Abstract

Lansia dengan persentase tertinggi kematian akibat Covid-19. Pemerintah terus menyosialisasikan pentingnya vaksinasi terhadap warga lansia. Namun saat ini masih banyak terjadi penolakan vaksinasi pada lansia dengan berbagai sebab seperti faktor kurangnya pengetahuan, ketidakpercayaan, riwayat penyakit yang menjadi sebab lansia yang tidak boleh vaksinasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk memaparkan faktor penyebab ketidakikutsertaan lansia dalam vaksin Covid-19. Desain penelitian deskriptif, pendekatan survey, populasinya lansia (usia ≥ 60 tahun) yang tidak ikut serta dalam vaksinasi Covid-19 sebanyak 145 orang, sampel 145 responden, tehnik total sampling. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu faktor penyebab ketidakikutsertaan lansia dalam vaksinasi Covid-19 yaitu pengetahuan tentang vaksinasi Covid-19, kepercayaan tentang vaksinasi Covid-19 dan riwayat penyakit pada lansia. Instrument menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data dengan editing, scoring, coding, tabulating dan dengan analisa deskriptif berupa distribusi frekuensi dan prosentase. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari 145 lansia yang tidak ikut vaksinasi Covid-19 di Desa Banjarejo Kecamatan Bojonegoro Kabupaten Bojonegoro tahun 2022 kurang dari sebagian dengan pengetahuan kurang tentang vaksinasi Covid-19 yaitu sebanyak 56 responden (38,6%), sebagian besar percaya terhadap vaksinasi Covid-19 yaitu sebanyak 56 responden (38,6%) dan seluruh lansia dengan kurang dari 5 riwayat penyakit (boleh ikut vaksin). Faktor penyebab ketidakikutsertaan lansia dalam vaksin Covid-19 di Desa Banjarejo Kecamatan Bojonegoro Kabupaten Bojonegoro tahun 2022 adalah faktor pengetahuan lansia tentang vaksinasi Covid-19. Upaya yang dapat diberikan yaitu tenaga kesehatan dapat melakukan sosialisasi dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang vaksinasi Covid-19 kepada para lansia.

Abstract

Background: Children with special needs possess intellectual potential comparable to that of typically developing peers; however, they often face challenges related to communication, social adaptation, and learning that necessitate structured family and educational support. Within this context, family engagement plays a crucial role in fostering academic and psychosocial development, especially for children with hearing impairments who require inclusive learning environments. Purpose: to explore the application of the Family-Centered Nursing theory in the educational setting of children with hearing impairments, specifically analyzing the relationship between parental support and academic achievement. Method: A quantitative cross-sectional correlational design was employed involving 44 parents of children with hearing impairments enrolled at the Special School (SLB) in Bojonegoro City, Indonesia. Data was obtained using a validated 22-item parental support questionnaire (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.929) and students’ report card scores as indicators of academic performance. Statistical analysis was conducted using the Spearman’s rho correlation test. Results: The findings demonstrated a strong and positive correlation between parental support and academic achievement (Spearman’s rho = 0.870, p < 0.05). Higher levels of emotional, informational, appraisal, and instrumental support were significantly associated with better academic performance, with emotional support emerging as the most influential factor enhancing motivation and learning engagement among children. Conclusion: The study highlights the theoretical and practical significance of the Family-Centered Nursing approach beyond healthcare contexts, emphasizing its relevance in promoting inclusive education for children with disabilities. The results underscore the need for family-based educational interventions and interdisciplinary collaboration among nurses, educators, and policymakers to strengthen parental involvement and improve academic outcomes for children with hearing impairments.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kepatuhan antenatal care (ANC) merupakan indikator penting dalam upaya peningkatan kesehatan ibu dan pencegahan komplikasi kehamilan. Sebagian besar penelitian sebelumnya berfokus pada masalah ketidakpatuhan ANC, sementara kajian yang mengeksplorasi kondisi kepatuhan optimal masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kepatuhan ANC ditinjau dari teori Health Belief Model (HBM) pada ibu hamil di Desa Sumbertlaseh, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, yang menunjukkan tingkat kepatuhan ANC sebesar 100%. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif eksploratif dengan pendekatan survei. Seluruh ibu hamil yang berjumlah 24 orang dijadikan responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner konstruk HBM yang meliputi persepsi kerentanan, keparahan, manfaat, hambatan, cues to action, dan efikasi diri, serta data kepatuhan ANC berdasarkan catatan kunjungan pada buku KIA sesuai standar WHO 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh ibu hamil patuh menjalani ANC, dengan seluruh konstruk HBM berada pada kategori sedang hingga tinggi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kepatuhan ANC yang optimal tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh persepsi kerentanan, tetapi juga oleh persepsi manfaat, efikasi diri, dan dukungan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan promotif berbasis HBM dalam mempertahankan dan mereplikasi kepatuhan ANC di masyarakat. Kata kunci: Antenatal care, kepatuhan, Health Belief Model, ibu hamil ABSTRACT Antenatal care (ANC) compliance is a key indicator in improving maternal health and preventing pregnancy complications. Most previous studies have focused on non-compliance, while limited attention has been given to contexts with optimal adherence. This study aimed to explore ANC compliance from the Health Belief Model (HBM) perspective among pregnant women in Sumbertlaseh Village, Bojonegoro Regency, where ANC compliance reached 100%. A descriptive exploratory design with a survey approach was employed. All 24 pregnant women in the village were included as respondents. Data were collected using an HBM-based questionnaire covering perceived susceptibility, severity, benefits, barriers, cues to action, and self-efficacy, along with ANC compliance data obtained from maternal health records based on the WHO 2016 standard. The results showed that all pregnant women were fully compliant with ANC visits, and all HBM constructs were categorized as moderate to high. These findings suggest that optimal ANC compliance is not solely driven by perceived susceptibility but is strongly influenced by perceived benefits, self-efficacy, and supportive environmental cues. This study highlights the relevance of HBM-based promotive strategies in sustaining and replicating high ANC compliance in community settings. Abstract

