Abstract

Abstract. Majelis Ta’lim Daarus Sholihin is a place for seeking religious knowledge. In expanding its dakwah (Islamic preaching), the administrators of Majelis Ta’lim Daarus Sholihin have introduced an innovative approach to delivering religious knowledge through the Yasinan Kubro activity. The focus of the dakwah during Yasinan Kubro is narrating the history of Prophet Muhammad SAW to the congregation using the Maulid Al-Barzanji book. This study aims to identify the dakwah methods employed by the administrators of Majelis Ta’lim Daarus Sholihin. The research utilizes the dakwah theories of Dakwah Bil Lisan (preaching through speech), Dakwah Bil Hal (preaching through actions), and Dakwah Bil Qalam (preaching through writing). A qualitative method is used to examine how Dakwah Bil Lisan, Dakwah Bil Hal, and Dakwah Bil Qalam are implemented by the administrators during the Yasinan Kubro activity. The findings highlight that Dakwah Bil Lisan involves providing an understanding of Islam to the congregation through sermons. Dakwah Bil Hal involves demonstrating practical examples for the congregation to apply in their daily lives to develop virtuous characters. Dakwah Bil Qalam involves studying the Maulid Al-Barzanji book so that the congregation gains foundational knowledge of the history of Prophet Muhammad SAW. Thus, Majelis Ta’lim Daarus Sholihin provides facilities to the congregation by offering comprehensive Islamic knowledge. Abstrak. Majelis Ta’lim Daarus Sholihin merupakan sebuah tempat untuk menuntut ilmu agama. Dalam melebarkan dakwahnya, Pengurus Majelis Ta’lim Daarus Sholihin membuat inovasi dalam memberikan ilmu agama, yaitu kegiatan Yasinan Kubro. Fokus dakwah yang dilakukan pengurus Majelis Ta’lim Daarus Sholihin pada kegiatan Yasinan Kubro ialah mengisahkan sejarah Nabi Muhammad SAW kepada jama’ah dengan kajian Kitab Maulid Al-Barzanji. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui metode dakwah pengurus Majelis Ta’lim Daarus Sholihin. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori dakwah, yaitu Dakwah Bil Lisan, Dakwah Bil Hal, Dakwah Bil Qalam. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk mengkaji bagaimana Dakwah Bil Lisan, Dakwah Bil Hal, Dakwah Bil Qalam yang dilakukan pengurus Majelis Ta’lim Daarus Sholihin pada kegiatan Yasinan Kubro. Temuan penelitian menyoroti Dakwah Bil Lisan: memberikan pemahaman agama islam kepada jama’ah melalui ceramah. Dakwah Bil Hal: memberikan contoh kepada jama’ah untuk diaplikasikan sehari-hari dan membentuk pribadi berakhlakul karimah. Dakwah Bil Qalam: memberikan kajian Kitab Maulid Al-Barzanji agar jama’ah mengetahui sejarah dasar Nabi Muhammad SAW. Dengan demikian, Mjelis Ta’lim Daarus Sholihin memberikan fasilitas kepada jama’ah dari segi memberikan pemahaman agama islam.

Abstract

The decline in the water quality of the Batang Kuantan river is caused by excessive human activity, and what has attracted the most attention is the activity of Unlicensed Gold Miners (PETI), PETI activities are people who changed jobs from being farmers to becoming gold miners, due to economic factors. PETI makes river water black and smelly, this is caused by the washing and panning process using mercury or quicksilver. To make the public aware, environmental communication is needed which explains the state of the environment, its impacts and handling, and the main communicator in this environmental communication is the Government (DLH) which is committed to environmental management. Therefore, this research aims to find out the government's environmental communication planning (DLH) as a communicator in environmental conservation programs, to find out the implementation of the Government (DLH) in implementing environmental damage prevention programs. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach with the technique of determining research subjects, namely purposive . The author uses data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The number of informants was five people according to the criteria determined purposively. The data analysis technique in this research uses the Miles and Huberman Model and the data validity checking technique, namely triangulation. The results of the research show that environmental communication carried out by the Government (DLH) in implementing the environmental damage prevention program carried out by the Government (DLH) requires communication planning. The planning carried out consists of analyzing the problem, analyzing the audience, formulating goals, developing messages, planning media production. Apart from that, the implementation of environmental communication activities from DLH includes socialization actions, raids/raids, and appeals to the community in Cerenti District, especially the community of Sikakak Village.

Abstract

Formasi Cinambo adalah salah satu formasi di Sub-Cekungan Majalengka yang berpotensi memiliki prospektifitas hidrokarbon yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya potensi batuan induk pada sampel batuan di daerah penelitian. Studi-studi terdahulu hanya membahas masing-masing terkait fasies atau potensi kandungan material organic saja, sehingga kami melakukan studi ini untuk mengetahui fasies sedimentologi dan kandungan material organic serta hubungan antara fasies dan kandungan material organik di Sebagian Sungai Cilutung, Majalengka, Jawa Barat. Dari hasil kenampakan di Lapangan, Formasi Cinambo menunjukkan sedimen laut dalam pada bagian lantai samudera, dicirikan oleh endapan turbidit yang dominan dari urutan sekuen Bouma (Ta, Tb, Tc, Td, dan Te) dan endapan suspensi batulempung yang sangat tebal dan dominal. Asosiasi fasies di lapangan terbagi jadi 6 yaitu Dasar Channel, Pengisi Channel – Gosong Channel, Tanggul Channel dan Splay, Cabang-cabang Channel tanpa Tanggul dan Splay, Kipas cabang-cabang Channel, dan Serpih luat dalam. Hasil Analisis geokimia dilakukan pada empat sampel serpih menunjukkan kandungan Total Organic Content (TOC) berkisar antara 0.46-1.27 %, berpotensi menjadi batuan induk dengan kualitas buruk hingga baik. Nilai TOC yang cukup baik ditemukan di serpih di fasies kipas cabang Channel

