This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price, agent service, sales location, and brand image on consumer satisfaction and loyalty toward BULOG rice in Mojokerto. Using a quantitative approach with 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling, data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) in SmartPLS. The results indicate that while product quality, agent service, and sales location significantly influence satisfaction, they function as "hygiene factors" with small effect sizes. A notable "price disconnect" was identified: affordability strongly drives satisfaction (p=0.007) but fails to significantly foster loyalty (p=0.265). Conversely, brand image does not influence satisfaction (p=0.845) but acts as a "security anchor" that directly sustains loyalty (p=0.014) through institutional trust. Predictive relevance was confirmed using the PLSpredict procedure, showing robust Q2 values of 0.497 for satisfaction and 0.620 for loyalty. These findings suggest that BULOG should pivot from general marketing to operational excellence, focusing on quality SOPs and standardized agent services to transform institutional credibility into lasting consumer commitment.

Fish is a biological resource in the form of aquatic biota which has the widest number and distribution on earth. The wide distribution of fish supports the large number of species diversity so that it occupies the largest percentage of vertebrate groups. SEAMEO BIOTROP (Southeast Asian Regional Center for Tropical Biology) is a Southeast Asian Ministers of Education’s Organization that provides programs for agricultural students. SEAMEO BIOTROP has several apprenticeship divisions, one of which is Sustainable Urban Agriculture Practitioner (PPB) which studies various problems and solutions to agriculture in the environment urban area. The sub-topic in the internship activities of the PPB division is Red Tilapia (Oreochromis sp.) cultivation with the Yumina and Bumina techniques which can be carried out in urban areas. The activities carried out include: 1. Seeding, 2. Maintenance, 3. Treatment. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge, understanding, and skills in cultivating red tilapia properly and correctly so that it can grow and generate large profits at harvest for the community.

Making this soap aims to provide an explanation for making solid soap made from lemon essential oil as an effort to improve community skills and can be applied by the community in the future as a business. Soap making is done by heating coconut oil at a temperature of 800C. Mix 30% NaOH with heated oil until it becomes homogeneous, stirring continuously until the saponification process is perfect. Add the stearic acid which has been dissolved in the alcohol and stir until smooth, add the white sugar and stir again, add the glycerin while stirring, add the foam booster while continuing to stir until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Add coloring and fragrance, namely lemon oil, which is carried out at 400C. Pour the mixture into the mold and let it sit for 15-30 minutes. The soap has hardened and can be removed from the mold. The tests performed were preference, allergy, aroma, color, froth and density tests. The result shows that solid soap has been successfully made, but still requires some further refinement regarding the density and transparency of the soap. With the procedures for making soap and the analytical test that the author described above, new knowledge and skills can be used for the community as well as solid soap business opportunities

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen produksi yang dilaksanakan oleh Unit Pertanian Puspa Agraria dalam budidaya melon hidroponik. Unit Pertanian Puspa Agraria merupakan greenhouse melon hidroponik yang dikelola oleh BumDes Puspa Nagari dan berlokasi di Desa Bedali, Kecamatan Lawang, Kabupaten Malang dengan luas lahan sekitar 800 m². Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga April 2026. Responden penelitian ini ada 4 yaitu direktur BumDes, pengurus teknis, dan tenaga kerja. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen produksi melon hidroponik pada Unit Pertanian Puspa Agraria meliputi lima tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan pengendalian namun, terdapat manajemen yang belum terlaksana dengan baik dan perlu dilakukannya evaluasi dan serta perbaikan terutama pada manajemen perencanaan yang menjadi dasar kegiatan. Kontribusi praktis dari penelitian ini, yaitu menjadi dasar bagi pelaku usaha yang ingin memproduksi melon hidroponik serupa dengan mengadopsi teknologi inovasi berupa penanaman hidroponik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penambahan wawasan dan evaluasi tenaga kerja serta melakukan pengolahan pada melon yang tidak dapat dijual secara mentah.

Ready-to-drink (RTD) coffee beverages are increasingly favored by urban consumers due to their convenience. One of the most popular products is Nescafé in ready-to-drink packaging. This study aims to analyze consumer purchase preferences for Nescafé RTD coffee in Surabaya, specifically at Alfamidi in the Mulyorejo District. A descriptive quantitative method was used, employing a survey approach with 50 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire measuring eight product quality attributes: performance, features, reliability, conformance to specifications, durability, serviceability, esthetics, and perceived quality. The data were analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Potential Gain in Customer Value (PGCV). The findings indicate that there are attributes in Quadrant I of the IPA that need to be prioritized for improvement, namely attribute P3 (attractive flavor variants), attribute P11 (portable packaging), and attribute P12 (customer care). PGCV results reinforce this conclusion, with the highest PGCV scores also corresponding to these attributes. The study recommends that the company focus on improving packaging design and developing new flavor innovations to enhance consumer satisfaction and loyalty

