Abstract

This research discusses the urgency of legal reform related to the restructuring of non-legal entity companies, such as trading businesses (UD), partnerships, and commandite partnerships (CV). The study highlights the legal uncertainties faced by these entities, which hinder their ability to adapt to market dynamics, access financial resources, and engage in strategic restructuring actions like mergers, acquisitions, and separations. Using a normative legal research method, this study analyzes existing legislative frameworks, including overlaps between the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Law (UU UMKM) and the Job Creation Law, which create significant challenges for non-legal entities. The findings reveal that the absence of clear legal guidelines for restructuring leads to hesitancy in strategic decision-making and restricts these entities from accessing vital investment opportunities. The research concludes that comprehensive legal reform is essential to provide clear, specific regulations, establish structured partnerships, and create a conducive business environment for non-legal entities. These reforms will empower businesses to innovate, compete, and sustain growth while enhancing their overall market competitiveness.

Abstract

Online transactions provide huge benefits for buyers and sellers. For buyers, the convenience of shopping without having to go to a physical store is the main benefit. They can compare prices and products from various sellers, saving time and transportation costs. For sellers, online transactions open up wider market opportunities, increase product exposure, and increase sales and distribution efficiency. However, the risk of personal data leakage always lurks in online transactions. This issue is serious and can compromise consumers' privacy and information security. Data leaks can occur when personal information such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, emails, credit card details and other personal data falls into unauthorized hands. The research aims to explore the protection of consumers' personal data and examine the responsibility of marketplaces in dealing with data leaks. The author uses a normative juridical approach, which includes primary and secondary legal analysis, as well as descriptive analysis to summarize applicable regulations and legal theory related to practice. The results show that Indonesia has Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Protection of Consumer Personal Data to protect personal data. Marketplaces that violate these rules may be subject to administrative sanctions in accordance with applicable regulations, while consumers have the right to file a lawsuit for marketplace negligence in accordance with Article 1366 of the Civil Code.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Javanese script writing among fourth grade students through the implementation of differentiated learning based on Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) and Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approaches. The main problem identified was the low learning outcomes of students, where only 42% of students reached the Criteria for Achievement of Learning Objectives (KKTP) in the aspect of writing Javanese characters and sandhangan. This condition is influenced by the use of conventional learning methods that do not accommodate the different characteristics, ability levels, and cultural backgrounds of students. This classroom action research (PTK) was conducted in two collaborative cycles with a lesson study approach on 28 fourth grade students of SDN Tlogomas 2 Malang City. Data were collected through observation, field notes, documentation, and learning outcome tests. The results showed that the application of differentiated learning with CRT and TaRL integration significantly improved student learning outcomes, the percentage of learning completeness increased to 75% in cycle II. This approach is also able to increase students' motivation, engagement, and cultural awareness. This finding confirms the importance of implementing culturally responsive learning and students' developmental level to optimize learning outcomes in local content subjects, especially local languages in primary schools.

Abstract

Purpose This research analyzes the characteristics and determinants of repeat users of Implan contraception in Surakarta. Method This is a quantitative-research using a cross-sectional survey approach with 117 purposively selected samples. Data was collected using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability using the Cronbach's Alpha formula, with a reference value of ≥ 0.07. The data was analyzed through univariate and bivariate analyses using the chi-square test and multivariate analysis with logistic regression. The analysis was developed through a three-stage backward conditional modeling process. The first stage involved screening variables that met the criteria for inclusion in multivariate analysis. The second stage analyzed variables that were significantly related to the dependent variable. In the third stage, the variables contributing the most to the dependent variable were determined. Results: In the first stage of modeling analysis, it was found that the education level variable could not be included in the multivariable analysis. In the second stage, six variables were analyzed, and only three variables showed a strong and significant relationship, which were employment status with an Odds Ratio (OR) of 3.05, parity with an OR of 4.62, and the age of the last child with an OR of 2. In the third stage, by examining the magnitude of the Odds Ratio, it was determined that the parity variable with an OR of 4.62 was the strongest variable related to the dependent variable. Conclusion; The characteristics of repeated Implan method users are working mothers, having children aged at least three years, having at least two children, being married for more than 10 years, and having both male and female children.
