Abstract

This research aims to examine the development of Social Studies teaching materials for Islamic Elementary School (MI) based on Scientific Integration, determine the validity of the Social Studies teaching materials for MI based on Scientific Integration, assess the practicality of the Social Studies teaching materials for MI based on Scientific Integration, and evaluate the effectiveness of the Social Studies teaching materials for MI based on Scientific Integration. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The research procedure is based on the ADDIE research and development design. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentary studies. Data management and analysis use both quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the development of Social Studies teaching materials for MI based on scientific integration is carried out through the stages of analyzing the needs of the lecture, developing initial product, conducting product trials, revising the product, and producing a product that supports the implementation of lectures at PGMI FITK UIN-SU Medan. The Social Studies teaching materials for MI based on scientific integration, consisting of Syllabus (RPS), Teaching Book, and Student Worksheet (LKM), are found to be valid for use in the implementation of lectures in the PGMI FITK UIN-SU Medan program. Additionally, these teaching materials are practical and effective for use in the implementation of lectures in the PGMI FITK UIN-SU Medan program.

Abstract

Tourism is a key economic sector in Indonesia, significantly contributing to foreign exchange and national revenue. Developing a sustainable tourism strategy requires collaboration across academia, businesses, communities, government, media, and NGOs. However, one major challenge in Indonesia’s tourism sector is the lack of synergistic, comprehensive, and integrated stakeholder collaboration. To address this issue, this study aims to develop a sustainable tourism strategy for Pati Regency based on the hexa helix model, which emphasizes multi-stakeholder engagement in tourism destinations. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research incorporates qualitative methods—such as interviews, observations, and documentation—and a quantitative analysis through MACTOR (Matrix of Alliance, Conflicts, Tactics, Objectives, Recommendations) to map stakeholder interactions. Findings reveal a high level of alignment between the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office (DINPORAPAR) and SMEs, scoring 21.7 on the convergence scale. The primary focus for sustainable development is on enhancing innovation and competitive ability, identified as the most influential objective.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan fenomena yang telah lama ada di institusi pendidikan, memengaruhi individu melalui bentuk verbal, fisik, dan psikologis dengan tujuan merendahkan atau mengintimidasi mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi mahasiswa tentang bullying melalui temuan-temuan penelitian dan analisis data terbaru. Penelitian melibatkan sepuluh mahasiswa semester enam dari sebuah universitas di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, yang berpartisipasi dalam survei yang dilakukan melalui Google Form. Metode penelitian deskriptif dan kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data, yang mengungkap berbagai jenis bullying yang disaksikan oleh partisipan, tantangan dalam menangani kasus bullying, dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku bullying. Meskipun sebagian besar mahasiswa menganggap penanganan kasus bullying sulit karena faktor seperti sikap acuh dan kesulitan menangani pelaku remaja, beberapa percaya bahwa prosedur yang efektif dan kerja sama dapat meningkatkan intervensi. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku bullying meliputi dinamika kekuasaan, kurangnya perhatian dan pendidikan, kurangnya empati, pengaruh keluarga dan teman, iri, dan pencarian popularitas. Upaya pencegahan dan edukasi tentang dampak negatif bullying penting untuk mengurangi kejadian tersebut di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Memahami konsekuensi serius dari bullying menegaskan perlunya upaya bersama untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang aman, inklusif, dan bebas dari bullying.

Abstract

Kekerasan verbal guru terhadap siswa telah menjadi perhatian utama dalam konteks pendidikan, karena dapat memiliki dampak yang merugikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak kekerasan verbal guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah menengah pertama, serta untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor penengah yang memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner motivasi belajar, wawancara dengan siswa dan guru, serta observasi di kelas. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang menjadi korban kekerasan verbal cenderung mengalami penurunan motivasi belajar, minat terhadap pelajaran, dan kepercayaan diri dalam konteks akademis. Faktor-faktor penengah seperti dukungan sosial dan kualitas hubungan guru-siswa juga memainkan peran dalam mengurangi dampak negatif kekerasan verbal. Kesimpulannya, temuan ini menekankan pentingnya tindakan preventif dan intervensi yang efektif untuk mencegah dan mengatasi kekerasan verbal di sekolah, serta pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dan memotivasi bagi perkembangan siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggali kompleksitas hubungan antara komunikasi dan kekuasaan dalam media massa melalui analisis kajian pustaka. Pendahuluan menyajikan latar belakang mendalam tentang permasalahan tersebut, menjelaskan pentingnya pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap dinamika tersebut. Metodologi penelitian menjelaskan pendekatan kajian pustaka yang digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai sumber literatur terkait topik ini. Hasil penelitian menyoroti distribusi kekuasaan komunikatif yang tidak merata dalam media massa, mempertimbangkan implikasi sosial, politik, dan budaya dari pengaruh media massa dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang dinamika kompleks dalam media massa dan memberikan landasan bagi pengembangan kebijakan serta praktik yang lebih efektif dalam mengelola kekuatan komunikatif dalam media.

