Abstract

Classroom management is a real effort to realize an effective teaching or learning process. With good class management is expected to support the achievement of learning objectives and provide a positive influence that directly support the implementation of teaching and learning in the classroom. In order to provide encouragement and stimulus to students in learning, the class needs to be managed as well as possible. Activities that need to be implemented in managing the class, namely the arrangement of students in the classroom, spatial arrangement, creating classroom discipline, showing attitude responsiveness.This study aims to determine the management of classes in Indonesian subjects related to the maintenance of optimal learning conditions (preventive) Learning conditions (repressive). Data collection with observation of learning process observation. Interviews with relevant subject teachers, and with a study of the form of a learning program plan (RPP). The results obtained, then analyzed based on the method of observation and documentation studies and. The results showed that classroom management in Indonesian language subjects in SMP Negeri 10 Bengkulu city related to the maintenance of optimal learning (preventive) which consists of 6 aspects and return of learning condition (repressive) consisting of 3 aspects already implemented by the teacher.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kemampuan menulis teks narasi tentang pengalaman libur sekolah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Bermani Ilir Kabupaten Kepahiang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Bermani Ilir Kabupaten Kepahiang yang berjumlah 151 orang. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling sebanyak 22% dari jumlah populasi, yaitu 33 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes. Kemampuan menulis teks narasi ini akan dinilai dari lima aspek, yaitu isi, struktur, kebahasaan, diksi, dan ejaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, statistik sederhana dengan menghitung rata-rata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan menulis teks narasi tentang pengalaman libur sekolah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Bermani Ilir Kabupaten Kepahiang adalah 55,15 (kurang). Adapun rata-rata kemampuan menulis teks narasi tentang pengalaman libur sekolah berdasarkan aspek isi adalah 17,62 (cukup), rata-rata kemampuan menulis teks narasi dari aspek struktur adalah 15,19 (cukup), rata-rata kemampuan menulis teks narasi dari aspek kebahasaan adalah 10,10 (cukup), rata-rata kemampuan menulis teks narasi dari aspek diksi adalah 7,09 (cukup), rata-rata kemampuan menulis teks narasi dari aspek ejaan adalah 5,13 (cukup). Bagi siswa, hendaknya lebih banyak membaca materi dan contoh teks narasi untuk menambah kosa kata. Bagi guru, hendaknya lebih menekankan pembelajaran mengenai penggunaan ejaan. Kata kunci: Kemampuan, menulis, teks narasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan ada tidaknya hubungan dan besarnya sumbangan antara kedisiplinan guru dengan kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik di SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Kebumen tahun ajaran 2019/2020.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian korelasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara penyebaran angket kepada 335 peserta didik kelas V. Analisis data dengan uji korelasi sederhana dan sumbangan efektif (SE) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kedisiplinan guru dengan kedisiplinan belajar dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,481 yang berarti kedua variable memiliki hubungan positif. Nilai sumbangan efektif variabel profesionalisme guru bersertifikasi terhadap hasil belajar yaitu 23,1% dan sisanya 76,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kedisiplinan guru dengan kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik kelas V di SD Negeri se- Kecamatan Kebumen tahun ajaran 2019/2020.        Kata kunci: kedisiplinan, kedisiplinan guru, kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik

Abstract

Interest in learning affects student learning outcomes in learning process. Lack of students’ interest in learning makes low social science learning outcomes. The study aimed to determine the positive correlation between students' interest in learning and social science learning outcomes and to determine the contribution of interest in learning to social science learning outcomes of fourth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen sub-district in academic year of 2019/2020. It was quantitative research design with correlation method. The sampling method used cluster random sampling technique. The result indicated that there was positive correlation between interest in learning and social science learning outcomes with low correlation level which was 0.245. The adjusted R square value of interest in learning to social science learning outcomes was 5.96%. It concludes that there is positive correlation between interest in learning and social science learning outcomes to fourth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen sub-district in academic year of 2019/2020.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the correlation between interest in learning and mathematics learning outcomes to fourth grade students of public elementary schools in Prembun Sub-district and to measure the contribution of interest in learning on mathematics learning outcomes to fourth grade students of public elementary schools in Prembun Sub-district in academic year of 2020/2021. The research was correlational quantitative method. Sampling method was with cluster random sampling technique with the help of SPSS application. The samples were 226 fourth grade students in eleven elementary schools throughout the Prembun Sub-district. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and tests. Data Analysis used simple correlation test and adjusted R square with a significance level of 5%. The correlation test was sig = 0.000 (sig <0.05) and the result of correlation coefficient between interest in learning and mathematics learning outcomes was 0.486. It concludes that there is positive and significant correlation between interest in learning and mathematics learning outcomes to fourth grade students of public elementary schools in Prembun Sub-district in academic year of 2020/2021. Interest in learning contributes 23.69% on mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstrak: Metode Pembentukan Karakter Religius Peserta Didik Program Full Day School di MI Terpadu Logaritma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan metode pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik program full day school di MI Terpadu Logaritma. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis data kualitatif menurut Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semua aspek metode pembentukan karakter religius yang meliputi: teladan, kisah, nasihat, pembiasaan, hukuman dan ganjaran, ceramah, dan diskusi sudah dilakukan sekolah. Metode yang ditekankan dan sering dilakukan dalam pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik di MI Terpadu Logaritma yaitu metode nasihat dan metode kisah. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian tersebut yaitu metode pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik program full day school di MI Terpadu Logaritma yang sudah berjalan baik dengan metode nasihat dan kisah.Kata kunci : metode, pembentukkan, karakter religius, full day school.

