Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah menghasilkan e-modul sistem peredaran darah berbasis gender sebagai bahan ajar alternatif untuk memotivasi dan meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) yang mengacu pada model ADDIE. Prosedur penelitian ini tidak sampai pada tahap implementasi dan evaluasi, akan tetapi dibatasi hanya sampai pada tahap pengembangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa kegiatan wawancara, observasi dan angket validasi. Subjek penelitian yang turut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 validator ahli yaitu ahli media, materi, bahasa dan gender dan guru IPA. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga melibatkan peserta didik, dimana 3 orang peserta didik untuk uji one to one dan 10 orang peserta didik untuk uji small group. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi teknik kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperolah dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul sistem peredaran darah berbasis gender yang dikembangkan termasuk ke dalam predikat sangat valid dan layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Hal ini tampak dari hasil validasi e-modul pada aspek media, materi, bahasa dan gender memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 96,2% serta angket tanggapan guru dan peserta didik terhadap e-modul sistem peredaran darah berbasis gender yaitu sebesar 94,17% dengan predikat sangat praktis.

Abstract

This study aims to explore forms of school cultural activities which are allegedly an effort to strengthen students' religious moderation values. Schools are considered as institutions that are capable of coloring and even changing the mindset, character and even behavior of its citizens so that from the womb of the school it is hoped that human beings will be born who reconcile, spread love and create national unity and integrity. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach, namely uncovering phenomena or symptoms that occur related to strengthening religious moderation values through school culture. In this study, the research subjects were selected purposively, so the informants in this study were the head of SMA Y Palembang, the representatives, the teacher council, students, stakeholders and other relevant informants where data was collected by observing a number of objects related to research problems. and in-depth interviews with a number of informants and supported by data collected using documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative data analysis with three activities namely data reduction, display and verification.The results of the study show that the school culture developed at SMA Y is classified into two cultural groups, namely formal activities which include morning breafing activities, and collective prayer, core activities by applying methods oriented towards strengthening the value of moderation and closing activities which contain motivation and advice. In these activities, the values of religious moderation are strengthened, including the value of tolerance or tasamuh through morning briefings and joint prayers with school members and in class activities through the discussion method of strengthening values not only on tasamuh values but on the values of tatawur walibtikar or dynamic and innovative while in closing activities  in the form of motivation and advice by strengthening the value of tasamuh and  tawazun as well as tawasuth fellow school members. Furthermore, in the form of non-formal activities there are spiritual activities and candles where these two activities are religious study activities for Muslims and non-Muslims which in their implementation link tasamuh values. In addition, there are also field trips and social services that seek to strengthen the values of tawasuth, tasamuh and tawazun among school members. It turns out that schools with relatively diverse students through school culture are able to strengthen the values of religious moderation in order to create peace and harmony among school members.

