Abstract

This study aims to identify Islamic educational values within the marriage traditions of the Javanese, Banjar, and Bugis ethnic groups in Indonesia, which are rich in culture and local wisdom passed down through generations. A systematic literature review was conducted using accredited articles published between 2017 and 2023, collected from Google Scholar, Harzing's Publish or Perish, and Publish Media. The researchers initially gathered 20 articles, which were then analyzed and synthesized, resulting in 7 articles that met the criteria and were relevant to the research questions. Based on the analysis and literature review, several conclusions can be drawn. First, the marriage traditions of the Javanese (such as ngelamar, nontoni, menimbang, paningsetan, dhahar kembul, ngindek telur, wijik sekar setaman, kacar-kucur, baling bantal, tukar kembar mayang, and sungkeman), the Banjar (such as basasuluh, badatang, bapayuan, maantar patalian, bapingit, bakasai, batimung, bainai, and batamat Al-Qur’an), and the Bugis (such as mammanu-manu, massuro, mappasiarekeng, cemme passili, mappacci, mappenre botting, ijab kabul, mappasiluka, amrola, mammatoa, and marola wekke dua) are still practiced as a form of cultural and religious responsibility, though they are now often simplified to save time. Second, these marriage traditions reflect the internalization of Islamic educational values, including values of faith (iman), worship (ibadah), ethics (akhlak), and social responsibility. This study acknowledges its limitations in terms of the number of analyzed articles, especially those published in SINTA-accredited journals.

Abstract

Suhrawardi yang seorang filosof Persia abad ke-12 dikenal sebagai pendiri aliran filsafat Ishraqi atau "Iluminasi", memadukan unsur-unsur mistisisme dengan logika dan rasionalitas. Suhrawardi mengembangkan teori pengetahuan yang berakar pada 'pengetahuan intuitif' atau pengetahuan batin, yang ia anggap sebagai sumber pengetahuan yang paling murni dan akurat. Dalam konteks pendidikan, Suhrawardi menekankan pentingnya pengembangan kebijaksanaan batin atau intuisi, di samping pengetahuan rasional dan empiris. Baginya, pendidikan sejati tidak hanya melibatkan pengumpulan informasi atau data, tetapi juga pengembangan kepekaan spiritual dan intuitif. Ini mencakup aspek-aspek seperti kontemplasi, meditasi, dan kepekaan terhadap dimensi yang lebih dalam dari realitas.Suhrawardi juga memandang pentingnya integrasi antara ilmu pengetahuan dan etika. Ia percaya bahwa pengetahuan sejati harus membawa individu ke arah kebaikan moral dan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang kebenaran universal. Secara keseluruhan, filsafat pendidikan Suhrawardi menawarkan perspektif yang unik dan mendalam, menggabungkan pencarian ilmu pengetahuan dengan perkembangan spiritual dan moral individu. Pendekatannya mencerminkan upaya menghubungkan dunia material dengan realitas spiritual yang lebih tinggi. Suhrawardi tentu tidak secara langsung berbicara tentang "Kurikulum Merdeka" yang merupakan konsep modern. Namun, prinsip-prinsip pendidikan dapat diterjemahkan dan diadaptasi ke dalam konteks kurikulum yang lebih merdeka atau independen dalam pendidikan kontemporer. Pengembangan kecerdasan holistik: menekankan pada pengembangan intelektual yang seimbang dengan kecerdasan spiritual. Pentingnya pengetahuan intuitif dan kontemplatif: menghargai pengetahuan yang didapatkan melalui intuisi dan kontemplasi. Integrasi ilmu pengetahuan dan etika: percaya bahwa ilmu pengetahuan harus diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai etis. Pendidikan yang menekankan pencarian kebenaran: mencari kebenaran melalui pendekatan yang menggabungkan filsafat, misticisme, dan logika. Pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman: berdasarkan penekanan pada pengetahuan batin dan intuitif, kurikulum merdeka dapat mengutamakan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman, di mana siswa belajar melalui kegiatan praktis, proyek, dan eksplorasi langsung. Fleksibilitas dan pilihan siswa: menghormati keunikan setiap individu, kurikulum merdeka dapat memberikan kebebasan bagi siswa untuk mengeksplorasi area minat mereka sendiri, sesuai dengan prinsip Suhrawardi tentang pencarian kebijaksanaan individual

