Abstract

Program Asistensi Mengajar merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi pendidikan berbasis pengalaman langsung yang ditujukan untuk membekali mahasiswa calon guru dengan keterampilan pedagogik, manajerial, serta adaptasi teknologi dalam konteks sekolah dasar. Laporan ini merangkum pelaksanaan program Asistensi Mengajar oleh lima mahasiswa Prodi PGSD Universitas Katolik Santo Thomas yang berlangsung selama empat bulan di SD Negeri 065015 Medan Tuntungan. Kegiatan mencakup aspek akademik, non-akademik, administrasi sekolah, serta inovasi dalam pembelajaran melalui pemanfaatan media digital. Mahasiswa mengajar berbagai mata pelajaran inti seperti Matematika, Bahasa Indonesia, IPAS, dan PKN, serta terlibat aktif dalam pengelolaan kelas, pengembangan media pembelajaran, restorasi perpustakaan, perayaan keagamaan, kegiatan olahraga, dan proyek-proyek pembelajaran kontekstual. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam penguasaan kelas, kolaborasi, dan pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran, serta memberikan kontribusi positif bagi sekolah mitra dalam hal ide kreatif dan bantuan operasional. Refleksi menunjukkan bahwa program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kesiapan profesional mahasiswa sebagai calon guru, tetapi juga memperkuat pemahaman mereka terhadap dinamika pendidikan dasar secara nyata. Dengan demikian, program ini terbukti menjadi pengalaman transformatif yang menghubungkan teori pendidikan dengan praktik lapangan secara utuh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Kahoot technology media on student learning outcomes in the IPAS subject for Grade V at SD Negeri 091374 Naga Saribu during the 2024/2025 academic year. The research method employed is an experimental method with a quantitative research type. To obtain the necessary data, a test instrument consisting of 25 questions was used. The research sample comprised 21 students, selected using a saturated sampling technique. To assess the students' initial abilities, a Pre-Test was conducted, yielding an average score of 42.9, which falls into the 'low' category. The Post-Test results showed an improvement from the Pre-Test, with the students' average score reaching 80.38, categorized as 'good'. It can be stated that the level of student learning success increased, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient test results, where the calculated r-value (r_hitung) was greater than or equal to the table r-value (r_tabel), with results of 0.617 ≥ 0.413. Furthermore, hypothesis testing comparing the calculated t-value (t_hitung) to the table t-value (t_tabel) yielded t_hitung = 3.419 and t_tabel = 1.720. Since t_hitung ≥ t_tabel (3.419 ≥ 1.720), the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Through this t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence of Kahoot Technology Media (X) on student learning outcomes (Y).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of class IV IPAS students of SD Negeri 006 Sosorgonting in the 2024/2025 Academic Year as seen from the results of daily test scores. This type of research is quantitative research using the one group pretest posttest design method. The type of sample used is purposive sampling. The research sample used was class IVB students totaling 30 students. To determine the initial abilities of students, the study conducted a Pretest with an average score of 54.4 which is included in the less category. The results of the Pretest have increased from the results of the Posttest given previously with an average student score reaching 75.06 with a good category. It can be said that the level of success of student learning outcomes using the Jigsaw type cooperative model has increased and has an effect with a strong category as evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient test calculation obtained the results of r_count ≥ r_table with a result of 0.778 ≥ 0.361. Furthermore, the hypothesis test that compares the value of t_count ≥ t_table. The t_count value is obtained = 6.552 while t_table = 1.697. Because t_count ≥ t_table (6.552 ≥ 1.697) then H_a is accepted and H_o is rejected. Through the t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model on learning outcomes in the subject of science for grade IV at SD Negeri 006 Sosorgonting in the 2024/2025 academic year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajaran DiscoveryLearning dalam meningkatkan karakter siswa sekolah dasar melalui pembelajaran PendidikanKewarganegaraan (PKn). Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya pengembangankarakter sejak dini, khususnya melalui mata pelajaran PKn yang sarat dengan nilai-nilai moral dankebangsaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan duasiklus pada siswa kelas V SDN Beranti. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara,dan dokumentasi, sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi aktivitas guru dansiswa, serta angket karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Discovery Learningmampu meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif siswa, kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta pemahaman siswaterhadap materi PKn yang berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai karakter seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dankerja sama. Peningkatan tersebut terlihat dari skor rata-rata karakter siswa yang meningkat dari 65,3pada pra-siklus menjadi 81,7 pada akhir siklus kedua. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaranDiscovery Learning efektif digunakan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran untuk menumbuhkandan meningkatkan karakter siswa di sekolah dasar melalui pembelajaran PKn.

