Abstract

Formasi Cinambo adalah salah satu formasi di Sub-Cekungan Majalengka yang berpotensi memiliki prospektifitas hidrokarbon yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya potensi batuan induk pada sampel batuan di daerah penelitian. Studi-studi terdahulu hanya membahas masing-masing terkait fasies atau potensi kandungan material organic saja, sehingga kami melakukan studi ini untuk mengetahui fasies sedimentologi dan kandungan material organic serta hubungan antara fasies dan kandungan material organik di Sebagian Sungai Cilutung, Majalengka, Jawa Barat. Dari hasil kenampakan di Lapangan, Formasi Cinambo menunjukkan sedimen laut dalam pada bagian lantai samudera, dicirikan oleh endapan turbidit yang dominan dari urutan sekuen Bouma (Ta, Tb, Tc, Td, dan Te) dan endapan suspensi batulempung yang sangat tebal dan dominal. Asosiasi fasies di lapangan terbagi jadi 6 yaitu Dasar Channel, Pengisi Channel – Gosong Channel, Tanggul Channel dan Splay, Cabang-cabang Channel tanpa Tanggul dan Splay, Kipas cabang-cabang Channel, dan Serpih luat dalam. Hasil Analisis geokimia dilakukan pada empat sampel serpih menunjukkan kandungan Total Organic Content (TOC) berkisar antara 0.46-1.27 %, berpotensi menjadi batuan induk dengan kualitas buruk hingga baik. Nilai TOC yang cukup baik ditemukan di serpih di fasies kipas cabang Channel

Abstract

Ginger is the most commonly used medicinal plant in the world. Its rhizome which contains zingiberol has been shown to reduce inflammation and joint pain. Osteoarthritis is a chronic joint area characterized by abnormalities in the cartilage (cartilage) of the joints and adjacent bones. Based on a preliminary survey conducted at UPT PSTW Khusnul khotimah Pekanbaru, almost 90% of the elderly had osteoarthritis. This community service is carried out in the city of Pekanbaru with the aim of providing knowledge to the public about offering red ginger warm compresses to reduce osteoarthritis pain, providing knowledge to the public regarding the effectiveness of providing red ginger warm compresses to reduce osteoarthritis pain and as input in order to provide motivation to improve management presents a warm compress of red ginger against osteoarthritis pain in the elderly. The results of this activity are expected for the community to make warm compresses of red ginger as an alternative way to reduce osteoarthritis pain.

Abstract

The danger of drugs and the number of drug users in Indonesia continues to increase, most of the users are teenagers. Of the many problems that have occurred today, many, but because of a lot of drug abuse of this type, finally in the world of medicine is no longer used. Many people are not aware of the impact of drugs on their mental health. These drugs not only cause mental disorders but can even lead to death. People who usually use drugs are people who can't solve their problems with a cool head. This proposal is made by describing what the dangers of drugs are, the factors that cause drugs, efforts to overcome drug use. Factors that cause drug abuse among family factors who do not pay attention to their children are also environmental factors that have a big influence. With education and religious education as the outermost wall, it is hoped that it will be able to prevent drug abuse.

Abstract

Profesionalisme pendidik merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam sistem pendidikan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penggalian konsep karakter pendidik profesional melalui telaah kitab Adabul Alim Wal Muta'allim karya KH. Hasyim Asy'ari. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan kajian pustaka (library research), penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kriteria pendidik profesional yang ideal, mencakup karakter bagi diri sendiri, metode pengajaran yang efektif, dan sikap terhadap peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru dalam pengembangan profesionalisme guru di Indonesia, dengan menekankan relevansi nilai-nilai luhur yang terkandung dalam Adabul Alim Wal Muta'allim dan urgensi akhlak dalam pembentukan karakter pendidik yang berdedikasi bagi kemajuan bangsa.

