This paper aims to highlight the construction of Syafii Maarif’s Qur’anic thought and how he uses the Qur’an as an ideal foundation in the construction of religious and national thought. The paper argues that: first, the Qur’an in Syafii Maarif’s thought construction has become the epistemological foundation that underlies his entire philosophy of thought. This epistemological foundation brings Syafii to the paradigmatic framework, ethical framework and epistemological framework based on Qur’anic narratives. Second, although the Qur’an is used as an ideal foundation in the construction of his religious thought, Syafii’s interaction process with the Qur’an is not in a purely interpretative area. He did not get into the historical space of revelation, and only sufficed for ‘deductive’ meanings and then used it as the basis of his argument. It is in this area that Syafii then extracts Qur’anic values from verses that are clear (sarih) to be contextualized on religious and national issues he faces in the modern era.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui koefesien korelasi anatar lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah keseluruhan pegawai perpustakaan Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau yaitu sebanyak 32 orang. Maka sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 32 orang, dengan menggunakan total sampling.. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Data Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan rumus korelasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai diperpustakaan Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, hal ini dapat dilihat dari perbandingan rhitungsebesar 0,711 dan rtabeldengan N=32 pada taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 0,3388, jadi rhitunglebih besar dari rtabel(0,711 > 0,3388). Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi(R Square) diperoleh nilai 27,1%. Artinya sumbangan variabel hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai di perpustakaan Universitas Islam Neger Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruh oleh variabel lain. Karena koefisien korelasinya positif maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja pegawai tinggi, maka tinggi, tinggi pula kinerja pegawai.

This study aimed to propose strategies of how to teach Arabic reading comprehension by using materials taken from authentic sources. It employed a method that combined library research and field research. Library research was executed by searching authentic reading texts that were contextual and relevant with students’ needs, obtained from references, magazines, newspapers, and radio programs. All of which were written in by Arabic native speakers for Arabic native speakers. Field research was conducted by teaching Arabic reading comprehension using authentic materials in in the classroom. Implementing this method, it was found that teaching Arabic reading comprehension using authentic materials should be carried out in three stages: (i) pre-reading stage, conducted by facilitating students to understand the importance of authentic materials and negotiating the topics that the students were interested in; (ii) reading stage, in which students read and grasp  texts through dialogues and group discussion guided by the teacher; and (iii) post-reading, in a way that the students did exercises by answering questions to sharpen their understanding about text contents. This practice of teaching Arabic reading provided such benefits as students were more motivated to study and more exposed to Arabic sentences having more complex and natural structures that were rarely found in simplified texts. Teacher’s guidance at each stage of learning was proven to be able to assist students in understanding the complex sentences. The significant contribution of this study is to overcome the weaknesses of using authentic materials as many studies have reported that authentic materials are frequently too difficult since they are beyond leaners’ language proficiencies. In addition, this research clearly confirms the theory of the importance of authentic materials in teaching a foreign language reading.

The article presents the essence of balagah and its development as a means to understand literary texts and figures of speech of al-Qur’an. The main goal is to develop the sense of a language, and finally sense what literary writers have sensed. In this instance, balagah has undergone two developmental stages. The first generation was around 3-4 H, from al-‘Asykari, al-Jahizh, Ibnu al-Mu’taz, Ibnu Qutaibah to ‘Abd al-Qahir al-Jurjaniy at the end of 5 H. at that time, balagah was integrated with the literary works, in the form of both prose and poetry. However, since al-Sakkaky with his al-Miftah, balagah was scientific and logical so that sense of a language was not achieved. Balagah was not then a means but the goal. The consequence is that it does not touch the heart of literary works.

