Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of service quality, service innovation, and customer orientation on service management performance through customer satisfaction in service companies in Indonesia. In an increasingly competitive service industry, companies are required to manage their services effectively in order to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen sustainable service management performance. Therefore, understanding the factors that influence service management performance is crucial for service companies in formulating effective service strategies. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method. The data used are secondary data, consisting of 30 scientific articles obtained from reputable national and international journals. The sources of the articles include international publishers such as Sage, Springer, Elsevier, Web of Science, and Emerald; international databases such as Ebsco, Copernicus, and Google Scholar; as well as reputable national journals indexed in Sinta. The results of the study indicate that service quality, service innovation, and customer orientation have a positive influence on customer satisfaction. In addition, service quality, service innovation, and customer orientation also directly influence service management performance. Customer satisfaction itself has a significant effect on service management performance. Furthermore, customer satisfaction acts as a mediating variable that strengthens the influence of service quality, service innovation, and customer orientation on service management performance in service companies.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that affect employee turnover through job satisfaction in airports in Indonesia. This research employs a literature review approach by synthesizing findings from various previous international, indexed scientific publications related to the research topic. The study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature review design. Data were obtained from reputable international indexed journals sourced from databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, Emerald, Springer, and Google Scholar. The selected literature was examined using data reduction techniques, matrix-based data presentation, and comparative synthesis to identify patterns, similarities, and differences among the studies. The findings indicate that motivation, organizational commitment, organizational culture, and leadership have an influence on employee turnover in Indonesian airports, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. However, this study has several limitations. Since it relies on a literature review approach, the results remain conceptual and depend heavily on the quality and scope of previous studies, without incorporating primary empirical data from airport employees. Furthermore, the generalizability of the findings is limited to the context of Indonesian airports and sectors with similar operational characteristics. This study provides a conceptual contribution by integrating the effects of motivation, organizational commitment, organizational culture, and leadership on employee turnover through job satisfaction within the airport context. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of four key human resource management factors into a single conceptual framework, highlighting the role of job satisfaction as a mediating mechanism in explaining employee turnover in the airport sector, which has not been extensively explored in previous studies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and consumer trust on service management in Indonesia's tourism sector, with consumer satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using the Literature Review method. Data were collected reputable scientific articles indexed in national databases (SINTA) and international databases, including Scopus, Web of Science, Emerald, and Elsevier. The analysis process consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to develop a comprehensive conceptual framework. The findings reveal that service quality has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction and service management. Consumer trust also positively affects consumer satisfaction and service management. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction plays a crucial role in enhancing tourism service management. The study confirms that consumer satisfaction mediates the relationship between service quality and service management, as well as between consumer trust and service management. These results indicate that both technical aspects of service delivery and relational factors such as trust are essential determinants of effective tourism service management. This study contributes to the development of an integrative tourism service management model by combining service quality, consumer trust, and consumer satisfaction into a unified framework. The proposed model provides both theoretical insights and practical implications for improving service performance and competitiveness in the tourism industry.

Abstract

Leadership and integrity are two fundamental factors that determine the success of student organization management. However, various challenges remain common in student organizations, including low member participation, ineffective communication, weak commitment to organizational programs, and limited understanding of the importance of integrity in carrying out organizational responsibilities. This community service activity aimed to enhance students’ understanding and awareness of the role of leadership and integrity in managing student organizations. The program was conducted offline at Institut Transportasi dan Logistik Trisakti in June 2026 and involved approximately 50 students from various academic programs and student organizations. The methods employed included lectures, structured and systematic motivational sessions, interactive discussions, case studies, and program evaluations. The results indicated an improvement in participants’ understanding of leadership concepts, the importance of integrity, and their implementation in organizational management. Participants recognized that leadership is not merely associated with formal positions but also with the ability to influence, inspire, and mobilize organizational members toward common goals. Furthermore, integrity was understood as a fundamental value for building trust, responsibility, accountability, and professionalism within organizations. The activity had a positive impact on increasing students’ awareness and commitment to applying leadership and integrity values in organizational activities. Therefore, similar programs should be implemented continuously to support the development of professional, accountable, and goal-oriented student organizations.
