Abstract

Propionibacterium acnes merupakan bakteri yang memiliki peranan pentingdalam patogenesis jerawat. Minyak atsiri daun jeruk sambal (Citrus microcarpaBunge) memiliki aktivitas antibakteri terhadap Propionibacterium acnes. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah mengetahui Konsentrasi Hambat Minimum (KHM) minyakatsiri daun jeruk sambal, konsentrasi optimal tween 20 yang digunakan untukmembuat sediaan mikroemulsi minyak atsiri daun jeruk sambal yang stabil sertamembandingkan efektivitas antibakteri mikroemulsi dengan minyak atsiri dankontrol positif. Minyak atsiri disuling menggunakan metode destilasi uap. Minyakatsiri dibuat dalam beberapa konsentrasi yaitu 0,10%, 0,15% dan 0,20%. Minyakatsiri diformulasikan menjadi sediaan mikroemulsi dengan variasi konsentrasitween 20 yaitu 30%(FI), 35%(FII), 40%(FIII) dan 45%(FIV). Uji stabilitassediaan mikroemulsi meliputi organoleptis, pH sediaan, bobot jenis dan penentuanukuran partikel. Nilai KHM minyak atsiri yang diperoleh menggunakan metodedifusi cakram yaitu konsentrasi 0,1% dengan zona hambat 11,417±0,191 mm.Formula III dengan konsentrasi tween 20 sebesar 40% merupakan formula yangpaling stabil dan menghasilkan zona hambat sebesar 11,875±0,323 mm. Zonahambat kontrol positif yaitu 30,625±0,835 mm. Hasil analisis uji One-WayANOVA yang menggunakan program SPSS menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapatperbedaan signifikan antara minyak atsiri dan mikroemulsi (p>0,05) tetapiterdapat perbedaan signifikan minyak atsiri dan mikroemulsi terhadap kontrolpositif (p<0,05). Abstract

This research was conducted in Special Schools Children Self. The purpose of this study was to Describing the characteristics of children with autism and how to determine the role of parents in dealing with children with autism. In this study the authors collected data to descend directly into the field and do the interview technique to place the research location. Respondents in this study consists of 4 families. The data obtained was processed in the form of descriptive qualitative analysis. The conclusion of this study is in general it is not easy for parents to accept reality when their child are stated having autism. This mental attitude which can accept the reality often impact on the inability of parents to adjust to the situation of children. Whereas autism require a very complex treatment and requires active participation of parents in many ways related to the therapy.The results of this study indicate that there was a significant correlation between parental adjustment and their role in autism therapy. So concern for parents of children with autism is very important, because with the better parent to acceptance and adjustment to their child is expected to be the better their active role in various efforts to the treatment of autism.Keywords: Characteristics, Role, Parents

Abstract

Geographical condition of Indonesia as a country that two-thirds of marine waters is composed of marine coastal seas, sea bays and straits give Indonesia the abundant riches, in terms of want to keep and preserve natural resources and biodiversity. The presence of trawls directly proportional to the needs of the community, but its use was then impact on the environment. Indonesian government in this case still happened the tug interests related regulations on fishing gear, especially related to the use of trawls.Based on this understanding, the authors of this paper formulated the two formulation of the problem, namely: first, how setting fishing gear fishery based on Law Number 45 Year 2009 on the Amendment of Law No. 31 Year 2004 on fisheries? second, what are the weaknesses setting fishing gear fisheries in Indonesia?The research method in this study, first, this kind of research is legal juridical research because in this study the authors do a review of literature, both include print media, books, literature, and electronic media.From the research, there are three main things that can be inferred. First, Regulating the use of fishing gear fishery according to Law No. 45 Year 2009 on the Amendment of Law No. 31 of 2004 on Fisheries does not clearly contains a provision concerning the use of fishing gear fisheries in Indonesia. Second, weakness Fisheries Law Indonesia in setting fishing gear in IndonesiaFirst author's suggestion should be the perception among all stakeholders and the public to determine the attitude of how best to use fishing gear trawls arrangements applied in Indonesia and expected government to be able to realize the policies that have been made consistently and responsibly with the various stakeholders in the field of fisheries in Indonesia.Second, to get clarity related to setting fishing gear trawls in Indonesia it is expected the government to synchronize the substance of the legislation in the field of fisheries and integrated appropriately so there is no conflict between the rules with each other in the same set.Keywords : Trawls – Environment – Biodiversity

