Abstract

In the current era of Globalization business behavior especially in the field of marketing has increased over time. Currently, many companies are competing to win the competition and mastered by means of utilizing and, applying the right marketing can not be denied mastery of the market is one way the company to sustain its life. One of which is how to create conditions by keeping customers from turning against other companies or products.The purpose of the research is to determine the marketing communication strategy used by a company to maintain customer loyalty And to know Factors inhibiting Marketing Communications strategy.This research method is qualitative research method by presenting descriptive data analysis and using strategic communication theory. The research technique is based on purposive technique consisting of head of shop, 4 marketing and 10 consumen of Batam Electronics. Techniques Data collection includes observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using interactive data models Miles and Huberman. While the examination techniques of validity data include extension of participation, triangulation and reference adequacy.The result of the research shows the first communication strategy of Batam Electronic Marketing in maintaining Customer Loyalty through advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct selling. Second, the factors that inhibit the implementation of marketing communications Batam Pekanbaru Electronic in maintaining Customer Loyalty is the lack of advertising through Television and Radio, lack of Manpower Resources, Lack of Sales off the field and lack of good relationship between superiors with subordinatesKeyword: Batam Elektronik,Communication Strategy,Costumer

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a social responsibility for a business organization against its stakeholder group. PKBL is a form of BUMN social responsibility. According to Law No.19 of 2003 on BUMN, where one of the purposes and objectives of BUMN establishment is to actively provide guidance and assistance to weak economic entrepreneurs, cooperatives and communities, as well as policies that state that BUMN can set aside a portion of their net profit for the purpose of business development small, cooperative as well as community development around BUMN, then PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) is committed in the implementation of Partnership Program. Partnership Program is a program to increase the ability of small business to be tough and independent. The purpose of this study, namely to determine how much influence CSR program PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) branch of Riau to the success of UMKM in the city of Pekanbaru.The theory used in this research is Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory. The method used in this research is explanative quantitative method. Technique of collecting data in this research using direct questionnaires distributing to UMKM which have become Partners of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Riau with sample 68 determined by random sampling technique. To know the influence of both variables, the researcher use simple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of research on the influence of CSR program PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau branch on the success of UMKM in the city of Pekanbaru, obtained regression coefficient value in this study is Y = 8.282 + 0.577 X with a significance level of 0.000. Of course smaller than α = 0.05. This means that there is influence CSR program PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) branch of Riau to the success of SMEs in the city of Pekanbaru by 75.7% and enter the category strongly influenced. The percentage indicates that the PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) branch of CSR program is very influential towards the happening of UMKM in Pekanbaru city. Abstract

Front Pembela Islam started to reveal openly at 1990. This matter was marked with the existence of recitation community by wearing clothes that cover aurat as syari’at in Islam. The organization of Front Pembela Islam who used the symbol of sentence calligraphy “laa ilaaha illallah muhammadurrasulullah” in the star form and above there was calligraphy “bismillahirrahmanirrahim” in hilal form, surrounded by triangle of beads that peak sentence calligraphy “alhamdulillahirabbil’alamin” in mosque dome which all were green colored with white base. In the triangle of beads exactly under the star, there was a black colored script “al-jabhah ad-difaa’iyah al-islamiyyah” and written on Front Pembela Islam was in red color. The purpose of this research was to known what the FPI member’s motive to join, how FPI attribute symbols mean to FPI members and how FPI members' loyalty to FPI organization in Pekanbaru City.This research used Cualitative Method with Alfred Schutz phenomenology approach and George H Mead interaction symbolic theory. The total informant was consisted of five person as a key informant by using snowball sampling technique. Data collection technique was by interview, observation, and documentation. This research used Miles and Huberman data analysis model through data reduction, display data or presentation data and last taking conclusion or verificationThe result of this research pointed out that the members’ motive to join Front Pembela Islam organization divided into two; because motive and in order to motive. The Meaning of attribute symbol for FPI members at Pekanbaru is also divided into two divvy. First is as a fighting spirit symbol. Second is as a holiness symbol. The Members’ loyalty can be shown their ways in following organization activities. First is following majlis taklim which purposed to sharing about Islam religion knowledge. Second is following training which is held by Front Pembela Islam regional city or province. Third is by dakwah or preaching from mosque to other mosque and also participate to maintain amar ma’ruf nahi munkar. And the last is following “isbah” which do explicit action in every places forbidden by Islam religion, of course in a way giving warning before doing next steps.keyword : phenomenology, Interaction Symbolic, Front Pembela Isla