Abstract

Program Asistensi Mengajar merupakan bagian dari implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang bertujuan memberikan pengalaman langsung kepada mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program asistensi mengajar oleh mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Katolik Santo Thomas di UPT SD Negeri 064023 Medan Tuntungan Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi laporan kegiatan, lembar penilaian, dan refleksi individu mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan akademik seperti pembelajaran IPAS, Matematika, literasi membaca dan menulis, serta kegiatan non-akademik seperti senam pagi, upacara bendera, kegiatan keagamaan, dan administrasi sekolah. Refleksi mahasiswa memperlihatkan peningkatan keterampilan pedagogis, kemampuan beradaptasi, dan kematangan profesional dalam menjalani peran sebagai calon guru. Program ini terbukti memberikan manfaat besar, baik bagi mahasiswa, sekolah mitra, maupun institusi perguruan tinggi dalam rangka peningkatan mutu pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student Mathematics learning outcomes through Realistic Mathematics Education. This research is action research, where the subjects of this research are class III students at SD Negeri 181021 Pancur Batu. Data collection techniques involve observing teacher and student activities, and testing student learning outcomes. The results of research conducted on the pre-test scores of students who completed were only 6 or 28.57%, while students who did not complete were 15 or 71.42%. The results of the research in cycle I were 14 students who got a pass mark or 66.66%, while 7 students or 33.33% did not complete it with an average score of 61.09%. In cycle II, there were 17 students who got a complete score or 80.95%. Meanwhile, 4 students or 19.04% did not complete with an average score of 75.09%. Furthermore, teacher activities in the first cycle of observation obtained an average of 50% and in the second cycle it increased to 84%. Meanwhile, student activity in the learning process in cycle I obtained a score of 52 with sufficient criteria and in cycle II experienced an increase with a score of 86 with very good criteria.

This research aims to determine the influence of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Cooperative Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes in Theme 8 Our Friend's Environment Class V of State Elementary School 155701 Pahieme 2 Learning Year 2023/2024. The research method used is an experimental method with a quantitative research type. The total research sample was 30 students based on purposive sampling technique. To determine students' initial abilities, the research conducted a Pre Test with an average score of 52.63 which was in the poor category. The results of the Post Test have improved from the Pre Test results given previously with the students' average score reaching 75.53 in the good category. It can be said that the level of success in student learning outcomes has increased as evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient test calculation, which obtained r_count ≥ r_tabel with results of 0.766 ≥ 0.361. Next, hypothesis testing is comparing the t_count≥ t_table values. The obtained value of t_count = 6.311 while t_table = 1.697. Because t_count ≤ t_table (6.311 ≥ 1.697) then H_a is accepted and H_o is rejected. Through the t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between the Team Assisted Individualization type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes.

This research aims to determine the effect of the inquiry learning model on student learning outcomes in class IV Mathematics at SD Negeri 22 Sigaol Marbun for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used is an experimental method with a quantitative research type. To obtain the data required a test instrument of 25 questions. The total research sample was 31 students based on purposive sampling technique. To determine students' initial abilities, the research conducted a Pre Test with an average score of 56.77 which was included in the poor category. The results of the Post Test have improved from the Pre Test results given previously with the students' average score reaching 73.29 in the good category. It can be said that the level of success in student learning outcomes has increased as evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient test calculation, which obtained r_count ≥r_tabel with results of 0.716 ≥ 0.355. Next, hypothesis testing compares the t_count ≥t_table value. The obtained value of t_count = 5.523 while t_table = 1.696. Because t_count ≥t_table (5.523 ≥ 1.696) then H_a is accepted and H_o is rejected. Through the t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between the Inquiry learning model (X) on student learning outcomes (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendalami integrasi media gambar dalam pembelajaran tematik kelas II untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Selama dua siklus, penelitian ini mengamati aktivitas siswa dan intervensi guru untuk menilai dampak penggunaan media visual terhadap motivasi dan kinerja akademik. Pada siklus I terdapat korelasi positif antara penggunaan media visual dengan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan aktivitas pembelajaran observasi sebesar 73,58%. Namun, perbedaan di antara siswa mendorong penyelidikan lebih lanjut. Siklus II yang dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi kekurangan yang teridentifikasi pada Siklus I menghasilkan peningkatan yang signifikan, mencapai persentase observasi tertinggi yaitu 89,75% pada aktivitas belajar siswa. Hal ini menggarisbawahi keefektifan penyesuaian yang dilakukan, menekankan pengaruh positif media visual dalam pembelajaran tematik dan stimulasi motivasi siswa. Peningkatan partisipasi siswa secara bersamaan menjadi 86,25% menunjukkan dampak motivasi dari faktor eksternal, seperti media visual. Observasi aktivitas guru pada Siklus II menunjukkan keberhasilan upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa mencapai prestasi mengesankan sebesar 89,75%. Hal ini menggarisbawahi peran penting guru dalam menggunakan beragam strategi dan media untuk memenuhi beragam kebutuhan dan keingintahuan siswa. Studi ini menyimpulkan dengan menganjurkan penggunaan strategis sumber daya multimedia untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belajar, memberikan kontribusi wawasan berharga ke dalam interaksi dinamis antara metode pengajaran, pemanfaatan media, dan motivasi siswa untuk kemajuan strategi pengajaran yang efektif dan menarik.