Pasal 6 Undang-undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang pembentukan Peraturan perundang-undangan menyatakan bahwa setiap materi yang ada dalam peraturan.perundang-undangan harus memuat dan mencerminkan asas pengayoman, kemanusiaan, bhineka tunggal ika dan seterusnya, akan tetapi jika selain asas yang ada dalam pasal 6 ayat (1) tersebut maka bisa berisi dengan asas yang lainnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan hukum yang diperlukan pada Pasal 6 ayat (1) tidak ada “Asas Ketuhanan”. Padahal nilai ketuhanan menempati urutan pertama dan menjadi rujukan utama dari dasar nilai-nilai yang ada dalam Negara Indonesia. Tidak adanya asas ketuhanan dalam.Pasal .6 ayat (1) Undang-undang. Nomor. 12 Tahun.2011 menjadi salah satu problem. Sehingga memunculkan pertanyaan, bagaimana urgensi dari asas ketuhanan dalam undang-undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011, serta bagaimana implikasi dari asas ketuhanan dalam undang-undang nomor 12 tahun 2011 tersebut dalam perspektif hukum di Indonesia, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif dan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Pencantuman asas Ketuhanan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 adalah sebuah usaha untuk menjaga dan mempertahankan eksistensi nilai-nilai yang terdapat dalam Pancasila dan UUD 1945 agar tetap terimplementasikan dalam berbagai produk peraturan perundang-undangan, Fakta kekosongan UU No. 12 Tahun 2011 dari asas Ketuhanan sangat potensial menumbuhkan beragam faham yang yang bebas dari nilai Ketuhanan baik sektarianisme maupun fundamentalisme yang sangat mengancam eksistensi Pancasila sebagai dasar Negara. Negara mengakui peran agama dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara karena agama diakui telah memberikan kontribusinya yang besar dalam perjuangan kemerdekaan.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the management of Montessori-based Arabic curriculum development for pre-school students at Raudlatul Athfal An-Nidham Sumenep. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of Montessori-based Arabic curriculum at RA An-Nidham involves careful planning, implementation in accordance with Montessori principles, and continuous evaluation. This research contributes to the development of Montessori-based curriculum in the context of Arabic language education at the early childhood education level. Kosmetik merupakan media yang digunakan wanita untuk berpenampilan cantik mewah, modern dan modis. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi didalam keputusan membeli kosmetik adalah gaya hidup, harga, kualitas, produk. Keputusan pembelian merupakan prilaku atau tindakan seorang konsumen didalam membeli produk. Jenis rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan Instrument pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner (angket). Hasil dari uji parsial antara variabel X2 (Gaya Hidup), memiliki nilai positif dan signifikasi terhadap keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik. Sedangkan Variabel harga memiliki nilai negatif dan tidak signifikasi terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik. Hasil dari uji simultan antara variabel X1 (Harga Kosmetik) dan X2 (Gaya Hidup), memiliki nilai positif dan signifikasi terhadap keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik. pengaruh X2 tehadap Y adalah sebesar 15,623 dan nilai F hitung adalah 15,625 > 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 15,623 > F tabel 3,13. Yang artinya secara bersamaan Variabel Independen mempengaruhi Variabel Dependen. Dari semua hasil uji yang di kelolah melalui SPSS 22, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari kedua variabel Independen dan Dependen saling huhungan karena dari hasil uji t parsial dan uji f simultan yang dilakukan, Variabel X1 dan X2 Memberikan nilai yang berbeda diantara kedua variabel tersebut.

