The low level of scientific literacy is due to the lack of success of students in completing the types of scientific literacy with characteristics. This research aims to determine the literacy achievement of elementary school students in terms of content, process, and science context aspects. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, where the sampling criteria are based on suggestions from the class teacher and the characteristics of the students themselves. The teacher suggested that the class that had received the material to be tested were class VI, which consisted of 31 students from 16 female students and 15 male students. The research instrument used was a scientific literacy test in the form of 10 multiple-choice questions on the human digestive system material which included aspects of the content, process, and context of scientific literacy. Data were analyzed by descriptive percentage formula. The results showed that the average scientific literacy ability as a whole obtained a percentage value of 51.09% in the low category. In the content aspect, it obtained a percentage value of 49.73% with the low achievement category. The process aspect obtained a percentage value of 44.43% in the low category. Meanwhile, the context aspect shows the highest gain among other aspects of scientific literacy ability, which is 59.13% in the medium category. Conclusion, students' literacy skills are still low, so teachers must pay more attention to improving students' scientific literacy skills through a contextual learning process by connecting science and the application of science in students' daily lives

The ability to think critically is a skill that students need to cope with the challenges of today's world. The aim of this study is to analyze the critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students in science materials at SD Islam Ummina and SDN 1 Tunjungan for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research employs a quantitative descriptive method, with data collected by providing High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions with critical thinking indicators related to science material to 52 students of grade IV SD. The results of the PAP analysis on the final test showed that 7 students (13%) had high critical thinking skills, 5 students (10%) had good critical thinking skills, 18 students (35%) had sufficient critical thinking skills, and 22 students (42%) had low critical thinking skills. Furthermore, in the distribution of student answers, the minimum score was 110 with a percentage of 21% for question number 7, which utilized type C5 questions with complex multiple-choice formats. Thus, the students' ability to solve questions at levels C4, C5, and C6 is still low. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students at SD Islam Ummina and SDN 1 Tunjungan are still low.

This research is the development of local wisdom-based e-comics to increase scientific literacy. Learning media can help achieve learning objectives. This study aims to develop e-comic learning media based on local wisdom to improve scientific literacy in grade IV elementary school. The type of research used is Research and Development with the ADDIE development model namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This study used test subjects by carrying out validity tests on media experts, material experts, learning experts and the responses of ten fourth grade elementary school students. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument. Research data were analyzed by means of descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative. The results of the media expert validator are categorized as very valid. The results of the material expert validator are categorized as very valid. The results of the learning expert validator are categorized as very valid. As well as the results of the responses of ten fourth grade elementary school students categorized as very valid. The overall results of the validator test are categorized as very valid so that e-comic media based on local wisdom can be used with learning alternative energy sources in grade IV Elementary School Science lessons.

Development of the globalized world of the 21st century brings many changes, especially advances in the world of education. Ethnoscience-based learning is an innovation that integrates local wisdom as a learning resource to achieve learning objectives. Teachers can connect local wisdom possessed by students and then link it to science learning materials so that learning will be more meaningful and fun. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of teachers' understanding of ethnoscience-based learning and its application as a learning resource in learning in elementary schools. The sampling technique was purposive sampling from 8 elementary schools, Kaliwungu Kendal. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation and analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. results of data analysis from 8 resource persons, it shows five from eight teachers have not understood specifically about ethnoscience-based learning, and all teachers have used internal ethnoscience as a learning resource. However, of the 8 teachers, only 3 teachers wrote ethnoscience-based learning designs in the lesson plan. This study aims to determine the skills of teachers in ethnoscience-based learning management.