Business legality through the ownership of a Business Identification Number (NIB) is an essential prerequisite for MSME and BUMDes actors to gain access to government support, financing, and professional business development. However, in Kemiri Village, Puspo Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency, the level of understanding and ownership of the NIB remains very low due to limited legal literacy and access to information. This community service activity aims to enhance public awareness, knowledge, and skills in managing NIB as a form of business legality. The targets of this business legality assistance activity are MSME actors in Kemiri Village and the village officials themselves. The methods used include socialization, surveys, demonstrations, and direct technical assistance to MSME actors and BUMDes managers. The results of the activity show a significant increase in participants' understanding of the functions, benefits, and procedures for obtaining an NIB, demonstrated by a 64% increase in pre-test and post-test scores. All assisted participants successfully obtained NIBs, both for individual micro businesses and village institutions. The issuance of the NIB strengthens the legal standing of business actors, opens access to government programs, and encourages sustainable village economic development. The NIB assistance program has proven effective as an empowerment strategy based on legality and local potential.

Jepang merupakan salah satu negara tujuan utama ekspor porang olahan Indonesia. Perubahan harga ekspor pada beberapa periode menunjukkan adanya fluktuasi sehingga perlu dianalisis untuk mengetahui pola pergerakan dan memperkirakan harga pada periode berikutnya. Informasi tersebut penting sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan perdagangan porang olahan di pasar ekspor. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis fluktuasi dan melakukan forecasting harga ekspor porang olahan Indonesia ke Jepang. Penelitian menggunakan data bulanan Januari 2017–Desember 2025 dengan pendekatan time series melalui model Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average dan uji Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity Lagrange Multiplier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga ekspor porang olahan Indonesia ke Jepang mengalami fluktuasi pada beberapa periode. Model Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average terbaik mampu menggambarkan pola pergerakan harga dan digunakan untuk memprediksi harga ekspor pada periode berikutnya. Hasil forecasting menunjukkan bahwa harga ekspor selama Januari–Desember 2026 cenderung stabil dengan perubahan yang relatif kecil. The production process is a key activity in the agro-industry that determines the company's success in meeting market demand efficiently. CV Kopi Citarasa Persada is a robusta ground coffee processing company that faces problems in controlling raw material inventory in the form of dried coffee beans, labels, and stand-up pouches which impacts high inventory costs and the risk of raw material shortages. This study aims to project the demand for robusta ground coffee in 2026 and plan raw material inventory with minimal inventory costs. The method used is Monte Carlo simulation forecasting and lot sizing techniques in MRP, namely Lot For Lot (LFL) and Fixed Period Requirement (FPR). The results show that the projected demand for robusta ground coffee in 2026 is 1,821 kg with Monte Carlo simulation validation resulting in a MAPE of 16.15%, including the good category. The results of MRP for 48 weekly periods and produce raw material requirements in the form of 3,642 kg of dried coffee beans, 1,821 pcs labels, and 1,821 pcs stand-up pouches . The LFL technique resulted in 48 ordering frequencies with a total inventory cost of Rp764,050 for dried coffee beans and Rp815,752 for labels and stand-up pouches . Meanwhile, the FPR technique resulted in 10 ordering frequencies with a total inventory cost of Rp278,833 for dried coffee beans and Rp289,532 for labels and stand-up pouches . The FPR technique is the best alternative method because it is able to minimize total inventory costs.

Price index is an important tool for measuring price changes at both the producer and consumer levels through the Producer Price Index (PPI) and the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The relationship between these two indices remains a controversial issue, particularly in Indonesia’s agricultural sector, which is characterized by complex market structures, including small-scale enterprises, dependence on natural factors, and lengthy distribution chains. This study aims to analyze the short-term and long-term relationships between the PPI and CPI in Indonesia’s agricultural sector over the period 2013–2023. Secondary data were obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency (Badan Pusat Statistik) and analyzed using the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) stationarity test, Johansen cointegration test, and Vector Autoregression (VAR) estimation. The results indicate that there is no cointegration between the PPI and CPI, implying the absence of a long-term relationship. The VAR(1) estimation further shows that the PPI and CPI do not influence each other in the short run, except for the PPI’s influence on itself. These findings highlight the presence of asymmetric price transmission, where changes in producer prices are not always passed on to consumers. Kinerja ekspor lada Indonesia sebagai salah satu komoditas perkebunan unggulan masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama berkaitan dengan kualitas fasilitasi perdagangan, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, rendahnya efisiensi logistik, dan lemahnya tata kelola institusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitasi perdagangan terhadap ekspor lada Indonesia ke negara tujuan utama. Metode yang digunakan adalah model gravitasi dengan pendekatan data panel untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja ekspor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel GDP Indonesia, GDP negara tujuan utama, jarak ekonomi, dan indeks persepsi korupsi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ekspor lada Indonesia. Sebaliknya, variabel indeks kualitas infrastruktur perdagangan dan transportasi serta indeks kompetensi dan kualitas logistik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ekspor lada. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor ekonomi dan kelembagaan memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan kinerja ekspor lada Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya perbaikkan tata kelola, peningkatan efisiensi logistik, serta penguatan infrastruktur perdagangan untuk meningkatan kinerja ekspor lada Indonesia.
