Abstract

Work readiness berperan penting bagi individu agar dapat memperoleh, menjaga dan melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran perencanaan karir terhadap work readiness. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 190 siswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 siswa yang diperoleh melalui teknik cluster random sampling. Instrument pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala work readiness dan skala perencanaan karir. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik korelasi product moment melalui bantuan software SPSS V.19. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan karir memiliki hubungan positif dengan work readiness. Nilai r yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,297 dengan taraf Sig. 0,036. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan karir sebagai faktor internal mampu memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap work readiness. Artinya faktor yang bersumber dari dalam diri cukup mampu mempengaruhi work readiness.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of employee engagement and workplace spirituality on organizational citizen behavior among AAA self-service employees. The sample used in this study were 60 employees from 100 AAA self-service employee populations. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was the employee engagement scale, workplace spirituality scale, and organizational citizenship behavior scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed F = 176.195 with a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.01) which indicated that there was a very significant influence between employee engagement and workplace spirituality variables on organizational citizenship behavior of AAA self-service employees. The results of the subsequent analysis obtained a beta value of 0.464 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01) indicating that there was a very significant positive effect between employee engagement on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of further analysis obtained a beta value of 0.500 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01) indicating that there was a very significant positive effect between workplace spirituality on organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be seen that employee engagement and workplace spirituality greatly affect organizational citizenship behavior of AAA self-service employees.

Abstract

TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE OF COST OF PRODUCTION CALCULATION FOR MSME ENTERPRISES IN NGORO-ORO GUNUNGKIDUL; Ngoro-oro Village is a village in Gunungkidul Regency that has the potential to be developed into a tourist village that is able to encourage the formation of a good environment for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in this village. On the other hand, the development of MSMEs in the area is still very limited. The purpose of this program is to provide training and assistance to improve the ability to calculate the cost of production for MSME in Ngoro-oro Village. The target of this program are the MSME in the Ngoro-Oro village. MSMEs in Ngoro-oro Village are managed into a community that is part of the UKM “Bangkit”. The method used is in the form of training and direct practice of calculating the cost of production of processed products by MSME. The results of this assistance show that on average the participants are able to calculate the cost of production for each product produced by MSMEs. The benefits of this training can help MSME design their production processes and can find production results and project the profits they will get from the beginning, so that their business can continue to grow.Cost of Production

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Gangguan kesehatan jiwa saat ini semakin meningkat di Indonesia khususnya di Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan hasil Riskesdas 2018, prevalensi rumah tangga di DIY yang melaporkan anggota rumah tangganya mengalami gangguan jiwa berat atau psikosis adalah 10,65 per 1000 rumah tangga. Data ini meningkat signifikan dibandingkan data Riskesdas tahun 2013 yang hanya 2,3 per 1000 rumah tangga. Jumlah kasus gangguan jiwa di DIY cukup jauh di atas angka nasional yaitu 7 dari 1000 rumah tangga. Kesehatan lingkungan dan sosial ekonomi merupakan salah satu faktor pemicu terjadinya gangguan jiwa. Kondisi lingkungan yang tidak sehat, kondisi sosial dan ekonomi yang rendah dapat memicu terjadinya gangguan kesehatan jiwa. Metode: Cross sectional merupakan metode yang digunakan, dengan teknik purposive sampling dan menggunakan uji chi-square. Kegiatan diawali dengan sosialisasi kepada mitra kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan pada tanggal 30 September hingga 17 Oktober 2022 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Hasil: Distribusi frekuensi responden pada variabel gangguan emosi sebanyak 48,9%. Variabel pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar 68,9%, komponen rumah yang tidak terpenuhi 80%, fasilitas sanitasi sanitasi yang tidak terpenuhi 64,4%, perilaku penghuni yang tidak baik 46,7% dan rumah sehat tidak terpenuhi 53,3%. paling banyak, yaitu komponen. Hasil uji bivariat tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kondisi lingkungan dengan gangguan emosi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai P lebih dari 0,05.Simpulan: Tidak ada hubungan antara gangguan emosi dengan kondisi lingkungan dan ekonomi ABSTRACT  Title : Relationship Between Environmental Health and Emotional DisordersBackground : Mental health disorders are currently increasing in Indonesia, especially in Yogyakarta. Based on the results of Riskesdas 2018, the prevalence of households in DIY that reported their household members with severe mental disorders or psychosis was 10.65 per 1000 households. This data increased significantly compared to the data from Riskesdas in 2013 which was only 2.3 per 1000 households. The number of mental health cases in DIY is quite far above the national figure of 7 out of 1000 households. Environmental health and socioeconomic are one of the triggering factors for mental disorders. Unhealthy environmental conditions, low social and economic conditions can trigger mental health disorders. Methods: The method used is cross sectional with purposive sampling technique and using chi-square test. The activity began with outreach to partners and then continued with research conducted from September 30 to October 17, 2022 with a total sample of 45 respondents. Result: The frequency distribution of respondents to the emotional disturbance variable was 48.9%. Variable fulfillment of basic needs was 68.9%, housing components were not fulfilled 80%, sanitation facilities was not fulfilled 64.4%, occupant behavior was not good 46.7% and healthy homes was not fulfilled 53.3%. The bivariate test showed that there was no significant relationship between environmental conditions and emotional disturbances. This is indicated by a P value of more than 0.05.Conclusion: There was no relationship between emotional disorders with environmental and economic conditions

