Abstract

Kurangnya perhatian orang tua menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya putus sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan dan memastikan jumlah anak putus sekolah sebagai dampak dari dismotivasi orangtua dan kesadaran anak terhadap pendidikan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian berfokus pada siswa sekolah dasar (SD) negeri dan swasta, yang putus sekolah di kota Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk dismotivasi orang tua terhadap pendidikan anak adalah pembiaran terhadap keputusan anak untuk berhenti sekolah yang berdampak pada putusnya pendidikan anak pada tingkat SD, Faktor penyebab putus sekolah dapat dikategorikan menjadi tiga kelompok, yaitu; faktor berasal dari anak, keluarga, dan lingkungan sosial budaya. Simpulan penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa masih banyak anak yang putus sekolah di Indonesia baik pada sekolah dasar negeri dan swasta

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh stigma masyarakat yang mengatakan orang tua tunggal memiliki keterbatasan dalam mendidik perkembangan anak salah satunya adalah perkembangan kemandirian, dan anak yang dibesarkan dari keluarga lengkap lebih baik tumbuh kembangnya dibandingkan dengan anak yang berasal dari keluarga tidak lengkap (Single Parent). Tujuan yang hendak dicapai pada penelitian ini antara lain: (1) menganalisis pola asuh orang tua tunggal kepada anak usia 6-8 tahun, (2) menganalisis kemandirian anak usia 6-8 tahun dengan pola asuh orang tua tunggal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi Dan dokumentasi. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada sebuah masyarakat dengan jumlah respondent sebanyak 4 orang. Penelitian ini mengukur pola asuh dan kemandirian anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwasanya setiap orang tua tunggal memiliki pola asuh yang berbeda walaupun memiliki latar belakang pendidikan yang sama akan tetapi pengasuhan yang diberikanpun berbeda, orang tua dengan pola asuh demokratis memunculkan anak dengan kemandirian yang berkembang dengan baik berbeda dengan orang tua dengan pola asuh otoriter yang memunculkan kemandirian cukup berkembang dengan baik.

Abstract

School principals must have a good leadership management strategy to improve teacher performance. This research aims to explain and describe the Principal's Leadership management strategy in helping teachers to improve the quality of their performance at the Ash-Shidiqiyah Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research consist of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show, to improve the quality of teacher performance in educating students, school principals also have good management strategies by providing role models to teachers by attending school on time, optimizing disciplinary regulations in attendance. Apart from that, the Principal tries to work collaboratively with teachers by appointing teachers who he considers capable to carry out supervision. The principal also coordinates with the picket officers who each day consist of 2 officers, namely teachers who do not have teaching hours that day and one person from administration. The picket officer will circulate a list of teacher attendance in the class that has been created so that you can see the level of teacher attendance in each class.

