Abstract

To create the success of the work of an employee, a leader must take a management step so that organizational goals can be achieved. The work environment, in the organization is also very influential on improving the performance of employees. Motivation in terms of someone's personality that encourages the desire of individuals to carry out certain activities to achieve goal of self satisfaction. Training for employees is a process of teaching activities knowledge and expertise to improve, and develop work competencies. The sample in this study is a saturated sample, meaning that all populations are sampled, namely all employees of the Department of Agriculture and Plantation of Kediri Regency as many as 50 people. With technical analysis of validity, reliability, multiple regression, R2, test F test hypotheses, t test and classical assumption test normality, multicolinerity test, hereroskedasticity test. And linearity test. All analyzes were done with SPSS software. The results of this study: 1) there is a significant influence between work environment (X1), motivation (X2) and training (X3) on employee performance (Y). This can be seen from the correlation value (R) of 0.899. 2) there is a significant influence between (X1) on employee performance (Y). This is evidenced by the results of the test t count (2,247) with a probability value (α) of 0.029 <0.05. 3) there is a significant influence between motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y). This can be proven by the test results t count (2.408) with a probability value (α) of 0.020 <0.05. 4) there is a significant influence between training (X3) on employee performance (Y). This is evidenced by the results of tcount (2.184) with a probability value (α) of 0.034 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, price and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at CV Pramita Kediri. This type of research is quantitative research. This research data was obtained through primary and secondary data. The population in this research are consumers at CV Pramita Kediri. The sample in this research was 384 consumers with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the partial t test results show that the variables product quality, price and word of mouth influence purchasing decisions at CV Pramita Kediri. The results of the F test simultaneously mean product quality, price and word of mouth influence purchasing decisions at CV Pramita Kediri.

Abstract

Sains sangat berkaiatan erat dengan keterampilan proses. Pergantian kurikulum di Indonesia dalam dekade terakhir telah memunculkan banyak cara untuk mengajarkan tugas maupun proyek peserta didik dalam bentuk eksperimen IPA. Kerja laboratorium sangat penting dalam pembelajaran IPA. Implemntasi kurikulum merdeka untuk pembelajaran IPA berbasis kerja laboratorium sangat ditentukan oleh pemahaman guru tentang kerja laboratorium itu sendiri. Kualitas guru dapat menentukan bagaimana pembelajaran akan berlangsung dan bagaimana tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan adalah kegiatan pelatihan yang ditujukan bagi guru- guru IPA tingkat SMP di Sleman-Yogyakarta. Kegiatan pelatihan meliputi penyampaian materi yang meliputi konsep dasar penilaian dalam kurikulum merdeka, instrumen evaluasi kerja laboratorium, dan keterampilan proses sains. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diperuntuk bagi guru-guru IPA di Sleman-Yogyakarta. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini direncanakan di salah satu SMP di Sleman-Yogyakarta yang dikolaborasikan dengan kegiatan MGMP atau pertemuan guru IPA secara rutin, sehingga memudahkan akses bagi semua guru yang akan mengikuti pelatihan ini. Kegiatan PPM dilaksanakan dengan cara tutorial (Tatap Muka), workshop, penugasan terstruktur, dan konsultasi. Tujuan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru IPA SMP di Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta dalam mengembangkan instrument kerja laboratorium yang bisa diterapkan dalam pembelajaran IPA sehingga mampu meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik pada aspek keterampilan proses sains.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of sales growth, corporate growth, and return on equity on the value of companies in the mining industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2021. The type of this research is quantitative. The data used is secondary data. The sample selection used the purposive sampling method, from 42 mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, 30 company samples were obtained. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the Eviews10 program. The results of this study indicate that the sales growth variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the company's value (PBV). The corporate growth variable has a negative and significant effect on the company's value (PBV). Meanwhile, the return on equity (ROE) variable has a positive and significant effect on the company's value. (PBV). The value of the regression coefficient shows that the independent variables can explain the dependent variable by 46%, while the remaining 54% is explained by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance at the Kediri Pratama Tax Service Office. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to consumers of the Kediri Pratama Tax Service Office and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis techniques used included Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, Test F, and Test of the Coefficient of Determination R2. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1 , X2, X3, and Y) has a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that each variable is declared valid. Then in the Reliability Test each variable is declared reliable because it has a value Aplha Cronbach’s > 0.60. Then in the t test it is known that the transformational leadership variable (X1) and work motivation (X2) has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that these two variables partially have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance at the Kediri Pratama Tax Service Office. Then the F test shows that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, which shows that transformational leadership, work environment and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance at the Kediri Pratama Tax Service Office. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kediri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kediri dan dihitung menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 25. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji t, Uji F, dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi R2 . Pada Uji Validitas diketahui bahwa seluruh item pertanyaan (X1 , X2, X3, dan Y) memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga masing-masing variabel dinyatakan valid. Kemudian pada Uji Reliabilitas masing-masing variabel dinyatakan reliabel karena memiliki nilai Aplha Cronbach’s > 0,60. Kemudian pada Uji t diketahui bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga kedua variabel tersebut secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kediri. Lalu pada Uji F menunjukkan bahwa hasil nilai signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kediri.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of workload, job satisfaction and employee loyalty on organizational citizenship behavior at PT Dhaha Jaya Persada. The analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, t tests, F tests, multiple linear analysis, and coefficient of determination tests. The population in this study was 180 and the sample used was 65 people due to using sampling techniques non probability sampling with the Slovin formula. The results of research at PT Dhaha Jaya Persada show the results between workload, job satisfaction, and employee loyalty towards OCB: 1. Workload partially has a significant effect on OCB, 2. Partial Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on OCB, 3. Employee Loyalty partially has a significant effect significant to OCB, 4. Workload, Job Satisfaction and Employee Loyalty simultaneously have a significant effect on OCB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh beban kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada PT Dhaha Jaya Persada.Teknis analisi yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, analisi linear berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 180 dan sampel yang digunakan 65orang dikarenakan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian pada PT Dhaha Jaya Persada menunjukkan hasil antara beban kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap OCB : 1. Beban kerjasecara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, 2. Kepuasan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, 3. Loyalitas Karyawan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, 4. Beban Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Loyalitas Karyawan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of location, service quality and taste on repurchase intention at 66 Kediri coffee shop. This type of research is quantitative associative causal, with the sampling method using accidental sampling. This research data was obtained through primary and secondary data. The population in this study were consumers of 66 Kediri coffee shops. The sample in this study was 384 consumers with a sampling technique using Google Form. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that the partial results of the variables location, service quality and taste have a significant effect on repurchase interest at Kedai Kopi 66 Kediri. The simultaneous F test results of location, service quality and taste have a significant effect on repurchase interest at Kedai Kopi 66 Kediri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lokasi,kualitas layanan dan cita rasa terhadap minat pembelian ulang di Kedai Kopi 66 Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif asosiatif kausal, dengan metode pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan adalah accidental sampling. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui data primer dan sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Kedai Kopi 66 Kediri Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 384 konsumen dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan google form. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan koefesien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil t secara parsial variabel lokasi, kualitas layanan dan cita rasa berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat pembelian ulang di Kedai Kopi 66 Kediri. Hasil uji F secara simultan lokasi, kualitas layanan dan cita rasa berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat pembelian ulang di Kedai Kopi 66 Kediri.

