Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. The population and sample in this research were 32 employees. The research results show that organizational culture, work motivation and work environment simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The conclusion of the research is that improving organizational culture, work motivation and work environment can encourage maximum employee performance. Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of price, promotion and location on consumer loyalty at PT. Karya Sukses Maju Bersama. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative research method with a type of quantitative descriptive research that is explanatory. This analysis method uses software tools from SPSS 25 to analyze the results of the calculations of tests, such as classical assumption testing and multiple linear regression. The population in this study are all customers of PT. Karya Sukses Maju Bersama. . The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling. The number of non-probability samples is 100 consumers, namely by determining 10 customers for 10 days of research. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the f test research where the result is that F count > F table (18.825 > 2.70) and a significant 0.000 <0.05 indicates Price, Promotion and Location on Customer Loyalty at PT simultaneously. Successful Work Moving Forward Together. The results of the t test research where Price, Promotion and Location partially have a positive and significant effect on the valid price of Customer Loyalty at PT. Karya Sukses Maju Bersama. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained an Adjusted R2 value of 0.148, meaning that the variation of the Price (X1), Promotion (X2) and Location (X3) variables on Customer Loyalty (Y) is 35.1%. In comparison, the remaining 64.9% is explained by other variables which were not used in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a consumer buying model, especially for underprivileged students, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, which forces students to buy gadgets for college needs. This research was conducted to find out how students make purchases so far. As a result of these changes, it is necessary to study the variables that affect the purchase of these students. The research was conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra (UMSU; Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra), Medan Area University (UMA), and the Islamic University of North Sumatra (UISU; Islamic University of North Sumatra), which are located in Medan, Indonesia. This research was conducted using a sample of 215 student respondents who bought a smartphone. This study illustrates that price affects purchase intention and actual purchase, but the ease of use does not influence smartphones.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out on the youth of Harapan Baru Village, Sei Lepan District, Langkat Regency. This activity is in the form of a workshop or training which is carried out with socialization by providing materials or modules on tips for successful investing, especially at a young age in village youth. So it is hoped that the partners have a good understanding of investing even in the village. Then the targets to be achieved through this service activity are (1) partners know what the first step is to invest, especially in rural areas, (2) partners can classify which investments have a high level of failure risk, (3) partners have awareness the importance of investing even though they are still at a young age.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether product quality, price, and promotion have an influence on purchasing decisions at PT ACE HARDWARE Branch Dumai. The study is conducted among the employees of PT ACE HARDWARE Branch Dumai, with a population of 100 individuals. Due to the limited population size, the sampling technique employed is quota sampling, with a sample size of 100 individuals. Data collection involves both primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data obtained through documentation studies. The data analysis technique utilizes quantitative data processed with Smart PLS Version 3.0, involving inner model and outer model testing.The results of this research indicate:1) appositive influence between product quality and purchasing decision variables, 2) a positive impact of price on purchasing decision variables, and 3) a positive effect of promotion on purchasing decision variables

Abstract

At the time the Covid-19 pandemic had caused many changes to consumers, this was due to the limited movement of the community to carry out purchasing activities that were usually carried out before the pandemic. This research looks at the development of consumer behavior after the end of the Covid 19 pandemic among college students in the city of Medan. The framework of this research is the application to students' perceptions of online purchases with the dependent variable: Convenience, Privacy and security, Money, Save time and effort. This study directed is to understand consumers’ intention to purchase online shopping after the pandemic This study also uses three intervening variables, namely Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and intention to use. This study aims to construct an online purchase model for university students in Medan. The subject of this study is a university in Medan. who uses online platforms to buy at online shops. This study was conducted with a sample of 291 respondents that uses online applications to buy products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa secara parsial promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan secara simultan promosi dan kualitas pelayanan bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT. Lautan Abadi Pratama. Implikasi temuan dalam penelitian ini bahwa bagi konsumen baru pemanfaat media sosial beruapa facebook dan instagram harus disediakan dan diawasi oleh departemen tertentu guna memberikan sumber informasi mengenai keunggulan dan biaya yang harus dikorbankan oleh setiap konsumen. Selanjutnya manajemen memberikan garansi penuh atas waktu pengiriman dan keamanan dari barang pelanggan yang dikirim dari Batam-Jakarta atau Jakarta-Batam. Hal ini merupakan upaya manajemen dalam menjaga pelanggannya serta sebagai langkah dalam menarik pelanggan baru dalam pemanfaatan jasa pengakutan barang.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is whether compensation and work environment influence employee job satisfaction. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. The research population is employees of PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa has 679 employees and the determination technique uses accidental sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 87 respondents. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Secondary data can come from data that has been documented. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the multilevel regression analysis are Y = 7.831 + 0.323X1 + 0.408X2 + e which shows that compensation and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of the test (t) or partial test show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction where it can be seen that the calculated t value is 3.928 > t table 1.989 and work environment variables also have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction where it can be seen that the calculated t value is 4.764 > t table 1,989. So 71.6% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely compensation and work environment in the model, can explain the variable job satisfaction at PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa while the remaining 28.4% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the risk of business failure for food sector SMEs in Binjai City. This study uses quantitative research methodology to reveal trends and explain the correlation between variables using descriptive, historical, and correlation analyses. Data analysis methods include qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with Smart PLS software tools. This study has a sample size of 115 food sector SMEs that are considered to have failed or not developed in running a business. We collected data using questionnaires, interviews, references, and documents related to the research problem. The findings indicated that there is a direct and meaningful correlation between financial literacy and the likelihood of company failure among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the food sector in Binjai City. Business networking has a beneficial and substantial impact on the risk of business failure for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the food industry in Binjai City. Digital marketing has a beneficial and substantial impact on the likelihood of business failure. Product innovation has a favorable and substantial impact on the likelihood of company failure for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the food industry in Binjai City. Collaboration has a beneficial and substantial impact on the likelihood of company failure. The implementation of green transformational leadership has a beneficial and substantial impact on the likelihood of business failure for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the food industry in Binjai City. Green entrepreneurial approach positively and significantly impacts the likelihood of business failure.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how extrinsic rewards, intrinsic rewards, and levels of work engagement contribute to the psychological well-being of employees in the campus environment of the ITB Business Institute. The research method used is a survey using questionnaires distributed to employees in various departments and units on campus. Extrinsic awards are evaluated through financial recognition and other material awards, while intrinsic awards include recognition of achievement, personal development, and a sense of accomplishment. Job engagement is measured through job satisfaction, commitment to work, and identification with organizational values. The collected data was analyzed using regression techniques to identify the relationship between independent variables (extrinsic rewards, intrinsic rewards, and work engagement) and dependent variables (psychological well-being). The findings of this study are expected to provide in-depth insights into the factors that affect the psychological well-being of employees on the campus of the ITB Business Institute. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations to campus management in improving reward strategies and work engagement management to support the psychological well-being of employees. The practical implications of this research are expected to help create a more satisfying and productive work environment for all campus members.
