Abstract

Tujuan Dari Kegiatan Ini Adalah Untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, analisis kinerja adalah langkah penting yang perlu dilakukan. Dalam analisis kinerja toko, aspek-aspek seperti efisiensi operasional, kepuasan pelanggan, dan efektivitas strategi pemasaran perlu dievaluasi secara menyeluruh. Strategi pengembangan merupakan langkah penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Toko Harian Amrizal dapat mempertimbangkan berbagai strategi, mulai dari peningkatan kualitas pegawai hingga peningkatan mutu layanan. Pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia dan penerapan teknologi informasi juga dapat menjadi bagian dari strategi pengembangan untuk mencapai tujuan peningkatan kualitas layanan. Dengan menerapkan strategi pengembangan yang tepat, Toko Harian Amrizal dapat memperbaiki kinerja operasional dan memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan. Hal ini akan membantu toko untuk tetap bersaing dalam pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Dalam konteks ini, penting bagi Toko Harian Amrizal untuk terus melakukan evaluasi dan adaptasi terhadap strategi pengembangan yang diimplementasikan. Abstract

Contemporary drinks are rife among young people. The competition between the beverage outlets can be seen from the emergence of various unique beverage outlets. Direct observation of D'sruput MSME operations can provide an understanding of production processes, stock management, marketing strategies, and interactions with customers. Based on the results of interviews and observations obtained in the field, it was found that there were several factors of interest so that there was an interest in buying among young people, namely factors of a comfortable place, friendly service, factors of good taste where there were many variants, factors of restaurant names and unique menu names that made people interested in buying. Besides that, the price factor is quite affordable, packaging with a creative and attractive design. In addition, it was also found that personal, social and psychological factors were one of the factors in the interest in buying contemporary drinks among young people. It is hoped that this research will be useful for business people in the culinary and beverage sector as well as further research in researching business in this field.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to find out and increase the owner's understanding and knowledge of how to assess performance in developing product innovations to support competitive advantages. The diversity of employees at PT. Tiara Teluk Jaya has a big influence in increasing creativity and innovation. This research aims to find out how much influence diversity has in increasing creativity and innovation. This research focuses on employee diversity carried out by PT. Tiara Teluk Jaya to increase employee effectiveness and innovation. Judging from the customs and culture that exist in Indonesia, there is a lot of diversity that has a broader perspective in dealing with problems and finding new and creative solutions. The analytical methods used are interviews, observation and data collection. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers, the influence of diversity on creativity and innovative employee performance has a significant impact. There is a positive and significant influence between creativity and innovation and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problems faced by this business in the last few months and analyze employee behavior that appears in the work environment and identify effective strategies to overcome these problems. The research method used includes direct observation, namely interviews with employees. The research results show that factors such as less effective communication and lack of equipment facilities in a business. To overcome this problem, it is recommended to repair internal communication channels and equip all the necessary equipment.

Abstract

Abstrak. In this modern era, women have the same opportunities as men to have a career outside the home. This causes the housework to no longer be handled entirely by the mother. One of the modern lifestyles of city residents is washing clothes in special places or known as laundries. In big cities especially, laundry outlets continue to grow. Kilo laundry is also the right choice for those who want to open this type of business with not too much capital. With the capital of a washing machine and adequate business space, and supported by a strategic location, it can create prospects. The laundry business opportunity is a business opportunity that quite a lot of people are currently developing. Laundry is a form of service for those who always want life to be easier. Locations that business owners can use as a place to manage their landry business are areas where clean water is difficult. Areas where clean water is difficult are in dire need of laundry businesses, especially for immigrants who feel uncomfortable with the water conditions. Tourism areas are also special areas that are quite effective for managing a laundry business. In tourist areas, people usually set laundry rates at quite expensive prices. The opportunity for a managed laundry business will be able to grow rapidly if it is able to maximize service to customers, both in terms of quality of laundry results, timeliness and friendliness of the waiters. If the business owner is able, it would be better to offer and provide excellent service in the form of picking up and delivering laundry products to affordable customer addresses. To develop laundry business opportunities, business owners can also collaborate with parties such as hotels, this will be more effective carried out in tourism areas.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of locus of control and organizational culture toward employee performancewith organizational commitment as an intervening variable.The use of organizational commitment as a predictor in evaluating employee performances makes this research different from all other research. The source of data from this study was obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires with sample size target is 141 employees. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct relationship between locus of control and organizational culture toward organizational commitment and employee performance.Also, there is an indirect effect between locus of control and organizational culturetoward employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen jamur krispy Dan  Ketela di Depan Kampus UPI YPTK PADANG Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan variabel-variabel kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi.  Data dikumpulkan menggunakan sampling purposif dengan kriteria yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk jamur krispy Dan Ketela Di Depan Kampus UPI YPTK PADANG Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Akan tetapi, secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen jamur krispy Dan Ketela,  sedangkan promosi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Dalam penelitian ini, juga dilakukan analisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen jamur Krispy Dan Ketela Di Depan Kampus UPI YPTK PADANG. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen jamur Krispy Di Depan Kampus UPI YPTK PADANG, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas produk, harga,  dan promosi mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen jamur crispy di UPI YPTK PADANG Tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif  dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Promosi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Akan tetapi, secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut mempunyai pengaruh positif.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to determine the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at JNE. Job satisfaction is the attitude of workers towards their work, which arises based on an assessment of the work situation. Factors that influence job satisfaction or dissatisfaction are: type of work, coworkers, benefits, fair treatment, job security, opportunities to contribute ideas, salary/wages, performance recognition, and opportunities for growth. The aim of this research is to determine the importance of implementing motivation and job satisfaction at JNE. This article was prepared by observing and collecting data. The results of this research show that motivation and job satisfaction at JNE are very important to obtain maximum work results in the future.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities that are able to expand employment opportunities, provide broad economic services to the community, play a role in the process of equalizing and increasing community income, encourage economic growth, and play a role in realizing national stability. MSMEs are very important in implementing and maintaining productive and healthy performance. One of those who need an adaptation plan is MSME Goks which is located on Jl. Aru No. 13, Lubuk Begalung Nan XX, Padang City, West Sumatra, 25221. Goks is an ice cream business that offers attractive promotions and has a very affordable price factor. This community service activity begins with surveys and interviews, mapping and identifying problems, formulating solutions, and implementing mentoring activities. The impact of this activity is the expansion of product marketing and business development of Goks Padang MSME actors.