Abstract

Embodiment maritime shaft in economic development based on the citizen’s prosperity in Indonesia whichhas an area of ocean 80% of the land area is a aspired thing. This is one of effort welfare distributions wich is inline with Indonesian manpower development based on Pancasila and UUD 1945 namely through implementationof manpower development based on the principle of integrity through coordination functional cross-sectoral andregional centers as listed in Law No 13 of 2003 about Employment. The success of the maritime developmentmust be felt by coastal communities in the vicinity who mostly work as fishermen and have low education, so itneeds to be a concern efforts to improve the standard of living in coastal areas and overcoming the problem ofunemployment. Therefore, coastal communities will not have limited mind about land because of the publicationRegulation of The Minister of Marine and Fisheries No 1 of 2015 and No2 of 2015 actually two rules are amandate from Law No 31 of 2004. The role of both central and local government are required to handle thisexpansion of employment opportunities, both within and outside the employment relationship especially infacing the challenges of globalization.The method used to solve this problem is the legal research, which meansthat it is intended to examine the rules and principles of law, whereas the approach method is used byemphasizing on normative juridical approach. Based on normative juridical research method, then some stepswill be applied in this study include: First,inventory of legislation relating to the expansion of employmentopportunities;Second, the inventory of the problems that appear, in the implementation on the expansion of theemployment opportunities. Abstract

Perkembangan yang pesat dengan mudah menyebabkan transformasi di bidang ekonomi. Kekuatan yang pertama adalah globalisasi, pertumbuhan perdagangan global dan persaingan internasional yang eksplosif. Perubahan yang kedua adalah perubahan teknologi. Manajemen Mutu Terpadu (TQM) adalah pendekatan organisasi menyeluruh untuk meningkatkan mutu, semua proses, produk, dan pelayanan organisasi yang berkesinambungan. Produk berupa barang dan jasa yang bermutu secara strategis penting bagi perusahaan dan pelanggan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Mengetahui analisis SWOT yang dikembangkan oleh jasa layanan lembaga bimbingan belajar di Sukoharjo dan (2) Mengetahui beberapa peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapi oleh jasa layanan lembaga bimbingan belajar di Sukoharjo. Metode penelitian ini dengan pendekatan deskriptif dari analisis data hasilnya dalam bentuk narasi.Matrik SWOT dipakai untuk menyusun faktor-faktor strategis pada suatu lembaga. Empat komponen utama yaitu efisiensi, inovasi, kualitas serta respon terhadap pelanggan yang menentukan keunggulan kompetitif.  Pengujian eksternal dan internal terstruktur adalah sesuatu metode analisis yang unik dalam dunia perencanaan dan pengembangan program kerja yang terstruktur dan terarah. Pengembangan pemasaran jasa bimbingan belajar menggunakan analisa SWOT, adalah suatu cara yang berguna dalam menguji kondisi lingkungan tentang program baru yang ditawarkan suatu lembaga bimbingan belajar di Sukoharjo.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to investigate the LKS development valid problem solving based on the material and practical social arithmetic. the type of research is the development of research (Research and Development), which consists of three stages, namely, the definition phase, Design, and development. The subjects were students of class VII SMP N 7 Tambusai in the first semester of the school year 2015/2016. The instrument used in this study is the validation sheet and questionnaire practicalities. Process undertaken LKS valid to get includes the step of defining, designing and development, during the development stage LKS validator validated to four people with an average gain of 3.31 validation categorized as very valid. While the practicalities obtained based testing and assessment by an expert using a questionnaire practicalities expert, junior high school teachers, and students class VII SMP N 7 Tambusai, with an average of 81.6% with the practicality of a practical category. So it can be concluded that based LKS valid and practical problem solving.

