Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena kita semua tahu pendidikan agama seorang anak juga sangat dipengaruhi dari bagaimana peran keluarga dalam mendidik dan menanamkan spiritual (agama). Alasan pertimbangan ini adalah untuk memutuskan bagian keluarga dalam pelaksanaan Ajaran Islam. Pertanyaan semacam ini jelas subjektif, menggunakan dua jenis informasi, yaitu informasi penting khusus melalui wawancara dan informasi tambahan, menjadi informasi khusus sehubungan dengan gambaran peningkatan peran keluarga dalam pelaksanaan Pendidikan Agama Islam.Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 6 Keluarga Di Desa Sumberkare Kecamatan Wonomerto Kabupaten Probolinggo.Timbulnya pemikiran tersebut menemukan bahwa wali dalam pengajaran anak-anak mereka berperan sebagai pengasuh, guru dan pemimpin. Keluarga adalah tempat utama dimana anak-anak mendapatkan pengajaran. Karakter dan identitas anak dibentuk mulai dari dalam keluarga. Wali memilih konsep yang sesuai dengan kapasitas keluarga seperti mengajarkan nilai-nilai, mengawasi anak-anak, bersikap wajar secara agama kepada anak-anak, dan memberi penghargaan kepada anak-anak. Oleh karena itu, peran keluarga sangat diperlukan dalam penataan sikap pada proses perbaikan seorang anak..Teknik Random Sampling teknik analisis data adalah korelasi ganda yang digunakan untuk memilih sampel. Dari hasil analisis data yang diperoleh maka ditemukan bahwa keluarga mempunyai peran penting di dalam pelaksanaan Pendidikan Agama Islam di Desa Sumberkare Kecamatan Wonomerto Kabupaten Probolinggo. Maka nilai-nilai agama yang diperoleh anak bisa diajarkan dan ditanamkan melalui pendidikan keagamaan yang sudah dilakukan sesuai aturan agama Islam walaupun demikian nilai-nilai pendidikan keagamaan anak di Desa Wonomerto berdasarkan data tidak secara maksimal mereka terima dengan baik.Kata Kunci:Peranan Keluarga, Pendidikan Agama Islam

Abstract

Riset ini menyediakan perihal penerapan prosedur Amtsilati guna menaikkan keahlian baca kitab kuning di Pondok Pesantren Nurus Salafiyah Kanigaran Kota Probolinggo. Tujuan dari riset ini guna mendefinisikan  bagaimana penerapan prosedur Metode Amtsilati untuk meningkatkan keahlian  baca kitab kuning di Pondok Pesantren Nurus Salafiyah. Riset ini merupakan riset deskriptif dengan memakai pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek dalam riset kali ini yaitu mencakup daya pengajar, pengelola amtsilati dan peserta didik. Metode pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informasi  yang digabungkan dianalisis melalui beberapa tahapan: display informasi, reduksi informasi dan pengumpulan kesimpulan. Hasil dari riset ini membuktikan bahwa aplikasi tatacara metode amtsilati di pondok pesantren Nurus Salafiyah sanggup meningkatkan keahlian membaca kitab kuning. Aplikasi tatacara metode Amtsilati sudah sesuai dengan penerpannya, cuma saja ada sedikit perbandingan dengan penerapan Amtsilati di pusat Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah, Bangsri, Jepara. Proses pembelajaran dengan metode Amsilati di Pondok Pesantren Nurus Salafiyah terdapat keunikan tersendiri yaitu sebelum masuk santri diwajibkan berbaris dengan membaca qoidah (mengulang mahfuz).

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate several aspects, namely: 1) How the role of Kiai leadership can strengthen the moderation attitude of students at the Raudlatul Muta'alimin Islamic Boarding School, 2) Concrete actions taken by Kiai leadership, 3) How Kiai leadership evaluates this process. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies. The data collection process involved interviews, observation, and document analysis. Data analysis was carried out through the steps of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is tested through the credibility, dependability and certainty of the data. The results of the research reveal several things, including: first, Kiai Pondok Pesantren Raudlatul Muta'alimin carries out his role as a leader with four main functions, including as a direction setter, agent of change, spokesperson and coach. Kiai use situational leadership styles, such as delegation, guidance, and direction, to achieve leadership effectiveness. Second, Kiai's efforts to form a moderation attitude among students involve studying the yellow book and emphasizing the curriculum. Third, the implementation of Kiai's leadership in strengthening the santri's moderation attitude at the Raudlatul Muta'alimin Islamic Boarding School went without significant obstacles, in line with Kiai's expectations, and the santri succeeded in internalizing the moderation attitude in their daily lives. Abstract

