Abstract

Islamic political preaching has become an increasingly significant phenomenon in Indonesia's socio-political landscape. Islamic political institutions develop various da'wah strategies that are adaptive to changing times, ranging from traditional approaches to the use of digital technology. This study analyzes the various da'wah strategies implemented by Islamic political institutions in Indonesia in broadcasting the teachings of Islam. The results show that effective strategies include the integration of Islamic values in the political agenda, the use of social media as a means of da'wah, a moderation approach in political communication, and a systematic cadre program. The main challenge lies in maintaining a balance between da'wah and politics so as not to be trapped in the politicization of religion, while the biggest opportunity lies in developing a moderate Islamic narrative that is relevant to the Indonesian context.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini berfokus pada pendampingan dan pelatihan penggunaan media sosial sebagai alat promosi untuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) tahu di Desa Dadibou, Kecamatan Woha. Desa Dadibou merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat, di mana sebagian besar penduduknya terlibat dalam berbagai usaha, termasuk produksi tahu yang merupakan sumber protein nabati utama di Indonesia. Meskipun UMKM memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan daya saing melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan media sosial, banyak pelaku UMKM di desa ini yang belum memahami manfaat dan cara penggunaan media digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan kepada pelaku UMKM tahu dalam memanfaatkan media sosial untuk promosi produk mereka, sehingga dapat meningkatkan visibilitas dan penjualan. Melalui survei dan pelatihan, ditemukan bahwa banyak pelaku UMKM masih mengandalkan metode pemasaran tradisional, seperti pemasaran door to door, karena mereka menganggap pemasaran online lebih rumit dan memakan waktu. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan pelatihan teknis, tetapi juga mengedukasi pelaku UMKM tentang keuntungan dan kemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh pemasaran digital. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan UMKM di Desa Dadibou, serta mendorong pelaku usaha untuk lebih aktif dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi yang efektif. Dengan demikian, diharapkan UMKM tahu di desa ini dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan berkontribusi pada perekonomian lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the response to collaboration between PAI and BK teachers at SMPN 9 Bima City related to the issue of student delinquency. The focus of the research is on how the collaboration between the two groups of teachers in dealing with student delinquency. The research method used is field research with a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that PAI teachers focused more on the religious and moral aspects of students, while counseling teachers paid more attention to the psychological aspects and provided diagnosis and treatment of student delinquency. The cooperation between the two groups of teachers is coordinative, competitive, productive, evaluative, and transparent. The program receives strong support from the principal and other teachers who are concerned about changes in student behavior. The main obstacles come from the lack of cooperation from some homerooms and students’ resistance and closedness to the guidance and solutions offered.

