Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian minuman varian susu di Kedai Lab Milk Candi Sidoarjo. Dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan metpde pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan  accidental sampling, dimana sampel yang dipilih secara sengaja dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden sebanyak 56 responden. Data yang digunakan di penelitian ini data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisa data SEM-PLS dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah Analisa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kata kunci:  Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian, Susu. This study aims to analyze the effect of Product Quality and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions for milk variant drinks at Kedai Lab Milk Candi Sidoarjo. This study uses a non-probability sampling method with an accidental sampling approach, where the sample is selected intentionally by distributing questionnaires to 56 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. This study uses the SEM-PLS data analysis method using Smart PLS software. The data analysis techniques used are validity test analysis, reliability test and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality and Service Quality have a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions. Abstract

Salah satu hal krusial yang perlu dikuasai mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan penelitian adalah penguasaan beragam jenis data seperti data makro. data ini penting dikuasai untuk mendukung pengembangan kebaharuan dalam penyusunan karya ilmiah, penelitian, maupun tugas akhir. Namun masih banyak mahasiswa yang belum menguasai konsep dan teknik pengumpulan data makro. Oleh sebab itu, diadakan pelatihan pengenalan data makro yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 Agustus 2025 di Laboratorium Ekonomi Pertanian Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur. Peserta adalah 40 mahasiswa Agribisnis. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan skill mahasiswa dalam memanfaatkan data sekunder makro. Metode yang digunakan yaitu perumusan materi dan metode pembelajaran, pemilihan narasumber, pelaksanaan sesi diskusi, dan evaluasi dengan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil evaluasi pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan bahwa, pemahaman peserta terkait data makro meningkat  11,1%-3,8% dari 88,9%-96,2% menjadi 100%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan  data makro benar-benar memberikan dampak yang signifikan dan positif bagi peserta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik sosiodemografi, seperti usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pendapatan dan ukuran struktur rumah tangga terhadap pola konsumsi Food Away from Home (FAFH) pada rumah tangga di Surabaya Barat serta mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis faktor sosiodemografi yang paling dominan memengaruhi frekuensi dan jenis pola konsumsi Food Away from Home (FAFH) pada rumah tangga di Surabaya Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Multistage Sampling karena sesuai untuk wilayah luas seperti Surabaya Barat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian karakteristik sosiodemografi seperti usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pendapatan, dan ukuran struktur rumah tangga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pola konsumsi FAFH, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua variabel sosiodemografi yang diuji memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pola konsumsi makanan di luar rumah di Surabaya Barat. Faktor sosiodemografi yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi frekuensi dan jenis pola konsumsi FAFH. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan memiliki nilai koefisien yang paling tinggi dan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pola konsumsi makan di luar rumah. Rumah tangga dengan pendapatan yang lebih tinggi lebih cenderung menghabiskan lebih banyak uang untuk makan di luar rumah, memilih tempat makan yang lebih berkualitas, dan lebih sering mengonsumsi makanan di luar rumah untuk kenyamanan dan alasan sosial. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan bukan hanya menentukan kemampuan ekonomi, tetapi juga mempengaruhi pilihan gaya hidup dan kebiasaan konsumsi makanan yang lebih sering mengarah ke Food Away from Home.

Abstract

Sweet potato is a food crop that is high in carbohydrates. Many people still consume sweet potatoes in their whole form, such as steamed, boiled, baked, or even fried. In fact, sweet potatoes can be processed into high-value products, such as sweet potato noodles. The training was conducted by UPN “Veteran” East Java students to the women of the Madani farmer women's group as a form of community service. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the added value of organic purple sweet potato commodities into chicken noodles at Twelve's Organic. The methods used are lectures, practice, and evaluation. The training activities and results went well and smoothly. This can be seen from the active participants who participated in the training event according to the timeline that had been made, as well as the discussions during the training.

