Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review the development and application of creative problem solving learning model especially in the last 1 decades. Research method used in this study was literature review. We collected  more than 20 references related to the history, development, and application of the CPS model.  Data collection technique used was through literature study. The results of this study obtained some types of CPS models such as CPS version Treffinger, CPS version Osborn, and CPS published by Creative Education Foundation. The CPS model proposed by the Creative Education Foundation is the latest and best model because it was developed to improve the previous CPS model. Each CPS Model has different steps with some similar goals. CPS is applied at several levels of education for learning Natural Sciences and Mathematics. CPS has a significant influence on the achievement of cognitive competence and problem solving skills

Abstract

Teachers as facilitators in learning are expected to develop learning that integrates 21st-century skills so that students are ready to compete in this era. One of the things teachers can do is develop e-modules based on the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model. This research is research and development with 4D models. The purpose of this study is to produce an integrated 21st-century physics e-module based on the CPS model. Data analysis using descriptive analysis. Research results: E-module physics based on CPS model integrated 21st-century skills have met the valid criteria: for the content, feasibility component is in the very valid category with a value of 93.18, the presentation component is in the very valid category with a value of 85, the graphic component is in the category very valid with a value of 95.45, and the language component is in the very valid category with a value of 83. Therefore, this CPS-based e-module has met the criteria to be piloted in schools.

Abstract

The availability of teaching materials that contain 21st-century skills still needs to be improved. This research aims to look at the effectiveness of the 21st-century integrated CPS-based e-module that has been developed. This study is part of Research and Development research, using the Reeve Model with stages of analysis, design, and evaluation. Measurement of effectiveness is carried out at the evaluation stage. Effectiveness is measured by giving a pretest and posttest to students. The sampling technique used is a purposive sample. Effectiveness is measured by giving a pretest and posttest to students. There was an increase in student mastery of 21st-century skills from 78.32 to 84. Then, based on hypothesis testing, information was obtained that there were differences in student mastery of 21st-century skills before and after using the e-module (Sig (2-tailed)<0.05). It indicates the effect of using e-modules based on the CPS model integrated with 21st-century skills to improve student mastery of 21st-century skills and mastery of 21st-century skills.

Abstract

The development of a module based on Quantum Learning with the theme Kayanya Negeriku aims to see the product design of a module based on Quantum Learning on the theme of richness of my country in grade IV SD, and to see the results of validation for thematic modules based on Quantum Learning on the theme of richness of my country in grade IV SD. This research was conducted at SD 33 Kalumbuk, Padang City. This research and development process is carried out using the 4-D model), namely defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. Can be trusted as follows: 1) the defining stage is conducting curriculum analysis and analyzing the needs of students, 2) the design stage, carried out by designing the material preparation specifications, preparing tools and materials and module design, the resulting product form in the form of modules / teaching materials using the Quantum Learning model, 3 ) the development stage, is the module validation stage, and the module revision stage. and the dissemination stage was not carried out because considering the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic so it was not possible to enter the field.The development was carried out by testing the validity of the module by 3 aspects, namely the material aspect 1 with a value of 3.7 which was very valid category, the design aspect with a value of 3.7 which was very valid category, and the language aspect with a value of 3.6 which was very valid category. Based on the results of the validation of an integrated thematic module based on Quantum Learning, the theme of richness for my country, grade IV SD got an average score of 3.7 in the Very Valid category. This gives an idea that the modules developed are valid and can be used in integrated thematic learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak dari kompetensi akuntansi dan literasi digital terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa akuntansi di Universitas Tangerang Raya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif, yang memanfaatkan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui angket daring dari 80 mahasiswa akuntansi tingkat akhir. Proses analisis data mencakup asumsi klasik seperti normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas serta penerapan analisis regresi linear ganda. Hasil riset mengungkapkan bahwa kompetensi akuntansi dan literasi digital memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan dan menguntungkan terhadap kesiapan kerja bagi mahasiswa akuntansi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kompetensi akuntansi dan literasi digital sangat penting bagi mahasiswa akuntansi agar dapat meningkatkan persiapan mereka dalam menghadapi lingkungan kerja yang semakin modern dan terdigitalisasi.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of ESG Risk on firm value, with CEO characteristics as a moderating variable. The study focuses on companies listed on the IDX ESG Leaders from 2021 to 2023, with 19 companies selected through purposive sampling. Secondary data, including ESG Risk scores from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and financial and non-financial data from annual reports, were analyzed. Firm value was measured using the price-to-book value (PBV) ratio. Moderation regression analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The findings indicate that: (1) ESG Risk does not significantly affect firm value; (2) CEO characteristics can strengthen the influence of ESG Risk on firm value.

