Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 sampel dengan mengunakan metode sampling jenuh. Teknik uji instrument dalam penelitian ini menggunakan spss dengan metode analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Competition in the automotive industry requires companies to manage human resources in order to drive business growth and compete to win market share. This study aims to determine the direct effect and indirect effect, competence and career development on employee performance through work motivation employees through work motivation. Population in this study is Yamaha JG Motor Bogor employees consisting of 49 people. Sampling of 49 respondents was carried out by saturated sampling saturated. The data used in this study is ordinal data which is converted into interval-scale metric data with the method of successive interval. Data analysis using verification analysis, path analysis and sobel test analysis for intervening variables through the IBM SPSS program. The results showed that competence has a direct positive and significant effect on work motivation, while career development has no effect on work motivation. Competence has a direct positive significant on employee performance, and work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, while career development has no effect on employee performance. Competence has an indirect effect directly on employee performance through work motivation, while career development has no indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation. Abstract

One of the productive economic efforts that can generate added value and economic value is MSMEs. The role of MSMEs has a significant positive value for the Indonesian economy. The significant growth of MSMEs has given rise to very tight competition. For this reason, there needs to be a commitment from every business actor in improving the right product strategy and innovation to survive in the market. The objectives of this community service are (1) to assist MSMEs in improving product innovation from product flavor and size variants; (2) to increase income and increase business productivity; (3) to create logos, packaging and give product names to MSMEs. Based on observations, it is known that MSMEs have difficulty in marketing their products due to (1) lack of product innovation from flavor and size variants; (2) understanding of calculating the cost of goods sold; (3) logos, packaging that are not attractive enough and giving product names to MSMEs. The results of community service for MSMEs are (1) technical guidance assistance in making product innovations from product flavor and size variants; (2) assistance in knowledge of calculating the cost of goods sold; (3) assistance in creating logos, packaging and giving product names to MSMEs. After this MSME mentoring is carried out, it is hoped that their products will be known to the public and can increase sales productivity and appropriate income.

Abstract

The research objectives are to examine the influence of self-efficacy and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. A sample of 100 respondents used the purposive sampling method. Data research methods use descriptive, verification, and path analysis. This study found that self-efficacy has a direct positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a direct positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a direct positive and significant effect on employee OCB, self-efficacy has a direct positive and significant impact on OCB employees, organizational culture has a direct positive and significant effect on employee OCB, organizational commitment is able to mediate the influence of self-efficacy on employee OCB, and organizational commitment is able to mediate the impact of organizational culture on employee OCB. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational climate, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. Japfa Comfeed Indo Tbk Unit Hatchery Parungkuda. This type of quantitative research uses descriptive research design and verification using path analysis and Sobel test methods. The data collection process uses field research and library research. The number of samples used in this research was 92 employees using random sampling techniques. The results of this research show that transformational leadership has a direct positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational climate has a direct positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a direct positive and significant effect on OCB, transformational leadership has a direct positive and significant effect on OCB through job satisfaction as a variable intervening, organizational climate has a direct positive and significant effect on OCB through job satisfaction as an intervening variable Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examines social media, electronic word of mouth (eWOM) and brand image both simultaneously and partially on consumer buying interest. The sampling technique used non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The research sample was 100 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses descriptive verification analysis, validity and reliability tests, multiple linear tests and classical assumption tests. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially there was a positive and significant effect of social media, electronic word of mouth (eWOM), and brand image on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyse the effect of brand awareness and celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions with consumer confidence as an intervening variable. The population in this study were consumers of Arei products in Bogor City, consisting of 5476 people. Sampling amounted to 100 people using the sample calculation with the Yamane formula. Data analysis uses descriptive and verification analysis, as well as using path analysis and Sobel Test analysis for intervening variables. The results showed that brand awareness and celebrity endorsement have a direct, positive and significant effect on consumer trust. Brand awareness, celebrity endorsement and consumer confidence have a direct, positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness and celebrity endorsement have an indirect, positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kompensasi serta lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja pada PT. Jayamandiri Gemasejati Bogor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 52 karyawan PT. Jayamandiri Gemasejati Bogor. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 52 orang dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data ordinal yang diubah menjadi data metrik berskala interval menggunakan Method of Successive Interval (MSI). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif, serta analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dan Sobel Test untuk variabel intervening. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung dan positif kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan, pengaruh langsung dan positif lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan, serta pengaruh langsung dan positif kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Kabupaten Sukabumi khususnya Desa Pasirdoton, Kecamatan Cidahu mempunyai beragam aktivitas masyarakat sehingga menciptakan nuansa kehidupan lokal yang sangat beragam, salah satunya dibidang perkebunan diantaranya tanaman herbal seperti jahe, temulawak, dan kunyit merah. Dalam aspek pemasaran, pelaku UMKM belum mengetahui tentang manajemen pemasaran, masih menghadapi masalah yang siginifikan, dan belum mampu mempraktikan digital marketing di era globalisasi saat ini.  Metode pengabdian diawali dengan tahap observasi yaitu melakukan pendampingan pada UMKM Serbuk Herbal Al-Mudzakarotus Syaifudin, dilanjutkan dengan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasikan beberapa permasalahan serta kendala yang dihadapi UMKM. Selanjutnya tahap sosialisasi, dilakukan pendampingan tentang pembuatan digital marketing dan packaging innovation terkait inovasi kemasan untuk menghasilkan suatu kemasan yang menarik sehingga meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan UMKM lokal berupa inovasi dari segi kemasan dan digitalisasi marketing. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat meliputi: 1) Pembuatan label packaging produk, 2) Pemberian mesin vacuum sealer food kepada pelaku UMKM, 3) Pembuatan akun sosial media dan E-Commerce (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok dan Shopee), 4) Optimasi content marketing, 5) Pelatihan pembuatan kemasan packaging produk yang menarik. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, yaitu pelaku UMKM mampu mengoperasikan mesin vacuum sealer food, peningkatkan penjualan secara online dan pelaku UMKM memiliki konten produk yang bagus dan menarik.

Abstract

Productivity is an important factor for companies to achieve the goals set. Research objectives to determine the effect of competence and organizational culture on employee productivity through work motivation as an intervening Variable. The sample used is all employees of PT Union Teknika totaling 64 employees. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially competence and organizational culture affect work motivation, simultaneously and partially competence, organizational culture and work motivation are directly positive and significant to employee work productivity, work motivation is able to mediate the effect of competence on employee work productivity and work motivation is not able to mediate the effect of organizational culture on employee work productivity.