Abstract

Changes in learning patterns at MAN 1 Palembang using a limited face-to-face system make the learning media less effective. The learning media used are still based on hardfiles, so they are less practical and flexible than digital-based learning media. Based on this, the chemistry education study program service team provided service in the form of the Canva platform for digitizing learning media. Canva assists teachers in designing and creating learning media according to the characteristics and circumstances of students. The purpose of this community service is that teachers can design digital media for learning with the Canva platform. The method used in this service is the active participation of the participants. This activity consists of 5 stages: preparation, design, presentation, work practice, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase of more than 50% during pre and post-service activities. Service activities show success, with teachers gaining knowledge and skills in designing the Canva platform for digital media that will be used in learning.  ---  Perubahan pola belajar di MAN 1 palembang yang memakai sistem tatap muka terbatas membuat media belajar yang digunakan kurang efektif. Media belajar yang digunakan masih berbasis pada hardfile sehingga tidak sepraktis dan flexibel dibandingkan media pembelajaran yang berbasis digital. Berdasarkan hal tersebut tim pengabdian prodi pendidikan kimia memberikan pengabdian berupa platform canva untuk digitalisasi media pembelajaran. Canva membantu guru dalam mendesain dan membuat media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik dan keadaan siswa. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah guru dapat mendesain media digital untuk pembelajaran dengan platform canva. Metode yang dipakai dalam pengabdian ini adalah partisipasi aktif peserta. Kegiatan ini terdiri atas 5 tahap kegiatan : persiapan, perancangan, pemaparan, praktek kerja, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih dari 50% pada saat pra dan pasca kegiatan pengabdian. Kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan keberhasilan dengan guru memperoleh pengetahuan dan memiliki keterampilan dalam desain platform canva untuk media digital yang akan digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah investasi paling berharga dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara, ia menjadi tolok ukur bagi kemajuan suatu bangsa. Madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan berbasis agama Islam sudah selayaknya untuk dijadikan pioner dalam model pendidikan nasional. Sayangnya kondisi madrasah di Indonesia saat ini belum menunjukan kemajuan yang bisa dibanggakan. Bahkan di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia madrasah masih menjadi lembaga pendidikan yang memiliki kualitas rendah. Salah satu madrasah yang memiliki kualitas rendah tersebut adalah madrasah yang berada di Kampung Cicakal Girang, Desa Kanekes Kecamatan Leuwidamar, Kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kualitatif dengan data diambil dari lokasi penelitian melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa madrasah di Kampung Cicakal Girang masih harus terus ditingkatkan mengingat partisipasi dari siswa sendiri masih kurang dalam hal kehadiran di kelas. Faktor-faktor yang menghambat perkembangan madrasah di Cicakal Girang adalah berkaiatan dengan faktor internal yaitu minat siswa yang masih kurang dalam proses belajar-mengajar, tempat tinggal guru yang jauh dari madrasah dan kurangnya perlengkapan pembelajaran. Adapun faktor eksternal adalah kurangnya perhatian dari masyarakat daerah terhadap keberadaan madrasah ini. Sehingga ke depan diperlukan perhatian yang lebih untuk pengembangannya. Strategi pengembangan Madrasah yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan peningkatan kualitas guru, manajemen sekolah, kurikulum pendidikan dan pengadaan kelengkapan pembelajaran. Adapun budaya lokal masyarakat setempat menjadi basis dalam pola pengembangan kurikulum di Kampung Cicakal Girang. Sehingga pendidikan akan bisa mengangkat budaya masyarakat setempat dan madrasah yang berada di wilayah ini bisa dioptimalkan perannya untuk meningkatkan kualitas generasi mudanya.

Abstract

Workplace Deviant Behavior has a negative impact on the accomplishment of organizational goals, creates social and economic losses, as well as interferes with a person's safety at work. This study aimed to determine whether Islamic personality and workplace spirituality had any direct effects on work-deviant behavior. Workplace spirituality was also put to the test as a mediator at the same time. Islamic personality was assessed using the Ummatic Personality Inventory (UPI), workplace spirituality was assessed using the Spirituality of Work Scale (SWS), and workplace deviant behavior was assessed using the Workplace Deviant Behavior Inventory (WDB). Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) were used to analyze data from N = 311 healthcare professionals working in an Islamic hospital in Palembang, South Sumatera, Indonesia. Workplace spirituality, according to the study's findings, acted as a mediator between Islamic personality and deviant behavior at work, having a negative indirect influence. In conclusion, workplace spirituality and Islamic personality were the most significant influences on deviant behavior. In addition, coaching programs to improve collaboration and group cohesiveness among healthcare professionals should be implemented, as well as corrective teamwork training, to guarantee high productivity.