Gus Dur (KH Abdurrahman Wahid) and Syafi'i Ma'arif, as Muslim intellectuals who came from Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah, had very valuable ideas, including in the context of pluralist education. Gus Dur and Syafi'i Ma'arif's perspective on pluralism education reflects a deep understanding and values such as tolerance, diversity and respect for differences in society. Here are some important aspects in both views. In Gus Dur's perspective, the main focus lies on tolerance and diversity. He emphasized the importance of equality and understanding religion as the foundation for a harmonious life. On the other hand, Syafi'i Ma'arif focuses on multicultural education and humanist education. Although there are differences in approach between the two, there are similarities in their views. These two figures have the common goal of avoiding conflict, as well as building awareness and integration of religious values in society. Abstract

Abstract: The disciplined behavior of learner is a reflection of their obedience in school rules continuously. This behavior can’t be created by self-taught so it requires a special strategy to achieve the desired goal. This study aims to analyze the special strategy of MTs Miftahul Ulum teachers in shaping the discipline of their students. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection strategies of observation, interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman strategy consist of four stages. The results showed that the special strategy used by the teacher in forming the discipline of MTs Miftahul Ulum students was based on the conditions that had to be met in order to form the discipline of students through the moral development contained in Dian Ibung’s book. This is implemented in the form of (1) making rules clear and applicable to all student; (2) giving reward to students who can apply discipline in a school order and giving moral punishment for anyone who violates the rules without exception; (3) the figure of the teacher as Uswah Hasanah by giving good attitude to students, and (4) creating a school environment as support system in maximizing student discipline behavior. Abstrak: Perilaku disiplin seorang peserta didik merupakan cerminan dari sikap patuh dan taat mereka terhadap aturan sekolah secara terus menerus dan berkelanjutan. Perilaku ini tidak bisa diciptakan secara otodidak sehingga memerlukan sebuah strategi khusus guna mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi khusus yang dilakukan oleh guru MTs Miftahul Ulum dalam membentuk kedisiplinan peserta didiknya. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam bentuk kualitatif deskriptif dengan strategi pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan strategi Miles and Huberman yang meliputi empat tahapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi khusus yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam membentuk kedisiplinan peserta didik MTs Miftahul Ulum didasarkan pada syarat-syarat yang harus dipenuhi guna membentuk kedisiplinan peserta didik melalui pengembangan moral yang dimiliki dalam buku karya Dian Ibung. Hal ini diimplementasikan dalam bentuk (1) membuat tata tertib yang jelas dan berlaku pada seluruh peserta didik tanpa terkecuali; (2) pemberian reward untuk peserta didik yang bisa berlaku disiplin dalam sebuah tata tertib sekolah serta pemberian sanksi yang bersifat mendidik bagi siapapun pelaku pelanggaran tata tertib tanpa terkecuali; (3) sosok guru sebagai uswah hasanah dengan memberikan contoh keteladanan yang baik kepada peserta didik, serta (4) menciptakan lingkungan sekolah sebagai support system dalam memaksimalkan perilaku disiplin peserta didik.

