Abstract

Background: Individuals suffering from chronic kidney failure who undergo Hemodialysis therapy are prone to experiencing anxiety. The literature review aims to determine the importance of Mindfulness in overcoming anxiety in chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy. Methods: The design uses the PRISMA approach. The whole text and the year of publication are considered when making selections during the research stage. Additionally, journals and papers that were judged less important were not included. Seven pertinent papers were found through Google Scholar, Indonesia One Search, DOAJ, and Garuda using the keywords "mindfulness therapy," "hemodialysis," and "anxiety." Results: After reviewing the selected articles, it was found that by administering mindfulness therapy, the anxiety level of chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy decreased Conclusion: Mindfulness therapy can be used to decrease the anxiety level of chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis.

Abstract

Background: Healthcare facilities, particularly hospitals, must deliver swift, precise, and reliable medical services. Additionally, all healthcare providers are mandated to implement electronic medical records as part of their service delivery. Quality services can be good if the patient's medical records are complete, fast, and precise in providing information for health services. Implementing the electronic medical record system ensures resilience, leadership, and commitment. The study aimed to analyze the factors that influence resilience policies on the commitment of the electronic medical record system at the Muhammadiyah Siti Khodijah Hospital. Methods: The quantitative research method uses a cross-sectional design. The population is all Hospital Employees. The sample is 125 employees, and the sampling technique uses Proportional Random Sampling. Independent Variables Resilience and Leadership, Independent Variable Commitment. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Statistical tests use multiple linear regression Results: The results of the resilience study (X1) have an influence on commitment (Y) with (p = 0.000) < 0.05, and leadership (X2) has an impact on commitment (Y) with (p = 0.000) < 0.05, and the Adjusted R Square value is 0.935 or 93.5%. Conclusion: There is a relationship between resilience and leadership variables and commitment. Employee resilience needs to be improved to maintain the quality of policies and commitments in working. Good leadership will support the Commitment of each employee.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine how the performance of nurses in the inpatient ward I at RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang is influenced by work shifts, workloads, and work stress. This study uses a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study is 242 nurses, with a sample of 151 nurses selected using Probability Sampling techniques. The data analysis method used is SPSS with Multiple Linear Regression tests. This study found that among the morning, afternoon, and night shifts, the morning shift has the greatest influence, with a t-value of 2.164 > t-table 1.655 and a significance level of 0.032 < 0.05, indicating that the morning shift positively affects nurse performance. The influence of workload is indicated by a t-value of 9.855 > t-table 1.655 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that workload negatively affects nurse performance.

Abstract

The hospital as an advanced health facility collaborates with National Healthcare Insurance Patients (BPJS) using the INA-CBG’S package tarif grouping payment method so that quality control and cost control must be carried out. One of the diagnoses whose costs can be guaranted with BPJS is childbirth with Caesarean Section. The number of Caesarean Section is increasing from year to year and most of the patients are BPJS patients. From the Putra Waspada Hospital Financial Report, there is a negative difference in revenue receipt from Caesarean Section BPJS Patients. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors causing the difference in income revenue hospital in cases of Caesarean Section delivery for National Health Insurance Patients at Putra Waspada Hospital Tulungagung.The sample for this study was 250 medical records of patients who gave birth by caesarean section from January to December 2023.

Abstract

Employee motivation and job satisfaction are important aspects in human resource management. Healthcare professionals must do their best as healthcare leaders. Therefore, it is very important to meet the needs of health workers and ensure job satisfaction. This research aims to quantify the impact of these variables and provide insights that can guide improvements in human resource strategies within healthcare organizations to enhance employee performance. This research is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional method. A sample of 127 respondents was obtained using Proportional Random Sampling. After filling in informed consent, respondents filled out motivation, satisfaction and performance questionnaires. After that, data processing and analysis was carried out using SPSS. The calculated F value is 13.212 > F table 3.92 and the sig is 0.000 < 0.05. From these results it can be said that simultaneously, the variables Motivation (X1) and Satisfaction (X2) influence the performance variable (Y). In the multiple liner regression test, the result was Y = 16.981 + 0.127X1 + 0.291X2 + e. Motivation and satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of health workers.

Abstract

Penderita penyakit kronis sering menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola pola makan, aktivitas fisik, dan pemantauan kondisi medis seperti kadar gula darah. Burnout telah ditemukan sebagai prediktor yang signifikan terhadap gejala kesehatan mental, seperti peningkatan kecemasan dan depresi. Burnout adalah masalah yang umum terjadi di berbagai profesi, dengan prevalensi berkisar antara 0% hingga 80,5% di kalangan dokter. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi burnout pada pekerja honorer di Rumah Sakit Angkatan Darat: peran stress kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada pekerja honorer di Rumah Sakit Angkatan Darat. Pengembangan MIE ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang merupakan singkatan dari Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Model ini dipilih karena model ADDIE sering digunakan karena tahapan model ADDIE menggambarkan pendekatan sistematis untuk pengembangan instruksional. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.0 Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa intervensi yang melibatkan fisioterapi dan pendekatan holistik berdampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup penderita penyakit kronis. Kegiatan sebelumnya mengonfirmasi bahwa fisioterapi dapat membantu mengurangi nyeri, meningkatkan mobilitas, dan memperbaiki kualitas tidur penderita osteoarthritis, diabetes, dan penyakit ginjal kronik. Selain itu, dukungan psikososial, seperti dukungan keluarga, terbukti meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien dengan kondisi seperti lupus dan depresi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan berbasis model ADDIE yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan, ditambah intervensi fisioterapi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan individu, dapat menjadi bagian penting dalam pengelolaan penyakit kronis. Upaya kolaboratif antara profesional kesehatan, keluarga, dan pasien diperlukan untuk mencapai keberhasilan jangka panjang dalam rehabilitasi penyakit kronis.

