Abstract

This study aims to improve students' critical thinking skills by using the e-LKPD guided inquiry approach in learning science in grade IV elementary schools. This research used the research development (Research and Development R&D) method. The research was conducted at three public elementary schools in Banyuwangi Regency, East Java province. The research instrument used pre-test and post-test question sheets. Analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of E-LKPD data used N-Gain analysis obtained from statistical tests of pre-test and post-test results. The study results at two schools showed that students' critical thinking skills in interpretation and analysis were in the high category, while inference and explanation were in the medium category. In another school, the aspects of interpretation, analysis, and inference were in the high category, while the explanation aspect was in the medium category. Based on these results, e-LKPD with the guided inquiry approach was effectively implemented to improve the critical thinking skills of grade IV elementary school students in science learning.

Abstract

Suatu perusahaan dibentuk untuk mencari keuntungan atau laba untuk mewujudkan profitabilitas perusahaan, kemudian melakukan berbagai kegiatan dalam jangka waktu tertentu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat terutama dalam hal penjualan aset perusahaan dan modal saham tertentu. Faktor yang mempengaruhi keuntungan dapat diukur dengan menggunakan rasio aktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran kas dan perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas pada sub sektor food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019 – 2021. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif statistik dan data yang digunakan data sekunder. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi Y = -3.011 – 0,272 X1 + 3,620 X2 secara parsial perputaran kas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dengan nilai signifikan 0,243 > 0,05. Sedangkan perputaran persediaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dengan nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. Secara simultan perputaran kas dan perputaran persediaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dengan nilai signifikan 0,007 < 0,05. Perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel perputaran kas dan variabel perputaran persediaan mempengaruhi variabel profitabilitas sebesar 30,7%, sisanya 69,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Factors that influence profits can be measured using activity ratios. This study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover and inventory turnover on profitability in the food and beverages sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 – 2021. This type of research uses statistical quantitative descriptive research and secondary data is used. The method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the regression equation Y = -3.011 – 0.272 X1 + 3.620 X2 partially cash turnover did not have a significant effect on profitability with a significant value of 0.243 > 0.05. Meanwhile, partial inventory turnover has a significant effect on profitability with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05. Simultaneously, cash turnover and inventory turnover have a significant effect on profitability with a significant value of 0.007 < 0.05. The calculation of the coefficient of determination shows that the cash turnover variable and the inventory turnover variable affect the profitability variable by 30.7%, the remaining 69.3% is influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to produce learning devices by creating a learning objective flow (ATP), teaching modules, and student worksheets (LKPD) that can be used in Grade IV of Mardi Putera Elementary School. Developed based on HOTS-Based Project Based Learning using the ADDIE model through five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, document reviews, interviews, questionnaires, and written tests. This device was then validated by experts and tested for its effectiveness and practicality. The learning device has been validated by learning device experts, material experts, and design and language experts. The results of the validity test showed that the device has a high level of validity with an average score of 4.5. ATP got an average score of 4.5. The teaching module got an average score of 4.5. LKPD has an average score of 4.4. The test results showed that the learning device was valid and suitable for use. The practicality of the learning device was assessed using the teacher's ability observation sheet in managing the class and the student response questionnaire sheet. The results of the practicality test on teachers reached 79%. The test results showed that the learning module was effective and practical enough so that it could be used in learning and improving student literacy. Effectiveness was assessed based on completeness with a value of 80%, which means that the learning media used was in the very effective category. There were 20 students who got scores above the minimum completeness criteria (KKM), namely a score equal to or above 75 and 5 people got scores below KKM, namely 70 and below. The results of the effectiveness test showed that the N gain score value was between 0.21 and 1.00 with an average of around 0.7072. indicating that the learning device is included in the effective category. It can be concluded that the learning device developed is valid, practical, and effective and has been proven to improve students' scientific literacy. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran dengan membuat alur tujuan pembelajaran (ATP), modul ajar, dan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) yang dapat digunakan di Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Mardi Putera. Dikembangkan berdasarkan Project Based Learning Berbasis HOTS menggunakan model ADDIE melalui lima tahap, yaitu analisis, desain, development, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, telaah dokumen, wawancara, kuesioner, dan tes tertulis. Perangkat ini kemudian divalidasi oleh para ahli dan diuji keefektifan dan kepraktisannya. Perangkat pembelajaran telah divalidasi oleh ahli perangkat pembelajaran, ahli materi, serta ahli desain dan bahasa. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa perangkat memiliki tingkat validitas yang tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 4,5. ATP mendapatkan skor rata-rata 4,5. Modul ajar mendapat skor rata-rata 4,5. LKPD memiliki skor rata-rata 4,4. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran telah valid dan layak digunakan. Kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran dinilai penggunaan lembar pengamatan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas dan lembar angket respons siswa. Hasil uji kepraktisan terhadap guru mencapai 79%. Hasil uji menunjukkan modul pembelajaran sudah cukup efektif dan praktis sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran dan meningkatkan literasi siswa. Keefektifan dinilai berdasarkan ketuntasan dengan nilai 80%, yang berarti media pembelajaran yang digunakan kategori sangat efektif. Ada 20 siswa mendapatkan nilai di atas kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM), yaitu nilai yang sama dengan atau 75 ke atas dan 5 orang mendapatkan nilai di bawah KKM, yaitu 70 ke bawah. Hasil uji keefektifan menunjukkan bahwa nilai N gain score antara 0,21 hingga 1,00 rata-rata sekitar 0,7072. menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran termasuk dalam kategori efektif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sudah valid, praktis, dan efektif terbukti meningkatkan literasi sains siswa.

