Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan merupakan tantangan utama dalam menghadapi kompleksitas dunia modern. Salah satu aspek penting adalah pengembangan kecerdasan emosional siswa, yang telah terbukti menjadi faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan akademik dan kesejahteraan emosional. Namun, banyak guru yang belum sepenuhnya menguasai teknik-teknik yang diperlukan untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional siswa. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, kami mengusulkan program pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru dalam menguasai teknik kecerdasan emosional. Program ini melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan intensif, pendampingan, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Metode ini dirancang untuk memberikan pendekatan komprehensif dan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru dan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Melalui pengabdian ini, diharapkan dapat tercapai peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan kecerdasan emosional guru dan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah

Abstract

Abtsract The holding of a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) is preceded by a summons for a GMS to ensure that shareholders know when and where the GMS is held and know what will be discussed or decided in the GMS based on Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies (UU PT). There are cases where the GMS was held without summoning shareholders, which has an impact on the legality of the deed of minutes of the GMS in this case the GMS-LB made by a Notary. The formulation of the research problem is as follows: 1. How is the legality of the GMS-LB Deed made without the knowledge of one of the shareholders? 2. What are the legal consequences of the GMS-LB deed made without the knowledge of one of the shareholders? The method used is Normative legal research. The results of this study are that the legality of a GMS-LB deed made without the knowledge of one of the shareholders is legally valid because it has been stated by a notary in an authentic deed. This applies as long as there is no judge's decision stating it is invalid, based on the case example in Decision No. 315/PDT/2021/PT.Mdn. Based on the Decision, the deed of the RUPS-LB is invalid because it violates the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. As a result, the deed of the RUPS LB, which originally had perfect evidentiary force, was then degraded into a deed under hand. Abstrak Penyelenggaraan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) didahului dengan pemanggilan RUPS untuk memastikan pemegang saham mengetahui kapan dan dimana RUPS diselenggarakan dan mengetahui apa yang akan dibahas atau diputuskan dalam RUPS berdasarkan UU No. 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas (UU PT). Terdapat kasus penyelenggaraan RUPS dilangsungkan tanpa melakukan pemanggilan terhadap pemegang saham, sehingga berdampak terhadap legalitas akta berita Acara RUPS dalam hal ini RUPS-LB yang dibuat oleh Notaris. Adapun rumusan masalah penelian sebagai berikut: 1. bagaimana legalitas Akta RUPS-LB yang dibuat tanpa sepengetahuan salah satu pemegang saham? 2. bagaimana akibat hukum terhadap akta RUPS-LB yang dibuat tanpa sepengetahuan salah satu pemegang saham? Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum Normatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah legalitas suatu akta RUPS-LB yang dibuat tanpa sepengetahuan salah satu pemegang saham adalah sah secara hukum karena telah dituangkan oleh notaris ke dalam akta otentik. Hal ini berlaku sepanjang tidak ada putusan hakim yang menyatakan tidak sah, berdasarkan contoh kasus dalam Putusan No. 315/PDT/2021/PT.Mdn. Berdasarkan Putusan tersebut, akta RUPS-LB menjadi tidak sah karena melanggar ketentuan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Akibat hukumnya akta RUPSL-LB tersebut yang semulanya mempunyai kekuatan pembuktian yang sempurna kemudian terdegradasi menjadi akta di bawah tangan.

Abstract

The main objective of this community service program is to provide sewing training that utilizes fabric waste (patchwork) for housewives who have stunted children. Through this training, it is expected that the housewives will not only gain sewing skills but also earn additional income, enabling them to improve their children’s welfare by providing nutritious food to prevent stunting. Several toddlers in Kedungan Village, Pedan Subdistrict, Klaten, are known to be affected by stunting. There are various factors contributing to stunting among these children, one of which is economic limitation. In Kedungan, the majority of mothers of stunted toddlers work full-time to support the family’s economy. As a result, childcare and attention to nutrition are not optimal. This condition is worsened by limited financial resources, which restrict access to nutritious food. Kedungan Village and its surrounding areas are known as centers of small-scale T-shirt and tailor home industries. This home industries produce fabric waste every day, which usually ends up in the trash. Therefore, our Community Service Team provides a solution and contributes through a program aimed at empowering mothers of stunted toddlers by processing fabric waste into handicrafts with economic value. The expected outcome of this community service program is that mothers with stunted toddlers will gain sewing skills and learn to process fabric waste into sellable products, thereby increasing their family income. The methods used in this program include surveys and interviews. The results of this community service program show that the activities ran smoothly. The materials were delivered effectively; participants understood the lessons, actively asked questions, and followed the training according to the instructor’s guidance. The products created by the housewives through this program include doormats, hair scrunchies, bags, and pillowcases. The output of this community service program (PKM) is the marketing of these products through an official website under the brand name “Omah Gombalmu”.