Abstract

Desa Ngoro-oro adalah salah satu desa di Kabupaten Gunungkidul yang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi desa wisata. Namun, pada masa pandemi COVID-19 penyebaran informasi wisata tidak dapat dilakukan secara konvensional. Pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan memanfaatkan platform digital untuk mendorong operasional baik dari penyebaran informasi, transaksi jasa dan jual beli barang hasil usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM). UKM ini diberi nama dengan UKM "Bangkit". Pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini dikembangkan beberapa sistem diantaranya, website portal dan reservasi wisata, sistem informasi keuangan, kanal YouTube, Facebook, Instagram sebagai media digital marketing, dan pembuatan akun aplikasi e-commerce pada platform Shopee. Pendampingan dan pelatihan penggunaan kanal-kanal, fotografi, dan video editing. Dampak yang dirasakan adalah pengurus dan anggota UKM "Bangkit" memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan dan pemanfaatan platform digital untuk desa wisata di Desa Ngoro-oro Gunungkidul. Selain itu, pemanfaatan platform digital ini dapat menumbuhkan intensi untuk mengembangkan desa wisata.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational climate on employee engagement. The participants were active employees of 57 men and 49 women between age 22-42 years old representing each department. The instrument used is the employee engagement scale, transformational leadership scale, and organizational climate scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21.0 for windows. This study indicates that transformational leadership and organizational climate simultaneously and significantly affect employee engagement (p = 0.000; p < 0,01). Furthermore, transformational leadership has a positive influence on employee engagement (p = 0.005; p < 0,01) and organizational climate has a positive influence on employee engagement (p = 0.016; p < 0,05). This study shows that transformational leadership and organizational climate play a role in shaping employee engagement among employees. Employees have a greater chance of achieving engagement when they provide positive support, thus creating a conducive work environment. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the model of the influence organizational climate and work engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through work motivation as a mediator variable. This study examines the direct and indirect influence of organizational climate and work engagement on OCB, with work motivation as a mediator variable for special school teachers. The data analysis used is SEM-PLS validity and reliability of measuring instruments using reflective measurement models, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and second order. Hypothesis testing is done by looking at R2, Q2, and GoF values. The results showed that work motivation as a mediator variable functioned partially. The model in this study has good predictive relevance with a hypothesis test result of 0.084.