Abstract

In Islam, man is a leader. The true ideal leader has been illustrated by the Prophet Muhammad sollallohu alaihi walasalam as a perfect leadership with prophetic characteristics of sidiq, trust, tablig, and fatonah. Based on this, the study aims to uncover the challenges and opportunities in the implementation of prophetic leadership in Islamic educational institutions in the digital age. The research methods carried out in this research use library research through seven research steps including: 1) Determining research ideas; 2) Collecting information; 3) Strengthening Research focus 4) Classification of research sources; 5) Reading information sources; 6) Reviewing readings; and 7) Creating articles. The study concluded that the challenges of implementing prophetic leadership are Fast Change, Complex Communication, and Strong Competition. Besides, there are also opportunities to implement prophetic leadership, including: Advanced Technology, Easy Access to Information and High Flexibility.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the antisocial behavior of children aged 4-6 years in one of the kindergartens in South Sumatra, describe the social environment of the children, and analyze the impact of the social environment on their antisocial behavior. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the antisocial behavior of children includes being difficult to manage, liking to fight, showing hostility, being difficult to be quiet, and being disobedient. The social environment, especially family and peers, significantly influences the emergence of antisocial behavior in children. The study concludes that an unconducive social environment can increase the risk of antisocial behavior in early childhood.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keterampilan literasi digital guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMP Bukit Asam Tanjung Enim. Di era digital, literasi digital menjadi keterampilan esensial dalam pendidikan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi secara kritis dan produktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, guru PAI, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI di SMP Bukit Asam telah menerapkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran melalui penggunaan media interaktif, seperti Canva, Quizizz, dan buku digital yang meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi agama. Sekolah juga mendukung literasi digital dengan menyediakan fasilitas seperti laptop, proyektor, dan WiFi, serta pelatihan untuk guru. Namun, terdapat hambatan berupa keterbatasan jaringan internet, fasilitas, dan kurangnya pelatihan literasi digital khusus untuk PAI. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi pelatihan berkelanjutan dan pengawasan siswa dalam penggunaan teknologi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa literasi digital guru memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan pembelajaran PAI yang efektif dan relevan di era modern. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan strategi peningkatan literasi digital dalam pendidikan agama.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Budaya Sekolah Dengan Pembentukan Karakter Religius Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di TK IT Tunas Cendikia Baturaja Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel yang di gunakan berjumlah 42 anak berusia 5-6 tahun dari dua kelas yaitu kelas B1 dan B2. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan observasi. Teknik analis data menggunakan Persentase, Uji Normalitas, Uji Liner, dan Uji Hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di dapatkan Persentase sebesar 85,97% untuk Budaya Sekolah dan Karakter Religius 85,97% sementara dari hasil uji normalitas nilai signifikan variable karakter religius sebesar 0,118 < 0,05 dan nilai signifikan variable budaya sekolah sebesar 0,087 < 0,05 maka HO di tolak artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel x dan y. Sementara lineartitas, nilai p-value atau t tabel variabel budaya sekolahsebesar 0,53 > 0,05 dan nilai p-value atau t tabel pada variabel karakter religius 0,46 > 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan linear antara variabel budaya sekolah dengan variabel karakter religius, dan terdapat korelasi antara variable budaya sekolah dengan karakter religius, dikarenakan nilai Signifikansi sebesar 0,20702 < 0,05. Artinya dari hasil tersebut dapat di nyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara budaya sekolah dengan pembentukan karakter religius anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK IT Tunas Cendikia Baturaja Timur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh media wayang terhadap keterampilan berbicara pada anak usia dini kelompok b di Raudahtul Athfal Plus Fatahul Wardah Palembang”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre-Eksperimental Design One Group Pre Test-Posst Test (satu kelompok). Sampel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok B yang ada di Ra Plus Fatahul Wardah Palembang yang berjumlah 15 anak yaitu 8 laki-laki dan 7 perempuan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan total sampling. Adapun cara pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan observasi dengan analisis data uji normalitas dan homogenitas.Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan rata-rata nilai post test anak yang mengunakan media wayang itu sebesar 83 sedangkan nilai pre test yang tidak mengunakan treatment 56. Perolehan tersebut diperkuat berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menggunkan uji-T diperoleh thitung = 29,670 sedangkan dk= 15 + 15 – 2 = 28 dengan taraf nyata 5% sehingga didapat ttabel = 1.7011 karena thitung= 29,670 > ttabel= 1.7011 maka kesimpulannya hipotesis nihil (Ho) di tolak dan Hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima artinya ada pengaruh media wayang terhadap keterampilan berbicara pada anak usia dini kelompok B Fatahul Wardah Palembang.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Word Wall Game learning media based on Blended Cooperative E-Learning for fiqh education. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D). The study involved a diverse group of participants, including experts (media experts, learning experts, and fiqh teachers) and grade VIII students, with a total of 210 participants. The sample was selected using a simple random sampling technique, involving 8 validators from experts and teachers, as well as 40 students for a small-scale trial and 30 students for a large-scale trial based on Roscoe's theory. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and tests and analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The results indicate that the Word Wall Game media is valid for use in fiqh learning. Validation scores from media design experts reached 81.66% (valid category), learning experts scored 91.66% (very valid), and fiqh teachers provided a score of 88.33% (valid), with recommendations for improving contextual elements of fiqh content. The media was found to be effective in terms of appearance, materials, and methods. In terms of practicality, it was rated as easy to use by students, with an average practicality score of 4.16. Furthermore, the media significantly enhanced student motivation and engagement in learning, particularly on the topic of halal and haram food and beverages. The effectiveness of the media was demonstrated through improved student comprehension, as measured by the N-Gain Score method. The average N-Gain score of 0.65 and 0.67 indicates a medium improvement in student understanding. In conclusion, the Word Wall Game media based on Blended Cooperative E-Learning has been validated as a practical and effective tool for enhancing fiqh learning. This media demonstrates potential for broader application and further refinement to optimize student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The Musi River plays an important role in the people's economy on its coast. However, the usefulness of this river is not accompanied by public awareness of environmental preservation. The environment on the coast of this river is polluted by waste or garbage. The purpose of the assistance is to increase environmental awareness based on Islamic Religious Education from a gender perspective for the Musi River, Palembang, and coastal communities. The assistance method used is Asset Based Communities Development (ABCD). The subjects of assistance were 53 people from the coastal communities of the Musi River in Palembang. Data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Assistance was carried out through socialization based on Islamic Religious Education integrated with ecological values from a gender perspective. Data analysis used qualitative and Rasch analysis. The assistance results showed that the Musi River's coastal assets in Palembang are locations and human resources that have a high spirit of mutual cooperation to preserve the environment. Rasch's analysis of the level of understanding of environmental awareness based on Islamic religious education from a gender perspective showed that 31 people were categorized as very high, six people were high, 16 people were moderate, and no one was categorized as low. Religious values about nature as a trust in God, the importance of maintaining cleanliness, and the prohibition of causing damage to the earth are the main foundations in building environmental awareness. Gender roles can maximize the participation of men and women in environmental conservation efforts
