Abstract

Exploring the multifaceted dynamics of customer loyalty in Islamic banking, this study investigates the roles of trust and corporate image in Eastern Indonesia's Islamic banking sector. Employing structural equation modelling (SEM) as the analytical tool, the research uncovers the intricate interplay between corporate image, trust, and customer loyalty. Results indicate that a solid corporate image significantly and positively influences customer trust. This trust is crucial in boosting customer loyalty towards Islamic banking services. Highlighting the importance of corporate image, the study reveals its role as a cornerstone in building and reinforcing customer trust, which is crucial for fostering long-term customer relationships. The research provides strategic insights for Islamic banks in Eastern Indonesia, suggesting that a focus on enhancing corporate image and trust can lead to increased customer loyalty. This contribution enriches the understanding of loyalty dynamics within the Islamic banking sector, underscoring the significance of trust and corporate image in the unique market context of Eastern Indonesia.

Abstract

The selection of operational management processes is significantly influenced by technology, which can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of company operations. The application of information technology enables organizations to manage equipment, human resources, and production processes in a more efficient and effective manner. In the selection of operational management processes, information technology plays a pivotal role in identifying and selecting production processes that align with the needs of the organization. Furthermore, information technology facilitates the implementation of effective human resource management systems. This paper examines the role of technology in operational management process selection and the impact of information technology on organizational operations.

Abstract

This systematic literature review (SLR) article discusses the role of e-commerce education to increase the economic growth of generation z (Gen Z) in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine aspects of e-commerce education to support the economic growth of Gen Z in Indonesia. E-commerce education is understood as a place to form the right self-potential to improve Gen Z's digital skills. The method of writing a systematic literature review (SLR) article is a library research method sourced from the Scopus database. The results of this literature review study found that e-commerce education integrated with industry can create Gen Z who have skills in managing digital technology, creativity, and are able to adapt according to the job market. The implications of this study are to encourage the government, academics, and industry players to assist Gen Z through e-commerce education so that their potential becomes a source of economic growth in Indonesia in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of management accounting systems on the performance of culinary MSMEs and test the role of sustainability reporting as a moderation variable. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 culinary MSMEs operating in the central area of Makassar City. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that the management accounting system does not have a significant effect on business performance. This indicates that most MSMEs still do not make optimal use of accounting information in decision-making. Meanwhile, sustainability reporting has been proven to have a positive and significant influence on business performance. However, sustainability reporting is not able to moderate the relationship between management accounting systems and business performance. These findings show that sustainability practices have a more direct role in improving the performance of MSMEs compared to management accounting systems that have not been implemented effectively. This research contributes to the development of management and sustainability accounting literature, as well as provides practical implications for MSME actors in improving business performance through the integration of information systems and sustainable business practices.