Abstract

Keputusasaan, menurunnya semangat dan tekad juang untuk kembali bangkit karena dampak pandemi COVID-19 dua tahun lalu adalah permasalahan utama dari para pegiat usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) di Desa Ngoro-oro. Kegiatan outbound bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan prioritas UKM Bangkit guna menumbuhkan semangat, tekad dan kerja sama tim baik pengurus maupun antar anggota UKM Bangkit. Sasaran utama dari kegiatan outbound ini adalah pengurus dan anggota UKM Bangkit Desa Ngoro-oro Kecamatan Patuk Kabupaten Gunungkidul sebanyak 30 orang. Pelaksanaan outbound menggunakan metode ceramah, metode praktek dan refleksi permainan. Kegiatan outbound meliputi adu yel-yel, game perkenalan, game konsentrasi, permainan ular tangga “kesehatan”, permainan tradisional seperti egrang dan terompah panjang. Selain itu permainan lari ban bekas, balap lari karung, balapan balon, estafet sarung, pralon bocor, permainan pipa air mengalir, dan permainan bola air. Kegiatan ini mendapat respon yang positif dari peserta berdasarkan semangat peserta dari awal sebelum dimulai kegiatan outbound ini dan dalam menyelesaikan semua permainan pos-pos yang telah ditentukan. Kegiatan outbound dapat menumbuhkan semangat, tekad dan kerja sama tim baik pengurus maupun antar anggota UKM Bangkit untuk kembali berjuang mengembangkan UKM Bangkit setelah mendapat tantangan dari situasi pandemi COVID-19. Selain itu juga melatih penyesuaian diri peserta outbound dalam menghadapi tantangan di lingkungan sekitarnya. Despair, decreased enthusiasm and determination to get back up due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic two years ago were the main problems of small and medium enterprise (UKM) activists in Ngoro-oro Village. Outbound activities aim to solve the priority problems of Bangkit UKM to increase enthusiasm, determination and teamwork, both management and among members of Bangkit UKM. The main target of this outbound activity is the management and members of the Bangkit UKM with totaling 30 people. Implementation of outbound using the speech method, practice method and reflection of the game. Outbound activities include yelling contests, introductory games, concentration games, snake ladder game "health", traditional games such as “egrang” and “terompah panjang”. In addition, used tire running games, sack races, balloon races, sarong relay, leaky pralons, running water pipes, and water ball games. This activity received a positive response from the participants, this can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants from the beginning before the outbound activity started and in completing all the assigned post games. Outbound activities can foster enthusiasm, determination and teamwork from both the management and members of the Bangkit UKM to fight again to develop the Bangkit UKM which is currently facing challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic situation. In addition, it also trains outbound participants to adjust themselves in facing challenges in their surrounding environment.

Abstract

This study investigated whether self-regulation, self-evaluation, and self-efficacy can predict students’ employability levels, either simultaneously or partially. Researchers used class XII students of Muhammadiyah 1 Bambanglipuro Vocational High School, Indonesia with the criteria of having implemented industrial work practices (N=433) as research subjects. The sample consisted of 168 students obtained randomly by cluster sampling technique. Likert model scale as the main instrument in obtaining empiric data to answer the research hypothesis using multiple regression techniques with the help of the SPSS V.23 program. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that self-regulation, self-evaluation, and self-efficacy have a very significant effect on the level of employability (F=134.28 and sig.=.000). Partially, each independent variable (self-regulation, self-evaluation, and self-efficacy) also has a very significant effect on employability with statistical values (t) obtained at 11.54, 3.24, 7.99 and sig. level of .000, .001, .000. These findings provide evidence that self-originating factors (self-regulation, self-evaluation, and self-efficacy) are sufficiently capable of increasing employability. Thus, it can be concluded that internal factors are one of the critical factors in predicting the employability of vocational students.

Abstract

Intensi berwirausaha merupakan faktor penting yang harus dimiliki individu untuk memulai usaha. Intensi berwirausaha akan mengawali terjadinya perilaku berwirausaha yang dapat berdampak positif pada menurunnya pengangguran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas konstruk skala intensi berwirausaha, mengetahui kontribusi setiap aspek dan indikator dalam merefleksikan variabel intensi berwirausaha, dan menguji fit atau tidaknya model teoritis konstruk intensi berwirausaha dengan data empiris. Intensi berwirausaha terdiri dari tiga aspek yang merefleksikan intensi berwirausaha, yaitu memilih jalur usaha daripada bekerja, memilih karir sebagai wirausahawan, serta perencanaan untuk memulai usaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri “X” di Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster sampling, dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 225 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala intensi berwirausaha. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan CFA 2nd order melalui program Lisrel 8,71. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan model pengukuran (measurement model) skala intensi berwirausaha sesuai (fit) dengan data empirik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa semua aspek dan indikator yang membentuk konstruk skala intensi berwirausaha dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, serta dapat merefleksikan intensi berwirausaha. Skala intensi berwirausaha ini layak digunakan untuk mengukur intensi berwirausaha khususnya pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan.
