Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the influence of organizational culture and training on organizational commitment and its implications for the performance of Puskesmas Johar Baru District employees. The research method uses a quantitative approach, which became the population in this research were 170 Health Center Staff Johar Baru District. The sample selection is done by simple random sampling technique (Slovin 5% error tolerance) so that as many as 120 respondents are determined. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaire instruments. The questionnaire survey instrument was randomly delivered to Johar Baru District's Puskesmas staff. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS software program version 3.2.8. This study revealed that organizational culture, training and organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. In addition, organizational commitment mediates organizational culture and training on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand and explain the impact of Prophet Leadership and organizational commitment on motivation and its implications on employee performace of the PT.Bank Syariah Al Salaam. The research method used a quantitative approach, which the population in this study was 80 employees of the Bank Syariah Al Salaam Sample selection was done by sampling technique all population 80 respondents were determined. Data collection techniques using interview and questionnaire. The questionnaire survey instrument was delivered to employees of the Bank Syariah Al Salaam. Data were analyzed by using structural equation model (SEM) with the Smart PLS3.0 software program. This study reveals that Prophet Leadership, organizational commitment and motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the effect of Job Stress and Workload against Burnout and Turnover Intention Implementation at Erha Clinic, Responden 64 employees (the whole population). Data collected through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis (software SmartPls 3.0) and correlation matrix between dimensions (software SmartPls 3.0). The results showed that: (1) Work Stress and Workload both partially and simultaneously influence the Burnout; (2) Job Stress, Workload and Burnout partially and simultaneously influence Turnover Intention; (3) Burnout Mediating Effect of Job Stress on Turnover Intention and (4) Burnout does not mediate Workload Influence on Turnover Intention. Based on the analysis of the correlation matrix between dimensions, determines the level of work stress, which has a positive correlation with the productivity of labor it is advisable to give adequate time and equipment. Workload level that have a positive correlation with Burnout it is advisable to maintain and improve the dimensions that give incentives. Meanwhile, to reduce the level Turnover Intention, which has a positive correlation with the performance it is advisable to maintain and increase the dimensions of that training

Abstract

This research has purposes to discover and analyze further relates to the impact which is caused by transformational leadership and compensation towards motivation and its implications for organizational performance at the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology. The current research method used was quantitative research with a causal method. The population and sample in this research amounted to 42 respondents who are civil servants and PPNPN employees at the Education and Training Center of Ministry of Communication and Information. The data analysis method used SEM-PLS. And the results showed that transformational leadership and compensation had a positive and significant impact both simultaneously and partially in order to increase the motivation. Transformational leadership, compensation and motivation had a positive and significant impact either simultaneously or partially in enhancing organizational performance. Motivation could play as a mediator in influencing the relations of transformational leadership and compensation to organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-family conflict and workload on employee performance mediated by work stress on female employees with families at the Fiscal Policy Agency. The population of this study is 70 people. This research is quantitative research with the analytical method using Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that work-family conflict had a significant effect on work stress; work-family conflict had a significant effect on employee performance; workload had a significant effect on work stress; workload had a significant effect on employee performance; work stress had a significant effect on employee performance; work-family conflict and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance; work-family conflict, workload and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance; work stress significantly mediates work-family conflict on employee performance and work stress significantly mediates the effect of workload on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work-life balance on work motivation and their impact on teacher performance. Determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula from a population of 143 obtained as many as 128 samples. This research is a quantitative research using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) research analysis method. The research findings show: (1) organizational culture has a significant positive effect on work motivation and teacher performance; (2) Work life balance has no significant effect on work motivation, but has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance; and (3) work motivation has no significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The research method used a quantitative approach, which the sample of in this study were 100 Stdents of Faculty of Economics of Mercu Buana University (MBU), Jakarta, academic year 2019/2019 as the representative of the population of Faculty of Economics at the same year. Data collection techniques using interview and questionnaire. The questionnaire survey instrument was delivered to the respondents. Data were analyzed by using structural equation model (SEM) with the Smart PLS3.0 software program. This study reveals that the global mindset significantly influence to entrepreneur self-efficacy and to Entrepreneur Intention. Otherwise, entrepreneur moti-vation has no significant effect to entrepreneur self-efficacy and to entrepreneur intention. Self-Efficacy significantly mediate Globbal Mindset to Entreprepr-eneurial Intention, but it does not significantly mediate Entrepreneurial Motivation to Entrepreneurial Intention. Other finding, Global Mindset and Entrepreneurial Motivation are simultaneously and significantly influence Self-Efficacy; and three of proposed variable are simultaneuosly and significantly influence Entrepreneurial Intention. Refers to the research finding, the main factor to anyone to become as an Entrepreneur is mindset. Abstract

Indonesia's labor conditions still need serious attention. There are still many unemployed people who are actually dominated by educated circles. The high unemployment rate is also due to the large number of college graduates who want to find job rather than those who can create their own jobs by becoming entrepreneurs. There are many factors that influence the decision of students / alumni to start a business or entrepreneurship. One of program in reducing unemployment and increasing employment is entrepreneurship education. Mercu Buana University and Bina Nusantara University are among the tertiary institutions in Indonesia that provide entrepreneurship education. This study aims to determine the effect of internal and external factors on entrepreneurship intention mediated by entrepreneurship cognition at Mercu Buana University and Bina Nusantara University. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis in testing the measurement model and testing the structural model using SmartPLS software version 3.2.7. The results of the study can show that internal factors and external factors have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurship cognition and entrepreneurship intention in Mercu Buana University and Bina Nusantara University, if internal factors and external factors are mediated by entrepreneurship cognition variable, the effect becomes significant on entrepreneurship intention. Abstract

This study aims to examine the prophetic leadership and organizational commitment mediated by the motivation that affects employee performance, namely the employee performance of PT Bank Syariah Al Salaam Jakarta and Depok Regional. The research method uses a quantitative approach, with data collection using primary data, secondary data from Personnel Management and library research, primary data using all employees at PT Bank Syariah Al Salaam as many as 80 respondents, from all Jakarta and Depok Regional Divisions. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaire instruments. The questionnaire survey instrument was delivered randomly to employees of PT Bank Syariah Al Salaam. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS3.0 software program. to test the significance of prophetic leadership and organizational commitment affecting employee performance and mediated by motivation. The results showed that prophetic leadership, organizational commitment and motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. Prophetic leadership as the most important factor influencing employee performance. The managerial implication is that the organization or leader must develop a harmonious work culture and motivation for employees to achieve their best performance. This study reveals that organizational commitment, Prophet Leadership and motivation have a significant positive effect on performance, both partially and simultaneously. Besides that, the motivation partially mediate variable of the Prophet Leadership variable and organizational commitment on performance and has a significant effect.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify and explain the influence of culture and training on organizational commitment and its effect on the performance of employees at the District Health Center Johar Baru, Central Jakarta. The research method in this study uses a a causality quantitative approach. The population is all health workers at the Johar Baru Puskesmas with probability sampling techniques and simple random sampling techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS version 3.2.8 software program. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, training and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on employee performance partially or simultaneously. In addition, organizational commitment mediates organizational culture and performance training. Research suggestions in the aspect of managing performance targets should be arranged in quality and quantity by considering "people"As executor of activities. Leadership decision making must combine all constructive ideas and opinions, employee selection to determine training priorities so that it is right on target which can be done concretely through leadership training, capacity building, routine motivation programs, evaluation, reward and punishment.
