This article discusses the implementation of integrative curriculum management at Aya Sophia Islamic School, which combines the National Education Curriculum and the Madrasah Diniyah Curriculum. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and literature study. The results showed that this curriculum integration creates a holistic learning environment, where students not only achieve good academic performance but also experience character and moral strengthening through in-depth religious teaching. Parents report high satisfaction with their children's academic and attitudinal progress, making Aya Sophia Islamic School an attractive option for parents seeking quality education. The theoretical, practical and managerial implications of this study point to the need for more support in the development of an integrative curriculum as well as continuous training for teachers. This article concludes that Aya Sophia Islamic School deserves to be a model for other educational institutions in Indonesia, with its ‘school-flavoured boarding school’ approach that is effective in shaping a smart and noble generation.

The process of planning production and machine capacity is the implementation of a production process that is complementary and sustainable. The problem with the production process starts with a scheduling process that is less than optimal. The condition of the machine is often ignored because we are too focused on carrying out the production process. This research aims to examine journals regarding production planning in a company. Starting with looking for sources of scientific work in international journals and national journals. Retention in journal searches starts from 2004 to 2024. Researchers obtained 6 scientific articles on production planning and machine capacity which have an impact on increasing efficiency in production. Good planning can also help company management achieve the company's expected targets.

In the business world, apart from producing quality goods or services, the thing that needs to be maintained is consumer trust. Declining sales of goods or services can occur from consumer dissatisfaction with the goods or services offered by business people and this will have a big impact on the sustainability of the company's business. Apart from maintaining consumer satisfaction, it is necessary to carry out continuous innovation related to consumer satisfaction with the goods or services offered. One of the successes of a business actor or business owner is by having loyal consumers and one thing that can be used to assess consumer satisfaction is by conducting a survey containing the value of the services provided by the business actor or business owner. The impact of consumer satisfaction if the results obtained increase significantly in a positive direction, it will quickly grow in sales of goods or services being marketed. Consumer satisfaction can be obtained from several actions taken, namely by using a survey containing the factors that influence the satisfaction felt by consumers regarding service and convenience for consumers in the steps taken to use the goods or services offered by business actors. Due to the importance of the key to consumer satisfaction for business people, in this case the author conducted a literature review study using secondary data covering several types of businesses to find out what the keys to consumer satisfaction are. And the consumer satisfaction factor can influence a company's business development and is an important component in running a business.

The research reviews three significant studies that investigate the impact of innovation on firm performance and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in different contexts: Vietnamese manufacturing firms, the role of information technology (IT) innovation in Kenya, and the synergy effects of innovation on overall performance. The first study examines how innovative practices within Vietnamese manufacturing firms lead to enhanced operational efficiency and stronger CSR commitments, suggesting that firms can achieve competitive advantages while addressing societal needs. The second study highlights the role of IT innovation in Kenya, showcasing how firms that adopt digital technologies experience substantial improvements in productivity, operational efficiency, and customer engagement, which are crucial for success in a fast-paced market environment. Lastly, the third study explores the synergy effects of innovation, indicating that organizations implementing a comprehensive innovation strategy that integrates product, process, and market innovations tend to achieve superior performance outcomes. This review emphasizes the critical importance of innovation as both a driver of economic success and a facilitator of social responsibility, advocating for a holistic approach to innovation that aligns with sustainable business practices to create shared value for stakeholders.

Technological developments and globalization have increased the level of competition in the manufacturing sector. To be able to compate and survive in a competitive business environment, manufacturing companies need to meet customer satiscfaction by increasing productivity and efficiency in their operations, one of which is by implementing lean manufacturing. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of implementing lean manufacturing on increasing productivit in manufacturing companies. This reseach uses a literature review method in the form of a literature review study. Researchers obained scientific articles to research from the result of the Google Scholar and Academia.edu research libraries. The number of scientific articles examined in tis literature was six scientific articles. From the researchers’s findings, the application of lean manufacturing has significant influence on reducing waste increasing productivity and production efficiency in manufacturing companies.

This study aims to explore the relationship between operating costs and net profit generated by companies. In the context of increasing competition, it is important for companies to understand how the management of operating costs can affect their financial performance. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review, in which the authors collect and analyze relevant articles from various sources, including Google Scholar. The results of this study are expected to provide useful insights for company management in strategic decision-making, as well as contribute to the development of further research in this area. By understanding the influence of operating costs, companies can formulate more effective strategies to increase the company's net profit.

The process of purchasing or procuring spare parts must go through a procurement process (Procurement) The company must ensure that the selected supplier can provide guaranteed quality materials at competitive prices Supply Chain Management for spare parts needs to include Planning, Procurement, Product Distribution and Return Management Spare parts needs also carefully affect each of the needs that have a significant impact and play a role in the smooth production process, Because they have an impact and relationship with the success of production results and the smoothness of the production process, the purpose of this research is to find out the work of the journal related to the planning of the supply of spare parts, as the first step the author starts looking for sources of academic articles both national and international, the author puts forward 6 scientific articles on the analysis of spare parts requirements for the production machine operating system, planning the right spare parts requirements is useful for the success of production.

Dalam industri manufaktur, penerapan Lean Management bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi pemborosan di setiap langkah proses produksi. Kurangnya pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip lean dan resistensi terhadap perubahan di tingkat organisasi merupakan dua tantangan utama dalam implementasi lean. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau berbagai jurnal yang membahas penerapan Lean Management di industri manufaktur. Jurnal nasional dan internasional digunakan untuk mencari artikel akademik, dengan arsip dari tahun 2019 hingga 2024. Penelitian ini mengkaji tiga artikel utama, yaitu Shou et al. (2020), Choudhary et al. (2022), dan Yaw et al. (2020), yang membahas berbagai aspek penerapan Lean Management. Fokus utama dari kajian ini mencakup pengurangan pemborosan, peningkatan aliran produksi, serta perbaikan kualitas. Studi menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Lean Management yang tepat dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi biaya produksi, dan meningkatkan kualitas produk. Namun, penerapan lean memerlukan komitmen manajemen dan budaya perusahaan. Kesimpulannya, Lean Management dapat meningkatkan kinerja industri manufaktur jika didukung oleh perencanaan yang matang dan pelatihan berkelanjutan.

Henry Manampiring’s Filosofi Teras (2018) explores the relevance of Stoicism in addressing the challenges of modern life. This study aims to analyze the book's content using a descriptive qualitative method with the note-taking technique. The book provides practical guidance for readers to manage emotions, overcome anxiety, and enhance mental resilience. Based on the analysis, the book effectively simplifies Stoic concepts for a broader audience, though it has certain limitations, such as a lack of in-depth discussion on original Stoic philosophy. This research offers insights into how this work became a popular self-help book in Indonesia.

Business relationships require proper communication to understand the wishes or satisfaction of customers as business partners who will have an impact on future business development or growth. With the collaboration between business people, it will have a significant positive impact if done correctly and correctly. A big impact will be experienced if groups or business people cannot communicate well and appropriately with customers, this relates to the customer's desire to repurchase products or services that have been offered before. So the researcher in this case is very interested in knowing more clearly the right communication strategy in the business relationship environment between business people and customers because this has a significant impact on the sustainability of a company's business. The method used by researchers is a literature study of several existing journals and articles. The results show that service quality shows a significant positive direction on consumer desire to buy products or services while price and promotion do not have a significant impact on buyer desire. This shows that customer satisfaction greatly impacts the increase in sales and has an effect on increasing the revenue of a company or business entity.