Abstract

Until 2022 and 2023, Gojek remains superior in the online transportation market in Indonesia. Gojek is an opportunity for business partners to develop their business and generate more economic benefits. Partners' financial management abilities are very necessary, in managing income and expenses, financing, saving and investing (Hilgert & Hogarth, 2003). The purpose of this research is to determine the significance or how much influence Income, Financial Literacy and Financial Technology both partially and simultaneously have on the Financial Management Behavior of GoCar Partners in Kediri. This research includes quantitative research that produces discoveries using statistical procedures. Primary data had taken using the questionnaire method, found 91 samples from the entire population using the purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the partial T Test, Income, Financial Literacy and Financial Technology each partially have a positive and significant effect on the Financial Management Behavior of GoCar partners in Kediri. From the results of the Simultaneous F Test, it is found that Income, Financial Literacy and Financial Technology simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Financial Management Behavior of GoCar partners in Kediri. This shows that income level, financial knowledge and ability to use financial technology together can influence a person's ability to organize, plan, manage, control and save finances in everyday life.

Abstract

This research is based on a phenomenon about the leadership style of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk which is authoritarian. In addition, there is also the problem of compensation in the form of overtime wages which are unevenly distributed by PT Gudang Garam Tbk. In this case, if allowed to drag on, it can affect the level of discipline owned by each personnel. This study uses a quantitative research method. The sample used in this study was 80 respondents using the random sampling/probability sampling method with the ara sampling technique. The data analysis techniques are in the form of technical data analysis, descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests of the coefficient of determination (R Square) as well as path analysis and sobel tests through the SPSS program 25.0 for windows. The results of this study: (1) The Authoritarian Leadership Style Variable (X1) partially affects but is not significant on Work Discipline (Z) with a statistical value of sig. t 0.179 > 0.05. (2) The Variable of Financial Compensation (X2) partially has a significant effect on Work Discipline (Z) with a statistical value of sig. t 0.037 < 0.05. (3) The Authoritarian Leadership Style variable (X3) partially did not have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a statistical value of sig. t 0.381 > 0.05. (4) The Financial Compensation Variable (X4) partially affects but is not significant on Employee Performance (Y) with a statistical value of sig. t 0.096 > 0.05. (5) The Work Discipline variable (X5) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a statistical value of sig. t 0.000 < 0.05. (6) There is an influence but not significant Authoritarian Leadership Style (X6) on Employee Performance (Y) through Work Discipline (Z) with an r value of 0.076 and the calculation value of 1.292 < ttable 1.991. (7) There is an influence but not significant Financial Compensation (X7) on Employee Performance (Y) through Work Discipline (Z) with an r value of 0.118 and a calculation value of 1,963 < a table of 1,991.

Abstract

Adanya PISA (The Programme for International Student Assessment ) dan AKM (Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum) mendorong terlaksananya pembelajaran dan sistem asesmen inovatif yang berorientasi pada pengembangan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi yaitu kemampuan bernalar dan bukan berfokus pada hafalan. Kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan adalah kegiatan pelatihan secara luring di SMPN 4 Pakem Yogyakarta dan daring dengan zoom meeting ditujukan bagi guru- guru IPA tingkat SMP di Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta yang diikuti secara luring 30 guru IPA dan daring 41 guru IPA. Kegiatan PPM dilaksanakan dengan model workshop, penugasan terstruktur, dan konsultasi dengan rincian sebagai berikut. Tutorial dan workshop yaitu penyampaian materi 1 adalah sistem penilaian berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 dan konsep dasar penilaian IPA model PISA dan AKM serta kemampuan literasi sains. Tugas Terstruktur yaitu penyusunan model penilaian hasil belajar siswa untuk mata pelajaran IPA berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 model AKM dan PISA untuk mengukur kemampuan literasi sains. Konsultasi tugas yaitu konsultasi dilakukan via email/HP, khususnya bagi peserta pelatihan yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaian tugas terstruktur. Hasil kegiatan ini telah dievaluasi berdasarkan masukkan dari guru IPA SMP dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kualitas penilaian peserta didik sehingga dapat menerapkan penilaian IPA model PISA untuk mengukur kemampuan literasi sains