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk mendukung transformasi digital bagi pelaku UMKM di bawah naungan BUMDes Langgeng Jaya, Desa Gempol, Kabupaten Nganjuk. Fokus utama kegiatan ini adalah pengembangan dan pelatihan pengelolaan website sebagai sarana promosi dan pemasaran produk lokal, seperti kerajinan tangan, hasil pertanian, dan makanan olahan. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu identifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan website, pelatihan literasi digital, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Website yang dikembangkan berfungsi menampilkan katalog produk, profil pengrajin, informasi harga, dan kontak pemesanan agar mampu menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 30 peserta yang terdiri atas pengurus BUMDes, perwakilan kelurahan, dan pelaku UMKM. Hasil evaluasi yang menggunakan pengukuran pemahaman sebelum dan sesudah pemaparan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman digital, dengan nilai rata-rata peserta meningkat dari 5,6 pada pre-test menjadi 9,2 pada post-test. Capaian ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan berjalan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam pengelolaan website dan strategi pemasaran digital. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan pelaku UMKM Desa Gempol mampu memanfaatkan teknologi secara mandiri untuk memperkuat daya saing, memperluas jangkauan pasar, serta mendorong keberlanjutan ekonomi desa di era digital. Kata kunci: digital marketing; digital transformation; community empowerment; msmes; website development. Abstract This community service activity is carried out to support digital transformation for MSME actors under the management of BUMDes Langgeng Jaya, Gempol Village, Nganjuk Regency. The main focus of this activity is the development and training of website management as a means to promote and market local products, such as handicrafts, agricultural products, and processed foods. The program is implemented through four stages: needs identification, website design, digital literacy training, and activity evaluation. The developed website functions to display product catalogs, artisan profiles, pricing information, and order contact details, enabling it to reach a wider market. The training was attended by 30 participants, including BUMDes administrators, village representatives, and MSME actors. Evaluation using pre-test and post-test measurements shows a significant increase in digital understanding, with the participants’ average score rising from 5.6 in the pre-test to 9.2 in the post-test. These results confirm that the training effectively improves participants’ skills in website management and digital marketing strategies. Through this activity, it is expected that MSME actors in Gempol Village can independently utilize technology to strengthen competitiveness, expand market reach, and promote the sustainability of the village economy in the digital era. Keywords: community empowerment; digital marketing; digital transformation; msmes; website development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, lokasi, dan media sosial terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli produk kopi keliling, dengan fokus pada Generasi Z di Surabaya. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 68 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, lokasi, dan media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara kualitas produk tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku usaha kopi keliling dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan relevan bagi konsumen khususnya Gen Z.

Abstract

The spread of fake fertilizers in Lamongan Regency is increasing, so farmers must be selective in choosing and using fertilizers for their rice fields. The demonstration plot socialization activity aims to increase the knowledge of farmers in Sukoanyar Village regarding the procedure for using fertilizers with the right dosage and how to distinguish fake fertilizers from quality fertilizers. In addition, there is soil testing on farmers' rice fields to determine the condition of their soil so that they can determine the right dose of fertilizer. The target of the demonstration plot socialization activities of the MUT (Soil Test Car) Team were farmers in Sukoanyar Village, Turi District, Lamongan Regency. The final evaluation results showed that there was an increase in farmers' knowledge by 1.5 points from before the socialization activities.

Abstract

Cakru Village in Jember Regency, Indonesia, has great economic and cultural potential but has not been optimally utilized. Data collection of MSMEs from various hamlets shows the diversity of local economic sectors. This activity aims to increase public awareness of this potential through socialization and rebranding of social media. This program involves preparation by means of observation and interviews, implementation of socialization, and evaluation using pre-test and post-test. The results of the pre-test showed that public knowledge of village potential was still low. After the socialization, there was a significant increase in awareness of village potential from the Cakru Village community who participated in the socialization, as much as 90%, especially regarding the potential of MSMEs and Japanese protection tourism. In addition, the rebranding of Instagram from the old account to the new account @discoverycakru.id successfully introduced MSMEs and historical sites with a focus on innovative content. This program shows the effectiveness of social media in increasing visibility and support for the local economy, as well as introducing the unique culture of Cakru Village to a wider audience.

Abstract

This community service activity is motivated by the importance of empowering women through developing environmentally friendly, locally-based skills. The PKK women of Ngagel Rejo Village, Surabaya, as community service partners, have great potential in developing ecoprint crafts as a creative and sustainable business. However, limited knowledge and technical skills are the main obstacles in developing these products. The objective of this activity is to improve the understanding, skills, and environmental awareness of PKK members through training in making ecoprint tote bags using the pounding technique. The methods used include preparation, socialization, demonstration, hands-on practice, and pretest and posttest-based evaluation. The results of the activity showed an average increase in participant scores of 36.88 points, reflecting a significant increase in understanding and skills. The evaluation also showed that 100% of participants felt the training provided new insights, and the majority were interested in developing ecoprint as a creative product. This activity not only has a positive impact on strengthening women's capacity but also supports the principles of environmental conservation and household-based business opportunities

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price, agent service, sales location, and brand image on consumer satisfaction and loyalty toward BULOG rice in Mojokerto. Using a quantitative approach with 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling, data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) in SmartPLS. The results indicate that while product quality, agent service, and sales location significantly influence satisfaction, they function as "hygiene factors" with small effect sizes. A notable "price disconnect" was identified: affordability strongly drives satisfaction (p=0.007) but fails to significantly foster loyalty (p=0.265). Conversely, brand image does not influence satisfaction (p=0.845) but acts as a "security anchor" that directly sustains loyalty (p=0.014) through institutional trust. Predictive relevance was confirmed using the PLSpredict procedure, showing robust Q2 values of 0.497 for satisfaction and 0.620 for loyalty. These findings suggest that BULOG should pivot from general marketing to operational excellence, focusing on quality SOPs and standardized agent services to transform institutional credibility into lasting consumer commitment.
