Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that Quality is a philosophy and methodology that helps institutions to plan changes and set agendas in the face of excessive external pressures. the philosophy of quality has changed and no longer refers to the classical view. Abstract

Holisitic Education is an approach to learning that encompasses social, emotional, spiritual, and moral (character) aspects. Holistic Education is considered capable of addressing the challenges in the world of education where some institutions focus solely on academics. By combining Holistic Education with Sufism, it is believed that more efficient and innovative learning can be created. This can be implemented in Islamic educational institutions in curriculum development, which is also important to be done continuously according to needs. The purpose of this research is to determine that Holistic Education can be created with a Sufism approach through curriculum development. The method used is library research, which does not require researchers to directly engage in fieldwork but rather find data through scientific writings such as journals, books, and articles. The results of this study show that Holistic Education with a Sufism approach in curriculum development can have a positive impact on students themselves, particularly in spiritual, social, and moral aspects

Innovative learning strategies for Islamic Religious Education are needed to improve cognitive abilities, including analysis, application, creation, presentation, and implementation; affective abilities, including appreciation and organization or characterization; and psychomotor abilities, with the perception of the Qur'an and Hadith, which can enrich the vocational needs of students. This qualitative case study research aims to describe and analyze innovative learning strategies for Islamic Religious Education at Mambaul Ulum Vocational High School based on the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. Data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. Testing the validity of the collected data through triangulation, expert discussions, and member checking. Data analysis using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana methods with data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The study showed that the Islamic Religious Education teachers implemented three innovative learning strategies. First, problem-based learning integrates religious concepts with real issues to develop cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities. Second, inquiry-based learning through independent investigation and applying religious concepts in everyday life to deepen understanding. Third, flipped classroom combines independent learning at home with classroom discussion activities. Applying three innovative learning strategies has an impact on increasing learning motivation, knowledge of worship, and critical thinking skills. The value of this research lies in the application of learning strategies that connect religious concepts with actual practices to improve the quality of learning in vocational environments. The research findings strengthen constructivism through problem-based, inquiry-based, and flipped classroom theory by showing that active, collaborative, and interactive learning improves understanding and application of learning materials.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this work is to analyze the form of an external quality assurance system (SPME). The library research method for studying the External Quality Assurance System (SPME) in Indonesian higher education involves collecting, analyzing and interpreting secondary data from various trusted sources such as books, scientific journals, articles, reports and official documents. The steps include identifying and selecting relevant literature, reviewing the literature to understand SPME concepts and practices, and organizing and synthesizing data to provide a comprehensive picture of SPME. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as a basis for developing strategies to improve the quality of higher education in Indonesia. The result of this work is that the implementation of the External Quality Assurance System (SPME) in Indonesian higher education institutions faces various obstacles such as limited human resources, facilities and infrastructure, as well as financial constraints, which hinder the effectiveness of quality assurance. To overcome these obstacles, increased resource support, technological infrastructure and ongoing professional training are needed. Collaboration between universities, accreditation institutions, government and industry is very important to improve the quality of higher education. With the right strategy, the quality of higher education in Indonesia can be improved, producing graduates who are competent and ready to compete on the global stage.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the existence of two groups managing zakat (government and society) making up two large parts of the field of zakat management in Indonesia. The government and its institutions are used as the main focus of zakat collection targets by the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) while the general public and private companies are more targeted objects for zakat collectors by the National Zakat Amil Institute (LAZNAS). In terms of legal regulations, the implementation of zakat in Indonesia shows cooperation between BAZNAS and the government to collect zakat funds from government employees to all institutions. However, in reality the results of collecting zakat, infaq and alms are still far below the existing potential, so there is still a need for synergy in various fields for the two groups of zakat managers. The aim of this research is to find out how there is communication synergy, coordination synergy and innovation synergy between the Pati National Amil Zakat Agency, the Amil Zakat Institute and the Regional Government of Pati Regency in managing zakat. This type of research uses qualitative research methods with the researcher as the key instrument in recording and collecting data through interviews, observing, collecting documents from zakat collection institutions and the Pati district government. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using an interactive analysis model. The results of this research conclude that 1. The form of communication synergy between the National Amil Zakat Agency of Pati, the Amil Zakat Institute of the Ministry of Religion of Pati and the Regional Government of Pati Regency is carried out formally by invitation or coming directly to the institution, or communicating using a digital platform by prioritizing the context of mutual brotherhood. need in managing zakat. The messages conveyed in the communication process are of high quality because the language is communicative, the message content is needs-oriented and delivered in a friendly manner. Feedback from communication shows support, openness and sincerity as well as high enthusiasm and commitment. 2). The form of coordination synergy is coordination synergy in planning, potential, cooperation in zakat education, distribution, joint program synergy and synergy in reporting. The mechanisms for coordination synergy include goal setting, stakeholder identification, payroll collection. Coordination synergy in monitoring and evaluation by sharia auditors or public accountants. 3). Synergy of innovation is carried out in Strengthening Zakat Regulations including the issuance of Regent's regulations on zakat, the issuance of regional regulations on zakat, b.
