Abstract

This study aims to determine the number of visitors to the small library of TPA Nurul Hidayatullah. The method in this study was a descriptive survey techniques. Based on visitor data is known that the number of visitors was increased and decrease at different condition. Number of visitor was increase when the new books or magazine come and it was decrease when the condition is not supporting. It can be concluded that to build interest in reading needs to be supported by the availability of reading material, as well as reading facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) merupakan hal penting bagi suatu program studi. Penggunaan SIM dapat membantu suatu Program Studi dalam melakukan pengorganisasian data yang lebih baik sekaligus membuat keputusan yang tepat. Paper ini mendeskripsikan penyediaan data melalui SIM Biodata Mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan kemudahan pengolahan data Prodi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Untan. SIM diunggah ke dalam data sistem yang tersedia di Universitas. Ketersediaan SIM menjaring data 385 mahasiswa dari 451 total mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Untan angkatan 2012 hingga 2018. SIM biodata menampilkan data jumlah mahasiswa masing-masing angkatan, jenis kelamin, jalur masuk, agama, rata-rata IPK mahasiswa per angkatan, serta data pekerjaan orang tua mahasiswa. Data dapat digunakan untuk akreditasi, monitoring, evaluasi mahasiswa, dan perencanaan pengembangan program studi termasuk rencana strategis. SIM biodata Mahasiswa sebaiknya dihubungkan dengan Siakad Universitas dan disempurnakan. AbstractManagement Information Systems (MIS) is important for a Study Program. The use of MIS can help a Study Program in organizing better data while making the right decisions. This paper describes the provision of data through the MIS Biodata Students to increase the ease of processing the Biology Education Study Program of FKIP Untan. MIS is uploaded into system data available at the University. MIS availability captures data on 385 students from 451 total students of Biology Education Study Program class 2012 to 2018. The biodata MIS displays data on the number of students in each generation, gender, entry point, religion, average student GPA per generation, and parents’ job. Data can be used for accreditation, monitoring, student evaluation, and study program development planning including strategic plans. MIS Biodata Students should be connected with the University Academic and refined.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang media terbaik untuk perkembangan serangan lalat buah (Drosophila sp.). Lalat buah yang digunakan adalah F1 virgin, media yang digunakan adalah campuran buah pepaya, pisang, nanas, semangka, mangga dan agar-agar. Parameter yang diamati meliputi jumlah telur, jumlah imago, panjang tubuh dan lebar tubuh lalat buah jantan dan betina. Penelitian ini manggunakan metode eksperimen dan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas 5 perlakukan dan 4 ulangan. P1 (pepaya+agar-agar), P2 (pisang+agar-agar), P3 (nanas+agar-agar), P4 (semangka+agar-agar) dan P5 (mangga+agar-agar). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji F dilanjutkan dengan BJND. Hasil penelitian menunjukkkan bahwa perbedaan media berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter kecuali pada parameter panjang tubuh jantan. Media terbaik yang dapat digunakan sebagai media alternatif adalah pada perlakuan P2. Hasil penelitian ini diharapakan dapat dijadikan materi pengayaan pada pelajaran Biologi di SMA kelas X semester I pada kompetensi dasar siswa mampu mendeskripsikan dan mengkomunikasikan ciri-ciri invertebrata dan peranannya bagi kehidupan. Materi pokok animalia dan uraian materi invertebrata (insekta). Kata kunci : perkembangan, media, Drosophila sp.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui kelayakan media flipbook pada submateri kelainan atau penyakit pada sistem reproduksi  kelas XI SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode RD (Research Development). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi. Penilaian kelayakan media flipbook Langkah-langkah dalam penelitian ini adalah potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain dan revisi desain. dinilai melalui uji validitas oleh 2 orang validator. Uji validitas meliputi format, isi, dan bahasa. Hasil analisis validasi media flipbook didapat nilai Vi 0,972 maka media dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada submateri kelainan atau penyakit pada sistem reproduksi.

