Abstract

Kinerja karyawan sangat perlu untuk ditingkatkan baik dari sisi individu, kelompok, maupun organisasi. Kesuksesan organisasi bergantung pada bagaimana organisasi mampu mendorong komitmen organisasinya. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja, yaitu komitmen organisasi. Selain komitmen, faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja adalah kompetensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap kineja karyawan pada PT. Sinar Sakti Jaya Klapanunggal-Bogor. Metode penelitiannya  ialah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dan sampel yaitu 70 karyawan PT. Sinar Sakti Jaya Klapanunggal-Bogor. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, kuesioner serta wawancara. Pengujian instrumen dengan validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data penelitian mencakup analisis regresi berganda, korelasi, determinasi serta uji signifikansi secara simultan (uji F) dan parsial (uji t). Hasil dari analisis regresi berganda variabel komitmen organisasi dan kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sinar Sakti Jaya dan hasil uji F, yaitu secara simultan komitmen organisasi serta kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sinar Sakti Jaya. Sedangkan hasil uji t menyatakan bahwa secara parsial variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sinar Sakti Jaya, serta kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sinar Sakti Jaya. Saran untuk Perusahaan lebih meningkatkan komitmen karyawan dengan mensejahterakan karyawannya, kemudian mengadakan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan.

Abstract

The basic principles of management are a decision-making process related to planning, organizing, directing and monitoring to achieve organizational goals. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of motivation, training and communication on the performance of PT Kereta Api Commuter Indonesia employees at Tangerang Station. The sample taken in this study was 60 people using non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique. Quantitative descriptive and verification are the analytical methods used in this research. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation, interviews and literature study. This research uses multiple linear regression data analysis. The results of this research are that motivation, training and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. The most dominant factor influencing employee performance at PT Kereta Api Commuter Indonesia at Tangerang Station is motivation. Therefore, companies must pay more attention to factors that can increase employee motivation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mengenai karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Koperasi Karyawan Indocement (KKI) Citeureup Kabupaten Bogor baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 99 karyawan. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa semua butir pertanyaan dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi tanggapan karyawan terhadap karakteristik individu (X1) baik, lingkungan kerja (X2) baik, kinerja karyawan (X3) baik. Hasil analisis koefisian korelasi menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dari hasil koefisien determinasi dapat dijelaskan bahwa kinerja karyawan 62,9% dapat dijelaskan oleh karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja dan 29% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, seperti kompensasi individu. Adapun analisis regresi berganda dari uji F (simultan) dan uji t (parsial) menyatakan bahwa karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja di Koperasi Karyawan Indocement (KKI) Citeureup Kabupaten Bogor. Kata Kunci: karakteristik individu, lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics and work environment on employee performance at the Indocement Employee Cooperative (KKI) Citeureup Bogor Regency, either simultaneously or partially. The questionnaire was distributed to 99 employees. The results of the validity and reliability tests showed that all the questions were declared valid and reliable. Based on the results of the recapitulation of employee responses to individual characteristics (X1) good, work environment (X2) good, employee performance (X3) good. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis state that there is a strong influence between individual characteristics and work environment on employee performance, from the coefficient of determination it can be explained that 62.9% employee performance can be explained by individual characteristics and work environment and 29% is influenced by other variables that are not researched in this study, such as individual compensation. The multiple regression analysis from the F test (simultaneous) and the t test (partial) states that individual characteristics and work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance in the Indocement Employee Cooperative (KKI) Citeureup, Bogor Regency. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji 1) pengaruh penerapan inovasi dan pemasaran hijau secara simultan dan parsial terhadap daya saing;  2) menguji pengaruh Pemasaran Hijau terhadap Daya Saing dengan Inovasi sebagai variable mediasi; 3) implementasi Inovasi dan Pemasaran Hijau pelaku UKM. Melibatkan 81 UKM Unggulan bidang kerajinan dan kuliner, dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data analisis jalur, menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan Inovasi dan Pemasaran Hijau baik secara simultan dan parsial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap daya saing. Hasil lain menunjukan bahwa penerapan Pemasaran Hijau berpengaruh positif untuk memperkuat daya saing melalui inovasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada pelaku UKM. Hal ini berarti pelaku usaha harus mampu menerapkan Pemasaran Hijau melalui sikap atau pola berfikir inovatif karena Pemasaran Hijau menjadi sebuah alternatif strategi yang tidak hanya membantu image perusahaan, tetapi juga memberi nilai tambah.

