Abstract

Allah created human beings with religious instincts, namely the religion of monotheism (Islam). The Koran claims that the religious teachings it introduces are compatible with all humans. Islam as a truth, then Islam must be spread throughout the world and this is the responsibility of every human being on this earth as a caliph. Every Muslim, of course, has an obligation to propagate the da'wah of Islam, even though they experience various kinds of obstacles and obstacles. This certainly applies to Muslims who are in Australia with a Muslim population in Australia currently around one million people. With this quantity of Muslim citizens in Australia, Islamic da'wah is needed to transfer the spread of the values of Islamic da'wah to all Muslims. One way is by establishing Islamic-based educational institutions. At present, the Islamic Council in Australia is intensively building educational facilities based on Islamic education, with the aim of making it easier for them to transfer Islamic knowledge to the Islamic community in Australia. Spreading Islamic da'wah in the current era is full of challenges, especially spreading Islamic da'wah in Muslim minority countries such as Australia. Australia is a country that has a broad geographical position, and upholds the values of freedom, in that case the Australian government guarantees plurality. In the midst of Australia's position that promotes freedom, Islam must be able to place itself in the midst of society and also practice the teachings of Islam in a pluralistic society. Australia has approximately 100 beliefs/religions, with Islam as a minority religion, so the challenge of Islamic da'wah is to keep on doing good communication and living side by side with the differences. Keywords: Community, Da'wah and Muslim.

Abstract

The three main causes of maternal death in obstetric fields are: bleeding, hypertension in pregnancy, and infection. Severe preeclampsia is hypertension that appears at 20 weeks of pregnancy with accompanying organ disorders. HIV infection during pregnancy can cause vertical transmission from mother to child both during pregnancy and during labor. This case report discusses a primigravida woman in 37 weeks' gestation, with the chief complaints of about to give birth with HIV positive, there is no history of hypertension before pregnancy. Patient's physical examination showed fully conscious, blood pressure 161/112 mmHg, pulse frequency 112 x/minute, breathing frequency 20 x/minute, temperature 36.5ºC. Generalized status is obtained within normal limits. On obstetric examination, TFU is 39 cm, the uterus contracts with a frequency of 3 times in 10 minutes and a duration of 30 seconds, fetal heart rate 131 x/minute and 135 x/minute. Ultrasound examination is obtained by a double fetus. Patients undergo blood tests and obtained hemoglobin value 11.7 gr/dl, leukocytes 6,800/μl, hematocrit 33%, platelets 285,000/μl, AST 18 U/L, ALT 7 U/L, Ureum 18 mg/dl, creatinine 0 , 68 mg/DL and LDH 326 U/L. On urinalysis 150 protein (++). On immunological and serological examinations, HIV positive results were obtained. Management for this patient is observation of vital signs, uterine contractions, fetal heart rate, 1-3 hours stabilization, catheter installation permits with input/output recording. Medications were given to the patient including RL 20 drops/minute, 4 grams MgSO4 40% then drip 6 gram MgSO4 40% in RL 500 cc 10 drops/minutes, nifedipine orally 3x10mg, and injection of dexamethasone 10mg/12 hours, ARV medicine and performed termination of pregnancy by caesaria section. Childbirth through caesaria section surgery is at a less risk for transmission to infants, but adds other risks to the mother. Good, intraoperative, and postoperative preoperative management will make this caesaria section successful without obstacles.

Abstract

Students' learning challenges brought on by an inadequate learning process served as the inspiration for this study. Students struggle to categorize alkaline, alkaline earth, halogen, and noble gas elements as a result. The activities, learning outcomes, and student reactions to the card sort learning model on the main group elements content are all intended to be described in this study. Descriptive study using a qualitative approach is the methodology employed. 21 students from SMAN 1 Krueng Barona Jaya's class XII MIA-2 chosen as the research subjects. Student activity observation sheets, test question sheets, and student answer questionnaires were the tools utilized in this study. Observing student activities in the first, second, third, and fourth meetings yielded results that fell into the good category: 71.02%, 75%, 78.26%, and 83.65%, respectively. 76.19% of students on average demonstrated competence of the learning goals. Eighty-three percent of students responded favorably to instruction utilizing the card sort learning model. Based on the study's findings, it can be said that using the card sort learning model with the primary group elements content can engage students in the learning process and help them master the subject matter. Additionally, students responded favorably to the use of the card sort learning model.

Abstract

The massive demonstrations as part of the Defending Islam Action against Ahok in 2016 have had a broad impact on the dynamics of contemporary Indonesian politics. The event has not only created socio-political polarization in society but also seeped into local political dynamics in West Sumatra. So far, most studies have focused on the motives and causal factors of the Islamic defense action with its various implications, but there are still few studies that explain the influence of this action on the local Islamic conservatism movement in West Sumatra. Specifically, this study answers the question of how the influence of the Defending Islam Action on the local Islamic conservatism movement in West Sumatra after the 212 rally. A deep understanding of the development of Islamic conservatism in the local context can develop theories of Islamic conservatism in explaining the Islamic revival movement in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative method by interviewing a number of actors of the local Islamic conservatism movement in West Sumatra.  The results of this study show that the transformation of national politics in the issues of the Defending Islam Action has a significant impact on the local Islamic conservatism movement. The national political factor not only affects the local Islamic conservatism movement but also the proliferation of such movements locally, that are active in responding to social, political and religious issues. The national political factor followed by local political decentralization is a political opportunity for local Islamic conservatism groups to carry out conservative Islamic agendas in West Sumatra.