Abstract

This research discusses the application of recording and preparing financial reports in the Tangerang Galatama Catfish Fishing UMKM, therefore the author has a research objective, namely to find out the recording of financial reports and to find out the process of preparing financial reports using Excel and Accurate in the Tangerang Galatama Catfish Fishing UMKM. The research method used was by means of literature study to obtain information regarding the title of the research taken and by means of field studies, namely direct observation of the company and interviews with related parties. Based on the results of observations, it shows that using Accurate can increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enable faster and more accurate financial reports to be prepared in real-time. Thus, this system is proven to be able to provide effective and structured accounting solutions for MSMEs.

Abstract

Background: Red spinach (Amaranthus tricolor L), one of the plants contains several important elements with high nutritional value, is liked by the community, easy to cultivate with hydroponics. Efforts to determine the growth of red spinach by administering POC as a nutrient needed by plants. The purpose of this study was to find out how red spinach plants grow in POC of a mixture of tomato extract and moringa leaf extract with the addition of coconut water hydroponically and at what concentration the most effective POC. This research was conducted at the Biology Green House FKIP UMS. Methods: this study used an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors, namely factor 1 type of POC extract mixture and factor 2 the difference in the volume of POC so that from both factors 6 treatments were obtained with three replications for each treatment. Results: Data analysis using Two Way Anova showed that the results of the C2V2 treatment had a plant height of 2.13 cm, root length of 1.96 cm, and the highest number of leaves with 4 strands. The C1V3 treatment produced the lowest plant height, namely 1.07 cm and the C2V3 treatment produced the lowest root length, namely 0.73 cm and the C1V1, C1V3, C2V1, C2V3 treatments showed the lowest number of leaves, only 2 leaves. Conclusion: The POC of tomatoes and Moringa leaves which were given the same treatment showed that the POC of Moringa leaves were effectively used as red spinach growth nutrients.

Abstract

Background: Brown Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus cystidiosus) is a type of mushroom that has different advantages from other oyster mushrooms. Generally, farmers make planting media for brown oyster mushrooms made from sawdust of sengon wood. The availability of raw materials for sawdust of sengon wood is increasingly difficult to obtain. So we need other alternative materials as a source of nutrition, one of which is banana stem waste. This study aims to determine the effect of banana stem flour on the diameter of the cap, the number of fruiting bodies, and the wet weight of the fungus. Methods: This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) which consisted of one factor. This study used 4 treatments and 3 replications. Data was tested by quantitative descriptive analysis using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test. Results: Banana stem flour has a significant effect on all parameters. The JM2 treatment resulted in a cap diameter of 10.3 cm, mushroom fruiting bodies of 10.6 and wet mushroom weight of 103.8 g. Conclusion: The addition of banana stem powder can increase productivity in the parameters of mushroom cap diameter, number of mushroom fruiting bodies, and wet weight of mushrooms, which can be used by readers or researchers. Utilization of waste such as sawdust of sengon wood and waste of banana fronds for the cultivation of brown oyster mushrooms is one way of handling plantation waste.

Abstract

Background: Liquid organic fertilizer is a fermented solution of organic plant residues, animal and human feces containing nutrients. Lamtoro and tofu liquid waste contain N, P, K, Mg, and Ca, which are suspected to have the potential for liquid organic fertilizer to increase the growth of cayenne pepper (C. frutescens). This study aims to determine the effect of giving POC from lamtoro leaves and tofu liquid waste on the growth of cayenne pepper (C. frutescens). Methods: This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with two replications. POC volume 1:1 consisted of two-liter lamtoro leaf extract and 2-liter tofu liquid waste. The first factor is the volume concentration of POC with the respective concentrations of V0: 0%, V1: 10%, V2: 20%, and V3: 30%. The second factor is the time of spraying POC T1: 3 days interval and T2: 6 days interval. Parameters measured included plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), and plant fresh weight (g). Results: 20% volume (V2) with three-day intervals (T1) gave the best results for plant height (20.10 cm), number of leaves (7.00 leaves), and plant fresh weight (11.50 g). 0% volume (V0) with an interval of 6 days (T2) gave the lowest yield on plant height (6.35 cm), number of leaves (3.00 leaves), and fresh weight of plants (3.00 leaves). Conclusions: Application POC from lamtoro leaves and tofu liquid waste can potentially increase the growth of cayenne pepper (C. frutescens).