Abstract

The term of gonggong sounds foreign or strange impression for people outside the Kepulauan Riau. But for people in the Kepulauan Riau, is no stranger to this one sea slug. Gonggong (Strombus Turturella) is one of the many sea slug that are found around the Kepri waters. Batik Gonggong is new textile design in Indonesia. In 2010 open Selaras Shop as a manufacturer of batik gonggong with the brand "Lawana". In building brand awareness can be done through marketing communications. But in reality brand awareness is not present in the minds of consumers. Therefore, companies need to first know the marketing communication strategy that needs to be done for effective marketing.The type of research is qualitative with the presentation of descriptive analysis. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Research subjects are Owner, Batik Designer, Employee and Constumer with purposive technique.The results of this study indicate that the segmentation of Batik Gonggong "Lawana" Tanjungpinang is from adults until children, Targeting, is for all circles, especially consumers who are interested in batik, and Positioning which has a unique style, limited edition motifs, and many options. Marketing communication strategy is done through advertising that is using electronic media and print media. Personal selling is done by direct presentation to consumers who come to the outlet, and also in events held by government agencies,private organizations and so on. Public Relations,opened mini workshop and build relationship with some government agencies. Abstract

The Xbank community is a non-profit community with a group of people who quit because of awareness of the danger of usury and religiously a grave sin consisting of former bank and non-bank employees who intend to seek halal and usury free sustenance. This community was formed to accommodate friends who intend to move, but are still in doubt due to various factors including themselves, economic conditions, environment and even family. This research aims to determine the motives and communication experiences of Xbank Pekanbaru members.This Research uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were 4 people who were selected using the snowball technique. Data collection was carried out out trough in-dept interviews, observation and documentation. In this study the authors used an interactive model of data analysis, to validate the data, the author used techniques, observational persistence and reference adequacy.The result showed that the motives of members of the pekanbaru xabnk doing hijrah consisted of because of motives which included self muhasabah, receiving guidance, and in order to motives including getting the pleasure od Allah. Motivating other and enforcing islamic sharia. Meanwhile, the communication experince of feeling happy can enforce islamic sharia, feel relieved and there is no burden on thoughts because of committing the sin of usury and receiving positive support from family and follow xbank member. For the unpleasant communication experince they experienced, namely, being ridiculed, scorned for being resign and being considered as self righteous.

Abstract

Woman consider themselves the same as men, where they are adept at using vape. The development of the trend gives curiosity as well as the aroma generated from the liquid or steam provides a sense of enjoyment in terms of vape taste is very different from conventional cigarettes generally. The study aims to determine the motives of female users of vape, the meaning of female users of vape and experience communication woman users vape.This research using phenomenology approach and taking informant using snowball technique with key informant. This study has 5 informant. With data collection techniques such as observation, interview adn documentation. While for the technique of examination of data validity, writer use technique of extension of participation. The data obtained are then processed for reduction, presented until a general conclusion is produced.The result of this study show that 1The motive of women vape users divided into two motives because (because motive) the sense of comfort and environmentally friendly, while the motive for (in order to motive) the sense of desire to quit smoking and the growth of confidence. 2The meaning of female users of vape that is as an upper middle class cigarette, reduce the number of early smokers (under age), reduce smoking addicts (quit smoking), various flavours (aroma) and various forms of vape and cigarettes hits (kekinian). 3The experience of woman communication vape users divided into two pleasant communication experience where a new friend, exclamation and race to form the creation of the vape steam, and upleasant communication experience that is considered naughty girl. Naughty girl here can be interpreted as a person who can not be arranged to do as he pleased only, doing according to his will. And has no moral and ethical and is considered cynical (worth hating). Have no moral can be interpreated as people who have no religious value (less), are often considered like a child’s night because the habit is only done people who are far from religion.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently experiencing a demographic bonus. This is marked by a doubling in the number of productive age populations accompanied by a delay in the growth of young age populations and a smaller number of elderly residents. Even though the number of adolescents of productive age is very large, the common problems faced by adolescents who do not have the life skills to understand they have not been handled optimally. And life skills alone will be useful for productive age teenagers to prepare for their future plans. Therefore, the GenRe Ambassador of Indonesia 2018, the educational pathway initiated a GenRe Move On program in which this program is needed to overcome the problems of adolescent groups and maximize the productive age of adolescents to plan for their future. The purpose of this study is to determine the campaign planning, campaign implementation, and campaign obstacles that occur in the GenRe Move On campaign program.   This study used qualitative research methods. The research informants totaling of nine people according to the criteria selected using a purposive technique. Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observation and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The data validity checking technique uses an extension of participation and triangulation.         The results showed that this program's campaign planning aims to fortify adolescents with positive things and activities so as to avoid things that destroy the future of adolescents, the target in the GenRe Move On program is adolescents aged 10-24 years who are not married, the message conveyed the GenRe Move On program is the GenRe Triad, which is to avoid early marriage, premarital sex and drug abuse and drug use and other material based on syllabus or modules given by the GenRe Ambassador coordinator entitled "Rencanakan Masa Depanmu". The media used is to use mass media in the form of print media, electronic media and social media which aims to disseminate information about programs and activities organized in GenRe Move On program. There are also several GenRe Move On campaigns such as socialization, GenRe On Street and Gempor, and obstacles that occur such as lack of attention from the audience, differences of opinion and transportation barriers. Keyword: Campaign, Demographic Bonus, Productive Ages

