Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan berusaha menganalisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Oing Kosmetik Payakumbuh Dengan Variabel Intervening Kepuasan Pelanggan. Penelitian ini adalah model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat bantu analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah Pelanggan Oing Kosmetik Payakumbuh dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menemukan Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Harga terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara Harga terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Kepuasan Pelanggan mampu memediasi Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Kepuasan Pelanggan mampu memediasi Harga terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of Digital Technology Advancement and Organizational Culture on Agency Performance Accountability with the Work Environment as an Intervening Variable at the Transportation Agency of West Sumatra Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on employees of the Transportation Agency of West Sumatra Province. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS. The sampling method in this study used a saturated sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 76 employees of the Transportation Agency of West Sumatra Province. The results of the study show that digital technology advancement has a positive effect on the work environment. In addition, digital technology advancement has a positive relationship with agency performance accountability. However, digital technology advancement has not been able to significantly mediate the relationship between the work environment and agency performance accountability even though its influence is positive.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong terjadinya transformasi yang signifikan dalam tata kelola organisasi modern. Salah satu wujud pemanfaatan teknologi tersebut tercermin melalui implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) yang berperan sebagai sarana pendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial serta pengendalian aktivitas operasional. Dalam menghadapi tingkat persaingan yang semakin kompetitif, baik pada sektor bisnis, pemerintahan, maupun pendidikan, efisiensi operasional menjadi salah satu tujuan utama organisasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Sistem Informasi Manajemen dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah berbagai referensi ilmiah dan jurnal yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIM mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional melalui optimalisasi proses bisnis secara terotomatisasi, penyediaan informasi yang akurat dan tepat waktu, peningkatan koordinasi antar unit kerja, serta pengelolaan sumber daya yang lebih efektif. Oleh karena itu, Sistem Informasi Manajemen dapat dipandang sebagai elemen strategis dalam mendukung kinerja dan keberlangsungan organisasi.

Abstract

Transformasi digital merupakan faktor strategis dalam meningkatkan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), salah satunya melalui penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) berbasis cloud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran SIM berbasis cloud dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi literatur terhadap artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan dalam rentang lima hingga sepuluh tahun terakhir, dengan penekanan pada publikasi tiga tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIM berbasis cloud mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional UMKM melalui integrasi data yang lebih baik, percepatan proses bisnis, peningkatan akurasi informasi, serta pengurangan biaya operasional. Selain itu, sistem ini mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif dan responsif terhadap dinamika pasar. Namun, implementasi SIM berbasis cloud masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, antara lain keterbatasan literasi digital, kesiapan sumber daya manusia, serta isu keamanan dan privasi data. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan dukungan berupa pelatihan berkelanjutan, peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, serta kebijakan yang mendorong adopsi teknologi cloud agar manfaat penerapan SIM berbasis cloud dapat dirasakan secara optimal oleh UMKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Organization Citizenship Behaviour dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Rendahnya motivasi kerja, kepatuhan terhadap regulasi serta perilaku ekstra peran pegawai menjadi tantangan dalam instansi pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Sampel terdiri atas pegawai ASN yang ada pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Sumatera Barat sebanyak 77 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organization Citizenship Behaviour. Gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organization Citizenship Behaviour. Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organization Citizenship Behaviour. Motivasi kerja tidak mampu memediasi pelatihan dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Organization Citizenship Behaviour. Temuan ini menunjukkan pelatihan harus ditingkatkan dan gaya kepemimpinan perlu dilakukan pengembangan menjadi komunikatif dan partisipatif agar bisa meningkatkan motivasi serta menumbuhkan perilaku ekstra pegawai.                                                                        Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Organization Citizenship Behaviour, Motivasi Kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of promotion and purchase interest on purchasing decisions with customer trust as an intervening variable at Sunmoracoffe. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) 4.0, using a questionnaire with 100 respondents. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of promotion on customer trust. There is a positive and significant effect of purchase intention on customer trust. There is a positive and significant effect of promotion on purchasing decisions. There is a positive and significant effect of purchase intention on purchasing decisions. There is a positive and significant effect of customer trust on purchasing decisions. There is a positive and significant effect of the promotion variable on the purchasing decision variable through the customer trust variable as an intervening variable. The effect of promotion on purchasing decisions and the effect of purchase interest on customer decisions at Sunmoracoffe.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence Store Atmosphere and Price Perception on Consumer Trust with Trust as an intervening variable at Cafe Dari Sini. Method collection data through google form and questionnaires, which are distributed as mucl 150 respondents - In this study using the analysis tool structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results of this study indicate that Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Dari Sini. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Dari Sini. Consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Dari Sini. Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through consumer trust as an intervening factor at Cafe Dari Sini. And price perception has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through consumer trust as an intervening factor at Cafe Dari Sini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Marketing and Brand Awareness on Purchase Decision, with Customer Trush as a mediating variabel among Shopee users. The population of this research consists of Management studens at UPI YPTK, class of 2022. A quantitative method with a causal descriptive approch was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents selected via purposive sampling technique. The data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of thisstudy are expected to demonstrate the extent to which digital marketing strategies and brand awareness effectiveness build consumer trush to enhance online purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Knowledge Management and Knowledge Sharing on Employee Performance, with Individual Innovation Capability as an intervening variable at the High Prosecutor's Office of West Sumatra. The method used in this research is quantitative, with a total of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires designed using a Likert scale. The results of the study show that there is a negative and insignificant influence of Knowledge Management on Individual Innovation Capability. There is a positive and significant influence of Knowledge Sharing on Individual Innovation Capability. There is a negative and insignificant influence of Knowledge Management on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant influence of Knowledge Sharing on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant influence of Individual Innovation Capability on Employee Performance. Furthermore, the mediation test results indicate that Individual Innovation Capability is able to mediate the influence of Knowledge Sharing on Employee Performance.

This study aims to determine and try to analyze the Influence of Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Padang City Central Statistics Agency Office. This study is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. The population and sample of this study are employees of the Padang City Central Statistics Agency Office. The research results found a significant influence between organizational culture and job satisfaction. There was a significant influence between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. There was a significant influence between organizational culture and employee performance. There was a significant influence between transformational leadership and employee performance. There was a significant influence between job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction mediated the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Job satisfaction mediated the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance.