Abstrak Kehadiran matematika yang bernuansa budaya (etnomatematika) akan memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap pembelajaran matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan objek-objek matematika yang terdapat pada arsitektur bangunan Masjid Jamik Kota Bengkulu dan bagamana pemanfaatannya dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode etnografi. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah human instrument, peneliti berhubungan langsung dengan penelitian dan berperan sebagai pengumpul data melalui pengumpulan data pustaka, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajan data dan analisis data serta pemaparan data. Hasil dari Penelitian menunjukan bahwa bentuk dan arsitektur Masjid Jami’ Sultan Syarif Abdurrahman Kota Pontianak memiliki etnomatematika yang berkaitan dengan konsep matematika di antaranya segitiga, segienam, kubus, balok, limas dan tabung. Konsep-konsep matematika yang terdapat pada arsitektur Masjid Jami’ Sultan Syarif Abdurrahman tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memperkenalkan dan memahami konsep Geometri melalui budaya lokal. Abstract The presence of cultural nuanced mathematics (ethnomathematics) will make a major contribution to learning mathematics. The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the mathematical objects contained in the architecture of the Jamik Mosque in Bengkulu City and how they are used in learning mathematics. This research is a qualitative research using ethnographic method. The instrument in this study is a human instrument, the researcher is directly related to the research and acts as a data collector through library data collection, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by data reduction, data presentation and data analysis as well as data exposure. The results of the study show that the shape and architecture of the Jami' Sultan Syarif Abdurrahman Mosque in Pontianak City has ethnomathematics related to mathematical concepts including triangles, hexagons, cubes, blocks, pyramids and tubes. The mathematical concepts contained in the architecture of the Jami' Sultan Syarif Abdurrahman Mosque can be used to introduce and understand the concept of geometry through local culture.

Factors related to writing skills to improve students' abilities include the methods used by teachers. And one of the learning methods related to writing skills is the imla' mandzur method. This method can train students in measuring memory and writing Arabic.This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research and the method used in this research is a qualitative method, with the Miles and Huberman approach. Data collection methods are interviews, observation and documentation, or what is usually called the triangulation method. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to apply the imla' mandzur method and what problems are faced. The aim of the research is to find out how to apply the imla' mandzur method, what are the problems in applying the imla' mandzur method. The results of this research show that the application of the imla' mandzur method in class VIII MTs Nurul Islam can improve students' writing skills. the process of implementing the imla' mandzur method includes giving mufrodat before learning, students are asked to observe the reading text, once it is sufficient then the teacher asks students to close the reading text, the teacher dictates the text and students are asked to write what the teacher dictates on the worksheet without looking at the reading text . Sometimes the teacher also writes a reading text on the blackboard, asks the students to observe the writing, the teacher erases the writing and dictates it. The problem faced is that students do not master Arabic vocabulary, making it difficult for them to follow writing skills using the imla' mandzur method.

Learning Arabic is a learning that most people consider difficult, because Arabic is inseparable from the science of nahwu. And the basis of nahwu knowledge that is commonly used by Islamic boarding schools is the book of Jurumiyah, because the book is considered the simplest and easiest to explain and usually the learning of the book of Jurumiyah is carried out in Islamic boarding schools but this is done in madrasas or formal institutions, and every learning must have advantages and disadvantages, one of which is in the study of the book of Jurumiyah. The formulation of this research problem is how the learning process of the book of jurumiyyah for grade 9 students at Mts Islamiyah Sukoharjo Plemahan Kediri, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of learning the book of Jurumiyah for grade 9 students at Mts Islamiyah Sukoharjo Plemahan Kediri. This study uses a qualitative research approach that is descriptive. Research Place at Madrasah Tsanawiyah, grade 9 students at Mts Islamiyah Sukoharjo Plemahan Kediri. The data sources came from the school principal, the teacher of the teacher, the Arabic teacher and the 9th grade students. The method of data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research on the study of the book of jurumiyah for grade 9 students at Mts Islamiyah Sukoharjo Plemahan Kediri have the goal of providing students with a basic understanding of the rules of nahwu used in Arabic, in the learning of the book of Jurumiyah the teacher uses the bandongan method. As for the reason for using this jurumiyah book because this book is the most famous book in all circles and the easiest for beginners or beginners, this jurumiyah learning is carried out 1 time for 1 week and has been included in the madrasah curriculum. Meanwhile, the advantages in the learning process of the book of Jurumiyah students are able to understand qowaid correctly. And the shortcomings in the learning process of the book of Jurumiyah are that the material taught focuses on qowaid so that students do not delve too deeply when learning Arabic.