ABSTRAK Posyandu lansia merupakan bentuk peran serta masyarakat lansia dalam upaya bidang kesehatan untuk mencapai derajat kesehatan yang optimal. Sehingga dalam pemanfaatannya diperlukan motivasi untuk menggerakkan lansia menghadiri posyandu lansia. Fenomena yang ditemukan di Dusun Pekuwon yaitu rendahnya kunjungan lansia ke posyandu lansia. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis hubungan motivasi dengan kunjungan lansia ke posyandu lansia di Dusun Pekuwon Desa Pekuwon Kecamatan Sumberrejo Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi lansia yang terdaftar di posyandu lansia di Dusun Pekuwon Desa Pekuwon Kecamatan Sumberrejo Kabupaten Bojonegoro bulan Mei tahun 2022 sebanyak 80 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar kuesioner dan observasi, kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data editing, coding, scoring dan tabulating serta analisis data dengan cross tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 60 lansia yang memiliki motivasi lemah, mayoritas kunjungan lansia ke posyandu tidak aktif sebesar 56 orang (93,3%). Dari 20 lansia yang memiliki motivasi sedang, sebagian besar kunjungan lansia ke posyandu aktif sebesar 17 orang (85,0%). Kesimpulan penelitian ada hubungan motivasi dengan kunjungan lansia ke posyandu lansia di Dusun Pekuwon Desa Pekuwon Kecamatan Sumberrejo Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Hendaknya responden lansia tetap melakukan kunjungan ke posyandu lansia agar kesehatan dapat terkontrol baik, keluarga hendaknya sukarela meluangkan waktu mengantar lansia ke posyandu lansia.. Kata Kunci : Motivasi; Kunjungan posyandu; Lansia ABSTRACT Elderly integrated health posts (Posyandu Lansia) represent a form of community participation aimed at promoting optimal health status among older adults. Effective utilization of these services requires adequate motivation to encourage older adults to attend regularly. A phenomenon observed in Pekuwon Hamlet is the low attendance of older adults at the elderly integrated health post. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between motivation and attendance of older adults at the elderly integrated health post in Pekuwon Hamlet, Pekuwon Village, Sumberrejo District, Bojonegoro Regency. This study employed an analytic method with a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of all older adults registered at the elderly integrated health post in Pekuwon Hamlet in May 2022, totaling 80 individuals, and total sampling was applied. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets. Data processing included editing, coding, scoring, and tabulation, followed by analysis using cross-tabulation. The results showed that among 60 older adults with low motivation, the majority were inactive in attending the elderly integrated health post (56 respondents; 93.3%). In contrast, among 20 older adults with moderate motivation, most were active attendees (17 respondents; 85.0%). In conclusion, there was a significant relationship between motivation and attendance of older adults at the elderly integrated health post in Pekuwon Hamlet, Pekuwon Village, Sumberrejo District, Bojonegoro Regency. Older adults are encouraged to maintain regular attendance at the elderly integrated health post to ensure proper health monitoring, while family members are expected to willingly allocate time to accompany older adults to these services. Abstract