Abstract

Sukabumi Regency is known as an agricultural producer, including cassava, which is the main commodity in Pasirdoton Village, Cidahu District. This village utilizes local wisdom in the agricultural sector to develop Mocaf Flour MSMEs. To increase competitiveness, sales results, and market share, empowerment and development of cassava flour-based products are very important. The Community Service (PkM) Team of Djuanda University applied observation, interview, socialization, and implementation methods to introduce derivative products such as Mocaf Noodles and Mocaf Cookies. The results showed a significant increase in brand awareness through social media and e-commerce, as well as an increase in sales with positive reviews from consumers. This program succeeded in introducing product innovation, expanding market access, and strengthening the brand identity of Mocaf Flour MSMEs, which are expected to survive and develop in the long term through the application of technology and digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

BARAYU MSMEs is an OVOP producer of MSMEs in Margaluyu Village that needs help increasing its income due to the marketing methods used. For this reason, business actors need changes in the promotion model to maintain their business. Technological developments have made social media widely used, opening up opportunities for business actors as a medium for product promotion. This service aims to provide knowledge and promote products, assist in creating trademarks, MSMEs logos, websites, and skills for MSMEs in designing product promotions on social media and increasing product sales. Assistance uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method: observation, interviews, discussions, assistance, and Output. The results obtained after carrying out this service are increased knowledge and Understanding of BARAYU MSMEs owners regarding the existence and potential of social media in promoting products, the creation of the brand name "BARAYU," the creation of a logo and website as well as MSMEs social media accounts, increased skills of MSMEs owners in using social media as a promotional medium, and increasing the number of product sales.

Abstract

The research objectives are to examine the influence of self-efficacy and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. A sample of 100 respondents used the purposive sampling method. Data research methods use descriptive, verification, and path analysis. This study found that self-efficacy has a direct positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a direct positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a direct positive and significant effect on employee OCB, self-efficacy has a direct positive and significant impact on OCB employees, organizational culture has a direct positive and significant effect on employee OCB, organizational commitment is able to mediate the influence of self-efficacy on employee OCB, and organizational commitment is able to mediate the impact of organizational culture on employee OCB. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational climate, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. Japfa Comfeed Indo Tbk Unit Hatchery Parungkuda. This type of quantitative research uses descriptive research design and verification using path analysis and Sobel test methods. The data collection process uses field research and library research. The number of samples used in this research was 92 employees using random sampling techniques. The results of this research show that transformational leadership has a direct positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational climate has a direct positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a direct positive and significant effect on OCB, transformational leadership has a direct positive and significant effect on OCB through job satisfaction as a variable intervening, organizational climate has a direct positive and significant effect on OCB through job satisfaction as an intervening variable Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examines social media, electronic word of mouth (eWOM) and brand image both simultaneously and partially on consumer buying interest. The sampling technique used non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The research sample was 100 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses descriptive verification analysis, validity and reliability tests, multiple linear tests and classical assumption tests. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially there was a positive and significant effect of social media, electronic word of mouth (eWOM), and brand image on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyse the effect of brand awareness and celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions with consumer confidence as an intervening variable. The population in this study were consumers of Arei products in Bogor City, consisting of 5476 people. Sampling amounted to 100 people using the sample calculation with the Yamane formula. Data analysis uses descriptive and verification analysis, as well as using path analysis and Sobel Test analysis for intervening variables. The results showed that brand awareness and celebrity endorsement have a direct, positive and significant effect on consumer trust. Brand awareness, celebrity endorsement and consumer confidence have a direct, positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness and celebrity endorsement have an indirect, positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
