Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran ekonomi berbasis Articulate Storyline 3 dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada materi manajemen SMA kelas X. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Developmen) menggunakan model ADDIE. Data diperoleh berdasarkan angket validasi ahli materi dan media, angket motivasi belajar, kuesioner respon peserta didik. Subjek uji coba yaitu 27 orang peserta didik kelas X IPS 1 di SMA Negeri 1 Kuantan Hilir. Hasil uji validasi materi diperoleh persentase 95% dengan kriteria sangat valid sedangkan uji validasi media diperoleh persentase 93% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Hasil efektifitas penggunaan media pembelajaran menggunakan uji t diperoleh kesimpulan media pembelajaran ekonomi berbasis Articulate Storyline 3 efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dikarenakan thitung 0,014 < 0,005 tabel. Hasil praktis penggunaan media pembelajaran diperoleh persentase 92,72% kriteria sangat praktis.Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran ekonomi berbasis Articulate Storyline 3 telah valid, praktis dan efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Suku sakai adalah suku yang mendiami kawasan pedalaman Riau di Pulau   Sumatera. Keadaan ekonomi orangtua yang kurang mendukung sehingga anak-anak tidak bisa melanjutkan pendidikan yang menyebabkan anaknya yang sudah lulus di sekolah dasar tidak melanjutkan lagi kependidikan sekolah menengah pertama sehingga banyak orang tua yang menyuruh anaknya bekerja saja daripada melanjutkan  pendidikan, dan pada umumnya masyarakat suku sakai juga masih memandang keliru arti penting pendidikan bagi kepentingan dan masa depan anak-anaknya. Pola kehidupan masyarakat yang masih rendah tingkat pendidikan dan tingkat ekonominya dapat dibuka mata hatinya untuk menyekolahkan anak manakala  persepsi orang tua terhadap pendidikan sudah baik.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan model penelitian korelasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat suku sakai ditinjau dari tingkat pendidikan sebagian besar menyelesaikan sekolah sampai dengan tingkat  Sekolah Dasar saja dengan  kategori sedang. Sedangkan jika dilihat dari aspek pekerjaan masyarakat suku sakai mayoritas berprofesi sebagai petani. Tingkat motivasi masyarakat suku sakai untuk melanjutkan pendidikan anaknya berada di kategori sedang dengan persentase sebesar 56, 8 %. Berdasarkan hasil uji chi square diperoleh nilai  (8 > 5,99) yang maknanya chi hitung  >  dari chi tabel, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat suku sakai dengan variabel motivasi masyarakat suku sakai melanjutkan pendidikan. Model edukasi masyarakat suku sakai dalam upaya meningkatkan motivasi pendidikan keluarga di kecamatan pinggir yang dirumuskan: fokus memberikan pendampingan kepada orangtua melalui metode pendekatan kelompok dengan pertimbangan selaras dengan data demografi bentuk interaksi orangtua di lakukan secara kelompok, baik itu kelompok yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan maupun perhimpunan lain.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low interest in student learning in entrepreneurship subjects. The problem that appears is the lack of student involvement and student interest in the learning process. This study aims to analyze students' entrepreneurial learning interests using interactive e-module teaching materials. This research was carried out at SMK Telkom Pekanbaru in class XII TKJ 1. This study used a type of experimental research with the One Group Pretest Posttest Design model. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. The instruments in this study used questionnaire sheets and observation sheets. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, t-test and Normality Gain (N-gain). The results showed that the use of interactive e-module teaching materials can increase students' interest in learning entrepreneurship. This can be seen from the difference in the level of interest in learning entrepreneurship students before and after the use of interactive e-modules shows from low to increase in very high categories. The use of interactive e-modules is effective in increasing students' interest in learning. Thus the conclusion of this study, there is an interest in learning student entrepreneurship with the use of interactive e-modules.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to create a project evaluation tool that can be used to evaluate students' knowledge of how to use historical sources at the University of Riau's History Study Program. The three steps of the employed instrument development approach are: (i) problem analysis and instrument development needs; (ii) development of a framework for project evaluation instruments; and (iii) validation tests, instrument trials, and instrument changes by experts. 54 randomly chosen students from the history education study program at Riau University made up the research subjects. Research data was gathered through surveys and literature reviews. The SPSS version 25.0 application is used to do statistical analysis as part of the data analysis approach. 4.416. This demonstrates the instrument's excellent design and alignment with the intended use of the measurement. With an average score of 4.24, the test results further demonstrate this instrument's capacity to deliver reliable assessments. The instrument's validity and reliability scored highly. Based on these results, it can be said that the project evaluation tool created in this study has strong validity and reliability in assessing students in the University of Riau's History Study Program's capacity to use historical materials. This test is a useful tool for determining how well students can examine and comprehend historical sources. In the subject of historical education, this study has a significant impact on the creation of project assessment tools and can serve as the foundation for future advancements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that have influence to the interests of the students to continue their education to the higher level. This study population is SMA Negeri 2 Tambang in Kampar Regency. Samples were taken with proportional Stratified Random Sampling as many as 185 people. Analysis of data using mean scores and multiple linear regression.The results of this research show us that motivation, aspirations, wishes, school and family environment are have influence on the interests of students to continue the higher education. The most significant influence variable is the motivation because high motivation will foster a strong interest in the students to pursue the higher education. Meanwhile, the lowest significant influence variable is the school environment because alumni and peers have no influence to students’ interest about higher education. For the students who have the motivation, ambition, willingness expected to improve their achievement and add interest to continue their education to the college, and try to find the complete information about the college that match with their interest and talent. Besides that, the school should give extra motivation to the students to continue their education in the higher level and also provide the complete information about the college that their student want to know about.