Abstract

Fostered partners are partners formed by KKN group III students in Rato Village, Bolo Subdistrict while business actors are those in the village of Rato with the type of business, namely typical regional snacks. This activity aims to provide knowledge to fostered partners and also business people in Rato Village about business ethics that partners need to have in doing business. The method offered to partners / SMEs is in the form of education / socialization using LEAFLETS which are carried out door to door. The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) the role of ethics in doing business for MSME actors, (2) the benefits of doing business for MSME actors, (3) the application of ethical principles in doing business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of this activity show that flower pangaha MSMEs are very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. In addition, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

Abstract

Leadership is a crucial process within organizations, encompassing influence, motivation, and coordination to achieve collective goals. Leaders are not solely responsible for self-management but also guide others through skills in directing and inspiring actions. This paper discusses leadership definitions, origins, traits, and styles. Leadership theories, including the genetic theory emphasizing natural talent and the social theory prioritizing education and experience, are explored. Effective leadership depends on key characteristics such as intelligence, responsibility, honesty, and fairness. Leadership styles, like autocratic and laissez-faire, reveal contrasting approaches: one marked by strict control, the other by substantial freedom for subordinates. Ideal leadership balances situational and organizational needs to ensure efficient goal achievement.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the political marketing strategies of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) and the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) in the 2024 Election. A qualitative approach was used using the literature study method, collecting data from journals, news and relevant literature. This research explores the positioning and differentiation of the two parties based on political marketing theory. PSI, as a new party, is trying to emphasize its branding as a party of young people through a campaign based on progressive and innovative ideology, while PDIP maintains its position as the dominant party that carries the spirit of struggle of the small people with a more mature approach. The research results show that PSI focuses on young voter segmentation strategies, while PDIP takes advantage of its long period to continue to dominate the national political stage. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of political marketing strategies in Indonesia, especially in the 2024 elections.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This reseach amied at knowing the influence of audit quality, propotion of independent commissioner, audit committe, firm size, managerial ownership and leverage. It used purposive sampling technique or choosing samples based on certain criteria. The sample of this research was 25 companies of banking industry in indonesia stock exchange period 2008-2012. Descriptive analysis, classical test, as well as multiple linear regression by examining the hypothesis using SPSS 20.0 were used to analyzed the data. The result shows that (1) all independent variables simultaneously hasinfluence on earnings management; (2) however partially audit committee, audit quality, managerial ownership and leverage do not affect significantly to earnings management; (3) only firm size and independent commissioner that affect significantly to earning management. Keywords: Earning Management, Good Corporate Governance, Firm Size, Banking ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji secara empiris signifikansi parsial dan simultan dari kualitas audit, komisaris independensi audit, komite audit, ukuran perusahaan, struktur kepemilikan, dan leverage terhadap manajemen laba pada emiten perbankan di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2008-2012. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah multiregresi. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan secara parsial hanya ukuran perusahaan dan komisi independensi audit yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Abstract

This study examines the influence of servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of the Inter-Village Cooperation Agency (BKAD) in East Java through a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Using a sample of 100 BKAD selected by cluster proportional random sampling, the study collected data from multiple informants through structured questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The results showed that servant leadership had a significant positive effect on organizational performance (β = 0.366, p < 0.001), with organizational citizenship behavior partially mediating the relationship. Servant leadership was proven to have a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (β = 0.293, p = 0.021), which in turn had a positive effect on performance (β = 0.216, p = 0.001). The research findings affirm the importance of servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior in enhancing the performance of empowerment institutions, which encourages the development of innovative empowerment methods, adaptive training curriculum design, and facilitation of public service-oriented leadership, with recommendations for further research using longitudinal designs and broader geographic coverage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-service quality and e-trust Whatsapp Reminder on customer loyalty of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Banyuwangi Regency with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. In the digital era, technology-based services are a key factor in improving customer experience, especially in social security services. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 100 respondents of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Banyuwangi Regency participants who have used the Whatsapp Reminder service. Data was collected through questionnaire methods and direct interview sampling and then analyzed using the Smart PLS method. This Smart PLS analysis method used to analyze data is the value of Path Coefficients, P-value, and T-Statistics. The results showed that e-service quality and e-trust Whatsapp Reminder have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between e-service quality and e-trust Whatsapp Reminder on customer loyalty. Thus, improving the quality of digital services and trust in the WhatsApp Reminder system contribute directly to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan customer loyalty. These findings provide implications for service managers for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants to continue to improve digital service quality and build customer trust in order to maintain loyalty in the long term.