Abstract

Character education is a crucial aspect in shaping individuals with noble morals and behavior aligned with higher values. The Qur’an, as the guiding principle for Muslims, contains fundamental principles of character education. This study examines Surah Al-Qalam, verse 4, which emphasizes the importance of integrity, patience, and steadfastness in facing trials, as well as Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 177, which highlights faith, honesty, social care, and righteous deeds as manifestations of true virtue. The analysis employs a thematic tafsir approach to explore the character values contained in both verses. The findings suggest that character education in the Qur’an encompasses not only internal development, through the cultivation of faith and morality, but also external aspects, including concern for others, justice, and social righteousness. These findings suggest that integrating Qur’anic values into character education can shape individuals who are balanced in spirituality, morality, and social responsibility.

Abstract

One of the conceptual approaches in Islamic education that is rarely used as a foundation for strengthening religious awareness is Baitul Maqdis-based literacy education. This literacy not only relates to understanding history and the Palestinian issue, but also encompasses theological and spiritual awareness, as well as the Islamic civilization rooted in the values of tawhid, brotherhood, and social justice. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach, supported by a literature review of relevant scholarly works. The findings indicate that Baitul Maqdis literacy has significant potential in cultivating religious awareness among Muslims. Through the integration of Baitul Maqdis literacy into contemporary Islamic education, it is expected that a generation with maqdisiyyah awareness will emergenamely, Muslim learners with strong faith, critical thinking skills, historical consciousness, and a commitment to the advancement of global Islamic civilization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) related to Muslim solidarity in responding to humanitarian crises in Sudan and Palestine. The prolonged crises in both regions require Muslim engagement that goes beyond emotional empathy and is grounded in the normative values of Islamic teachings. This research employs a qualitative approach using the tahlili method, which involves an in-depth analysis of hadiths through the examination of their chains of transmission (isnad), textual content (matn), historical context (asbāb al-wurūd), and substantive interpretation. The findings show that hadiths concerning ukhuwah Islamiyah (Islamic brotherhood), mutual assistance, empathy, and social responsibility have strong relevance in fostering collective awareness among Muslims regarding the suffering of their fellow believers. From the perspective of hadith, solidarity is not merely symbolic or rhetorical, but necessitates concrete, sustained, and well-organized actions oriented toward the realization of public welfare (maslahah). This study is expected to enrich thematic hadith studies and provide a conceptual contribution to strengthening Muslim humanitarian solidarity in addressing contemporary global crises.

Abstract

The Jujuran tradition is one of the customary practices deeply rooted in the marriage system of the Banjar community. This tradition functions not only as a symbol of sincerity and respect toward the bride’s family but also reflects the social, economic, and cultural relations within society. However, in contemporary practice, Jujuran has often undergone a shift in meaning from an ethical customary symbol to a material demand that can be burdensome and may generate social problems, such as the postponement of marriage. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research and field studies conducted through interviews. The findings suggest that the Jujuran tradition is acceptable in Islam, provided it does not contradict Islamic law, is non-coercive, and adheres to the principles of ease and justice in marriage. Therefore, a critical and contextual reinterpretation of the Jujuran tradition is essential to ensure its alignment with Islamic values while remaining responsive to the social dynamics of contemporary Banjar society.

Abstract

Pendidikan kesehatan penting dilaksanakan di rumah sakit, karena pendidikan kesehatan adalah komponen penting dari proses kesembuhan pasien dan merupakan bagian integral dari praktik keperawatan profesional. Tujuan: untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pentingnya kebersihan tangan, untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi dan penyakit dan melakukan sosialisasi kepada Profesional Pemberi Asuhan (PPA) mengenai fitur terbaru di aplikasi SIDEK yaitu pendidikan berbasis audio visual (video). Metoda Pelaksanaan: Koordinasi dengan manajemen rumah sakit tentang penambahan fitur media pendidikan kesehatan berbasis audio visual di dalam APLIKASI SIDEK, menambahkan fitur media pendidikan kesehatan berbasis audio visual dalam aplikasi SIDEK, pembuatan media Pendidikan kesehatan berbasis audio visual, melakukan sosilisasi penambahan media pedidikan kesehatan berbasis audio visual dalam aplikasi SIDEK, melakukan pendidikan kesehatan kepada penunggu pasien tentang kebersihan tangan  menggunakan media audio visual, membagikan hand sanitizer kepada penunggu pasien. Hasil: terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang kebersihan tangan dan berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan penunggu pasien tentang pemberian pendidikan kesehatan 95 % memilih media audio visual (video) dibandingkan media leaflet. Kesimpulan: Terdapat penambahan fitur terbaru pada aplikasi SIDEK di RSUD R Syamsudin SH yaitu media pendidikan kesehatan berbasis audio visual (video). Pelaksanaan pendidikan kesehatan berbasis media audio visual kebersihan tangan terbukti dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang kebersihan tangan.