Abstract

Pesantren has a significant influence on the development of santris’ personality and cultural tolerance. However, the flow of globalization through digital media and the influence of foreign cultures shake santris' preferences and threatened local wisdom. This paper aims to analyze the integration between local policies in halaqah knowledge acquisition and its advancement of the cultural tolerance of santri. With an interpretive research paradigm, this study employs the case study method and focuses on several Pesantrens in Benua Etam, East Kalimantan. The data were obtained through interviews with informants, including pesantren leaders, ustadz, and santri and observations, and documentation. Validation techniques include source triangulation, member checking, trail auditing, and peer debriefing. This study reveals that the incorporation of indigenous knowledge within the framework of halaqah was a significant factor in the study's outcomes, significantly increasing the tolerance of santris, as reflected by a 50.92% increase in participation in local traditions and higher acceptance of cultural diversity. Santri who follow culture-based halaqahs demonstrate openness, recognition of community traditions, and the ability to bridge cultural differences without compromising Islamic principles. This study concludes that the culturally based halaqah model is effective in maintaining an inclusive Islamic identity while facing the challenges of globalization.

Abstract

Establishing strong partnerships between educational institutions, school committees, parents, communities and businesses is the main strategy in attracting community involvement to improve the quality of education. Through partnership cooperation, educational institutions are expected to be able to improve the quality of education. This research aims to find out how the planning, organisation, implementation and evaluation carried out by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Arrahmah Samarinda in improving the quality of education through partnership cooperation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. As for the results, the first planning of school partnership management in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Arrahmah Samarinda begins with identifying and analysing the needs of the school. Furthermore, synchronising the curriculum and setting goals. Second, the organisation of school partnership management is carried out by optimising the resources owned by both the school and the partners. Third, the implementation of school partnership activities in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Arrahmah Samarinda, has been done well, this can be seen from the various activities carried out by cooperating with various parties ranging from school committees, teacher communities, parents, government agencies, academic institutions, communities and businesses. Fourth, the evaluation of partnership cooperation is carried out after the implementation of the activity, this is done to find out the support, obstacles, shortcomings and advantages of the programme that has been carried out.

Abstract

Abstract: The tradition of handling corpses is an important part of social and religious life in this village. However, demographic and structural changes in recent years have affected the community's ability to carry out corpse management duties. The main limitation is the number of individuals capable of carrying out this task, which only consists of three people with adequate knowledge and skills. To overcome this problem, UINSI KKN students have initiated the Fardhu Kifayah training program with the aim of empowering more community members to play a role in handling corpses. This program involves collaboration between village officials, local religious leaders and community institutions to increase community understanding and skills in managing corpses in accordance with religious principles. The training process includes activity planning, implementation and evaluation. The outcomes of this program include increasing participants' understanding, increasing active participation, improving the quality of corpse management, community independence in managing corpses, and the potential to become a model of best practice in empowering rural communities. Keywords : Community Empowerment, Funeral Management, Religious Practices Abstrak Tradisi pengurusan jenazah menjadi bagian penting dari kehidupan sosial dan agama di desa ini. Namun, perubahan demografis dan struktural dalam beberapa tahun terakhir telah memengaruhi kemampuan masyarakat untuk menjalankan tugas pengurusan jenazah. Keterbatasan utama adalah jumlah individu yang mampu melaksanakan tugas ini, yang hanya terdiri dari tiga orang dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan memadai. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, mahasiswa KKN UINSI telah menginisiasi program pelatihan Fardhu Kifayah dengan tujuan memberdayakan lebih banyak anggota masyarakat untuk berperan dalam pengurusan jenazah. Program ini melibatkan kolaborasi antara pihak desa, tokoh agama setempat, dan lembaga masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pengurusan jenazah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip agama. Proses pelatihan mencakup perencanaan kegiatan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil luaran dari program ini mencakup peningkatan pemahaman peserta, peningkatan partisipasi aktif, peningkatan kualitas pengurusan jenazah, kemandirian masyarakat dalam pengurusan jenazah, dan potensi menjadi model praktik terbaik dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat di pedesaan. The Pesantren Network in Samarinda Khojir