Abstract

Demands for the use of technology globally continue to grow rapidly in the world of education. Implementation of technology in education can take the form of using digital-based learning media. The aim of this research is to produce a product in the form of an interactive module assisted by gender-based augmented reality on human nature material. This type of research is development or Research of Development (R&D) with a 4-D design which includes define, design, develop and disseminate. Respondents in this research were media experts, material experts, language experts, gender experts, educators and students. Product trials were carried out on lecturers and students involved in Islamic Education lectures. The product validity value obtained an average of 94.25% with a very valid category. Based on the validation results, it can be stated that the gender-based augmented reality-assisted interactive module on human nature material is a valid product and can be used as teaching material in learning Islamic Education.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing cases of bullying occurring in Indonesia, especially in educational institutions. It is known that Indonesia ranks fifth out of 78 countries in bullying cases. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study design. In this study, researchers used literature review with a literature review perspective, creating a complex overview, examining detailed reports from the respondents' point of view, and conducting studies in situational settings. Data collection in this research was carried out through the examination of several sources including journal articles, documents, and other teaching materials. This method involves the identification, selection, analysis, and synthesis of literature relevant to the research topic. Based on the results and discussion, it is necessary to have counseling management to anticipate bullying among students in schools. Bullying encompasses various actions aimed at harming others both physically and mentally. There are several types of bullying, namely physical bullying, which involves physical contact such as hitting; verbal bullying, which involves using inappropriate words towards the victim; social bullying, which can result in the deterioration of the victim's reputation; and cyberbullying, which utilizes technology to carry out bullying actions. The main causes of bullying behavior stem from family, peer influence, and media influence, including television programs and smartphones displaying violent scenes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of social media in supporting the implementation of management of educational institutions at Integrated Islamic Schools for Junior High Levels A, B and C in the city of Palembang. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research; the data collection method used is interview techniques, observation and literacy studies. The data analysis stages in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and concluding (verification). The results of this research show that the use of social media in schools A, B and C has a significant influence where the use of social media in supporting the implementation of school management in school branding, learning media and communication facilities between the school, parents and the general public can be implemented well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan mengevaluasi sistem, implementasi, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang memengaruhi pembelajaran tahfizh di MTs Al-Azhar Center Baturaja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripsi kualitatif, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diterapkan meliputi observasi langsung di lokasi, wawancara dengan stakeholder terkait, serta studi dokumen terkait dengan program pembelajaran tahfizh. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis melalui proses reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi untuk memastikan keabsahan, dengan memanfaatkan triangulasi untuk memperkuat kevalidan hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pembelajaran tahfizh di MTs Al-Azhar Center Baturaja terdiri dari beberapa komponen yang penting, seperti penetapan tujuan pembelajaran yang jelas, pengidentifikasian karakteristik peserta didik dan pendidik, pengembangan materi/bahan ajar yang sesuai, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang efektif, penerapan metode pembelajaran yang variatif, dan evaluasi yang terstruktur. Implementasi pembelajaran tahfizh dilakukan secara rutin dua kali sehari, di pagi dan sore hari, dengan durasi pembelajaran sekitar 90 menit setiap sesinya. Kegiatan pembelajaran mencakup muraja'ah hafalan, mengaji hafalan, dan setoran hafalan, yang semuanya berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Faktor pendukung yang memengaruhi pembelajaran tahfizh di MTs Al-Azhar Center Baturaja mencakup aspek internal, seperti kemampuan, kesehatan, motivasi yang tinggi, dan usia peserta didik yang masih muda, serta aspek eksternal, seperti dukungan yang kuat dari orang tua, ketersediaan guru tahfizh yang berkualitas, lingkungan keluarga dan madrasah yang mendukung, serta konsistensi dalam penjadwalan pembelajaran tahfizh. Meskipun demikian, dalam penelitian ini tidak ditemukan faktor penghambat yang signifikan dalam proses pembelajaran tahfizh di madrasah tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of e-magazine chemistry media on students' interest in learning buffer solution material. This research uses a quasi-experimental design. The data collection technique used was an interest questionnaire in the form of 20 statements that were tested for the validity of the items, with the results of all statements being valid and a reliability of 0.811, so the questionnaire has a very high level of reliability. The data analysis was done using a t-test at a sig value. (2-tailed) 0.05 parametric statistical test analysis through SPSS software version 25. The experimental class was given treatment using e-magazine chemistry media, and the control class used textbooks. The experimental class's average pre-test and post test scores were 56.18 and increased to 82, while the control class's scores were 55.26 and increased to 65.26. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the use of e-magazine chemistry was influenced in learning buffer solution material in terms of the data analysis of 0.000. This study implies that e-magazine chemistry can improve students' interest.