Abstract

Learning that does not involve students actively causes a lack of balance in students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities, so to solve these learning problems, it is necessary to improve learning media to make it easier for students to remember and analyze a lesson, one of them with e-comic media. This study aims to determine student responses to e-comic on the excretory system material based on cognition, affection, and conation aspects. The research method used is descriptive with a survey approach. The sample in this study was students of class XI IPA SMA, which consisted of 4 classes with 100 students. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses questionnaire validation and calculates the percentage of total responses. The results showed that the average percentage of student responses to e-comic learning media in the cognitive aspect was 91%; the affective aspect was 89%; and in the conation aspect was 87.1%; each of the three aspects is categorized as very positif.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kelayakan media buku saku sebagai media pembelajaran submateri kelainan pada sistem ekskresi kelas XI SMA berdasarkan hasil uji ekstrak daun pasak bumi dalam menghambat pertumbuhan Staphylococcus aureus. Media buku saku divalidasi oleh dua orang validator dengan menilai beberapa aspek yaitu aspek format, isi dan bahasa. Analisis validasi dilakukan dengan cara menghitung skor yang diberikan oleh dua orang validator menggunakan rumus validitas isi. Hasil analisis validasi media buku saku dinyatakan valid dengan nilai 1,00. Kesimpulannya media buku saku submateri kelainan pada sistem ekskresi layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the phytochemical content and potency of the ethanol extract of lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) stem and red galangal rhizome (Alpinia purpurata) in inhibiting the growth of Shigella sonnei in vitro. Phytochemical testing of ethanol extract using Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC). Antibacterial test was carried out by applying the Kirby Baeur disk diffusion method with swab technique with a series treatment of extract concentrations of 6.25%, 12.5%, 25%, 50%, positive control (tetracycline 20%), and negative control (DMSO 10%) with 5 replicates. From the results of phytochemical tests, showed that secondary metabolites of flavonoids and terpenoids were found in red galangal extract. While the lemongrass extract showed positive results for alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenoids and phenolic compounds. The ethanol extract of lemongrass stem and galangal rhizome potential as an antibacterial with the highest inhibitory activity obtained at a concentration of 50% in both lemongrass and galangal extracts, respectively 8.4 mm and 7 mm. The results of the antibacterial test showed that red galangal extract and lemongrass extract had phytochemical contents that could inhibited the growth of S. sonnei.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis kebutuhan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas X SMA pada materi Perubahan Lingkungan/ Iklim dan Daur Ulang Limbah, mengetahui proses pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran dengan model guided inquiry disertai socioscientific issues (SSI) terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas X SMA, dan mengetahui validitas perangkat pembelajaran dengan model guided inquiry disertai SSI terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas X SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RD) dengan model Four-D yang dibatasi menjadi Three-D yaitu define (tahap pendefinisian), design (tahap perancangan), dan develop (tahap pengembangan) sampai pada langkah expert appraisal (penilaian ahli). Hasil persentase tertinggi keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada masing-masing indikator berada pada skor 2, artinya peserta didik cukup mampu memberikan jawaban dengan baik, walaupun masih sulit dipahami, kurang tepat, dan tidak lengkap. Perangkat pembelajaran model guided inquiry disertai SSI yaitu RPP, LKPD, dan modul dapat digunakan oleh guru dan peserta didik setelah dilakukan revisi sesuai dengan komentar dan saran dari validator.

Abstract

The waste and garbage have been widely used to produce new goods with a high enough value and price. Besides being produced for marketing and making money, waste can also be used as learning media. Learning media in the teaching and learning process has benefits, namely clarifying messages so that they are not too verbalized, overcoming space, time, energy and senses, and creating a passion for learning because there is a direct interaction between students and learning resources so that teaching and learning situations are more effective. This study aims to determine the types of learning media that can be made from waste or garbage and the feasibility of the resulting learning media. This research was conducted at FKIP, University of Tanjungpura from February to March 2022. This research is a descriptive quantitative with research stages include making learning media and validating the learning media that have been made. Validity was carried out using CVR and CVI calculations. The results showed that the seventh learning media each had a CVI value of 0,99. The CVI value shows the suitability of teaching aids with the material, the relationship between teaching aids and the level of learning needs, and teaching aids can explain material systematically and clearly. Functional learning media from used goods is valid and can be used in Biology learning activities in schools.

Abstract

The analysis results of the needs teachers and students at Pontianak Mujahidin High School, the results obtained were that the fungi is the material with lowest average compare to other materials, students prefer learning media that combines text, images and video as well as students use android smartphones so it is necessary to do research on the feasibility of android-based interactive multimedia on fungi material. This study aims to produce android-based interactive multimedia, test the feasibility of interactive multimedia and see student responses to android-based interactive multimedia on functions material. The research method used is R&D (Research & Development) with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Response trials were carried out on 12 students of Pontianak Mujahidin High School. The validation calculation in this study uses the Aiken V formula with 6 validators and 4 rating ratings. The results of the assessment of media and material experts obtained a value of Vcount>Vtable (0.87>0.78) so that learning media can be said to be valid and feasible to use. The results of the response trial in this study were 83.74% with a very strong category, so Android-based interactive multimedia on class X high school functions is very suitable for use in the learning process at school.