This study aims to diagnose the misconceptions on the molecular structure of matter and investigate the use of learning cycle approach to minimize misconceptions of students on such materials. This research was conducted on students of chemistry education Prodi in one of LPTK in semester one academic year 2009/2010. Data collection techniques used are claim forms diagnostic tests misconception right/ wrong reason given before and after lessons, interviews, and document analysis. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis by way of analyzing the peritem about to be concluded. Results showed that happened on student misconceptions contained in the concept drawing Lewis structures, the determination of polar and non polar, the determination of the geometrical structure based on VSEPR theory and the theory hibrisasi, distinguish between the geometrical structure of the molecular shape, determine the electron configuration for the molecule, and calculate the bond order (b) Frequency of students who have misconceptions have been reduced after being given the study by Learning Cycle approach. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang amat disarankan untuk membekali keterampilan abad 21 adalah Project Based Learning (PjBL). Model pembelajaran ini dapat dipadukan dengan budaya local dan keempat aspek STEM. Keterpaduan ketiga hal tersebut memunculkan model pembelajaran inovatif PjBL-ethno-STEM yaitu pembelajaran berbasis proyek berpendekatan STEM terintegrasi etnosains. Tulisan ini memaparkan hasil kajian pustaka dan hasil penelitian tentang potensi dan kontribusi PjBL-etno-STEM terhadap peningkatan keterampilan abad 21 dan karakter konservasi mahasiswa. Implementasi PjBL-ethno-STEM menggunakan sintaks PjBL dengan tahapan WORO SUMARNI (WoS-Ethno-STEM). Dari hasil penelusuran pustaka menunjukkan bahwa PjBL-ethno-STEM berpotensi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan 4C (berpikir kritis, kreatif, kolaborasi, dan komunikasi) dan karakter konservasi (tanggung-jawab, tangguh, jujur, peduli lingkungan) mahasiswa. Hal ini terbukti setelah diimplementasikan, serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan selama mengikuti PjBL-Ethno-STEM berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan 4C dan karakter konservasi mahasiswa.

Latar Belakang: Pembelajaran IPA di sekolah yang memperhatikan budaya/kearifan lokal di sekitar peserta didik akan memberikan konsekuensi peserta didik menerima konsep-konsep IPA yang dipelajari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tanggapan peserta didik setelah proses pembelajaran menggunakan media Bundengan pada konsep bunyi. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 256 peserta didik kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Selomerto Kabupaten Wonosobo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan teknik proportionale stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan angket (kuesioner). Angket menggunakan skala Likert dengan 4 skala. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai indeks dari perhitungan tanggapan peserta didik terhadap proses pembelajaran menggunakan media Bundengan pada konsep bunyi membuat peserta didik senang mengikuti pembelajaran sebesar 80,34% dan membuat peserta didik memahami konsep bunyi sebesar 85%. Simpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta didik sangat setuju dengan pemanfaatan Bundengan sebagai media pembelajaran konsep bunyi membuat peserta didik senang dan memahami konsep bunyi.

Aspek kehidupan termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi sangatcepat, maka dari itu dalam dunia pendidikan memerlukan sebuah inovasi dalam pembelajaranperkembangan tersebut mengupayakan suatu program yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik,disini peneliti hanya ingin mengetahui perkembangan pembelajaran daring selama pandemic covid19. Harapan pembelajaran daring ini menggunakan sebuah terobosan dalam dunia Pendidikan yaitumenggunakan E-learning, dengan perkembangan teknologi dan metode pembelajaran E-learningakan semakin di perlukan. Pengembangan E-learning diharapkan akan meningkatkan mutupendidikan di Indonesia terutama dalam masa pandemic ini untuk selalu memperhatikan sisipsikologis pelajar dan mampu memfasilitasi cara belajar masing-masing peserta.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan agama dan moral siswa kelas dua dirumah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalahorang tua siswa dan siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah perkembangan agama dan moralanak-anak pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara dandokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, tampilan data, grafik kesimpulan /verifikasi, dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitianini menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak memahami keyakinan agama dan ibadahnya sesuai denganperintah Tuhan yang bermanfaat bagi semua orang, mereka berdoa, menyapa dan menyapamereka sebelum dan sesudah melakukan sesuatu, serta selalu membantu orang tua di rumah

Tujuan dari penelitian ini merupakan untuk mengetahui Peran orang tua dalam pembelajaran daringterhadap perkembangan kogntif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yangdigunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang Peran orang tua dalam pembelajaran daringterhadap perkembangan kogntif. Dalam penelitian ini, responden sebanyak 8 orang yang terdiri dari5 anak sekolah dasar, 2 wali murid, dan 1 guru, yang berdomisili di Kabupaten Boyolali, ProvinsiJawa Tengah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara semi terstruktur. Hasil daripenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua selalu memberikan pendampingan kepada anakdalam kegiatan proses belajar, menjalin komunikasi harus diawali dengan keterbukaan dan tujuanyang baik sehingga membuat suasana hangat dan nyaman. Pengawasan dibangun dengan dasarkomunikasi dan keterbukaan, mendorong atau memberikan motivasi kepada anak, mengarahkankemauan anak.