Abstract

Abstrak: Mojokerto is one of the towns in East Java province which lies 50 km southwest of Surabaya. Mojokerto is exceptional in the history of Indonesia since the city was formerly the capital of the Majapahit Kingdom, which is one of the largest Hindu-Buddhist kingdoms in Indonesia. Service city concept of Mojokerto must be supported by three advantages namely, the primacy of human resources, product benefits, services, and excellence of infrastructure. The Mayor of the town of Mojokerto hoping to have a typical and excellent products, one of them is batik. Batik of Mojokerto is a craft culture which developed historically with the heyday of the Majapahit Kingdom. The uniqueness of the Mojokerto batik is in names of the pattern that less familiar to most people, such gedeg rubuh, matahari, mrico bolong, pring sedapur, grinsing, or surya majapahit. Attempts to introduce batik of Mojokerto certainly needed a medium that suits with the purpose. Promotion media is one of the purposes of introducing batik of Mojokerto to the wider community to international tourists.

Abstract

The prominent physical disorder for women during menstruation is dysmenorrhea. There are several methods to reduce dysmenorrhea pain; one of them is the Mozart. Mozart music can overcome the pain based on the gate control theory that explained the pain impulse can be regulated or inhibited along the central nerve system. The aim of this research is to analyzed the effect of Mozart music on reducing dysmenorrhea pain for adolescent in MAN Sooko Mojokerto. Research design that used by researcher is pre-experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design. The populations in this research were all adolescent in tenth grade students of MAN Sooko Mojokerto. The sampling used is purposive sampling with 20 respondents were found which appropriate criteria. The collecting data is using numerical pain scale and the result processed with paired sample T-Test. From the result of paired T-Test showed that p (0,000) &lt; &alpha; (0,05), so that, Ho refused. It means there is significant effect of Mozart music on reducing dysmenorrhea pain. This is because by listening to Mozart music can stimulate the raising of endorphin hormone that would block the release of P substance from sensory neuro, so impulse pain transmission in the spinal medulla becomes blocked, so that menstrual pain sensation is reduced.Key Words: Dysmenorrhea, Mozart Music.

Abstract

This research try to examine whether corporate governance when the company madean Initial Public Offering (IPO) affect the level of underpricing shares of companies that go public by using the period 2002-2012. This study focuses on the influence of corporate governance structure on the level of underpricing by using control variables underwriter reputation, return on assets (ROA), firm size, financial leverage, and return on equity (ROE). According to the results of previous studies, these variables generally tend to show a significant effect on underpricing in companies that go public.            This research is ekspost facto (causal comparative). Sample selection method used was purposive sampling and sample used was 131 sample companies doing an Initial Public Offering on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2002-2012. This study uses regression testing models. Regression analysis showed that only the underwriter reputation significantly influence underpricin.

Abstract

Abstract: In Japanese linguistics, there is a word called josuushi or said auxiliary numbers that are used in a manner combined after numeralia principal to declare the class or set of objects, animals or humans, stated frequency or frequency, stating the size or degree, shows the shape of an object, and can also claimed the life of a person. Besides humans, animals, and objects, one other object that can be used to assess the use of josuushi are mythological creatures that can be found on minwa or folklore. This study aimed to describe josuushi used to calculate the mythological creatures in minwa and use the josuushi terms of semantics of the language units. This research is a descriptive study with data collection through library research (library research), which is looking for and collecting data from various sources related to the research. Data obtained from 14 pieces of literature which consists of 12 short stories and two novels that tell about mythological creatures and mentions josuushi used to calculate the mythological creatures. Mythological creatures contained in this study, among others, mermaids, kappa, tengu, and the dragon. Based on the analysis, it can be seen that the mermaid can use 2 forms josuushi namely nin (人) and hiki (匹), kappa only use one form josuushi only that hiki (匹), tengu can use three forms josuushi namely nin (人), hiki (匹), and wa (羽), and the dragon can use 2 forms josuushi namely hiki (匹) and tou (頭). Josuushi use to calculate the mythological creatures based on characteristics represented by each of mythological creatures that can be seen from the physical characteristic, trait or habit, environment, conditions, and so forth.Keywords: Josuushi, mythological creatures, minwa