Abstract

 Public Health Centers (Puskesmas) serve as primary healthcare facilities responsible for delivering comprehensive medical services to the community, including promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative efforts. However, in many regions, information management and service administration are still conducted manually. Activities such as patient registration in logbooks, storing physical records, and sharing announcements through limited media remain common practices. These conventional methods often lead to several issues, including delays in providing information, difficulties in retrieving data, potential record loss, and reduced efficiency in health service delivery. Such conditions do not align with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 31 of 2019, which mandates every Puskesmas to implement an information system to support health service management. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a Web Mobile-Based Health Service Information System that can be accessed easily anytime and anywhere. The system development process adopts the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, which includes six stages: planning, requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML, and Bootstrap, resulting in a responsive, userfriendly, and interactive web-based mobile application. The developed system provides several core features, including online patient registration, doctor schedule information, general health services (dental, maternal and child health, laboratory), Puskesmas profile, and a community complaint submission form. Based on testing using the Black Box Testing method, all system functionalities work properly and meet user requirements. The implementation of this system enhances service speed, efficiency, and transparency, while supporting the government’s initiative for healthcare digitalization at the primary service level.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIA) merupakan komponen penting dalam mendukung proses akademik di perguruan tinggi, mulai dari pengelolaan data mahasiswa hingga pengolahan nilai. Seiring meningkatnya jumlah pengguna dan kompleksitas layanan, sistem berbasis arsitektur monolitik sering mengalami kendala performa, skalabilitas, dan pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Akademik berbasis arsitektur microservices guna meningkatkan kinerja dan stabilitas sistem. Arsitektur microservices diterapkan dengan memecah sistem ke dalam beberapa layanan independen yang saling berkomunikasi melalui REST API. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan arsitektur microservices, implementasi layanan, serta pengujian performa. Implementasi dilakukan menggunakan Laravel sebagai framework backend, Docker sebagai teknologi containerization, MySQL sebagai basis data, dan Nginx sebagai API Gateway. Pengujian performa dilakukan menggunakan Apache Benchmark dengan tiga skenario beban, yaitu 100, 500, dan 1000 request, serta direplikasi sebanyak tiga kali untuk memperoleh hasil yang konsisten. Parameter yang diukur meliputi waktu respons, throughput, dan tingkat error. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berbasis microservices memiliki waktu respons yang lebih cepat, throughput yang lebih tinggi, dan stabilitas layanan yang lebih baik dibandingkan sistem monolitik. Pada beban tinggi, microservices mampu mengurangi waktu respons secara signifikan dan tidak menunjukkan adanya error, sementara sistem monolitik mengalami penurunan performa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa arsitektur microservices efektif diterapkan pada Sistem Informasi Akademik dan berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas layanan akademik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi institusi pendidikan dalam mengadopsi arsitektur sistem yang lebih skalabel dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Dengue is one of the most infectious diseases in the world. It is estimated one hundred million people are infected with dengue fever every year year. Kadipiro is one of endemic areas of dengue fever and always the case is always increasing in every year. In 2012, there were 7 cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever and increased to 48 cases in 2013. The Purpose of this study was to determine the behavior determinants of the family in the prevention of dengue hemorrhagic fever in the Kadipiro village, Banjarsari district Surakarta city. The research design was descriptive, with 99 respondents used cluster random sampling and univariate analysis techniques. The result; the behavior determinant of the family in the prevention of dengue fever based on knowledge: 76 respondents have a good knowledge and 23 respondents had a poor knowledge. Perception : 69 respondents have a good perception and 30 respondents had a poor perception. Motivation: 65 respondents have a good motivation and 34 respondents had a poor motivation, Cross-tabulation of knowledge and perception: respondents who had a good knowledge and a good perception was 59 respondents, and poor knowledge and perception of good was10 respondents. Cross-tabulation of knowledge and motivation: respondents who had a good knowledge and a good motivation were 57 respondents, and poor knowledge and motivation of good were 8 respondents. The Determinants of family behavior in the prevention of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF ) was based on the knowledge which was mostly good. The perceptions and motivations were mostly good. Cross-tabulation of knowledge and perception was good. Cross-tabulation of knowledge and motivation was good.