Abstract

Ginger is the most commonly used medicinal plant in the world. Its rhizome which contains zingiberol has been shown to reduce inflammation and joint pain. Osteoarthritis is a chronic joint area characterized by abnormalities in the cartilage (cartilage) of the joints and adjacent bones. Based on a preliminary survey conducted at UPT PSTW Khusnul khotimah Pekanbaru, almost 90% of the elderly had osteoarthritis. This community service is carried out in the city of Pekanbaru with the aim of providing knowledge to the public about offering red ginger warm compresses to reduce osteoarthritis pain, providing knowledge to the public regarding the effectiveness of providing red ginger warm compresses to reduce osteoarthritis pain and as input in order to provide motivation to improve management presents a warm compress of red ginger against osteoarthritis pain in the elderly. The results of this activity are expected for the community to make warm compresses of red ginger as an alternative way to reduce osteoarthritis pain.

Abstract

The danger of drugs and the number of drug users in Indonesia continues to increase, most of the users are teenagers. Of the many problems that have occurred today, many, but because of a lot of drug abuse of this type, finally in the world of medicine is no longer used. Many people are not aware of the impact of drugs on their mental health. These drugs not only cause mental disorders but can even lead to death. People who usually use drugs are people who can't solve their problems with a cool head. This proposal is made by describing what the dangers of drugs are, the factors that cause drugs, efforts to overcome drug use. Factors that cause drug abuse among family factors who do not pay attention to their children are also environmental factors that have a big influence. With education and religious education as the outermost wall, it is hoped that it will be able to prevent drug abuse.

Abstract

Capacity Development of Closed-Loop Food (Rice) Farmers in East Nusa Tenggara is a training that is carried out to increase the understanding of prospective farmers who implement the food closed-loop system (rice) in Nagekeo East Nusa Tenggara regarding the bookkeeping, access to financing and marketing. The training was held in Mbay, Nagekeo Regency. Participants are 14 partner farmers of Pandawa Agri Indonesia (PAI) who are currently or have implemented PAI Innovation. Activities are implemented in several stages from coordination, training, FGD, pre-test and post-test. Primary and secondary data were obtained and analyzed descriptively, quantitatively and qualitatively. There was an increase in farmers' knowledge about farming bookkeeping, access to financing and marketing strategies. Farmers are made aware of the importance of carrying out business bookkeeping and the essential steps for taking advantage of various agricultural financing schemes. Farmers also realized the importance of institutions, and together, the group determines targets, segments and current market positions for better marketing strategy design.

Abstract

Profesionalisme pendidik merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam sistem pendidikan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penggalian konsep karakter pendidik profesional melalui telaah kitab Adabul Alim Wal Muta'allim karya KH. Hasyim Asy'ari. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan kajian pustaka (library research), penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kriteria pendidik profesional yang ideal, mencakup karakter bagi diri sendiri, metode pengajaran yang efektif, dan sikap terhadap peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru dalam pengembangan profesionalisme guru di Indonesia, dengan menekankan relevansi nilai-nilai luhur yang terkandung dalam Adabul Alim Wal Muta'allim dan urgensi akhlak dalam pembentukan karakter pendidik yang berdedikasi bagi kemajuan bangsa.

Abstract

Fostered partners are partners formed by KKN group III students in Rato Village, Bolo Subdistrict while business actors are those in the village of Rato with the type of business, namely typical regional snacks. This activity aims to provide knowledge to fostered partners and also business people in Rato Village about business ethics that partners need to have in doing business. The method offered to partners / SMEs is in the form of education / socialization using LEAFLETS which are carried out door to door. The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) the role of ethics in doing business for MSME actors, (2) the benefits of doing business for MSME actors, (3) the application of ethical principles in doing business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of this activity show that flower pangaha MSMEs are very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. In addition, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

Abstract

Leadership is a crucial process within organizations, encompassing influence, motivation, and coordination to achieve collective goals. Leaders are not solely responsible for self-management but also guide others through skills in directing and inspiring actions. This paper discusses leadership definitions, origins, traits, and styles. Leadership theories, including the genetic theory emphasizing natural talent and the social theory prioritizing education and experience, are explored. Effective leadership depends on key characteristics such as intelligence, responsibility, honesty, and fairness. Leadership styles, like autocratic and laissez-faire, reveal contrasting approaches: one marked by strict control, the other by substantial freedom for subordinates. Ideal leadership balances situational and organizational needs to ensure efficient goal achievement.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the political marketing strategies of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) and the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) in the 2024 Election. A qualitative approach was used using the literature study method, collecting data from journals, news and relevant literature. This research explores the positioning and differentiation of the two parties based on political marketing theory. PSI, as a new party, is trying to emphasize its branding as a party of young people through a campaign based on progressive and innovative ideology, while PDIP maintains its position as the dominant party that carries the spirit of struggle of the small people with a more mature approach. The research results show that PSI focuses on young voter segmentation strategies, while PDIP takes advantage of its long period to continue to dominate the national political stage. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of political marketing strategies in Indonesia, especially in the 2024 elections.