ABSTRAK Persalinan SC (sectio caesarea) terjadi karena indikasi dari ibu sehingga dilakukan pembedahan pada abdomen untuk mengeluarkan janin dan muncul jahitan luka sehingga ibu mengalami hambatan mobilitas fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan asuhan keperawatan dengan masalah hambatan mobilitas fisik pada klien post SC di ruang Obgyn RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan dengan salah satu kasus sebagai unit yang akan dianalisis yaitu pasien post SC di ruang Obgyn RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. Metode pengambilan data dengan wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, pemeriksaan penunjang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan format asuhan keperawatan dengan tahap pengkajian, diagnosa, perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi keperawatan. Hasil studi kasus didapatkan diagnosa keperawatan pada pasien 1 dan 2 yaitu hambatan mobilitas fisik berhubungan dengan keengganan melakukan pergerakan yang ditandai dengan pasien mengatakan tidak bisa bergerak, kekuatan otot menurun, segala aktivitas dibantu keluarga. Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3x8 jam, pasien mampu melakukan mobilisasi secara mandiri. Dari hambatan mobilitas fisik tersebut kita sebagai perawat mengajarkan ambulasi dini kepada dua pasien post sc tersebut agar dapat melakukan ADL (Activity Daily Living) secara mandiri. This study aims to compare nursing care with the problem of physical mobility barriers in post-SC clients in the post partum room at RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. This research uses a case study method with a nursing care approach with one of the cases as the unit to be analyzed, namely the post-SC patient in the post partum room at Dr. RSUD. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. Data collection methods include interviews, physical examination, supporting examinations. The data collection instrument uses a nursing care format with stages of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and nursing evaluation. The results of the case study showed that nursing diagnoses for patient 1 and 2 were physical mobility barriers related to reluctance to move, which was indicated by the patient saying she could not move, decreased muscle strength, all activities were assisted by the family. After 3x8 hours of nursing care, the patients were able to mobilize independently. Due to these physical mobility obstacles, we as nurses taught early ambulation to the two post SC patients so they could carry out ADL (Activity Daily Living) independently. Abstract

The transformation of vocational education in the green economy era requires learning models that extend beyond technical skill mastery to foster creativity and environmental awareness. This study aimed to develop and evaluate the practicality of a STEAM–SDGs-based IPAS learning model through a renewable energy–based Smart House project for vocational students. Thirty tenth-grade software engineering students and one teacher participated. Using the ADDIE framework, data were collected through dichotomous practicality questionnaires, classroom observations, and semi-structured interviews and analyzed descriptively. Findings indicate that the instructional materials—including modules, student worksheets, and assessment instruments—are highly practical, supporting structured lesson planning, collaborative project management, and coherent facilitation of hands-on activities. The model enhanced students’ creative thinking, particularly imagination and originality, and strengthened environmental literacy, including ecological knowledge and energy awareness, though emotional reflection and pro-environmental behaviours were less pronounced. Overall, the model is practical, contextually relevant, and adaptable, offering a viable framework for fostering twenty-first-century competencies and preparing students for the green economy, while reinforcing the integration of STEAM pedagogy with SDG 7 in vocational education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai karakter yang terkandung pada pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kajian pustaka, kajian pustaka dalam penelitian ilmiah yaitu salah satu bagian penting dari keseluruhan suatu langkah-langkah pada metode penelitian. Penelitian kepustakaan merupakan suatu kegiatan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data atau berdasarkan karya tulis ilmiah dengan bertujuan obyek penelitian atau pengumpulan datanya yang bersifat kepustakaan, kemudian dilaksanakan untuk memecahkan suatu masalah terhadap bahan-bahan pustaka yang relevan. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa nila-nilai  karakter pada pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) siswa kelas IV SD terdapat 9 nilai karakter yang ditemukan yaitu Religius, Jujur, Toleransi, Disiplin, Kerja Keras, Kreatif, Mandiri, Semangat Kebangsaan, Cinta Tanah Air, Sedangkan nilai-nilai karakter yang tidak ditemukan adalah Demokratis, Rasa Ingin Tahu, Menghargai Prestasi, Bersahabat/Komunikatif, Cinta Damai, Peduli Lingkungan, Peduli Sosial, Tanggung Jawab dan Gemar Membaca. Nilai-nilai karakter yang telah diteliti terdiri dari 18 nilai karakter dalam pengembangan pendidikan budaya dan karakter bangsa oleh kemendikbud.

