Abstract

Salah satu profil lulusan jenjang sarjana (S-1) dalam capaian pembelajaran dan standar nasional Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia adalah menjadi wirausahawan pemula bidang bahasa, sastra, dan pendidikan. Mahasiswa diharapkan mampu merintis wirausaha untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan membuka lapangan kerja dalam bidang bahasa, sastra, dan Pendidikan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mengembangkan kemahiran dan keterampilan menulis teks persuasi bertema kewirausahaan bagi mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. Pelatihan ini dilakukan melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan berupa pelatihan dan lokakarya. Metode yang diterapkan yaitu metode ceramah dalam penyampaian materi, demonstrasi, dan praktikum. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa sangat antusias mengikuti seluruh tahapan kegiatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari keaktifan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan menulis teks persuasi bertema kewirausahaan. Selain itu, keterampilan mahasiswa menulis teks persuasi bertema kewirausahaan menunjukkan perkembangan yang signifikan yang terlihat dari luaran kegiatan berupa produk tulisan teks persuasi mahasiswa yang dibuat secara kreatif dan inovatif.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) to describe the speech behavior of teachers and students in learning Indonesian at MTSS Asaasunnajaah Aceh Besar, and 2) to describe The function of speech behavior of teachers and students in learning Indonesian at MTSS Asaasunnajaah Aceh Besar. The sample of this study is the teacher who taught Indonesian and the VI,VII, and IX grade students  of MTSS Asaasunnajah Aceh Besar. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The data in this study are the speeches of teachers and students when interacting in classroom. The data source of this study are Indonesian teachers of MTSS Asaasunnajaah Aceh Besar and students in grades VI,VII and IX. The data collection technique used in this study are observation, notion and recording. The data collection techniques in this study are the technique of transcription, data selection, data presentation and conclusion drawing.  Based on the data analysis, command voice operations are more widely used than other forms of voice operations. From the research results, it can be seen that the form of command voice action and the function of command voice action used by Indonesian teachers are the form of voice action command 10, request 5, invitation 3, suggestion 5, criticism 4 and prohibition 3. The functions of verbal actions encountered include: command 10, suggest 5, invite 3, prohibit 4, criticize 4 and inquiry 4

Abstract

This research aims to describe the vitality of the Lauje language as an enclave of ethnic minority languages in Tolitoli Regency, Central Sulawesi. The method used is a sociolinguistic approach with questionnaires, interviews, observation, and recording techniques. Next, it was analyzed descriptively based on frequency and percentage calculations and processed using the SPSS program. The results of the analysis show that the vitality of the Lauje language based on age, those aged 40–50 years and those aged over 60 years is still very strong, namely the Lauje language, and those aged under 20 years and those aged 20–39 years are in a position that is vulnerable to decline. Furthermore, the vitality of the Lauje language is based on education; respondents with no school education and stable basic education maintain their Lauje language but have the potential to experience decline. The vitality of the Lauje language in the family domain based on work as farmers is still stable in maintaining its language, and those who work as housewives are still very strong in maintaining their language. The Lauje language is in a safe position. Overall, the vitality of using the Lauje language in the family domain is 0.69, which means that the vitality of the Lauje language in the family domain is in a stable, steady position but has the potential to experience decline.

Abstract

Geographical Phenomenon of Toponymy Meaning in Makassar City. This study aims to describe the toponymy and naming aspects of the origin of the name of the earth in Makassar City and its surroundings based on the description of the origin of the name.  This research uses qualitative descriptive methods with observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and literature review.   The data will be analyzed by classifying as a whole. The stages carried out are classifying the names of the earth's appearance in the form of village names, village names, and sub-district names in the Makassar City area and its surroundings. The results of the analysis show that the naming of toponymy (the name of the earth) in Makassar City means embodiment and community.  The aspect of embodiment is naming based on plants, animals, terrain, and naming based on the form of natural objects.   Furthermore, naming based on social aspects, namely naming based on the form of activities, character names, and naming   based on expectations.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the practice of power domination in the drama script I Maddi Daeng Rimakka through the lens of Norman Fairclough's CDA framework. This research focuses on the potential for domination of power as reflected in the dialogue spoken by I Maddi Daeng Rimakka. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data for this research is in the form of conversations that occurred in the manuscript I Maddi Daeng Rimakka. The data source for this research is the drama script I Maddi Daeng Rimakka. The data that has been collected is processed using a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The data analysis approach goes through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results reveal that there is a power relationship through the expression I Maddi Daeng Rimakka as a form of representation of the power one has and creates a hierarchical structure.

