Abstract

Pendidikan adalah kunci keberhasilan dalam membangun sebuah peradaban. Peradaban yang sebenarnya akan membawa kebahagiaan hakiki adalah peradaban yang sejalan dengan tuntunan Sang Pencipta. Hal ini sejalan dengan sila pertama Pancasila.  Ini berati pendidikan Islam termasuk aspek strategis untuk kesuksesan pembangunan Indonesia yang mayoritas penduduknya muslim. Perencanaan yang matang di seluruh aspek pendidikan sangat diperlukan. Salah satu hal yang mendasar adalah metode perencanaan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa metode perencanaan pendidikan Islam yang dapat diekstrak dari Q.S. Al-Kahfi meliputi metode al binaaiyyah, belajar kelompok, demonstrasi, ceramah dan dialog, serta analisis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud guna mengenali peran kerja sama antara orang tua murid serta guru di sekolah dalam mewujudkan pendidikan bermutu serta kematangan karir. Pendidikan merupakan penentu kemajuan sebuah bangsa. Bangsa Indonesia dihadapakan dengan berbagai masalah pendidikan di antaranya masih rendahnya mutu pendidikan. Berbagai usaha telah dilakukan dalam rangka untuk memperbaiki mutu pendidikan namun belum menunjukan perbaikan yang signifikan. Beberapa indikator menunjukan mutu pendidikan yang masih rendah termasuk dalam hal ini adalah permasalahan kematangan karir. Tidak sedikit dari orang tua yang menganggap kewajiban mendidik anak merupakan kewajiban guru di sekolah sehingga orang tua melepas tanggung jawab mendidik begitu saja serta menyerahkan sepenuhnya kepada guru di sekolah. Padahal untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan dan kematangan karir dibutuhkan kerja sama dari semua pihak. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kerja sama antara orang tua murid  dengan guru sekolah memiliki efektifitas dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan serta kematangan karir. Kewajiban mendidik hakikatnya ada di pundak orang tua. Bekerja sama dalam hal kebaikan merupakan hal yang sangat dianjurkan oleh islam terlebih dalam mewujudkan pendiidkan dan kematangan karir yang bermutu. Kerja sama tersebut dapat di aplikasikan melalui: parenting, komunikasi, volunteering, belajar di rumah, pengambilan keputusan bersama.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the curriculum planning model implemented of Rumah Peradaban Pelajar Indoensia (RPPI). This study using the Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) model and used primary data sourced from questionnaires which were distributed to thirty (30) respondents using the Service Quality (Servqual) method by a Likert scale of five. The results of this study shows that the RPPI institution uses the PPBS planning model (Planning, Programming, Budgeting System). The planning stages carried out by this institution are in the form of determining the vision and mission, objectives, program determination and selection of alternative programs based on managed funding. The results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) shows that RPPI institution needs to strive to improve performance through the preparation and planning of service and managerial study rooms, learning facilities and scholarship services. The Institution needs to maintain the ability and insight of teachers who are very good, the superiority of the program guarantees provided and moral of development carried out. Management of service hours and its relation and communication has reached a fairly good level of satisfaction. In addition,the items for information provided to customers, and handling complaints has a low level of expectations with high service quality. Institutions must be able to maintain the stability of the level of satisfaction with the quality of performance, carry out activities according to the planned program and involve the participation of the community or other partnerships in monitoring program implementation and evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the planning of the learning process of taḥsīn and taḥfīẓ Al-Qur'an in Annajah Bekasi Islamic Elementary School (SD), as well as the constraints in the learning process. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative type. Primary data sources were taken from several respondents, namely school principals, curriculum departments, and representatives of taḥsīn and taḥfīẓ teachers randomly. Secondary data sources are from the Al-Qur'an, hadith, journals, books, and others. The background that prompted this research is that Annajah Bekasi Islamic Elementary School (SD) is an elementary level education institution that has serious concern for learning the Qur'an with the Nurul Bayan Method and the Asy-Syafi'i Method. The results of this study are: (1) the planning of the learning process for taḥsīn and taḥfīẓ Al-Qur'an in Annajah Bekasi Islamic Elementary School (SD) is generally neat and orderly according to the learning design model of Dick and Carrey (1985 ), which consists of 10 (ten) systematic learning steps, starting from identifying general learning objectives to designing and carrying out summative evaluations, and (2) some obstacles in the learning process of taḥsīn and taḥfīẓ Al-Qur'an in Annajah Bekasi Islamic Elementary School (SD), among others, that there are students who stammer in reading the Qur'an, lack mastery of the rules of recitation, do not recognize hijā'iyyah letters, and lack motivation in learning. The difference with previous studies is that the focus of the discussion in this research is more broadly related to the analysis of planning the learning process of taḥsīn and taḥfīẓ Al-Qur'an, as well as obstacles in the learning process at Annajah Bekasi Islamic Elementary School (SD) in under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture by using the learning design model Dick and Carrey (1985) as an analytical knife, and the method used refers to the Nurul Bayan Method and the Asy-Syafi'i Method.