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal the model, the consistency, and the implication of pesantren network in Samarinda. This is a qualitative research based on sociology, phenomenology, and educational approach. The research was conducted within the total of 37 pesantren in Samarinda which were chosen based on their geographical sites, genealogical aspect, scientific affinity, as well as their tendency toward certain social organization. The geographical network consists of pesantren in South Kalimantan, South Sulawesi, East Java, Central Java, and Jambi. The result shows that this kind of network bears two forms namely direct genealogy and family relationship. Meanwhile, the network of social organization entails pesantren of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), Muhammadiyah, LDII, Jama’ah Tabligh, and Suffah Hizbullah. Furthermore, the network of scientific affinity comprises language science, physical/martial art, and sanad Al-Qur’an. The model of the pesantren network is established through pesantren alumnae’s journey into new places or by Islamic preaching, alumni empowerment, cadres’ regeneration, and service. The degree of consistency is categorized into three levels, namely, consistent, inconsistent, and modification. This network contributes to the development of pesantren and society in Samarinda.

Abstract

Due to the large spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia, the learning process is only limited to face-to-face interactions in locations with a high incidence of infection spread. To accommodate students who attend face-to-face in class or who attend online, teachers can take advantage of online learning media using hybrid learning. The purpose of this study is to explain how to use online learning resources in PAI subjects using a hybrid learning approach. This research is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach with data sourced from the library as a source of information, then the data is analyzed using content analysis. The results of this study indicate that PAI teachers can take advantage of various online learning media platforms, including WhatsApp, Google Classroom, and Zoom Meeting. Teachers can use accessible capabilities to deliver information or materials, monitor attendance, and evaluate students participating in online learning.

Abstract

Kebijakan baru Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia Nomor 262/M/2022 tentang penerapan kurikulum merdeka tingkat Sekolah Dasar. membuat pihak sekolah terutama guru belum memiliki kesiapan yang maksimal sehingga akan mempengaruhi tujuan penerapan kurikulum merdeka yaitu untuk mencapai Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1. untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesiapan Sekolah Dasar Islam di Samarinda dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka, meliputi kesiapan guru, dan  kesiapan perangkat ajar, 2. untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan penerapan kurikulum merdeka, baik internal maupun eksternal, dan 3. untuk mengetahui strategi peningkatan kesiapan penerapan kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Samarinda, Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Guru, dan Tata Usaha pada masing-masing sekolah. Data diperoleh dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan menggunakan uji keabsahan data berupa triangulasi sumber, metode, dan waktu. Data ini kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT yaitu mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal ke dalam faktor kekuatan (strengths), kelemahan (weaknesses), peluang (opportunities), dan tantangan (threats). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, kesiapan penerapan kurikulum merdeka tingkat Sekolah Dasar Islam di Samarinda dikategorikan siap, baik dilihat dari kesiapan guru maupun dari kesiapan perangkat ajar. Kedua, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan penerapan kurikulum merdeka adalah intensitas sosialisasi kebijakan penerapan kurikulum merdeka dan bimbingan teknis terhadap guru-guru serta ketercukupan sarana dan pembiayaan. Ketiga, strategi peningkatan kesiapan penerapan kurikulum merdeka dapat dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu melakukan identifikasi elemen faktor internal dan eksternal dan membuat matriks strategi peningkatan kesiapan penerapan kurikulum merdeka, yaitu dengan fokus pada elemen kekuatan dan peluang (strategi WO), elemen kekuatan dan tantangan (strategi ST), elemen kelamahan dan peluang (strategi WO), dan elemen kelemahan dan tantangan (strategi WT). Sehingga strategi ini dapat digunakan untuk bahan evaluasi dan perbaikan kedepannya dalam pencapaian hasil penerapan kurikulum merdeka.