Abstract

The novel is a complex form of literature that explores issues in life, including social, moral, religious, and other values. Novelist Dee Lestari, with her work Rapijali: 1 Mencari, introduces teenage characters to depict ideologies in her work. Ideology in the novel serves the purpose of proposing change, improving systems, or altering behavior. This research analyzes the ideology in Dee Lestari's novel using van Dijk's Critical Discourse Analysis. The research method employed is content analysis, collecting data from the novel Rapijali: 1 Mencari and identifying implicit ideologies in themes such as family, politics, music, and friendship. The research findings reveal four ideologies: Humanism, Authoritarianism, Democracy, and Liberalism. This study illustrates how ideologies can be reflected in social, political, and cultural relationships, emphasizing the importance of understanding ideology in literary analysis.

Abstract

This research aims to describe students' needs for independent learning based on digital literacyin scientific writing courses. This research approach is a mixed approach that combines quantitativemethods and qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used in this research were throughquestionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. This research was conducted on students who weregoing to take a scientific paper writing course. The number of subjects in this research was 100 studentsand 1 lecturer. The research results show that (1) Learning to write scientific papers is one of the coursesin the group of creative skills courses. (2) The course on writing scientific papers is taught in the fourthsemester with a credit load of 3 with the aim of making students understand the various theories of writingscientific papers and being able to apply them in preparing scientific papers. (3) Learning to writescientific papers is ideally carried out using an independent learning model. (4) Use of various kinds ofeasily accessible references such as e-books and online journals which really support independent learningin learning to write scientific papers. (5) Learning to write

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran probing prompting yang digunakan dalam meningkatan keterampilan menulis teks observasi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Galesong Selatan, (2) mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil pembelajaran menulis teks observasi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Galesong Selatan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran probing prompting. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, angket, dokumentasi, dan tugas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 7 langkah dalam penerapan model pembelajaran probing prompting. Peningkatan hasil pembelajaran dapat dilihat berdasarkan nilai rata-rata menulis teks observasi dari siklus I sampai siklus III. Hasil pengerjaan tugas siswa pada siklus I mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 26,75 dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II sebesar 60,68, sehingga peningkatannya sebesar 33,93%, sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 60,68 mengalami peningkatan pada siklus III sebesar 85,17, sehingga peningkatannya sebesar 24,48%. Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran probing prompting, keterampilan menulis, teks observasi.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia di tingkat gampong (desa) perlu dilaksanakan secara kontinu, khususnya pendampingan bagi Ibu Ibu Rumah Tangga (IRT) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan produksi pangan sederhana. Namun, rendahnya pengetahuan IRT dalam proses produksi pangan sederhana masih sangat rendah, sehingga peluang peningkatan sumber daya desa tidak dapat dikembangkan maksimal. Metode yang diadaptasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pemberian pelatihan produksi pangan sederhana yaitu kue Bapia. Sampel kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ibu ibu rumah tangga yang berdomisili di Desa Lamreh, Kecamatan Mesjid Raya, Aceh Besar berjumlah 17 peserta. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengn berkolaborasi dengan mahasiswa yang melaksanakan kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di desa tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, antusiasme Ibu Ibu rumah tangga dalam mengikuti kegiatan sangat tinggi. Interaksi selama kegiatan berlangsung sangat baik dan banyak hal baru terkait trik produksi sederhana yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan ini. Pada akhir kegiatan pengetahuan IRT terhadap proses produksi Kue Bapia dan bagaimana proses pengemasan mampu ditingkatkan. Keywords: pelatihan; Ibu rumah tangga; produksi pangan sederhana.PENDAHULUAN

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yakni untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran dosen mengenai pentingnya proses update data secara regular di platform Sinta dan Sister. Kegiatan ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk percepatan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pencapaian Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU). Terdapat 4 tahap dalam kegiatan ini yakni berupa analisis kebutuhan pelaksanaan program, pengembangan materi pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pada saat pelatihan dan pasca pendampingan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan klinik pemutakhiran data dosen di Sister dan Sinta berpotensi meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran dosen mengenai pentingnya update data di Sister dan Sinta. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan data dosen di Sister dan Sinta baik itu data pengalaman bekerja dosen di luar perguruan tinggi, pengalaman melakukan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat, dokumen sertifikasi keahlian, jumlah publikasi di tingkat nasional dan internasional, jumlah buku, dan produk hak kekayaan intelektual.  Kata Kunci: Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU), Sinta, Sister, Produktivitas Dosen