Abstract

The objectives of the study were to explain classroom management and classroom atmosphere, to describe the constraints, and to analyze factors influencing classroom management in creating conducive atmosphere at fourth grade of SDN Argopeni. It was qualitative research method. The subjects were teachers and students. The results indicated that: (1) class management consisted of being role models in religion, being a role model for good behavior, arranging the seat of students, having audible volume and voice intonation, (e) speaking straightforward, accommodating the lesson subject to students’ abilities, creating orderliness, providing reinforcement and feedback on the responses and students learning outcomes, encouraging and appreciating students asking questions and delivering opinions, wearing  modestly-dressed, explaining the syllabus, and starting and ending the learning on time. A conducive atmosphere was proven by having fun and exciting learning, having effective class organization, the teacher as a mentor, developing learning, managing the classroom,  providing services and learning activities, and using media. The constraints of classroom management were the Covid-19 pandemic; (3) the factors influencing classroom management were the students and the teacher. It concludes that the teachers have applied classroom management in creating conducive atmosphere.

Abstract

The study aimed: (1) to describe the steps in applying Quantum Teaching, (2) to improve natural science learning outcomes through the application of the Quantum Teaching, and (3) to analyze the obstacles and solutions in applying Quantum Teaching. It was a collaborative classroom action research (CAR) conducted in three cycles. The subjects were teachers and students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and tests. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) the six steps to the application of Quantum Teaching were Grow, Experience, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat, Celebrate; (2) the application of Quantum Teaching improved natural science learning outcomes in theme “environment of our friends”. The increasing of student’s learning outcomes were 82.61% in the first cycle, 85.66% in the second cycle, and 86.08% in the third cycle; (3) the obstacles were: the teacher had not implemented steps: Name and celebrate, students were less confident, students did not conduct discussions, students were passive, students made some noises, learning materials were inadequate. The solutions were: the teacher applied Quantum Teaching steps appropriately, the teacher motivated the students to be more confident, the teacher guided the students in discussion, the teacher reprimanded students who made noises, the teacher prepared the learning materials before class began. It concludes that the application of Quantum Teaching improves natural science learning outcomes in theme “environment of our friends” to fifth grade students of SDN Girimargo 1 in academic year of 2020/2021.Keywords: Quantum Teaching, learning outcomes, natural science

Abstract

Learning is a need. Learning factors consist of intrinsic and extrinsic. Interpersonal intelligence and learning motivation are part of intrinsic factors. The study aimed to analyze and measure the contribution of interpersonal intelligence and learning motivation to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen Sub-district in academic year of 2020/2021. It was correlational quantitative method. The samples were 329 fifth grade students in twelve public elementary schools throughout the Kebumen Sub-district. Sampling method was cluster sampling. Data analysis used simple correlation test (significance level of 5%) and the determinant coefficient with the help of SPSS 21 Version. The results indicated that there is a positive correlation between interpersonal intelligence. It was strong correlation (r count 0.618 > r table 0.18) and significance was 0.000<0.05. The determinant coefficient was 38%, it meant Interpersonal intelligence contributed 38% on learning motivation and the remaining 62% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan penerapan metode Total Physical Response (TPR) dalam peningkatan hasil belajar bahasa Inggris dan meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa Inggris tentang things in the classroom melalui penerapan metode Total Physical Response (TPR). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan selama tiga siklus dengan lima pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SDN 4 Kutosari tahun ajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Analisis data dilaksanakan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) penerapan metode TPR melalui langkah-langkah (a) mengenalkan kosakata yang akan diajarkan, (b) mengucapkan kalimat yang menggambarkan kosakata, (c) memperagakan kalimat yang menggambarkan kosakata, (d) mengulangi peragaan disertai dengan mengucapkan kalimat yang menggambarkan kosakata, (e) menuliskan kosakata beserta dengan arti dalam bahasa Indonesia; 2) penerapan metode TPR dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada siswa kelas III SDN 4 Kutosari tahun ajaran 2018/2019
