Abstract

Kepercayaan publik terhadap lembaga kepolisian merupakan elemen fundamental dalam mencapai tata kelola yang sah dan efektif. Dalam konteks reformasi birokrasi dan transformasi digital, kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital telah menjadi faktor strategis dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan kepercayaan publik. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh kompetensi dan teknologi digital terhadap kinerja kepolisian dan implikasinya terhadap kepercayaan publik, dengan kinerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 223 responden. Semua responden mengevaluasi variabel yang sama: kompetensi, teknologi digital, kinerja, dan kepercayaan publik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan teknologi digital memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kepolisian. Teknologi digital juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan publik, sedangkan kompetensi tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan. Namun, kinerja memainkan peran mediasi yang kuat dalam menghubungkan kompetensi dan teknologi digital dengan kepercayaan publik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze market behavior in the insurance, guarantee, and pension fund sectors in Indonesia through a strategic marketing approach. These three sectors play a crucial role in the national financial system, yet face challenges in terms of market penetration, consumer trust, and adaptation to changing consumer behavior. Using descriptive qualitative methods and literature review, this study examines how industry players design and implement marketing strategies to address domestic market dynamics. Three grand theories are used in this study: the Resource-Based View (RBV) (Barney, 1991), Porter's Five Forces (Porter, 1980), and Diffusion of Innovations (Rogers, 2003). The results indicate that digital integration, personalized service approaches, and increased financial literacy are key factors in shaping consumer behavior and strengthening competitiveness. This study also highlights the importance of collaboration between regulators and industry players in creating a sustainable marketing ecosystem. The strategic implications of these findings provide guidance for policymakers and practitioners in formulating more effective strategies amidst the ever-evolving financial industry landscape.

Abstract

This study examines how ethical moral values and trusted halal information shape halal food purchase commitment among the Indonesian Muslim diaspora in Europe. Integrating value–cognition–behavior and information trust perspectives, this study proposes a dual-pathway model comprising Ethical–Moral Halal Value Attribution (EMHVA), the Halal Information Trust Ecosystem (HITE), and the Halal Quality and Safety Heuristic (HQSH). Data were collected from 173 respondents across nine European countries and analyzed using PLS-SEM. EMHVA does not directly influence purchase commitment but significantly affects HQSH, indicating a strong indirect effect. In contrast, HITE has a significant direct effect on purchase commitment and a weaker effect on HQSH. The mediating role of HQSH in the HITE pathway is marginal. These results suggest that ethical values operate through cognitive evaluation mechanisms, whereas trusted information directly reduces uncertainty and strengthens commitment. This study contributes to the literature by introducing a dual-pathway model that distinguishes between value- and information-driven mechanisms of halal consumption. Practically, it highlights the importance of strengthening credible halal information systems and enhancing quality signaling to support diaspora consumers in complex market environments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze web-based marketing mechanisms integrated with content marketing strategies and social media to enhance customer intimacy at the Gunung Puntang tourist destination. The research method uses an applied qualitative approach based on literature review, a designed web and Instagram platform, and three informants. The results illustrate the importance of integrating content customization (tailoring), informative coaching, and interactive partnerships, which have created an inclusive digital marketing ecosystem at Gunung Puntang. This research contributes to the discourse of smart tourism by demonstrating how digital marketing can be optimized to preserve and promote hybrid historical-natural destinations through enhancing customer intimacy. The study's conclusion illustrates that the integration of website-based content strategies and Instagram has proven effective in building customer intimacy among Generation Z tourists at Gunung Puntang.