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is essentially a necessity for corporations to interact with local communities. The corporate need to adapt to gain social benefits from its relationship with the local community is trust. In the implementation of CSR required a culture based on ethics that is adaptive.This study aims to determine the implementation of CSR programs Darmasiswa Chevron Riau PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia in the field of education, knowing the mechanism of the implementation of the Chevron Riau Darmasiswa CSR program and to know the determinants of the success rate and obstacles of the implementation of Chevron Darmasiswa CSR program. This research uses qualitative research method by using Two Way Asymmetrical Model. Research subjects consisted of 6 informants selected through purposive technique. Data collection is done through observation, interview and documentation. To test the validity of data writers used the method of extension of participation and triangulation.The results of this study show that the implementation of Darmasiwa Chevron Riau Program runs starting from the initial concept of DCR special scholarship program for the best high school students in every district / city in Riau Province. The parties involved in the implementation of the DCR program are Dinas Pendidikan from the provincial to district/city and the Politeknik Caltex Riau. PR plays the role of responsible publication and build networking with the parties who help. DCR program implementation mechanism starts from the socialization stage, then selection of high school students / MA / SMK in each school with the criteria of general champion 1, 2 and 3 in class XII and register on the website. The next stage of written test of academic ability is done at district/city level. Then the announcement of the results of district-level selection in local print media. Participants who qualify are invited for provincial selection. The final stage of the announcement of the winner of DCR and Inauguration. The determinants of the success rate of the program can not be separated from local community support and school participation in 12 districts/cities. There are no significant obstacles in the implementation of the program. Abstract

Internet technology is growing, all internet-based average orientation activities, and many applications began to be developed and utilized in everyday life. Relating to the development of the internet and communication technology currently affects all fields, including the opening of channels of information and communication in all aspects. One of them is within the scope of the Police, this is very important to be applied as a means of delivering information and improving services through an android-based application. Crime in Pekanbaru is a problem that will never end. In order to overcome the problem of criminality and as a way to increase service, Polisi Resor Kota Pekanbaru created the Zapin Police application that serves to provide complaints information services. This research aims to determine the strategies of communicators, audience strategy, Message planning and media selection Polisi Resor Kota Pekanbaru in socialize Zapin Police application.This research uses qualitative research methods with the presentation of descriptive analysis, namely by describing the state of the subject or object of research based on the facts that appear. The informants in this research were 6 people taken based on purposive techniques. The data collection technique used is semi structured interview, non-participant observation and documentation of drawings, notes and photographs of activities carried out by the Polisi Resor Kota Pekanbaru relating to this research. The interactive data analysis model the author uses to describe the results of the research in data analysis techniques and for checking the validity of the data the researcher uses the triangulation technique and the extension of participation.The results of the research showed that the communication strategy of the Polisi Resor Kota Pekanbaru chose a communicator in disseminating the Police Zapin application, which had credibility and power. Determination of the target audience, namely the entire community of the city of Pekanbaru, especially those who have an Android smartphone and have a resident card (KTP), the placement of the target audience is divided into 3 segments, namely institutions / agencies, youth and the general public. Message planning is used directly to the core of the message, and through 2 message organizing formats namely topical format, spatial format and problem solving. Abstract

Abstract: Problems in the study of the SSB SPN U-17 Pekanbaru is still of theplayers SSB SPN U-17 Pekanbaru such, it is seen to be done from various tests andofficial competitions, so the lack of maneuverability is a factor contributing to thedefeat. The purpose of this research was to observe the effect of practice side right in“agility ladder drill” of agility on SSB SPN U-17 Pekanbaru football club withrespondents 16 people. Sampling techniques using total sampling, where the totalpopulation is sampled. Data collection techniques derived from the pre-test and posttest. Instrument in this research using Illinois agility run test to see agility. Analyseswere performed using t-test. Based on data analysis and discussion it can be concludedthat there is significant effect from a exercises in out shuffle “agility ladder drill” toagility in Pekanbaru SBB SPN U-17 football club as evidence by Ttest 4.91 and Ttable1.75. it means Ttest > Ttable at the level of α=0.05Keyword : in out shuffle “agility ladder drill”, agility, football