Abstract

Teachers are educating leaders in the class. They need to have professional and pedagogy competence in order to make learning process effectively in class. This research was done to know the differences between teacher professional competence and teacher pedagogy competence which certificated or uncertificated on learning process that has been done.This research has been done in November-March 2018. The sample was all teachers in SMP Kecamatan Pulau Burung which are 84 teachers. The data was collected by using differencial scale questionare to test the competences. The data analisys technique is descriptive and Independent sampel T-Test. The research findinfa are:1) after doing the T-Test, there is a significant difference on certificated teacher pedagogy: (a) certificated teacher pedagogy competence has got the higher score toward the indicator of doing educated and dialog learning (80,54%). (b) The lowest score is at the indicator of the used of learning (60,54%). (c) Uncertificated teacher pedagogy competence has got the higher score at the sub competence or educated learning (77,02%). (d) For the lowest score is at the indicator of the use of learning technology(46,80%).2) Uncertificated teacher professional competence, after taking the T-Test, showed that there is not any difference between certificated and uncertificated teacher. (a) Certificated teacher has got the higher score at the indicator of understanding and implementing learning theory to the right level of students attitude development (81,08%). (b) it got the lowest score at the indicator of the ability to use ani kind of facilities, medias, and other learning sources effectively (57,37%). (c) Uncertificated teacher professional competence has got the highest score at the indicator of the ability to create students personality (80,45%). (d) and the lowest score is (57,44%) at the indicator of implementinf the right learninf method.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the use of learning media on students’ learning motivation and learning outcomes in creative economics courses at an education department of one university in Indonesia. The research was carried out employing a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods. The population of this research is undergraduate students from three classes (2019 -2021 cohorts) at this department with a total population of 232 students. They were selected using the Simple Random Sampling method so that the number of samples taken was 70 students. Data were collected using a questionnaire which was distributed to respondents via the Google Form. Data analysis was carried out using regression analysis with the path analysis method to test the research hypothesis. This study found that: 1) the use of learning media has a positive effect on students’ learning motivation; 2) learning motivation has a positive effect on students’ learning outcomes; 3) the use of learning media has a positive effect on students’ learning outcomes (with learning motivation as a mediator). These findings imply that the use of learning media is highly recommended for improving students’ learning outcomes. This influence becomes greater when learning motivation is used as a mediator. This study also shows that learning motivation acts as an intermediary between the use of learning media and students’ outcomes

Abstract

This activity was carried out by the Brang Ene District Government, West Sumbawa Regency and in collaboration with Bumigora University Lecturers. The activity was conducted on August 27 2023 and involved BUMDes representatives from all villages in Brang Ene District. The stages of implementing this activity consist of 4 implementation steps, namely: Provide information, Reinforce with exercises, Review information, Verify knowledge. Previously, the Team identified that BUMDes management in Brang Ene District was not managing resources and achieving business goals effectively. After implementing education regarding business management, it was found that there was an increase in people's understanding and skills in terms of business management. This activity still requires ongoing support from local governments, educational institutions and other related parties to ensure the success and sustainability of this educational program in optimizing BUMDes management in the region.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri di  Dumai. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex post fact. Lokasi tem Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 114 orang guru, sedangkan sampel penelitian terdiri dari 89 orang guru SMK Negeri Dumai. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa angket. Analisa data dilakukan dengan uji regresi sederhana dan berganda. Berdasarkan analisa statistik deskriptif diketahui bahwa kategori kinerja guru pada kategori sedang yaitu sebesar 71 (79,78%). Kategori variabel disiplin kerja temasuk pada kategori tinggi yaitu sebesar 63 (70,79%). Sedangkan variabel motivasi pada kategori sedang sebesar 74 (83,15%). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Disiplin Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru atau dengan kata lain, hipotesis ketiga diterima. Besarnya kontribusi dispilin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja yaitu sebesar 41,12% dan sisanya ditentukan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penguasaan literasi digital dan motivasi kerja guru baik secara parsial ataupun secara simultan terhadap kompetensi guru dalam penggunaan aplikasi e-raport. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif secara ex post facto. Sebanyak 71 sampel yang di pilih secara sample random sampling dari semua guru SMP Negeri yang ada di Kecamatan Pinggir Kabupaten Bengkalis. Data diperoleh langsung dari responden melalui tes unjuk kerja dan penyebaran angket (kuisioner) yang kemudian di analisis secara statistik menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan penguasaan literasi digital dan motivasi kerja terhadap kompetensi guru dalam penggunaan aplikasi e-raport bak secara parsial maupun simultan dengan kontribusi 56,40 % dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yaitu kelengkapan sarana prasara, prestasi akademin, jenjang pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja. Dengan demikian untuk dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam penggunaan aplikasi e-raport maka diperlukan penguasaan literasi digital dan motivasi kerja yang baik.