Abstract

AbstrakKontribusi alumni dalam lembaga pendidikan sangat penting untuk menjaga hubungan baik antara almamater dengan alumninya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) Bagaimana kontribusi alumni terhadap pengelolaan pendidikan Islam di Pesantren Assalaam Putri Sukabumi, (2) Bagaimana evaluasi pengelolaan organisasi Ikatan Keluarga Pendok Modern Assalaam. Penelitian dilakukan dengan model pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan studi kasus sebagai bentuk dari jenis penelitian. Informan penting dalam penelitian ini melibatkan Ketua Tarbiyatul Muallimin Islamiyah (TMI), Ketua bidang Alumni serta informan tambahan yaitu guru dan alumni. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa hasil wawancara, observasi lapangan dan penyebaran quisioner. Reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan merupakan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data penelitian. Kesimpulan penelitian ini mencakup 1) penetapan alumni yang mengabdi di Pesantren Assalaam Putri berdasarkan nilai potensi akademik dan keterampilan (skill). Penghargaan bagi alumni berprestasi (alumni award) yaitu beasiswa S1 baik di dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Alur kontribusi alumni berdasarakan prinsip manajemen mulai dari perencanaan, pengelolaan, pergerakkan dan pengawasan. Kontribusi alumni meliputi kegiatan praktik mengajar, keorganisasian, kepramukaan, bimbingan praktik ceramah dalam tiga bahasa, melatih jiwa interpreneurship dalam kegiatan ekonomi dan travel, praktik kesehatan di klinik, keterlibatan di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) dan keadministrasian di tata usaha 2) Kegiatan alumni dikelola dalam wadah organisasi bernama Ikatan Keluarga Pondok Modern Assalaam (IKPMA). Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi bahwa IKPMA belum optimal dari pendataan jumlah alumni karena belum tersedianya sistem tracer study alumni dan lebih banyak konsentrasi pesantren terhadap kegiatan santri yang masih aktif belajar. Kata Kunci: Kontribusi; Alumni; Sumber Daya Manusia

Abstract

Islamic education financial management must be the concentration of the school in meeting the financing needs of the education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of satisfaction and the interests or expectations of students' guardians in the service and financial management of Islamic education at SMA Cendekia to evaluate future development. The method used in this study is a mix method with a sequential explanatory strategy, namely by conducting a quantitative analysis of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to find the level of importance and performance of school financial management then the findings are analyzed using qualitative methods to produce research conclusions. The results showed; (1) It is important for schools to communicate with student guardians, alumni, and the community in assisting the fulfillment of funding sources. (2) The importance of paying attention and understanding the financial problems experienced by students. From these two findings, it is hoped that schools can build collaboration with more active and creative committees to help communicate financial issues to achieve quality Islamic education.

Abstract

Financial planning and management has been carried out since the time of the Prophet Muhammad which became the forerunner to the application of the principles and functions of financial management in educational institutions today. This study aims to be able to analyze Islamic education financial planning, analyze the concept of financial planning in the Prophet's shirah and analyze financial planning guidelines at educational institutions STIT Al-Hikmah Bumi Agung Way Kanan Lampung and STIT At-Taqwa Gegerkalong Bandung. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The data is described and analyzed with a literature study approach. The results of the research show that in preparing financial planning it is necessary to apply the principles of financial management, have a legal basis, clear sources of funding, and carry out financial management functions. Educational institutions also have guidelines for financial planning and management of educational institutions, such as those found in the educational institutions of STIT Al-Hikmah Bumi Agung Way Kanan Lampung and STIT At-Taqwa Gegerkalong Bandung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kebutuhan awal terkait pengembangan bahan ajar berupa storybook berbasis Al-Qur'an di Sekolah Dasar Fase A. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain Research and Development. Teknik pengumpulan data mencakup wawancara, studi pustaka, angket, serta analisis buku dan jurnal. Komponen analisis data meliputi media, materi, dan praktisi. Teknik penyajian hasil analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlu adanya variasi dan inovasi bahan ajar Akidah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

The urgency of the need for teachers in the country is a problem that deserves special attention, especially in the recent period. The government's efforts to provide quality national education have been hampered due to the disproportionate ratio of teachers and students. PAUD management in Indonesia is currently facing significant progress. This can be illustrated by the number of services provided based on the age level and character of the child. Human Resource Planning is an effort to regulate between the needs or demands of human resources and the availability of the human resources needed at the time and place that is needed in sufficient quantity and quality. In terms of the recruitment of educators and teaching staff in Islamic education institutions in general and PAUD institutions in particular, it is necessary to pay attention in the recruitment of prospective educators in addition to having basic competencies as educators and teaching staff but also having Islamic character both in terms of knowledge and its application in everyday life in the way of the sunnah taught by Rasulullah Saw. For educators who have joined Islamic educational institutions but still have deficiencies in Islamic character, training and studies can be provided that can improve the ability to read the Qur’an and also the Islamic worldview of educators and teaching staff.

Abstract

Siswa Sekolah Dasar berada pada fase perkembangan krusial yang perlu diberikan bimbingan tepat  untuk  mampu mencapai perkembangan yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan program layanan bimbingan dan konseling di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi dokumen, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta teknik keabsahan dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan  bahwa 1) Program layanan bimbingan dan konseling pada SDIT Al Ittihad masuk dalam pembinaan karakter, 2) Program tersebut disusun setiap awal semester oleh tim guru BK khusus berdasarkan tugas perkembangan siswa dan isu kekinian dalam bentuk program semester, program bulanan, dan rencana pemberian layanan (RPL) yang diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai Islam, 3) Program layanan yang diberikan mencakup layanan pribadi, sosial, belajar, dan karir.  Kesimpulannya adalah program layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SDIT Al Ittihad sudah memenuhi kriteria Permendikbud No 111 2014 dan tinggal disempurnakan dengan penyusunan komponen program sesuai Panduan Operasional penyelenggaraan (POP) BK dan Standar Kompetensi Kematangan Peserta Didik (SKKPD).
