Abstract

Facing the problem of the Indonesian nation which is being hit by a 'moral crisis', the concept of the national education curriculum contains a lot of character education concepts. This is a new challenge so that teachers immediately change the 'mindset' that originally the purpose of teaching to produce intelligent humans, to having to prioritize teaching to form character. Mathematical characteristics are abstract sciences, but the process of understanding must be conveyed through concrete media. In addition, the psychological development of elementary school children is in the urge to want to play and do fun activities. This research aims to get findings of mathematics learning models in elementary schools to form character. This drama-based learning model has been found with learning stages through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. At the planning stage, the teacher prepares a drama script themeonut daily life events related to mathematical topics and character value competencies to be developed. At the implementation stage, students role-play according to the theme of the drama script. As for the evaluation stage, the teacher conducts assessments during learning or student activities.

Abstract

Sargassum polycystum memiliki kelimpahan yang sangat tinggi di perairan Indonesia. S. polycystum masih perlu dimanfaatkan secara optimal dalam bidang pangan dan non pangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan karakteristik fisik, kimia, dan fungsional tepung S. polycystum dari perairan Pantai Cibuaya, Ujung Genteng, Sukabumi sebagai bahan baku pembuatan garam fungsional. Penelitian terdiri atas dua tahapan utama meliputi pembuatan dan karakterisasi tepung S. polycystum. Parameter yang dianalisis meliputi rendemen, warna, aktivitas air, proksimat, mineral, NaCl, logam berat, fitokimia, total fenolik, flavonoid, florotanin, dan aktivitas antioksidan (DPPH dan FRAP). Karakteristik fisik tepung S. polycystum, yaitu rendemen 79,52%, L* 44,36±0,33 (gelap), a* 5,14±0,11 (merah), b* 16,51±0,33 (kuning), dan ºhue 72,61±0,01 (merah-kuning). Karakteristik kimia dari tepung S. polycystum meliputi abu 34,43±0,19%, mineral Na 54,32±0,09 mg/g, K 87,12±0,48 mg/g, rasio mineral Na/K 0,62±0,00, dan kadar NaCl 17,11±0,18%. Karakteristik fungsional dari tepung S. polycystum antara lain mengandung alkaloid, fenolik, saponin, dan steroid (pengujian kualitatif) serta mengandung total fenolik 847,05±0,46 mg GAE/g sampel, flavonoid 892,20±0,63 mg QE/g sampel, florotanin 534,11±0,73 mg PGE/g sampel; dan aktivitas antioksidan DPPH (nilai IC50) 52,25±0,52 ppm (kuat), dan kapasitas antioksidan metode FRAP 242,93±2,31 µmmol FeSO4. Tepung S. polycystum memiliki karakteristik fisik, kimia, dan fungsional yang baik, sehingga berpotensi digunakan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan garam fungsional yang bermanfaat untuk kesehatan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a theory of Sharia-based procurement of goods and services in a digital context. Through an exploratory qualitative approach, this study explores the understanding of Sharia principles, the implementation of these principles in the context of digital procurement, as well as related challenges and strategies. The research results show that a good understanding of Sharia principles is a key to successful implementation. The implementation of Sharia principles in digital procurement can enhance transparency and efficiency, although there are some challenges to be overcome. This study indicates that further research, the development of tools and methods, as well as training and education are crucial strategies in developing the theory of Sharia-based procurement of goods and services in a digital context.

Abstract

Pengawasan dibidang perikanan perlu dilakukan, sebab sumber daya perikanan yang potensial yang merupakan berkah dari tuhan yang maha esa dapat tetap terjaga dan lestari. Undang-Undang Nomor 45 Tahun 2009 tentang Perubahan Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2004 tentang Perikanan, memberikan tuntunan mengenai pengelolaan sektor perikanan yang berkelanjutan dan memberikan ancaman pidana bagi pelaku yang merusak sumber daya laut, namun tindak pidana dibidang perikanan masih terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi hukum dalam melakukan pengawasan tindak pidana perikanan melalui peran serta masyarakat. Kebijakan pengawasan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan salah satu sumber data dalam penelitian ini. Tahapan yang akan dilakukan adalah persiapan dan pelaksanaan penelitian dengan mengumpulkan data-data atau informasi lapangan melalui dokumen untuk dianalisis. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif, yaitu mengacu pada norma hukum yang terdapat dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Pengawasan tindak pidana perikanan selama ini dilakukan dengan cara normatif menggunakan hukum positif yaitu undang-undang perikanan dan kebijakan lainnya seperti peraturan daerah. Pengawasan telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah maupun masyarakat secara bersama maupun masing-masing. Kegiatan penyuluhan atau sosialisasi aturan dibidang perikanan dan bahkan sampai pada tindakan menghukum pelaku sudah dilakukan agar tindak pidana tersebut tidak terjadi lagi. Tetapi faktanya masih terjadi berbagai perbuatan yang dapat merusak sumber daya kelautan. Karena itu, perlu dilakukan peningkatan peran masyarakat dalam menjaga dan melestarikan laut agar sumber daya yang terkandung didalamnya dapat berkelanjutan