Abstract

Abstract: The role of the community in efforts to develop madrasas is very important, because these efforts will be implemented through their involvement both materially and morally. This study aims to analyze the role of the farming community in developing madrasas at MI and MTs in Pelankerep Hamlet, Probolinggo City. The subjects of this research are people who work as farmers in the hamlet. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative approach, the data collection technique uses participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the role of the community in the development of madrasas at MI Mts Darus Sholihin is very influential. Where the people there are very enthusiastic about supporting and contributing to all activities at the madrasa. They consider madrasah to be a complete educational institution, not only focusing on general knowledge but also religious knowledge. One of the strengths of madrasas is the integrated learning of Islamic religious knowledge. Considering that there are villages where morals are prioritized over knowledge, madrasah education is very suitable for the people there. Which, of course, has an approach taken by the local madrasah, namely holding regular meetings once a month. Public relations in the world of education is a management function that is unique and supports the development, maintenance of common paths between an organization and its public, especially regarding communication, understanding, acceptance and cooperation activities. Abstrak: Peran masyarakat dalam upaya pengembangan madrasah sangat penting, karena upaya tersebut akan diimplementasikan melalui keterlibatan mereka baik secara materi ataupun moril. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana peran Masyarakat petani dalam mengembangkan madrasah di MI dan MTs di Dusun Pelankerep kota Probolinggo. Subjek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berprofesi sebagai petani di dusun tersebut. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran dari masyarakat terhadap pengembangan madrasah di MI Mts Darus Sholihin sangat berpengaruh. Dimana masyarakat di sana sangat antusias mendukung dan ber kontribusi dalam segala kegiatan yang ada di madrasah tersebut. Mereka menganggap madrasah adalah suatu lembaga pendidikan yang lengkap, bukan hanya fokus dalam ilmu umum namun juga ilmu agama. Salah satu kelebihan madrasah adalah terintegrasikannya pembelajaran ilmu agama Islam. Mengingat di sana adalah pedesaan yang sangat mengedepankan moral ketimbang pengetahuan, pendidikan madrasah sangat cocok untuk masyarakat di sana. Yang mana, tentu ada pendekatan yang dilakukan dari pihak madrasah setempat yakni mengadakan pertemuan rutin satu bulan satu kali. hubungan masyarakat dalam dunia pendidikan adalah suatu fungsi manajemen yang khas dan mendukung pembinaan, pemeliharaan jalur bersama antara organisasi dengan publik nya terutama menyangkut aktivitas komunikasi, pengertian, penerimaan dan kerja sama.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh dan motivasi orangtua terhadap pembentukan karakter religius anak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian expost-pasto dengan menggunakan rancangan korelasional untuk melihat hubungan antar variabel bebas (X1), Variabel bebas (X2) dan Variabel terikat (Y). Penelitian ini pada sekolah MI Miftahul Jannah Desa Bulujaran Kidul Kecamatan Tegalsiwalan Kabupaten Probolinggo yaitu dengan memilih kelas IV, V dan VI yang jumlah total seluruhnya 38 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pola asuh dan motivasi orang tua terhadap pembentukan karakter religius siswa mi miftahul jannah.

Abstract

This study is an action research aimed at improving participation and motivation among Grade IV B students at SDN Pegirian II/495 Surabaya in learning English through the use of the game-based learning platform "Kahoot". The research was conducted in two cycles with a focus on continuous improvement based on the evaluation of previous cycles. The first cycle involved lesson planning by developing interactive lesson plans and quizzes using Kahoot, followed by observations of student participation and feedback analysis. The results of the first cycle showed an increase in student participation, albeit with technical challenges that needed to be addressed. The second cycle continued with refining the teaching strategies, including the use of additional features within Kahoot to enhance student engagement. The results of the second cycle demonstrated a significant increase in student participation up to 95% and improvements in quiz scores above the average. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the data confirmed that the implementation of Kahoot successfully increased student motivation through interactive and competitive learning. The implications of this research support the use of game-based learning as an effective approach to enhance English language learning in primary schools, with specific attention to technology adaptation and continuous improvement in the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of democratic leadership and organizational climate on teacher performance. This research used survey methods, while the research hypothesis testing utilized multiple regression tests. The research samples were 67 teachers in Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfal Kindergarten in Probolinggo. The results of this study indicates that there is a significant influence between democratic leadership and organizational climate on teacher performance. The coefficient of determination shows that 20.5% of teacher performance is determined by democratic leadership and organizational climate

Abstract

This research is essential to measure the effectiveness of the factors that determine the competitive advantage of educational institutions. This study aims to determine the effect of visionary leadership and accountability toward competitive advantage at an educational institution. The research method used a survey; meanwhile, multiple regression tests were used to examine research hypotheses. The research samples were as many as 42 employees consisting of teachers and staff. The results of this research conclude that there is a significant influence between the visionary leadership of the headmaster and the ability to conduct accountability to competitive advantage. The coefficient score of determination shows that 88, 7 % of competitive advantage is determined by the pattern of visionary leadership and accountability. The competitive advantage of an educational institution is influenced by the principal's visioner, leadership, and accountability. The implication of this study is finding the concept that competitive advantage is influenced by visionary leadership and accountability.