Abstract

Pembelajaran IPA di SMP Kabupaten Batang masih menghadapi keterbatasan sarana laboratorium dan rendahnya frekuensi praktikum, sehingga berdampak pada kurang optimalnya penerapan pembelajaran mendalam. Kondisi ini diperkuat oleh temuan awal bahwa sebagian besar sekolah belum memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara efektif untuk mendukung pembelajaran mendalam. Virtual lab menjadi solusi strategis untuk menjembatani keterbatasan fasilitas sekaligus mendorong pembelajaran IPA yang lebih bermakna, interaktif, dan berpusat pada siswa. Namun demikian, pemanfaatan virtual lab oleh guru IPA masih terbatas akibat minimnya kompetensi pedagogik dan literasi digital. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru IPA SMP Kabupaten Batang dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran mendalam berbantuan virtual lab. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, workshop pemanfaatan virtual lab, pendampingan penyusunan dan implementasi perangkat pembelajaran, evaluasi, serta monitoring keberlanjutan program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 85% guru mengalami peningkatan kemampuan dalam merancang pembelajaran IPA yang sistematis dan selaras dengan prinsip pembelajaran mendalam. Guru berhasil menghasilkan dan mengimplementasikan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis virtual lab, serta menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan berbasis inkuiri. Program ini juga memperkuat peran MGMP IPA sebagai wadah kolaborasi profesional.

Abstract

Critical and computational thinking skills are two essential 21st-century competencies that are highly relevant in chemistry education, particularly in thermochemistry topics that require deep conceptual understanding and scientific reasoning. This study aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the profile of high school students’ critical and computational thinking skills in thermochemistry. A descriptive quantitative method was employed, involving 36 eleventh-grade students from SMAN 1 Kedungwuni. The instruments consisted of diagnostic tests based on Facione’s and Brennan & Resnick’s indicators, classroom observations, semi-structured interviews with teachers and students, and student perception questionnaires. The analysis revealed that students’ critical thinking skills were at a moderate level, with the highest score in interpretation (65.3%) and the lowest in evaluation (58.1%) and explanation (59.4%). Similarly, computational thinking skills were also in the moderate category, with the highest score in decomposition (63.2%) and the lowest in abstraction (57.3%). Observational and interview data indicated that learning was still dominated by conventional lecture methods with limited exploratory activities that promote higher-order thinking. However, students expressed strong motivation toward the use of more interactive learning media, such as websites or Android-based applications. In conclusion, these findings underscore the need for innovative, contextual, and technology-based learning media to enhance students’ critical and computational thinking skills and better align chemistry education with 21st-century learning demand.

Abstract

Students' ability to analyze abstract topics using their critical thinking skills depends on their understanding of the related concepts. Many science concepts are not well-developed, leading to misconceptions among many students. The mixed-methods approach in this study involved administering a diagnostic test within a quantitative framework, followed by the researcher providing assessments and justifications, along with each student's level of confidence. In the qualitative methodology, the researcher conducted interviews with several students to gather data on the underlying causes of misconceptions regarding electricity. Based on the overall results of the students' answers, the percentage of students who experienced misconceptions about the electricity material was 18% and was classified as low. Meanwhile, the results of the students' answers to each question showed that the percentage of misconceptions most frequently experienced by students was for question number four, which had a 38% response rate, with the question indicator explaining changes in electrical energy. According to one of the students' answers, they experienced misconceptions because the multiple-choice options provided incorrect answers, and the reasons for these incorrect answers were also incorrect. However, the student was confident in their answer, resulting in a CRI score greater than 2.5, which falls into the high category. Some students experience misconceptions because the concepts they receive from teachers are not fully understood, the learning methods used by teachers are not yet able to bridge students who have limitations in understanding and differences in learning styles, the use of textbooks by teachers in learning does not provide a comprehensive or complete explanation so that children feel they have a piecemeal understanding, and the learning activities carried out by teachers in developing skills and collaboration between students are not yet fully apparent.