Abstract

Low Back Pain (LBP) adalah nyeri antara tepi bawah tulang rusuk dan bokong, yang bisa bersifat akut, sub-akut, atau kronis. LBP mempengaruhi pergerakan dan kualitas hidup, membatasi aktivitas kerja, serta keterlibatan dengan keluarga dan teman. LBP dibagi menjadi spesifik, yang disebabkan oleh penyakit tertentu, dan non-spesifik, yang tidak memiliki penyebab yang jelas. Sekitar 90% kasus LBP adalah non-spesifik. Di Indonesia, prevalensi LBP adalah 18,2% pada pria dan 13,6% pada wanita, terutama usia 45-65 tahun. Dari pengamatan dan data di Instalasi Rehabilitasi Medik RS TK I dr Soepraoen Malang, jumlah pasien terbanyak adalah LBP. Jumlah pasien LBP, 206 dari 754 pasien atau 27,3 %. Dijumpai pula dari data bahwa jumlah pasien drop out berasal dari tenaga/ anggota TNI aktif sebesar 28%. Subyek penelitian adalah pasien yang terekam di data rekam medik (SIMRS) Poli Rehabilitasi Medik dari 1 Januari 2023 hingga 29 Desember 2023 yang drop out dari pelayanan rehabilitasi medik. Penyuluhan dan pemberian leaflet terbukti bisa meningkatkan Tingkat pengetahuan pasien terhadap penyakit yang diderita . Dan tentunya akan bisa mengurangi angka kejadian drop out pasien. Akan tetapi masih terdapat beberapa kelemahan karena factor diluar kewenangan penulis yaitu terkait pemenuhan kebutuhan kelengkapan tenaga tim kerja di Instalasi Rehabilitasi Medik RS Tk II dr Soepraoen Malang

Abstract

This study aims to (1) develop an Android-based cultural heritage map app that can provide the location of cultural heritages in the Special Region in Yogyakarta along with its descriptions, images, and videos; and (2) understand the quality of the app based on standard software quality testing ISO / IEC 25010 on functional suitability, performance efficiency, and compatibility. The development method utilized a waterfall software development model that consists of communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. The results of this study are 1) an Android-based cultural heritage map app that can provide the location of cultural heritages in the Special Region of Yogyakarta along with its descriptions, pictures, and videos. and 2) the test results indicate the app meets the standards of ISO / IEC 25010 on the aspect of (1) functional suitability, entire functions of the app running 100%, (2) the compatibility of the app, compatible 100% of the co-existence, various operating systems, device types, and screen dimensions, (3) performance efficiency, the app successfully executed in 312 of the 321 test devices without any memory leak with the average of time behavior, CPU utilization, and memory utilization for Dalvik Virtual Machine are 0.022 seconds/thread, 10.71%, and 33.11 MB and the average of time behavior, CPU utilization, and memory utilization for Android Run Time are 0.020 seconds/thread, 9.9918%, and 154.582 MB.

Abstract

Evaluation of learners is a crucial aspect of the educational system. However, creating evaluation instruments is a process that demands teachers' time and energy. The researcher developed the Indonesia Automatic Question Generator in this study using an architecture modified from past studies. The primary goals of this project are (1) to construct an AQG tool utilizing the OpenNMT series and (2) to analyze and compare the model's performance. As a data source, this study employs the SQuAD 2.0 dataset and numerous sequence techniques, including BiGRU, BiLSTM, and Transformer. The researcher trained the models using OpenNMT-py and Google Collaboratory. This approach generates questions that are relevant to the context of the source. This study found that the model was acceptable.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas hidup lansia merupakan salah satu prioritas dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha (PSTW). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program pendidikan dan skrining kesehatan terintegrasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia di PSTW Kasih Sayang Ibu, Batusangkar. Responden dalam PKM ini adalah lansia yang tinggal di PSTW Kasih Sayang Ibu, dengan total partisipan sebanyak 40 orang. Program pendidikan kesehatan mencakup informasi tentang penyakit kronis, dan pentingnya aktivitas fisik. Sementara itu, skrining kesehatan terintegrasi dilakukan untuk mendeteksi dini penyakit kronis seperti hipertensi, dan osteoporosis. Hasil kgiatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas hidup lansia setelah pelaksanaan program, khususnya pada aspek kesehatan fisik dan psikologis. Lansia yang terlibat dalam program pendidikan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan kesehatan yang berkontribusi pada pengelolaan penyakit kronis yang lebih baik. Skrining kesehatan juga berhasil mendeteksi kasus-kasus penyakit yang sebelumnya tidak terdiagnosis, memungkinkan intervensi dini yang efektif. Kesimpulannya, program pendidikan dan skrining kesehatan terintegrasi memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia di PSTW. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengukuran Tekanan Darah dan Penimbangan Berat badan dan pemeriksaan serta pemberian upaya peningkatan kualitas hidup lansia melalui pendidikan. Metode kegiatan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat memberikan manfaat untuk lansia.