Abstract

Sebagai bagian integral dari sistem pendidikan, pendidik profesional menjadi kebutuhan esensial di institusi pendidikan. Guru, memiliki peran kunci dalam proses pembelajaran, baik itu dalam konteks pendidikan formal maupun nonformal. Oleh karena itu, guru diharapkan terus meningkatkan kualitas kerjanya agar mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis eksplanatif untuk menjelaskan pengaruh budaya sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP di Kabupaten Magetan. Di dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan dua jenis variabel, yaitu variabel independen berupa budaya sekolah dan motivasi kerja. Variabel dependennya adalah kinerja guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru SMP di Kabupaten Magetan sebanyak 39 SMP Negeri dengan jumlah guru seribu enam orang. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel terdiri dari Guru SMPN Kabupaten Magetan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua jenis teknik pengambilan sampel, yaitu probability sampling dan non-probability sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier berganda yang dilakukan ada pengaruh antara budaya sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Wirausaha dalam pembuatan bisnis seserahan sangat popular dalam masyarakat. Ini sangat praktis sekali cara pembuataanya karena dalam membentuk seserahan yang bagus sangat perlu sekali pengalaman dalam pembuatannya. Bentuk dari seserahan itu sendiri sangat bermacam macam. Semakin bagus bentuknya maka akan mahal juga harga jualnya. Salah satu usaha rumahan kreatif yang saat ini mulai digandrungi beberapa orang, adalah bisnis seserahan. peluang bisnis adalah suatu kondisi dimana dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi seseorang terutama pebisnis untuk mencapai tujuannya. Tujuan bisnis tersebut dilakukan dengan usaha tertentu serta memakai sumber daya yang dimiliki secara efektif. Sehingga, bisnis tersebut dapat berkembang, penjualan meningkat, reputasi semakin baik, dan pada akhirnya keuntungan pun akan meningkat. Sedangkan menurut Thomas W. Zimmer, peluang bisnis adalah seseorang yang menciptakan inovasi dan pemikiran kreatif dari sebuah kesempatan untuk dapat mencapai tujuannya. Sebagai seorang pebisnis baru, ada banyak hal yang harus dilakukan untuk memulai sebuah bisnis. Namun dalam semua proses tersebut, ada satu hal yang sangat penting dan sering membuat pebisnis pemula mendadak galau, yaitu menentukan penambahan income bagi keluarga. Dengan demikian maka peluang bisnis seserahan untuk menambah income keluarga akan lebih baik lagi dalam masyarakat yang berada di RW 08 Graha Lestari Citra Raya. Pengabdian masyarakat ini membahas tetang mencari peluang bisnis dalam menambahkan income keluarga Graha Lestari Citra Raya Keluarahan Mekarbakti Kecamatan Panongan Kabupaten Tangerang.Banten. Abstract

Serat pelepah tanaman salak yang menjadi limbah perkebunan salak di Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta sama sekali belum dimanfaatkan dan menjadi sampah/limbah padahal mengandung selulosa 42%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh JPP (Jamur Pelapuk Putih) P. chrysosporium pada proses biopulping serat pelepah salak. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan RAL 1 faktor yaitu jenis inokulum (J0=kontrol, J1= P.chrysosporium).  Pelepah tanaman salak dicacah dengan pencacah sampah kemudian disterilkan dalam autoclave selama 45 menit pada suhu 121°C. Serpih pelepah salak  (150 g berat kering) dimasukkan ke dalam kantong plastik tahan panas kemudian diinokulasi 10% inokulum jamur dan diinkubasi dalam suhu ruang (29-30˚C) selama 45 hari. Serpih pelepah tanaman salak yang telah diinkubasi sampai masa inkubasi berakhir dimasak dengan NaOH 10%  L: W = 1:5 (L=berat serpih, W=larutan pemasak), lama pemasakan 1 jam. Setelah dimasak, serpih direndam dalam air dingin 1 L selama 24 jam untuk mengoptimalkan sisa-sisa bahan pemasak dalam melunakkan serpih. Selanjutnya serpih dicuci sampai bebas alkali dan diblender menjadi serbuk untuk analisis bilangan Kappa dan kadar holoselulosa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa P.chrysosporium dapat tumbuh bagus pada substrat serat pelepah salak untuk biopulping dan dapat menurunkan bilangan Kappa 5% setelah 45 hari inkubasi tetapi kadar holoselulosa sama dengan kontrol.