Abstract

Video streaming merupakan media yang memiliki banyak sekali manfaatnya, terutama untuk pendidikan, pertemuan online, maupun hanya sekedar untuk menonton movie. Berkembangnya jaringan internet dalam tahun demi tahun dapat mempermudah untuk mengakses video streaming. Media streaming umumnya mengacu pada platform yang menampilkan konten video yang dapat diakses secara online. Streaming online menjadi salah satu hiburan yang banyak diminati oleh berbagai kalangan. Selain mempermudah untuk mengakses video, web streaming juga terdapat fitur tombol subscribe yaitu merupakan teknologi elemen pada chanel streaming, menjadikan teknologi yang mampu mendominasi interaksi di dunia maya dan dunia nyata pengaruh yang semakin besar ini tidak lepas dari fungsi tombol subscribe.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and understand the dynamics of differences in thought between the Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hanbali schools of thought. The research method used in this study is library research. Data was obtained from secondary literature such as books, journals, scientific articles, and related documents. The procedure was carried out in three stages: literature identification, selection based on relevance and quality, and thematic analysis to develop a deep and contextual conceptual synthesis. The research findings indicate that the dynamics of Islamic thought are inseparable from the needs of the Muslim community in responding to the complexity of legal issues following the passing of Prophet Muhammad SAW. The emergence of the four major madhhabs—Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hanbali—is evidence of the development of Islamic thought institutions in formulating diverse methods of ijtihad based on the same legal sources. The methodological differences within each madhhab reflect the intellectual richness of the community, not division. This article examines the historical and methodological background of the formation of madhhabs as a form of adaptation of Islamic law to the socio-political realities of the Muslim community. By understanding the context of these differences, it is hoped that Muslims can respond to diversity of views wisely as a blessing and strength, not as a source of conflict.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee competence and job satisfaction on employee performance, with employee engagement as a mediating variable at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII Surabaya. Employee competence and job satisfaction are crucial factors in improving employee performance, while employee engagement plays a role in strengthening this relationship. This research adopts a quantitative approach using secondary data from employee competency measurement reports for the 2020-2022 period. The analysis method employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The findings indicate that employee competence and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, employee engagement has been proven to play a significant mediating role in the relationship between employee competence and employee performance, as well as between job satisfaction and employee performance. In other words, employees with high competence and job satisfaction tend to be more engaged in their work, ultimately enhancing their performance. These findings have practical implications for companies to improve employee competence and job satisfaction through training, fair incentive distribution, and creating a work environment that fosters employee engagement. This study also contributes to the development of human resource management theory, particularly regarding employee engagement as a mediating factor in enhancing employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 5 Surabaya for the 2019-202 period. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. To determine the financial performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 5 using financial ratio analysis techniques. The ratio analysis used in this study are liquidity ratios (current ratio, cash ratio and quick ratio), solvency ratios (DER ratio, DAR ratio and LTDtER ratio), activity ratios (total asset turnover, receivable period turnover and inventory turnover) and profitability ratios (GPM, NPM, ROE, ROI and ROA). Quantitative data in this study are in the form of financial statements of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 5 for the 2019-2023 period. Based on the liquidity ratio, PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 5 in 2019-2023 experienced a significant increase from 2020-2023 and its liquidity was better in 2023. The financial performance of the solvency ratio of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 5 for the 2019-2023 period shows a healthy and stable condition. The financial performance of the activity ratio of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 5 for the 2019-2023 period shows efficiency in managing receivables and inventories, but the use and utilization of assets to generate income needs to be improved. The financial performance of the profitability ratio at PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 5 is classified as unfavorable which can increase the Company's losses. In general, the Company's performance for the 2019-2023 period is less healthy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dinamika komunikasi remaja di media sosial dalam perspektif sosiologi komunikasi, dengan menyoroti proses pembentukan identitas dan relasi sosial. Media sosial menjadi ruang baru bagi remaja untuk mengekspresikan diri, membentuk citra diri, serta membangun koneksi sosial yang kompleks. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teori interaksionisme simbolik, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa media sosial mendorong munculnya identitas ganda (online dan offline) dan pembentukan komunitas berbasis kesamaan minat. Namun, fenomena ini juga menimbulkan tantangan seperti tekanan sosial, pencitraan berlebih, dan risiko cyberbullying yang dapat mempengaruhi kestabilan identitas dan kualitas hubungan sosial remaja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai peran media digital dalam membentuk struktur sosial generasi muda.

Abstract

Good communication and teamwork are crucial to a hospital’s reputation. This study examines how communication and teamwork affect the image of Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital in Riau, Indonesia. The method used was qualitative research with a case study approach, gathering data through interviews and hospital observations to understand the influence of communication on public perception using thematic data analysis. This study applies theories of image management, roles and strategies of communication, and image theory. This study also discusses teamwork methods to assess their effectiveness. Issues such as doctor-patient communication, communication management, and technological problems that hinder teamwork were also considered. This study highlights public perceptions of hospital management in the context of team communication collaboration. Recommendations for hospital management include improving services, enhancing performance, and providing team service training to boost the hospital’s image. This study helps us understand the impact of communication and teamwork on the hospital’s image and offers insights for hospital administrators, as well as for future research.

Abstract

Pekanbaru City comprises 15 districts with 373 pharmacies distributed relatively evenly across urban areas, reflecting substantial public demand for pharmaceutical services. However, residents face challenges in locating nearby pharmacies and accessing detailed information including addresses, operating hours, contact numbers, and specific medicine availability. This research developed a websitebased pharmacy location system to address these limitations and provide efficient access to pharmacy information. The study employed quantitative methods and development research design, utilizing direct observation and documentation for data collection from pharmacies throughout Pekanbaru. The resulting prototype web-based system was developed using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL database within the Laragon server environment. The platform demonstrates cross-platform compatibility, functioning effectively on both computer and mobile browsers. Testing confirmed the system's operational reliability and accurate pharmacy location display. The research demonstrates that this web-based solution significantly enhances public access to pharmaceutical information. For sustained effectiveness, regular data updates by the Pekanbaru City Health Office are recommended to maintain information validity and relevance. This system represents a practical solution to improve healthcare accessibility while establishing a framework for efficient pharmacy information management in urban settings.