Abstract

Joint pain experienced by the elderly may limit walking ability like mileage. Mileage can be improved by reducing joint pain through exercise. The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of rheumatic gymnastics to mileage in older adults with joint pain. This type of research is “True Experimental” with The Randomized Pre Test and Post Test Control Group Design. Population is elderly inelderly house of Dharma Bhakti Pajang Surakarta who suffer joint pain and not in a state of total dependency. Sample was elderly who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria are 40 people (20 people per group). Normality test data used the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Analysis of data (pre and post test) with a paired t test (for normal data) and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test test (for not normal data) with significance level of 95%. Changes in mileage differences between groups were tested with unpaired t test with significance level of 95%. The results showed mileage in the treatment group experienced an increase, in which the prices are p <0,05. The results of the study data analysis between groups showed that the mileage have p <0,05 (p = 0,022), which means that there are significant differences between groups. It needs a longer time for the adoption and application of the distance so exercise movement performed by the elderly is closer to the direction of movement so that the effect of exercise on mileage is higher.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pendaki gunung dan hipotermi merupakan sebuah hubungan yang sangat terkait dalam pendakian. Cuaca buruk di puncak gunung Merbabu menyebabkan 7 pendaki harus dievakuasi karena mengalami hipotermi saat mendaki. Kondisi tubuh yang terlalu lama kedinginan, khususnya dalam cuaca berangin dan hujan dapat menyebabkan mekanisme pemanasan tubuh terganggu. Pentingnya pengetahuan pada pendaki dapat menjadikan pendaki tersebut terhindar dari hipotermi, tetapi tak jarang para pendaki menganggap remeh dan tidak peduli. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan perilaku penanganan gawat darurat hipotermi pada pendaki gunung di organisasi Primapala Ampel Boyolali. Metode: Jenis penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota Primapala Ampel Boyolali yang berjumlah 30 orang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan Uji Kendal Tau. Hasil : Hasil analisa diperoleh tingkat pengetahuan tentang penanganan gawat darurat hipotermi dalam katgori baik sebanyak 27 responden (90%), kategori cukup sebanyak 3 responden (10%). Perilaku penanganan gawat darurat hipotermi dalam kategori baik sebanyak 28 responden (93,3%), kategori cukup 2 responden (6,7%). Nilai Signifikansi uji Kendal Tau yaitu 0,013 Diskusi: Perilaku penganganan gawat darutat Hipertermi mayoritas dalam kategori baik dan terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan perilaku penanganan gawat darurat hipotermi pada pendaki gunung di organisasi Primapala Ampel Boyolali. Background: Mountaineer and hypothermia have correlation in climbing. Bad weather at the top of Merbabu caused 7 mountaineers to be evacuated because of hypothermia. Body condition was too long periods of cold, especially in windy weather and rain can cause the body's warming mechanism to be disrupted. The importance of cognitive for mountaineers can make the mountaineers avoid hypothermia, but not infrequently the mountaineers underestimate and do not care. The purpose of research: Knowing the realtion of cognitive level and hypothermia emergency handling of mountaineers in Primapala ampel Boyolali organization. Method: The research used analytic reasearch with cross sectional approach. The research population is all members of Primapala ampel Boyolali organization which are consist of 30 people. The number of samples is 30 people. The sampling technique used total sampling. The research instrument used questionnaire. The data analysis used Fisher Test. Result: Cognitive level of hypothermia emergency handling is good category which are 27 respondents (90%), enough category which are 3 respondents (10%). Hypothermia emergency handling in good category is 28 respondents (93,3%) and enough category is 2 respondents (6,7%). Significance Value of Kendall’s Tau test that is 0.013 Discussion: Majority of emergency treatment behavior Hypertherm is in the good category. Discuss: There is a realtionship between the cognitive level and hypothermia emergency handling of mountaineers in Primapala ampel Boyolali organization.

Abstract

The COVID-19 disease caused by the SARS-CoV 2 virus has worried the world. WHO (World Health Organization) declared Covid-19 a pandemic so that WHO implemented a world health emergency status. More than 800 thousand people in Indonesia have been infected with COVID 19 and the number who have died was over 25 thousand people. Central Java provincial government data showed that the number of positive confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Sragen Regency was 2,694. Data compiled from the Sragen District Health Office, there were 775,774 vaccination targets in the Sragen area, including 118,893 elderly people. As for the elderly target group, 49,987 people or 42.01% have been successfully vaccinated. To analyze the factors that influence the motivation of the elderly in participating in the Covid-19 vaccine in the Bedoro Subdistrict, Sambungmacan, Sragen. The method used in this research was an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The results showed that most of the respondents' education level was in the basic education category, namely 67 (50.4%). Most of the respondents' knowledge was in the sufficient knowledge category, namely 113 (85%). Most of the respondents' perceptions were in the category of sufficient perception, namely 114 (85.7%). Most of the family support was in the adequate family support category, namely 112 (84.2%). Most of the motivation was in the category of moderate motivation, namely 111 (83.5%). The factor that most influences the elderly to take the COVID 19 vaccination was family support ((Exp(B): 2,488).