Abstract

Credit agreements signed by creditors and debtors by providing collateral in the form of certificates are generally bound by a notarial deed, whether made authentically or privately. The credit agreement will then be processed to encumber the rights to the collateral. Before the imposition process is completed, it is customary for the Notary-PPAT to create and publish a covernote so that the bank is confident in disbursing credit to the debtor. The aim of this research is to determine the position of covernotes in fulfilling the requirements of credit agreements in banking. This research uses normative research methods. Normative legal research is research conducted or aimed at written regulations because the research is carried out based on statutory regulations, namely the relationship between one regulation and another and its relationship to its application in practice. The research results show that the position of the covernote issued by the Notary-PPAT to fulfill the requirements of the credit agreement at the bank is only limited to being a certificate, to explain that a credit agreement has been agreed and signed by providing a guarantee. However, the covernote is not an object of collateral or guarantee, the covernote is only a certificate that can be used as temporary collateral as a guide for the bank to issue credit to the debtor.

Abstract

Business activities are broader than trade, because the scope of business activities is not only trade, but covers broader fields such as production, processing, distribution, trade/marketing, export-import, procurement of goods/services, labor recruitment services, business consulting services , credit, credit guarantees, insurance, business cooperation, investment, mass media, property, capital markets, and others. The concept of resolution is that a private judge is not bound by various formalities, is quick in giving decisions, because it is in the final instance and is binding, which is easy to implement because the parties will obey it. Juridically based on Article 1 point 1 of Law no. 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (UUAAPS) arbitration is a method of resolving a civil dispute outside the general court which is based on an arbitration agreement made in writing by the parties to the dispute. The Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia said that ADR is a concept of cooperative resolution of conflicts or disputes outside of court which is directed at an agreement or solution to a conflict or dispute that is "win-win". What is meant by a "win-win" solution is a solution or agreement that is able to reflect the interests or needs of all parties involved in the conflict (shared interest).

Abstract

Horizontal conflicts occurred after the UUPD came into effect because there were regulations regarding changes in marine zoning for small fishing communities. Meanwhile, the authority of the district/city government over coastal areas and small islands has been regulated in the UUPWP3K that the authority of the regional government to manage coastal and small island resources. This study aims to analyze the provisions of laws and regulations on regional government and coastal area management as regulated in the regulations on coastal areas and small islands, and how to reconstruct the authority of the provincial government to the district/city government as before. The research method used is normative legal research. Normative legal research is research that is carried out or directed at legislation, namely the relationship between one regulation and another and its relation to implementation in practice. The results of the study show that since the UUPD came into effect, the authority to manage the marine and fisheries sector as well as coastal areas and small islands by the district/city government has been reduced. The zoning area of 0-4 miles which was originally managed by the district/city government is now managed by the provincial government, thus making the provincial authority zoning 0-12 miles

Abstract

The form of BUMD governance as a regional company as regulated in UUPD and PPBUMD consists of Regional Public Companies (Perumda) and Regional Limited Companies (Perseroda). The establishment of Perumda is in the form of regional regulations based on regional needs and the feasibility of the business field of the Perumda to be formed. Perumda is a BUMD whose entire capital is owned by one region only and is not in the form of shares. One of the important organs in a company is the board of directors. The board of directors who control the company in daily activities has the authority to determine policies in carrying out its powers and obligations in managing the company must have good intentions, be responsible, have integrity, be honest, and be highly dedicated to advancing and developing the company. The board of directors is fully responsible personally for the company's losses if the person concerned is guilty or negligent in carrying out his duties. The board of directors can take or carry out actions to facilitate his duties as long as it is within the scope of his duties and obligations and does not conflict with customs, fairness, and propriety. Implementation of the business judgment rule (BJR) doctrine as a form of protection given to directors in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in running the company. Business decisions or actions taken by directors are intended to manage the company professionally according to their expertise to generate profits for the company, even though there are risks from these decisions and actions that can cause losses for the company

Abstract

The issuance of Law Number 1 concerning Financial Relations Between the Central Government and Regional Governments has had a negative effect on foundations. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the regulation on the provision of BPHTB reduction or exemption facilities owned by foundations is an order from Law Number 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Levies, which was then followed by the issuance of Law Number 20 of 2000 concerning Amendments to Law Number 21 of 1997 concerning Land and Building Acquisition Fees. The issuance of Law Number 1 of 2022 concerning Financial Relations between the Central Government and Regional Governments (HKPD) eliminates these facilities. There is a lack of synchronization in the implementation of Law Number 1 of 2002 with the regent/mayor regulations regarding the provision of BPHTB reduction or exemption facilities for foundations, considering that these regulations are still based on the old law. Abstract

This paper presents a legal analysis of the quality of human resources of law enforcement and its impact on the effectiveness of eradicating drug crimes in Batam City. Using a normative legal approach, this study examines relevant laws, court decisions, and policies to assess the skills, training, and ethical behavior of law enforcement personnel. The study findings indicate that although Indonesia's legal framework provides a strong foundation, gaps in training, resource allocation, and ethical oversight limit the effectiveness of drug law enforcement in Batam. In addition, challenges such as interagency cooperation deficits, the complexity of drug crime networks, and corruption in law enforcement further undermine efforts to combat drug trafficking. The paper concludes by recommending improvements in law enforcement training, resource investment, interagency collaboration, and anti-corruption measures to improve the effectiveness of drug law enforcement in Batam City.