Abstract

Bullying adalah kekerasan berulang yang bertujuan menyakiti orang lain, baik fisik, verbal, sosial, maupun digital. Kasus perundungan di sekolah Indonesia masih tinggi, diperparah oleh rendahnya kesadaran siswa, guru, dan orang tua tentang dampaknya, serta kurangnya pelatihan guru dalam penanganan. Hal ini merusak psikologis korban, prestasi belajar, dan iklim sekolah.Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat IAI Muhammad Azim Jambi melaksanakan sosialisasi Stop Bullying untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Metode partisipatif melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah melalui tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan (penyuluhan interaktif, simulasi, role play), dan evaluasi.Hasilnya, terjadi perubahan sikap positif dan penurunan signifikan kasus perundungan di sekolah dari 75% menjadi 10%, serta hubungan sosial yang lebih harmonis. Oleh karena itu, sosialisasi Stop Bullying perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan, melibatkan semua elemen sekolah, dan didukung kebijakan yang konsisten. Tujuannya adalah menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, budaya sekolah yang positif, dan meningkatkan prestasi siswa.

Abstract

Sengketa bisnis merupakan serbuah permasalahan dalam dunia bisnis yang semakin mengglobal saat ini. Permasalahan ini seringkali timbul dampak negatif seperti renggangnya hubungan antar pihak, terganggunya produktivitas tenaga kerja dan terhambatnya operasional bisnis. Kajian ini membahas mengenai evaluasi apakah mekanisme arbitrase nasional dapat menjadi solusi dan efektif dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas arbitrase nasional dalam menyelesaikan perselisihan bisnis dalam arus globalisasi. Metode dalam kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan hukum normatif dengan deskriptif analitis. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari berbagai analisis peraturan arbitrase nasional, literatur ilmiah dan studi kasus. Populasi nya mencakup perkara sengketa bisnis yang telah diselesaikan melalui arbitrase nasional yang diambil sampelnya berdasarkan kriteria tertentu dari putusan arbitrase yang tersedia. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif sehingga memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai efektivitas mekanisme ini. Hasil dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa, di tengah perubahan di era globalisasi, masih terdapat kemungkinan bagi arbitrase nasional untuk memberikan alternatif penyelesaian sengketa yang efektif.  Hal ini dikarenakan arbitrase nasional memiliki keunggulan fleksibilitas dalam hal memilih arbiter yang berpengetahuan luas, penyelesaian sengketa yang cepat, dan kualitas keputusan yang terjamin. Selain itu, hal ini juga mendorong hubungan itikad yang baik di antara para pihak sekaligus menawarkan solusi adaptif terhadap tantangan global. Dengan demikian, kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah arbitrase nasional terbukti efektif dalam menyelesaikan sengketa bisnis dalam konteks globalisasi

Abstract

This study was motivated by the use of learning media that is still limited to printed textbooks and lacks the use of concrete media. The aim of this research is to develop a scrapbook learning media for Theme 2 “Always Save Energy”, Sub-theme 1 "Sources of Energy", Lesson 1 for Grade IV of elementary school. The research used a Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4-D model (define, design, develop, disseminate). Instruments used included concept and learning objective analysis sheets, validity and practicality questionnaires, as well as pre-test and post-test questions. Validation was conducted by design, language, and material experts, resulting in a validity score of 95% (very valid). Practicality tests showed scores of 99% from teachers and 91% from students (very practical). The average pre-test score was 50.4, and the post-test score was 84.5. The t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. Therefore, the developed scrapbook media is considered valid, practical, and effective in supporting the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the misconceptions of 10th-grade high school students in the Sambas district on the concept of motion during a pandemic which is an evaluation of the teaching and learning process of physics during the pandemic (Covid-19). The method used in this study is a survey method with descriptive data analysis with the subject or sample in this study of as many as 223 10th-grade students, consisting of 4 schools with cluster sampling. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the students' misconceptions are still experiencing confusion. If two objects have the same position, they should have the same velocity; and if the two objects have the same velocity, the student assumed that these two objects must have the same acceleration or vice versa. However, students are able to distinguish which ones are scalar quantities and which are vector quantities. As for impetus material, students assume that if an object has a motion, it must have a force acting upon this object. This is a contradiction with newton's first law. Also, it is believed that if the object moves in a circular path, a circular (impetus) force tends to move this object in its path. The highest misconception is in the concept of kinematic about velocity-position and concept of impetus. There is no different in student misconception before and after pandemic covid-19 so that in the future it still needs to improve physisc learning process and physics teacher competence to prevention student misconception.Keywords: misconception, motion, post-covid19
