negatively and not significantly affect the stock prices. The path analysis result showed that it was only CR and DER that affected stock prices through EPS.

Abstract

The era of globalization when it has led to the development of the economy which is very rapid and demanding companies , both companies locally and internationally , must contend tight . Policy dividends have become a concern many parties on the outside of the internal enterprise , such as the holder of the stock , investors, creditors , and the external others who have interest in the information that is issued by a company. This paper aims to determine the factors that affect dividends in construction companies . To test the hypothesis , we used the data series while the annual are listed on the bursary effect in 2014 until 2019. We use panel data model to analyze the influence of Return On Equity , Debt to Equiy Ratio and Current Ratio that affect the dividend.

Abstract

The research was conducted to analyze the calculation of demand forecasting and inventory of spare parts . The data collection method uses descriptive quantitative by conducting literature studies, interviews, and collecting sample data of 140 spare parts from June 2019 to June 2020. The data classification process with FSN method, obtained 13 fast moving spare parts use for calculating demand forecasting based on the Triple Exponential Smoothing method. The results from the trial error to get the smoothing value of alpha, beta and gamma errors prioritize to best MAPE <5%. Some MAPE errors above 5% are X000000 000254 MAPE = 5.68% , X000000 005566 MAPE = 21.12, X400 401 10 72 MAPE = 13.14, and X400 401 26 71 MAPE = 16.70. The calculation result of safety stock and reorder point find 4 spare parts have low level inventory have to reorder.
